We spent Christmas in Hawaii and went on this excursion and absolutely loved it!!! The crew was fabulous and we would do this excursion again!!!

The weather was nice, and I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see any whales. However, I enjoyed the views of Diamond Head and other sights from the sea. I was so focused on the direction where the photographer was aiming his camera, hoping to spot a whale, that I ended up feeling a bit seasick.

The lunch buffet might be a bit disappointing if you imagine it by Japanese standards; it felt more like a school cafeteria lunch. If you stay out on the deck trying to see whales, you might miss out on eating. Once you head back, the food will be cleared away, so it's better to go inside and eat at your convenience.

Even though they say there is a "Japanese guide," the person who picks you up and the one explaining about the whales both spoke English. There might have been someone who could speak Japanese somewhere, but you need to look at the photo materials on the boat to learn about the whales yourself.

If you don't see any whales, the tour is just a boat ride out to sea and back to the port, so whether you enjoy it or not really depends on luck.

天気も良く期待していましたが残念ながらクジラには会えませんでした。
しかし、海から見るダンヤモンドヘッドなどの景色は楽しめました。
カメラマンがカメラを構えている方向にクジラが出るのかと海面に目を見張っていたせいか、ちょっと船酔いしてしまいました。
ランチビュッフェは日本基準で想像するとちょっとがっかりかもしれません。学食のランチのような感じです。クジラを見ようとずっとデッキに出ていると食べ損ねてしまいます。帰路についたら片付けられてしまうので適当に中に入って食べたほうがいいです。
「日本語ガイド」といっても送迎の人も、クジラの説明の人も英語です。おそらくどこかに日本語ができる人がいたのかもしれません。自分で船内の写真資料を見てクジラのことを知る必要があります。
クジラが見られなければ港から沖に船で出て帰ってくるだけのツアーですので楽しめるかどうかは「運」次第です。

I participated in a breakfast-only tour.

It rained on and off from the time we departed until we reached Angel's Beach, but we were able to see sea turtles, and by the time we arrived at Angel's Beach, the weather had cleared up, so I am satisfied with the tour content.

For this tour, we traveled to the site with two buses, but one of the pick-up buses took a long time to arrive... In the end, it was about 45 minutes after the first bus left that they finally came to pick us up.

The guide who was with us on the way seemed to leave because they were going to the next tour time, and they said, "Please wait here. If it rains, wait over there (at the public restroom with a roof)!!" which made me feel very anxious.

I never expected to feel so uncomfortable just because the buses were different, even though it was the same tour. It's really disappointing because the content of the tour was very good.

朝食のみのツアーに参加しました。
出港時〜天使の海に行くまでの間雨が降ったりやんだりを
繰り返していたのですが、ウミガメは見ることができましたし、天使の海に着いた頃には晴れていたのでツアーの内容には満足しています。

今回のツアーは２台のバスで現地まで行ったのですが
迎えのバスのうち１台がなかなか来ず。。。
最終的に１台目のバスが出発してから４５分ほどたってやっと迎えに来てくれる・・・といった感じでした。

行きにはいてくださったガイドさんも次の時間帯のツアーにいくからなのか
【ここで待っていてください。雨が降ったらあそこ（屋根のある公衆トイレ）で待っていてください！！】という言葉を残し、行ってしまったのでとても不安な気持ちになりました。

同じツアーなのに
バスが違うだけでこんなに嫌な気持ちなるなんて思いませんでした。
ツアーの内容はとてもよかったので残念でなりません。

There are many attractions like the Jumbo Ocean Pool at Nagashima Spa Land. Moreover, the wait time is almost zero! I had a great time. However, due to the limited number of staff, there were some slides that couldn't be enjoyed at certain times, so you'll need to plan accordingly to experience all the rides.

ナガシマスパーランドのジャンボ海水プールみたいなアトラクションがたくさんあります。
しかも待ち時間ほぼ０！とても楽しめました。
ただ、スタッフが少ないからなのか、時間帯によっては楽しめないスライダーもあったので、全種類遊ぶためには工夫する必要があります。

A family with five children aged 4 to 14 participated. The weather was favorable, and we had truly wonderful views and experiences. The sea was a bit cold, so the 4-year-old couldn't stay in for too long, but they enjoyed it.

4歳から14歳まで子どもが５人の家族で参加しました。
天候に恵まれ、本当に素晴らしい景色と体験が出来ました。
海は少し寒かったので、4歳の子は余り長い時間入ってられませんでしたが、たのしめました。

It wasn't that close, but I was able to see the whales' spouts several times. The staff were very nice, and when I said I didn't understand English, they explained everything in Japanese. Even if I hadn't seen the whales, just cruising in the waters of Hawaii was very pleasant.

そんなに近くはなかったんですが、何度か鯨の潮吹き見れました。
スタッフさんもとてもいい方で、英語がわからないと言ったら日本語で説明してくれました。
クジラが見れなくてもハワイの海をクルージングしているだけでとても気持ち良かったです。

The day I participated was clear and the wind was gentle, making it incredibly beautiful! The contrast between the sea and the sky was stunning! I heard there are cloudy days as well, but when it's sunny, the view is breathtaking!! I want to go again!

参加させて頂いた日が快晴で風も穏やかだったのもあり、凄く綺麗でした！
海、空のコントラストが美しかったです！
曇りの時もあるみたいですが、晴れている時は絶景です！！ もう一度行きたいと思いました！！

I joined a morning tour. The guide was interesting and I had a great time, and I saw quite a few sea turtles. In the morning, when we got off the boat, the water was about waist-deep, and we walked a bit to the sandbar. Even so, it was still up to my knees. The sea was very beautiful.

朝出て行くツアーに乗りました。ガイドさんは面白くて楽しめましたし、ウミガメもかなり見えました。朝は船を降りると腰ぐらいまでの深さがあり、少し歩いてサンドバーに。それでも膝上くらいまではありました。海はとても綺麗でした。

The sailing tour was my first experience, and it was incredibly refreshing. Lying on the net and listening to the sound of the waves made me feel like my whole body was being purified. I only nibbled on snacks and selected drinks, but I hardly touched them because I was so absorbed in sailing. If you get tired from shopping, taking this sailing tour could be a great way to refresh yourself, which is a typical way to enjoy Hawaii.

セーリングツアーは初めての体験でしたが超が付くほど気持ちいい。ネットに寝ながら波音を聞いていると全身が浄化されていくような感じがします。
スナックはつまむ程度、ドリンクはセレクトしましたが、セーリングに夢中でほとんど口にしませんでした。
お買い物に疲れたらこのセーリングツアーで気分転換するのもハワイらしい過ごし方かもしれません。

Even in Hawaii, it was cold in December. The half-day course was just right. I recommend it as a trial for those who want to try snorkeling. Since you just swim back and forth while looking at the coral, it was fine even if you’re not very confident in your swimming skills. As others have commented, the sandbar depends on the timing of the tides, so it was a bit disappointing. However, I was happy to see not only sea turtles but also manta rays!

ハワイと言えども、１２月寒かった。半日コースでちょうど良かったです。
シュノーケリング始めてみたい方にはお試しとしてお勧めです。
行列を作りながらサンゴを見て往復するだけなので泳ぎに多少自信がなくても大丈夫でした。
サンドバーは他の方もコメントしている通り、潮の満ち引きのタイミングもあるので残念ながらといった感じでした。
ただし、ウミガメはもちろん、マンタも見られたのでhappy!でした！

We participated as a family.
We joined the jeep tour and the private beach.
The jeep tour had stunning views... and it was quite thrilling (laughs).
At the private beach, we had a very relaxing time, and there were plenty of activities like kayaking, table tennis, and volleyball, which made my elementary school son very satisfied.
The adults were able to enjoy some soothing time swaying in hammocks.
There was also a tour guide who spoke Japanese, so we could have a fun time without any worries.

We were blessed with good weather, and this became the best memory of our trip.

カヤックや卓球、バレ－等遊具も充実していて小学生の息子も大満足でした。
大人はハンモックに揺られ癒しの時間をゲットできました。
日本語も話せる添乗員さんもいて不安なく楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

お天気にも恵まれ今回の旅行で一番の思い出になりました。

Unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales. While it's part of the luck of the draw, I wished there had been more entertaining activities to enjoy.

残念ながら、クジラは見ることができませんでした。これは時の運もあるのでしょうがないのですが、それ以外にもっと楽しませるエンターテイメントが欲しかった。

I was disappointed that I couldn't see any whales. The boat was quite rocky, and since the ride was long, I wouldn't recommend it for those who get motion sickness (I had hardly ever experienced seasickness, but I was completely affected this time). However, I did enjoy the scenery, so that was a positive aspect.

クジラが見れず残念だった。
船が揺れやすく、乗船時間が長いので、乗り物酔いをする人はおすすめできません（私は船酔いを殆どしたことがなかったのに、完全にやられましたから）。
景色は楽しめたのでその点は良かった。

Service and crew were great! Saw a couple humpback whales swimming from a distance. May have not been late enough in the season to see as much as expected.

I decided to go to Wet 'n' Wild after being recommended by my sister who lives in Hawaii. After arriving in Hawaii, I signed up and participated with my son and niece. Since we drove there with a rental car, my wife and daughter went shopping at a nearby shopping mall.

We arrived at the venue about five minutes after the opening time, but the ticket booth was open, and I was able to receive my tickets immediately after showing the voucher. Since bringing food and drinks into the park is prohibited, we had to dispose of our partially consumed drinks at the entrance. The lockers are assigned automatically; you just enter your preferred PIN, and you get a locker right away. A single large locker was sufficient for the three of us.

The facilities have a great variety of slides! Despite it being the year-end holiday season, we were able to ride most of the slides without any wait. There are single and three-person tubes available. You can freely take the tubes placed near the slide exits. We enjoyed our favorite slides and screamed together, having a fantastic time. (The Tornado was closed, and only two boats were in use for the Raging River, so we waited about an hour.)

When I asked the kids if they wanted to have lunch, they said it would be a waste of time, so we enjoyed the attractions, including the lazy river and wave pool, for as long as we could.

Hawaii has great beaches, but Wet 'n' Wild is definitely an experience I recommend! I look forward to enjoying it again next time!

ハワイ在住の妹から勧められ、ウェット・アンド・ワイルドに行くことを決めました。ハワイ到着後に申し込み、息子と姪の３人で参加しました。レンタカーで行ったので、妻と娘はすぐ近くのショッピングモールで買い物です。
開場時刻を５分ほど過ぎて現地に着きましたが、発券所は空いており、バウチャーを見せたらすぐにチケットを受け取ることが出来ました。
園内への飲食物は持ち込みが禁止されているため、飲みかけのドリンクは入り口で捨てていくことになりました。ロッカーも自動販売機で、好きな暗証番号を入力すればすぐにロッカーが割り当てられます。３人分の荷物も大サイズ１つで十分な大きさでした。

施設はスライダーが充実！年末の休暇中にもかかわらず、ほとんどのスライダーに待ち時間なく乗ることが出来ました。浮き輪も１人乗りから３人乗りまであります。スライダーの出口付近に置いてあるものを自由に持っていきます。それぞれ気に入ったスライダーを楽しんだり、３人で一緒に絶叫したりと、思いっきり盛り上がりました。
（トルネードは休止中で、レイジングリバーはボートが２つしか使われてなかったため、１時間ほど待ちました。）
子どもたちにランチを食べるかと聞いたら、遊ぶ時間がもったいないからということで、流れのあるプールや波の出るプールなど、時間いっぱいアトラクションを楽しみました。

ハワイは海もいいけれど、ぜひ体験してほしいウェット・アンド・ワイルドでした。
次回もまた、楽しみたいと思います！

I finally fulfilled my dream of swimming with dolphins! I was worried that the sea in December would be cold, but the weather was nice, and thanks to borrowing a wetsuit, I didn't feel cold at all. The crew spoke Japanese very well, which made me feel at ease.

The view from the boat while searching for dolphins was beautiful, with the green mountains and blue sea being absolutely stunning! With my heart racing, the time finally came to enter the water! Once in the sea, the crew dove down and brought up a starfish! Immediately, the photographer took pictures.

While we were doing this, I was told to look down, and when I did, I saw a pod of dolphins! I was so excited to see dolphins swimming so close and followed the pod. I encountered the dolphins multiple times, and I even got to see them jump out of the water, which was exhilarating the entire time!

I wanted to try stand-up paddleboarding during my free time, but due to the sea conditions, I couldn't, which was a bit disappointing. However, I did get to encounter a sea turtle, and I had a wonderful time!

The hamburgers made on the boat were delicious, and the photographer played the ukulele very well. The woman who danced the hula was also skilled, and there were many entertaining elements that kept us engaged.

At the end, we had photo opportunities at the helm, took pictures with the crew, and had a group photo with all participants, which was a lot of fun!

Since there were some people who got seasick, it might be a good idea for those who are anxious to take motion sickness medication for peace of mind.

ずっとイルカと泳ぎたいと思っていた夢が、やっと叶いました！
12月の海は冷たいかと心配していましたが、天気も良く、ウェットスーツを借りたおかげもあって寒さは感じませんでした。クルーの方が、日本語がお上手なので安心です。
イルカを見つけるまでの船からの景色も、とてもキレイで、山の緑と海のブルーが素晴らしかったです！
ドキドキしながら、いよいよ海に入る時が来ました！
海に入ると、クルーの方が潜ってスターフィッシュを取ってくれました！
すると、すかさずカメラマンの方が写真を撮ってくれました。
そうこうしていると、下を見て〜と言われ、下を見るとイルカの群れが！
こんなに近くを泳ぐイルカを見て興奮しながらイルカの群れについて行きました。
何度もイルカの群れに遭遇できたし、水上でイルカのジャンプも見れ、終始大興奮でした！
自由時間に、スタンドアップパドルに挑戦してみたいと思っていたのですが、海の状況で、できないとのことで、少し残念でした。
でも海ガメにも遭遇できとても楽しい時を過ごす事ができました！
そして、船上で作られたハンバーガーもおいしかったし、カメラマンのウクレレ演奏もお上手だし、フラを踊られた女性もお上手で、飽きさせない工夫がされていました。
最後は操縦席での写真撮影や、クルーの方達との写真撮影、参加者全員での写真撮影もあり、みんなで楽しむ事ができました！

船酔いされてる方がいたので、不安な方は酔い止めのお薬を飲まれた方が安心かもしれませんね。

We went as a family of four on December 27. The weather was nice, but the water was so cold that I ended up not swimming at all. My husband and sons enjoyed the slides, wave pool, and lazy river while saying, "It's so cold!" but ultimately, we left early. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was closed that day. I regret that if it had been open, we could have warmed up our chilled bodies while having fun.

12月27日に家族4-人で行きました。お天気はよかったのですが、水が冷たくて冷たくて、結局わたしは全く泳ぎませんでした。主人と息子たちは、寒い～寒い～といいながら、スライダー、波のプール、流れるプールを楽しんでいましたが、結局、早めにかえりました。この日は、ジャグジーが閉鎖中でした。あいてたら、冷えた体を温めながら楽しめたかなと残念です。

The BBQ was even better than I expected. The staff were all fun and entertaining. I was also very satisfied to see the sea turtles up close.

BBQが予想以上においしかった。スタッフはみんな楽しく面白かったです。またウミガメもすごい近くから見ることができ大変満足です。

I was able to see some whales in the distance. There was one staff member who could speak Japanese and they were very kind and helpful. I had a great time.

遠くのほうでなんとかクジラを見ることができました。スタッフも一人だけ日本語を話すことができ親切に対応してもらいました。非常に楽しかったです。

I participated with my 4-year-old son and his dad in November. My son insisted that he wanted to go again, so we repeated the experience. As a result, he is saying he wants to go again. It's been about a year since we participated, but he still wants to go.

１１月に４歳の息子とパパで参加しました。
息子がどうしてももう一度行きたいと言うのでリピートしました。
結果・・また行きたいと言っています。
参加してから約一年たちましたがまた行きたいそうです。

It was a morning-only early bird tour. The schedule was very fulfilling with no wasted time, and I was very satisfied with the tour. Even just in the morning, the content was rich. The staff were cheerful, fun, and very kind. Thank you for the enjoyable tour.

午前中のみ早朝プランのツアーでした。スケジュールも大変充実してて無駄の時間が無く、
とても満足いくツアーでした。午前中のみでも内容が濃いです。スタッフの皆様は明るく楽しく対応も親切でした。楽しいツアーありがとうございました。

I used the service on December 29. There was no wind, and the sea was calm, making it a perfect day for the tour. It was a wonderful experience with many sea turtles observed, and my small children, aged 3 and 6, were able to play happily. The tour staff's fun talks and thoughtfulness added to the experience.

However, the air conditioning on the bus going there was too cold, and all the tour guests were uncomfortable. I tried to bring it up to the driver, but as soon as I started talking, he had an attitude that suggested I shouldn't say anything more. What a shame! The temperature control on the return bus was good.

１２月２９日に利用しました。風はなく、海も凪、最高のツアー日和でした。多くのウミガメが観察できたこと、３歳と６歳の小さな子供も楽しく遊べたこと、ツアースタッフの楽しいトークと心使いなど素晴らしいツアーでした。
ただ、行きのバスのエアコンが寒すぎ、ツアー客全員困っていたので、運転手に訴えようとしましたが、話を始めた途端、それ以上言うなという態度で受け付けてもらえませんでした。残念！帰りのバスは良好な温度コントロールでした。

On the day we arrived in Hawaii, we wanted to enjoy a lovely sunset, so our family of four decided to take this cruise. We boarded from the pier right in front of the Hilton, and the kids were able to play on the beach during the waiting time, which made it a stress-free experience. When the sun began to set, we left our shoes before boarding and didn't need to bring much else. The boat was relatively large and had restrooms. There were benches in both a sheltered area to avoid the sun and wind, as well as an outdoor area. They offered light snacks, but it was just chips and cookies. That day, it was just us and one other couple from abroad. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset, and we cruised until the city lights came on, but it was really windy and cold!!! I wore a long-sleeve shirt and a windbreaker, but my feet were bare and got chilly... The boat was rocking, and my 2-year-old got seasick and was in a bad mood. It was quite a long time, so I felt sorry for him. I think the atmosphere and facilities are good, so I recommend this for families with small children during warmer seasons!

ハワイ到着日にサンセットで素敵な雰囲気をと思い家族4人で利用しました。ヒルトンの目の前の桟橋から乗船するため、待ち時間も子どもたちは砂浜で遊ぶなどゆったりとストレスありませんでした。陽が傾きかけたころ、乗船前に靴を預けて裸足で乗る以外は特に持ち物は要りません。比較的大きな船でお手洗いもあります。陽射しや風を避ける壁がついたエリアと外のエリアにベンチがあります。軽食とありますがスナック菓子、クッキー程度です。その日は私たちと他外国人のご夫婦1組だけでした。残念ながらサンセットは見えず、その後街がライトアップするまでクルージングするのですが、何せ風もすごいし寒い！！！長袖にウィンドブレーカーを着ていきましたが、足元は裸足だし冷えました・・・。うねりがあって揺れたこともあり、2歳の子どもは船酔いしてしまい、機嫌も悪く、更に結構時間が長いので可哀想なことをしました。雰囲気設備は良いと思うので、小さなお子さんがいる方は暖かい季節をおススメいたします！

Our Veltra tour was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the infamous attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. A luxury bus picked my husband and I up on time and drove us to the Arizona Memorial. The seats were quite comfortable and the bus also had a restroom. Unfortunately, I can't remember our tour guide's name but I can tell you that he was very respectable, helpful and informative. As we approached the Arizona Memorial we were given pertinent information as to when the bus would depart, tips for getting the most out of our visit, where we could find food and beverages, restrooms, etc. We found the USS Arizona Memorial visit to be a very moving experience. It was interesting to see how chatty people were as we entered the theatre to view a short video of live footage of the Pearl Harbor attack. Once the video started there was complete silence. It was a solemn experience for all and we continued on a shuttle boat to witness the sunken battleship still leaking oil to this day and the occasional air bubbles that surfaced. We would highly recommend it for all, young and old. On the down side, neither of us thought the city tour was very exciting.

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to visit the beautiful ocean in Hawaii for the first time! On the day of the tour, the weather was cloudy with occasional sunshine and rain. Unfortunately, it was cold and windy during the snorkeling, but even so, the ocean was beautiful and I was able to see fish. I think it would have looked even more stunning if it had been sunny the whole time!

初めてのハワイで綺麗な海に行きたいと思い、このツアーに申し込みました！当日は天気が曇り時々晴れ時々雨でした。風が強くあいにく寒い中のシュノーケリングになりましたが、そんな中でも海は綺麗で魚も見れました。ずっと晴れていたら何倍も綺麗に見れたと思います！

I was able to swim! ^^

When I signed up, I hesitated. In the end, I decided to enroll to fulfill my partner's wish of "wanting to swim with dolphins."

Even with a life jacket on, I felt anxious. When I jumped in, my heart rate increased, and I couldn't breathe properly, so at first, I swam with my face mostly above water.

However, the crew was persistently encouraging, saying "Dive down, it's okay, it's okay," and after about five minutes, I managed to get my face in the water! (For someone who isn't good at swimming, those five minutes might be tough.)

I'm so grateful! Once I got my face in the water, it felt like a different world. There was a huge group of dolphins, probably around twenty. I was able to keep my face in the water longer because I wanted to see more. I knew I shouldn't move my fins, but out of fear, I was flailing them. However, realizing that the dolphins would swim away, I stopped moving my fins and just floated gently with the help of the life jacket.

I also got to see a sea turtle, and by that time, I was swimming at the front, sticking close to the crew.

This tour gave me a sense of security, knowing that they would help if anything happened. My enthusiasm to see the dolphins helped me learn to swim, and later, I found myself swimming without a life jacket on the beach. I'm so thankful.

I’ve decided to repeat this experience. This might be the first time I want to repeat an optional tour. The transportation to the Kahala Hotel (the meeting point was a five-minute walk from the hotel at Kahala Bridge) was also a nice touch.

申込の際、迷いました。
最終的には相方の"イルカと泳ぎたい"という希望を叶えるため申込。

ライフジャケットをつけても不安。
飛び込んでも心拍数が上がって上手に息をすることができず、最初はほぼ顔出しで泳ぎました。

で、でも、クルーの方が粘り強くひつこいくらい「潜って潜って」「大丈夫大丈夫」と
言ってくださって、5分後には何とか顔に水をつけられるように！
（泳ぐのが苦手な人にとってはこの5分間はしょうがないかもしれません）

感謝です！顔に水をつけるとそこは上とは別世界。
20匹はいるであろうイルカの大群。
もっと見たいとずっと顔を水につけることができました。
フィンを動かしてはいけないとわかっていたのに怖さからばたつかせていたのですが、
イルカが逃げてしまうと知り、フィンは動かさずライフジャケットの力だけを
借りてそうっと浮かんでいました。

ウミガメも見ることができ、そのころにはクルーの方にくっついて先頭を
泳いでいる私。

このツアーには「何かあれば助けてくれる」という安心感がありました。
イルカを見たい、という熱意で泳げるようになり、その後、ビーチで
ライフジャケットもなく泳いでいる私がいました。感謝感謝です。

リピート決定。
オプショナルツアーでリピートしたいと思ったのははじめてかもしれません。
カハラホテル（集合はホテル徒歩5分のカハラブリッジ）への送迎もあったのも
よかったです。

Had a blast. Staff were awesome and very friendly. Saw sea turtles and tons of fish and played water volley ball on the sand bar. Would do this again!

We very much wanted to see Pearl Harbor and experience the memories of so many fallen Americans. The respect and are we feel towards those sacrifices was immense. We wouldn't have missed paying our respects to them at Pearl Harbor Memorial. We pre-purchased our tickets and everything went smoothly.

It was different from the image; I could barely see something that looked like a whale in the distance. I probably won't go again. It's a shame.

The guides from E Noa Tours do a great job providing guests with a good mixture of history, cultural background, and humor. The tour was good, although we felt like we had too much time to kill on land before the boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial. We also felt like we didn't have enough time at the USS Missouri. Overall, the highlights tour was good and participants definitely get a well-rounded understanding of the history behind the events leading up to December 7, 1941.
