I participated in a tour with my wife in early March! We were picked up early in the morning at Aloha Landing. During the ride, our guide (who was Japanese) provided entertaining explanations, making the journey to our destination enjoyable! After nearly an hour on the bus, we arrived and boarded the boat to head out to sea! Along the way, we sang a song in Hawaiian to pray for safety.

About 30 minutes later, we reached a spot where we could see dolphins. Although there was a chance we might not see any, it seemed we had a very lucky day, as we encountered many dolphins, much to our guide's surprise! We were truly healed by the sight of the adorable dolphins and their cute sounds.

After that, we went back a bit to snorkel and see sea turtles and fish. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any, but others in the tour said they saw sea turtles! When we returned to the boat, we enjoyed hamburgers and snacks. Eating a hamburger in the great outdoors was exceptional.

The guide and the person driving the boat were both fun, and it was a wonderful tour that allowed us to connect with the dolphins and nature. If I have the chance to come to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate again! I encourage everyone to join this tour; you won't forget Hawaii!

朝早くにアロハランディングにてピックアップ
道中ではガイド(日本人)の方の楽しい説明で飽きることなく目的地へ！
一時間近くバスに乗っていると到着
船に乗り込んで沖に出ました！
道中ではハワイ語で安全を祈願する歌を歌いました
30分ほどするとイルカが見られるスポットに到着
見られないこともあるとの事でしたが私たちの日は
とても良い日だったみたいでガイドさんも驚くほど
多くのイルカたちに出会うことができました！
かわいいイルカたちの姿やキューという鳴き声に
心から癒されました！
その後、少し戻ってウミガメや魚を見にシュノーケル。
私は残念ながら見れなかったですがツアーに一一緒にいた方はウミガメ見れたそうです！
船に戻って、ハンバーガーとお菓子をいただきました。大自然の中で食べるハンバーガーは格別でした

ガイドさんや船を運転してくださる方も楽しい方ですし、イルカたちや大自然に癒される素晴らしい
ツアーです。
もう一度ハワイに来ることがあれば必ず参加したい
と思っています！皆さんも是非参加して見てください！ハワイが忘れられなくなりますよ

We decided to participate at my daughter's request. To sum it up, we encountered a lot of dolphins!! We even spotted a whale in the distance!!! I think many people probably thought it was amazing. However, our family of five... maybe lacking stamina, all five of us refused to get in the water a second time (^^;) If you ask me if it was fun, to be honest, I would say "..." but I think it was good as another memory.

娘の希望で参加を決めました。結論から言えば、沢山のイルカに遭遇！！遠くにクジラも発見！！！多分、最高だったと思った方達も多くいると思います。しかし我々家族５人...体力がないのか２回目の着水は５人とも拒否(^^;)私は終始海へのエサまき状態（苦笑）楽しかったかと聞かれたら正直なところ「・・・」ですが、それもまた思い出の一つとして良かったと思います。

There were several Japanese-speaking staff members, and thanks to their guidance in Japanese, I was able to fully enjoy the tour. The main place I wanted to visit was the filming location of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World.

We traveled to the Jurassic Park filming site by large bus, where the guide took photos with a dinosaur figure.

At the Jurassic World filming location, the set where the Indominus Rex was contained remained intact, and we were able to drive inside. It was like an exploration course on a mountain road among several options. It felt like we were heading towards the bumpy road deep in Kualoa Ranch. While we couldn't get out of the car there, we could take photos from inside. I was sitting on the left side, so I was able to take pictures with the Indominus Rex's claw marks in the background.

I am very satisfied because I wanted to visit this set from Jurassic World. I hope this information can help others who are looking for the same experience, as I had a hard time finding it myself.

日本語スタッフが何名かおり、日本語での案内があったため、ツアーを満喫することができました。
メインで行きたかったのはジュラシックパーク・ジュラシックワールドの撮影地でした。
ジュラシックパークの撮影地は大型バスで行き、ガイドさんが恐竜の人形を持って撮影してくれました。

ジュラシックワールドの撮影地ではインドミナスレックスが隔離されていたセットがそのまま残っており、そこの中に車で入ることができました。
それは、コースがいくつか選べる中の山道の探検コース？のようなものでした。クアロアランチの奥のデコボコ道まで進もう！みたいなものです。
そこで車を降りることはできませんが、車の中から撮影できました。私は左側に座っていたので、インドミナスレックスの爪痕を背景に撮影できました。

ジュラシックワールドのこちらのセットに行きたかった為、とても満足です。
こちらの情報を探してもなかなか見つけることができなかった為、同じような思いの方のお役に立てればと思います。

I arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time and waited, but despite the wait, there was no sign of the pickup. After about 20 minutes, my daughter went to make a phone call. Shortly after that, her name was finally called, and she returned to inform me that the 9:05 pickup had turned into 9:35. According to her, they had come once but didn’t recognize us and just passed by. From our perspective, we had arrived early, but we weren’t called by name, didn’t know what kind of vehicle to look for, and there was no guiding sign, so we were left with nothing to do but wait. It felt like a letdown, especially since we had previously had such good experiences with Veltra. I wish they had called our names from the start. The pool seemed to be enjoyable for my grandchildren. If I could wish for something, it would be for a bit more thorough cleaning. Also, despite not allowing outside food, the line to buy food was very long, which felt like a waste of time. I think it’s a place worth visiting once.

ピックアップの時間10分前に行って待っていたのに待てど暮らせどお迎えがなく20分くらいして娘が電話をしにとうとう行きました。それからしばらくして、名前を呼ばれ娘も戻ってきて9時5分ピックアップが9時35分になってました。娘の話によると、一度来たそうだけどわからなかったそうでスルーしたとか。私たちからしたら、早めに来ていたのに名前も呼ばれず、どんな車かも解らず、案内のプレートもなくあの時成すすべもなかったです。ただ待つのみ。veltraさんの今までの対応がよく高く評価していただけに出鼻くじかれたみたいでした。最初から名前を呼んでいただいてらと思います。プールは孫たちも楽しかったようです。欲を言えばもう少し清掃が行き届いているといいのですがそれに持ち込みがダメな割には食べ物を買うだけなのにとても長い行列で時間が勿体なかったです。一度行けばいい所かなと思いました。

This is the second time I've booked the exact same tour, and I recommended it to a family who was going for the first time, so we participated together! This time, the water was shallow and it was sunny, so we were able to see a different sandbar compared to last time☆ Next time, I want to see it when the water is completely low♡

今回まったく同じツアーを申し込んだのは2回目で、初めて行くファミリーにオススメして一緒に参加しました！今回の水の深さは浅くてしかも晴れていたので前回とはまた違ったサンドバーを見ることができました☆ 今度は完全に水がひいてる状態を見てみたいです♡

My 5-year-old grandson participated alone, and there were three other American boys, but it was perfectly fine. Even though he didn't understand English, the staff kindly supported him, and in just an hour and a half, he was very satisfied! It might be more affordable compared to other programs?

５歳の孫（男の子）が一人で参加し、他は３人のアメリカの男の子でしたが、十分大丈夫。英語がわからなくてもSTAFFが優しくサポートしてくれて、あっという魔の１時間半で本人も大満足！他のプログラムに比べて割安かも？

We loved our time on the snorkeling and dinner cruise excursion. Well worth the price. Our captain gave great instruction and safety procedures. He also took us up snd close to a whale which gave us quite a show within 25 yards or so. The time by the shore snorkeling was impressive. Lots of fish.
The dinner was delicious with plenty of variety of drinks both spirited and not. I enjoyed the time to enjoy the sunset. Beautiful. There are two restrooms where you can change. Two shower hoses to rinse off after you snorkel. Staff was great. Underwater photographer was along for optional photo package you can purchase.

We used the service with three generations of our family. It was sunny, so we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the sea. The staff took a lot of photos for us. My child, who was snorkeling for the first time, struggled a bit, but they gave it their all. Despite being warned about the dangers of touching the coral, we fell behind the group and felt left out when we couldn't find our way back from the coral to the sandbar. It felt a bit harsh for those who aren't strong swimmers. Other than that, the staff was friendly. We also saw a sea turtle while snorkeling. The restroom on the boat was used by the kids, but I felt reluctant to use it myself. There are public restrooms near the boarding area (although we were told not to use them due to time constraints...). The return bus wasn't as cold as some reviews suggested. I'm glad we got to visit the sandbar, but I think once is enough.

晴れていたので海がきれいでラッキーでした。
写真もスタッフの方にたくさん撮って頂きました。
シュノーケリングは初めてやるわが子がうまく出来ず、それでも一生懸命やりました。
散々、サンゴに触れたら危ないなど言っていたのに、みんなの列から遅れをとってしっまった私たち、サンゴからサンドバーに戻る場所も案内してもらえず、置いて行かれた気分になり、泳ぎの下手な人には冷たいなーと感じました。
それ以外はフレンドリーに接して頂きました。ウミガメもシュノーケリング中見れました。
船内のトイレは、子供たちはりようしていましたが、私はなんだか利用するのが億劫で使いませんでした。船乗り場付近に公衆トイレがあります。（時間がないので利用するなといわれますが・・・）帰りのバスは口コミで書かれるほど寒くありませんでした。
サンドバーに行ってみたかったので良かったです。が一度で十分だと思います。

I was able to see sea turtles, and the sandbar was very beautiful. I didn't expect much from the sandwiches, but they were surprisingly delicious.

I was prepared for the cold, so I brought a thick bath towel and a jacket.

ウミガメも見られたし、サンドバーはとても綺麗でした。
サンドイッチも期待していませんでしたが意外と美味しかったです。

寒いのは覚悟していたので厚手のバスタオルと上着を持っていきました。

The trip was a lot of fun. The crew was great and fun to enteract with throughout the day. The only downside was the dolphins were not participating that day.

We did get to swim with the turtles and snorkle in beautiful waters. The crew was very energetic and the photo package was definately worth the money. I was happy to get the great shots of me and my son playing in the water. A big thanks to Melissa.

This was my third time at Dolphin University. Although we had a different guide than before, it was still a lot of fun. The sea was calm and the visibility was a bit low, but we were able to meet the dolphin instructors. I would like to participate again.

今回で３回目のイルカ大学でした。前回までとは違うガイドさんでしたが、変わらず楽しかったです。海は凪いでいて透明度も低めでしたが、ちゃんとイルカ先生に出会えました。また参加したいと思います。

I was able to see dolphins, but they were quite far away. Aside from the dolphins, it didn't seem like there were any coral or tropical fish in the area, so I got bored quickly. There was a vibe of trying to do things on a budget, and the cost-effectiveness was low. The weather was nice, so I'll give it two stars.

イルカは見れましたが、かなり遠かった。
イルカ以外は、珊瑚 熱帯魚 がいる海域ではないようですぐ飽きてしまった。
コストをかけずになんとかしようという雰囲気があり、費用対効果は低かった。
天気が良かったので、星ふたつですね。

I was looking forward to the slides since they were advertised as a highlight, but it seemed to be a bit scary for the younger kids in elementary school, so they didn't go down even once. They were satisfied with the slides designed for children, though. On the other hand, the older kids seemed to enjoy the slides and went down multiple times. I think they will have even more fun once they get a little older. (I had three kids with me: a first grader, a third grader, and a sixth grader.)

スライダーが売りとの事で楽しみだったのですが、
小学校低学年には怖い様で、一度も滑りに行きませんでしたね。
子供向けのスライダーには満足していましたが。
逆に高学年になると、スライダーが楽しいようで、何回も滑りに行ってましたね。
もう少し大きくなったら、より楽しめるかなと思いました。
（小1、小3、小6の3人連れでした。）

The travel took some time. The weather was nice. I was able to enjoy the attractions with a reasonable sense of safety. Overall, I think it was a high-level experience. This time, I chose a tour that included lunch, but due to the waiting times for the attractions, I wasn't able to make it on time. However, thanks to the staff who made adjustments, everything worked out. I am grateful to the staff.

移動は時間がかかりました。天気はよかったです。アトラクションはそれなりに安心して楽しめました。全体的にハイレベルだと思います。今回は昼食付きのツアーにしましたが、アトラクションの待ち時間の都合で、時間に間に合いませんでしたが、職員の方が、調整してくれたおかげで、何とかなりました。職員の方々に感謝します。

Depending on the timing, you can see wild dolphins up close. I was also moved to see a pod of dolphins swimming nearby. The 6-year-old children were also very excited, desperately swimming and watching the dolphins.

タイミングによりますが、野生のイルカを至近距離で見れます。更にイルカの群れが近くを泳ぐのを見て感動しました。6歳の子供達も必死で泳ぎながら、イルカを見て大興奮でした。

Overall, it was a satisfying tour according to various information sites. The scenery was amazing. However, it was disappointing that we couldn't experience canoeing due to the rough waves. Also, the water clarity during snorkeling was not good, which was unfortunate.

色々な情報サイトの通り、全体的に満足できるツアーです。景色は最高でした。しかし、波が荒かったのでカヌー体験ができなかったのが残念です。それと、シュノーケリング時の水の透明度も良くなくて残念。

I was disappointed that I couldn't see anything... From the reviews, I thought it was about half and half. I received a reboarding ticket, but the expiration date we got was the end of January 2018, so I think it's realistically difficult to reuse it. It would be nice if the expiration date was about three years.

何も見れなくて残念でした...クチコミを見る限り半々位なのかなと思ってはいましたが。
再乗船券をもらいましたが、私達がいただいた有効期限は2018年の1月末でしたので、再利用は現実的に難しいと思います。有効期限が3年位あると嬉しいです。

My husband and our 5-year-old participated, while I and our 0-year-old observed. Observers can take photos and videos. However, since we were facing backward, it's better to purchase the three good shots taken by a professional photographer. They were taking pictures in specified poses, like kissing the dolphin. The water seemed cold. When we got out, the child said it was very cold. Overall, I felt the price was a bit high, but we had a decent amount of fun. More than the encounter with the dolphin, the free bird feeding area within the Sea Life Park was impressive, and the child was delighted. The birds were very close, and a huge number of them came over. Even without food, they surprised us by landing on our hats and shoulders, but it was fun.

主人と5歳の子供が参加し、私と0歳の子供は見学しました。
見学者は写真、ビデオが撮影出来ます。
しかし、後ろ向きなので、良いショットはプロのカメラマンが3枚撮ってくれるので、それを購入する方が良いです。
イルカとキスショットなど、指定されたポーズで撮影していました。
水は冷たかったようです。
上がる時、子供は寒い寒いと言っていました。
全体的に値段が少し高めな気がしますが、まぁまぁ楽しんでいたので良かったです。
イルカとの出会いより、シーライフパーク内で、無料で鳥に餌をあげるコーナーが印象深く、子供も喜んでいました。鳥との距離感が近いのと、すごい数の鳥が寄ってきます。餌を持っていなくても、帽子や肩にとまってくるのでびっくりしましたが、楽しかったです。

I was able to see whales. I saw a mother and baby whale from a distance, and I could see the splashes of water well. My 5-year-old child was also very happy. They sell the photos taken during boarding if you like them, and it became a wonderful family keepsake.

くじら会えました。親子のくじら、遠目でしたが、水しぶきなど良くみえました。
5歳の子供も喜んでいました。乗船の時に撮った写真を気に入れば売ってくれるのですが、購入して良い家族記念になりました。

I used the service on March 10. This was my fifth time in Hawaii, but it was my first time trying this option, just the morning whale watching. I had my 4-year-old with me. A short-sleeved shirt was fine for clothing.

The scenery was beautiful, and the time flew by. We were able to see whales in the distance several times, and my family was very satisfied. I considered the breakfast option, but if you want to fully enjoy whale watching at a leisurely pace, skipping breakfast was the right choice. There’s no time to eat breakfast, haha. There are drinks available, but bringing your own bottled water or similar items beforehand will help you focus on encountering the whales.

The refreshing sea in the morning is highly recommended.

3月10日に利用しました。5度目のハワイですが初オプション、朝のホエールウォッチングのみ。4歳の子連れ。服装は半袖で大丈夫でした。
景色も綺麗であっと言う間の時間、クジラも遠くにですが何度か見ることも出来て家族大満足。
朝食付きも迷いましたが、ゆっくり海をホエールウォッチングを満喫したいなら朝食なしで正解です。朝食食べてる暇はありません笑 飲み物もありますが事前にペットボトルなど持参した方がクジラさんとの遭遇に専念できます。
爽やかな海、朝はオススメです。

I was thrilled to explore the mysterious underwater world with my son! I was also happy to see turtles swimming leisurely.

The boat heading to the submarine had to navigate some rough waves, and there were a few people who felt unwell. It was unfortunate to see someone unable to enjoy the submarine experience because they were bent over the whole time.

I recommend that anyone who is prone to motion sickness take some medication before participating.

神秘的な海底の世界に、息子と共に大興奮！のんびりと泳ぐカメも見ることが出来て嬉しかったです(^^)/
沖の潜水艦に向かう船がかなりの荒波を越えて進むので、気分が悪くなっている方がいました。（せっかくの潜水艦の中でもずっと突っ伏したままでお気の毒でした。。）
乗り物酔いの心配がある方は酔い止めを飲んでから参加されるのをおススメします。

When you think of Hawaii, the ocean certainly comes to mind, but I was drawn to the dynamic water park with American quality and made a reservation. You can add a shuttle bus option, but to save money, we chose to meet there. We considered taking TheBUS to the nearest stop and walking from there, but it turned out to be more complicated than we thought. As you can see from the first photo, a highway stretches in front of the facility, making it clear that walking is not feasible. We ended up taking a taxi from there, but considering safety and convenience, it seems better to opt for the shuttle bus or rent a car.

When we actually arrived, about 90% of the visitors were Japanese. It seems that it’s not very popular among locals or tourists from other countries. Each facility was smooth, and we were able to enjoy several attractions in just a few minutes, but three of the main attractions were unexpectedly closed without any explanation. Additionally, one of the popular attractions, a six-person boat slide, had a long ride distance but only two rides available, so we had to wait about two hours in the direct spring sunlight until it was our turn.

I somewhat regretted that it might not have been worth the over one-hour trip from Waikiki, but now I think it was a good experience. Hawaii is indeed about the ocean!! If you have the time, I recommend checking it out. There were plenty of family attractions, so it's great for a family visit!

ハワイといえばやはり海ですが、アメリカクオリティのダイナミックなウォーターパークに惹かれ予約しました。
オプションで送迎バスを付けることが出来ますが、私たちはなるべく節約のため現地集合を選びました。最寄りまではTheBUSを利用しそこから徒歩で行こうかと考えていましたが、そう簡単には行きませんでした。1つ目の写真から分かるように、施設の前には高速道路が広がりどう見ても徒歩では行けそうにありません。私たちはそこからタクシーを利用しましたが、安全性と利便性を考えるとオプションの送迎バスをつけるかレンタカーを利用するほうが良さそうです。
実際に到着すると来園者の9割は日本人でした。現地の人や他国の観光客にはあまり人気がないようです。施設一つ一つはスムーズで数分でいくつものアトラクションを楽しむことが出来ましたが、メインアトラクション3つが特に説明もなく運休。おまけに人気アトラクションの一つである6人乗りボートスライドはライドの距離が長いのに対し、乗り物が2つしかなかったため自分たちの番まで約2時間春の直射日光の中待たされました。
ワイキキからわざわざ1時間以上もかけて行く程でもなかったのかなと少し後悔もしつつ、いい経験だったなと今では思っています。ハワイはやはり海！！時間に余裕があるのなら足を運んでみては如何でしょうか？ファミリーアトラクションは豊富だったので家族で行くのはオススメです！

On March 29, just before the end of the season, I was able to watch whales off the coast of Waikiki! We arrived at the whale watching point in less than 30 minutes after departure. We saw them spouting water and showing their tails. Dolphins were also jumping nearby.

When the buffet started, we enjoyed our meal at our seats while watching the whales through the glass. My middle school son was filming videos of the whales. After finishing our meal, I enjoyed making leis, while my husband took a ukulele lesson and other cultural experiences.

We were kindly guided from Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, to Aloha Tower by the shuttle service of the Star of Honolulu. I'm glad we were able to have this unique experience of the season.

シーズン終わり間近の3/29日にワイキキ沖でクジラを観賞することが出来ました！
出航して30分も経たぬ間にクジラポイントに到着。潮を噴いたり尻尾をみせたり。イルカもすぐそばでピョンピョン跳ねていました。
ビュッフェが始まると席で食事を楽しみながらガラス越しにクジラの観賞が出来ました。
中学生の息子はクジラの動画を撮影してくれていました。
食事が終わると私はレイ作り、主人はウクレレレッスン等文化体験を楽しみました。
スターオブホノルル号の送迎の車でアウラニディズニーホテルからアロハタワーまで親切に案内して頂けました。
このシーズンならでは体験が出来て良かったです。

Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any whales. The only silver lining was being able to see Honolulu from the sea, but it was truly disappointing. Since it was just before my return home, I really wanted to make it meaningful...

残念ながらどのクジラにも会えませんでした。海からホノルルを見ることができたことだけが幸いですが、本当に残念でした。帰国する直前だったのでぜひ有意義にしたかったのですが…。

It was a tour that set off with great enthusiasm at 8 AM, but unfortunately, we were unable to encounter any whales. The cruiser stayed out on the water until the very end, perhaps out of determination. I had no complaints about the tour itself. However, due to the strong winds that day, the cruiser rocked quite a bit, and one of my family members got seasick.

Still, considering that we got to see the cobalt blue sea and view Honolulu from the ocean, I think it’s an experience worth having at least once.

朝の８時から意気込んで出発したツアーでしたが、とても残念なことにクジラに遭遇できませんでした。クルーザーも最後まで粘ってくれたのか、時間ギリギリまで海上にいてくれました。ツアー自体に不満はありませんでした。当日は風が強かったせいか、クルーザーが大きく揺れて家族の一人が船酔いをしてしまいました。
でもコバルトブルーの海が見れたこと、ホノルルを海から見れたことを考えると一度は体験をしておくべきかなと思いました。

The catamaran was supposed to be stable, but it rocked quite a bit due to the high waves. They took great care of my daughter, applying some aromatherapy to help with her seasickness! Unfortunately, I didn't eat much because I was busy looking after her, but there were many delicious-looking dishes!

双胴船で揺れにくい！ということでしたが波が高かったためかなりの揺れ。
酔った娘に アロマを塗ってくれたり、とても手厚くしてもらいました！
残念ながら、介抱のためほとんど食べずでしたが、美味しそうな料理がたくさんでした！

The children were absolutely delighted. I don't think there are any facilities like this in Japan that have only slides. The Shaka was a thrilling attraction that drops almost vertically. There were also other interesting slides that I think adults can enjoy as well.

However, the Tornado, which I was looking forward to, was out of order. Instead, we were able to use the Da Flowrider (bodyboarding and surfing), which usually incurs an additional fee, for free. Because of that, the Ohana Highway had a long line, and we waited for about 30 minutes without any sign of moving. Since it seemed unlikely we would make it in time for our meeting at 15:10, we ultimately gave up. This attraction has a slow progression, so caution is needed. There were also attractions that were not operating and some that had limited hours of only a few hours. For lunch, I imagined a BBQ where we would grill our own food, but it turned out to be a buffet with beef, salad, rice, and pineapple.

子供は大喜びでした。スライダーばかりのこの様な施設は日本には無いと思います。シャカはほぼ垂直に落ちるアトラクションでかなりスリリングでした。他にも面白いスライダーがあり、大人でも十分楽しめると思います。
しかし楽しみにしていたトルネードが故障中でした。その代わりに本来は別途料金がかかるダ・フローライダー（ボディボードとサーフィン）が無料でした。その影響かオハナハイウェーが行列しており、30分ほど並びましたが進む気配がなく、集合時間の１５：１０に間に合いそうになかったので結局諦めました。このアトラクションは進行が遅く注意が必要です。他にもやっていないアトラクションや、営業時間が数時間しかないアトラクションがありました。ランチにBBQとあり、自分で焼くものを想像していましたが、牛肉とサラダ、ライス、パイナップルのビュッフェでした。

You can also apply for the Dolphin Quest right before, but this option is a bit more economical! I would like to apply through Veltra again next time. Thank you very much!

This is my second time participating. The last time I had a different package, but it was so much fun that I signed up for this tour this time.
