Nice relaxing trip on the sailboat. You can walk around the boat, or even lay down on the mat. Sunset is nice if you are in to taking pictures.

Don't go for the appetizers: meatballs, chicken wings, and mix of crackers, just okay.

Lots of alcohol if you like to drink.

loved it. a little windy and cold. would be great if there was an outdoor shower to rinse off after for non-hotel guests

kids totally loved it. couldn't stop talking about it after.

Perhaps because it was a set with a meal voucher and a reservation, the portion size was just right for Japanese people. It was a bit salty, but I enjoyed it deliciously. The outdoor seating was pleasant.

食事券&事前予約のセットだったからか、日本人にあったちょうど良い量で、少し味が濃かったけど美味しく頂きました。
アウトサイドの席で気持ち良かったです。

It was fully booked since I made a reservation for Friday night. I was worried if it would be too crowded. The sunset was hidden due to the clouds, but I was able to see the fireworks from the Hilton clearly.

The deck railing side was filled with people who boarded earlier, so I had to view from between them while sitting. The buffet tables are first-come, first-served, so if you board late, you won't get a good seat with a nice view. Since there is time until the fireworks, it might be a good idea to think about how to spend your time. The welcome drink was too sweet, and the alcoholic cocktails were just okay. Each person gets one lobster, so be careful not to overeat. It's a pretty standard buffet.

金曜日の夜に予約したので満席でした。こんなに乗れるのかな？と心配に。曇りでサンセットは隠れていて見られませんでしたが、ヒルトンの花火はしっかり見られました。
デッキの手すり側は先に乗船出来た人達で埋まっており、座ってだと人の隙間から見る感じ。
ビュッフェのテーブルは自由席で、遅く乗船になると眺めのいい席は座れないです。花火までは時間があるので、過ごし方を検討してみるといいかもしれません。ウェルカムドリンクは甘過ぎ、アルコールカクテルもちょっと・・・。ロブスターも一人ひとつ出るので食べ過ぎ注意。無難なビュッフェかと。

I couldn't see the sandbar on the beach, but I had a great time playing in the beautiful sea!!! I was very satisfied to see sea turtles. However, I thought I would be able to snorkel with the sea turtles, but it was just from the boat.

砂浜のサンドバーは見れなかったけど、キレイな海で遊べて最高でした！！！
海亀にも会えて大満足です。ただ海亀と一緒にシュノーケルできると思っていましたが、船の上から眺めるというものでした。

It's a bit pricey, and there's no place to take a break from the heat, but it's nice that you can interact not only with dolphins but also with birds and fish.

ちょっと高いのと、暑さしのぎの休憩場所がないのが難点ですが、イルカだけでなく、鳥や魚とふれあえるのがいいですね

First of all, the staff were very kind and accommodating, but we went far away from the area where the dolphins were spinning, and there were no dolphins there. That was unexpected, so I was very disappointed. I would like to try again next time.

まず、スタッフの皆さんは親切に対応して下さいましたが、イルカがスピンしているグループの場所から遠くへ行き、そこにはイルカはいませんでした。それは予想外でしたので、非常にがっかりしました。また次回トライしたいです。

After the bus arrived, there was some time until it opened, and even after entering, the attractions gradually opened one by one, so the wait times for each were long, and it felt like the closing time came quickly.

バスが着いてからopenまで時間があり、中に入っても徐々にアトラクションがオープンしていくので、１つ１つの待ち時間も長く、閉園時間まであっというまでした。

Two years ago, I participated in a tour that included lunch. This time, I joined a morning tour, but the time spent at the sandbar was short, and I felt a bit unsatisfied. However, I was able to return to the hotel for lunch, so I could make good use of my time.

２年前にはランチ付きのツアーに参加しました。
今回は午前中のツアーに参加したのですが、サンドバーの滞在時間も短く、ちょっと物足りない感じがしてしまいました。
しかし、お昼にはホテルに戻って来られたので時間を有効に使うことができました。

I'm a repeat visitor. It's wild, so it's understandable, but this time I saw the least number of dolphins. They were far away and didn't come close. It's disappointing.
Due to the waves, I couldn't experience stand-up paddleboarding either.
It seems they made the boat larger, and it was two stories. I feel like the number of people on board hasn't changed, but going up and down is a bit of a hassle. Also, unfortunately, on this day, I couldn't use the restroom on the boat. I've never used it before, but when they say it's unavailable, it makes me anxious. I wonder if it will take a few days to fix... that's tough.
The photographer was really enthusiastic and made it a lot of fun.

リピーターです。野生なので仕方ないのですが、今回が一番イルカを見ることができませんでした。遠くにはいるのに、近くに来てくれない。ざんねんです。
波があるため、スタンダップパドルボートも体験できず。
船を大きくしたようで、2階建てでした。乗ってる人数は変わらない気がするのですが…あがったり降りたりがちょっと面倒です。またこの日は運悪く船内のトイレも使えず。今までも利用したことはないのですが、ないといわれると不安。直すのに数日かかるのでしょうか…大変ですね。
カメラマンの人がとても盛り上げてくれて楽しかったです。

We enjoyed cruising from Kailua to the area near the sandbar on a catamaran. Although we didn't land on the sandbar, we had fun snorkeling and enjoyed free drinks and a barbecue (hamburgers) on board, which I liked. The boat was chartered for the number of reservations, and this time we set off with two boats. There happened to be many Japanese people, so one boat was filled to capacity with Japanese passengers. The languages spoken were English and Japanese. I wasn't sure if there were other languages, but the tourists were definitely from various countries. Everyone became friendly, taking photos together. The contrast between the steep mountains unique to Hawaii and the emerald-colored sea of the sandbar was beautiful, and I almost forgot to look for sea turtles, but the crew was quick to point them out. It was beautiful, pleasant, and fun. The leisurely afternoon course included only the cruise and snorkeling, with no exploration of Kailua town, but I was satisfied. I participated with my mother and child, wearing a tunic and hoodie over our swimsuits, and brought a beach towel, float, and sunscreen. They provided snorkeling sets and life jackets.

カイルアからカタマランクルーザーでサンドバー付近までクルージングを楽しみます。サンドバーへは上陸しませんが、スノーケリングを楽しみ船上ではフリードリンク、バーベキュー(ハンバーガー)を食べます、私は好き。予約者が乗れる分の船がチャーターされていて、今回は2挺で出発。たまたま日本人が多かったので、1挺は日本人で満タンになりました。言語は、英語と日本語の二言語です。他言語があったかどうかはわかりませんでしたが、ツーリストはとにかく多国籍でした。写真を撮りあったりしてみんな仲良しになります。ハワイ特有の切り立つ山の景色とサンドバーのエメラルド色の海のコントラストが美しく、ウミガメ探しを忘れてしまいそうですが、クルーが目敏く教えてくれます。美しく、気持ちよく、楽しかった。午後から出発するのんびりコースはクルーズとスノーケリングのみで、カイルア街の散策はナシですが、満足しました。母と子供で参加し、水着の上にチュニックとパーカーを羽織り、バスタオルと浮き輪とサンブロックを持って出掛けました。スノーケルセットとライフジャケットは貸してくれます。

We participated as a couple in our 50s. There were few Japanese people, and the explanations were in English, so our understanding was about 10-20%. But we had fun.

However, even though there were dolphins swimming, the explanations were long, so by the time we got into the water, the dolphins were gone, and we only got to snorkel for about 30-40 minutes.

The lunch was delicious. It included round-trip transportation to the point and free drinks (including alcohol).

Since we couldn't swim with the dolphins, the cost performance was not great.

50代夫婦で参加しました。
日本人が少なく、説明は英語だったので
理解度は10～20%くらい？
でも楽しかったです。

ただ、イルカが泳いでいても説明が長かった
ので、海に入った時には、イルカもいなくなって
いて、30～40分シュノーケリングしていただけ
でした。

ランチは美味しかったです。
ポイントまでの往復、フリードリンク(アルコ
ール含む)でした。

イルカと泳げなかったので、コスパは、いまいち
ですね。

For those who want to experience the sandbar, which is often featured on television, I recommend it because the time is only in the morning and the price is reasonable. There were many participants, with two buses and two boats operating.

Before heading to the sandbar, we looked for sea turtles. We were able to see about five or six, but they only come up for air briefly, making it difficult to take photos. After seeing the turtles, we went to the sandbar.

On the day we went, the water was up to our knees, and there were some complaints. It seems that the relaxing setup with chairs, as seen on TV, is quite rare. After the photo session at the sandbar (the staff takes the pictures), we went snorkeling.

We walked to the point where the sandbar suddenly gets deep, which took about 5 to 10 minutes. I got stung by a jellyfish during that time. The staff had warned us to be careful. The jellyfish were small, so it was quite difficult to spot them if you weren't paying attention.

A tip to avoid getting stung by jellyfish: don't walk at the front! I was at the front and got stung. It hurts quite a bit; it's a prickly pain, and since jellyfish tentacles are long, the pain can be quite widespread. After being stung, it turns into a small bump, and the mark lasts for a few days. For children, it might be a bit challenging as they might scratch it. Please be careful.

Since many people participate in snorkeling, the water can be murky and visibility is poor. The staff was feeding the fish with bread to attract them. After the activity, they ask for tips, but it’s not mandatory, so quite a few people didn’t give any. The staff were cheerful and had a good vibe.

テレビでもよく取り上げられるサンドバーに一度は行ってみたい人には、時間も午前中だけだし、値段も手頃なのでオススメです。
多数の参加者で、バス２台、舟２隻の運行でした。
サンドバーに行く前に海がめを探します。５～６匹は見れましたが、息継ぎする瞬間だけ頭を上げるので、写真に残すのは難しいです。カメを見た後にサンドバーに行きます。
私たちが行った日は、海水は膝上ぐらいで、クレームを言っている人も居ました。テレビで見たような、椅子を出してくつろげるような状態は、めったに無いそうです。
サンドバーで写真撮影タイム（スタッフの人が撮ってくれます）が終わったら、シュノーケリングです。
シュノーケリングはサンドバーの急に深くなるポイントまで歩きます。５～10分程度です。
私はその時にくらげに刺されました。スタッフの人も注意を促してましたが。小さいクラゲですので、よほど注意していないと見つけるのは困難です。
クラゲに刺されないコツ！　先頭を歩かない！先頭を泳がない！私は先頭を歩いていて刺されました。
さされると、結構痛いですね。チクチクした痛みですが、クラゲの足が長いので、結構広範囲に痛いです。さされた後は小さいイボになり、数日は後が残ります。子供だと掻いてしまったり、少し大変かも知れません。お気をつけ下さい。
シュノーケリングはたくさんの人が参加するので。濁っていてよく見えません。スタッフの人がパン？を与えて魚を寄せていました。
終わったらチップをお願いされます。強要はされないので、入れない人も結構いました。
スタッフの方は明るくてよい感じでした。

Was a little disappointing to have helicopter tour cancelled but that was due to bad weather.
I wouldn't have booked this tour without the helicopter part.
The first part of morning was spent going from Macadamia shop and orchid shop which really didn't interest me.
However the second part of the day was very enjoyable - going through national park.

Overall it was an enjoyable day though it was a very long day and probably could have been an hour or two shorter

I experienced this for the first time at my wife's request. The interaction with the dolphins was amazing. I thought the show was also nice and intimate.

I was lucky enough to encounter four sea turtles while traveling by boat. I've seen sea turtles on the beach before, but it was my first time seeing them swimming gracefully in the ocean. I also had an early encounter with dolphins and experienced how they gather in such large numbers.

The staff was energetic and worked hard to boost the participants' spirits from early in the morning, creating a fun atmosphere throughout the tour. It felt great to see the effort put into making the entire tour enjoyable, not just focusing on the main purpose of seeing dolphins, but also ensuring a pleasant experience from the bus ride to the end of the tour.

I want to go again! I'm also curious about the manta ray tour. Maybe next year?

運が良かったのか、船で移動中にウミガメ４頭に遭遇できました。
浜にいるウミガメは見たことありますが、悠々と海を泳いでいるウミガメを見たのは初めてでした。
イルカ達にも早々と遭遇でき、こんなにたくさんの数で群れを成すのだと体感できました
また、スタッフの方達も早朝から参加者のテンションをあげるよう、元気に盛り上げて頂けてツアー全体が楽しい雰囲気で実行できました。
これは、イルカという主目的だけでなく、ツアーバスの乗車から終わりまでのツア－全体の運営を気持ちよくしようという努力が感じられ、気持ちよかったです。
また行きたい！！　マンタツアーも気になりますね。また来年かな？

The weather was nice, but as I researched beforehand, the sandbar had water up to my waist. If you don't like what you find in your research, it's better not to participate. The snorkeling at the coral reef was great. You can't get there without a boat. On the day, there were currents, and the guide said, "Think of it as training and do your best," which was funny. I went into the sea with a water camera and holding my child. Although I was wearing a life jacket, I felt like I was going to be overwhelmed by my child clinging to me. It became a great memory. The guide was also very nice and I recommend it. I will repeat this experience.

天気は良かったですがサンドバーは事前に調べた通りで腰まで水がありました。
事前に調べて気に入らない方は参加しない方が良いですね。
サンゴ礁でのスノーケリングが良かったです。船でなければこれません。
当日は海流がありガイドさんが”特訓だと思ってがんばってください”とｗ。
水中カメラと子供を抱えて海へ。救命胴衣を着けていますが、
私にしがみつき登り上がる子供に殺されると思いましたｗ。いい思い出になりました。
ガイドさんも感じが良くおすすめです。リピートします。

It was a tour I joined during my free time, and I was lucky to encounter a pod of dolphins by chance. I think it's relatively affordable and easy to participate in compared to other options in Hawaii.

空き時間に参加したツアーでしたが、偶然イルカの集団に遭遇できラッキーでした。
ハワイの中では比較的安価で参加しやすいと思います。

I thought I could have malasadas for breakfast, so I skipped breakfast, but I couldn't eat anything until lunch. What happened to the malasada photos from the past? I got to see dolphins, but since I jumped in with a five-year-old, it was quite exhausting to swim towards the dolphins. I couldn't keep up with the group at all and was struggling. Unfortunately, I couldn't see them while swimming. As a result, I ran out of energy to enjoy the marine activities, and the wait for the other participants' marine activities was long, which made me feel seasick halfway through, and it was quite tough. It seemed there were a few people who also got seasick. In the midst of all this, I was happy that the Japanese female staff member took great care of us.

朝マラサダが食べられると思い、朝ごはん抜きで来てしまったが、昼まで何も食べられなかった。過去のマラサダの写真は何だったのか？イルカには会えたが、私は５歳児と一緒に飛び込んだので、泳いでいるイルカの方に行くのはかなり体力消耗。集団に全然追いつけなくて必死だった。残念ながら泳ぎながら見ることは叶わなかった。なので、マリンアクティビティを楽しむ体力がなくなってしまい、他の参加者のマリンアクティビティ待ちが長くて、途中から船酔いしてしまい、かなりきつかった。船酔い組は何人かいたよう。そんななかで、日本人女子スタッフさんは甲斐甲斐しくお世話してくれて嬉しかったです。

I participated with my elementary and high school sons as a family. Shortly after boarding the boat, we were told that dolphins were nearby. We tried twice and were able to see many dolphins. There was even a baby dolphin in the pod, which was adorable. Later, we moved to a different spot for snorkeling where we saw sea turtles and various fish, and the kids were very excited. The cheeseburger we had on the boat was very delicious. It was a thoroughly satisfying tour.

小学生と高校生の息子達を連れて家族で参加しました。船に乗って間も無くイルカが近くにいるとの事。2回トライしてたくさんのイルカを見る事が出来ました。群れの中に赤ちゃんイルカもいて可愛いかったです。その後場所を変えてのシュノーケルではウミガメやお魚たちも見られたし、子供達も大興奮でした。船の上で食べたチーズバーガーがとても美味しかったです。大満足のツアーでした。

I'm not sure if it was due to the timing at the end of August or the cloudy and rainy weather, but it wasn't very crowded. There were slides that we could enjoy without waiting in line, and we had a lot of fun. The soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and I had about three cups. We didn't opt for the all-you-can-eat option, but it seemed like there were time restrictions, so I think it's better to be able to eat what you want at your own convenience. It's quite far from Waikiki, so you should definitely include transportation.

8月末という時期的なものなのか、曇りのち雨という天候のせいなのかわかりませんがそれほど混んでおりませんでした。
並ばずに滑れるスライダーもあり、けっこう楽しめました。
ソフトドリンク飲み放題で3杯くらい飲みました。
食べ放題はつけませんでしたが、時間の指定があるようだったので、自分たちの都合に合わせて好きなものを食べられる方がいいと思いました。
ワイキキからは結構遠いので送迎はつけるべきです。

It was my first time at the sandbar! Depending on the season, I think, but I couldn't stand in the middle of the ocean as I had imagined... I was submerged up to my waist, and it was quite cold. However, the sea was very beautiful, and I was able to see turtles up close, and the snacks were delicious and satisfying! I would like to try again next time! (*^ω^*)

初めてのサンドバーでした！時季にもよると思うんですが、想像していたような海の真ん中に立てることはなかったです…。腰くらいまで浸る状態で、結構寒かったです。でも、海はとっても綺麗でしたし、カメも近くで見ることができましたし、軽食も美味しく満足できました！次回再チャレンジしたいと思います(*^ω^*)

Was disappointing that helicopter tour was cancelled but that was due to bad weather - so not much you can do. Probay wouldn't have booked tour without the helicopter part. The first part of island tour was a bit commercial so you can spend money at the macadamia shop and orchid shop. However the second part was very interesting - going through the national park and seeing the damage the volcano has caused.
It's a very long day and probably could have been an hour or two shorter. Despite the initial disappointment was still a fun day though probably wouldn't go back to this island again

Waikiki Beach is beautiful, but the Heaven's Sea Sandbar had even more stunning waters and a sense of openness that was amazing!! I was very satisfied to see so many sea turtles!

ワイキキビーチも綺麗ですが、天国の海サンドバーはさらに綺麗な海と開放感で最高でした！！
ウミガメもたくさん観れて大満足でした！

〇Kind and accommodating reservation changes
- I contacted them to change our departure date from Japan to one day earlier than originally planned, and I was worried about whether the change would be approved. However, three days before our departure, I received an email confirming the change, which relieved me, and I am grateful to VELTRA.
- The motivation for this trip came from my third-grade grandson, who requested to go to a place with a big pool and many attractions in Hawaii this year, so I decided to plan it.
- The participants included us and my eldest son's family (with two children).

〇Meeting Point
- We gathered at the three flagpoles in front of the Hilton at the Ilikai Hotel where we were staying, and at the meeting time, there were many Japanese tourists, including those from other tours. Since I have been on tours every year, I expected a large passenger vehicle (light van) as usual, but I was surprised to see a large bus.
- The bus driver took attendance, and we received wristbands according to our respective plans before boarding.
- The air conditioning on the bus was a bit too cold, but the grandchildren were very excited.

〇Entrance
- Bringing food and drinks is prohibited, and there is a check at the entrance. If you have any drinks, they will be confiscated, so please be careful. We brought a water bottle filled with ice (which passed through without issue).
- I didn't bring any valuables, but we used lockers for changing clothes.
- Since I did some research beforehand, everyone wore marine shoes, which were very helpful.
- The park was basically filled with various types of slides, primarily "thrill rides." The younger grandson was too short to ride the four-person slide we entered first, so he played with me in a small pool and had a good time. The older grandson, who wanted to ride, was very satisfied riding various slides with his father. In particular, he loved the super scary slide shaped like a trumpet in red, shouting loudly and having fun with his father, creating wonderful summer vacation memories.
- In terms of time, the older grandson wanted to play more, but overall, I think the duration was just right.

〇Future Plans
- I plan to go again next year with my eldest daughter and second son's family, along with my eldest son's family.

〇親切な予約変更対応
　・当初の計画から一日早くするように、日本を出国日に変更の連絡をしま
　　したが無事変更が承認されるかどうか心配でしたが3日前にメールで
　　変更了承の旨の連絡があり安堵するとともにVELTRA社に感謝していま
　　す。
　・動機付けは小学校3年生の孫がジイジ、ハワイの大きなプ－ルとアトラ
　　クションがたくさん有る所に今年は行きたいというリクエストが有りま
　　したので計画することとした。
　・参加者は我々と長男家族(子供2人)で参加しました。
〇集合
　・私達が滞在しているヒルトンの前のイリカイホテルにある3本の旗竿が
　　ある所に集合ですが、集合時間には他のツアー客も含め日本人がたく
　　さんいました。私は毎年ツアーに行っていましたので、いつものように
　　大型乗用車(ライトバン)かなと思っていたのですが大型バスには驚きま
　　した。
　・バスの運転手が点呼をとり、それぞれの申し込みプラン毎のリストバンド
　　をして貰い乗車しました。
　・バスの中は冷房が効きすぎて、若干寒かったですが孫達は大はしゃぎでし
　　た。
〇入園
　・飲み物食べ物の持ち込みは禁止で入園時にはチェックされ、もし飲み物等
　　が有れば没収されますので、注意してく下さい。我々は水筒に氷を入れて
　　行きました(見事に通過)
　・貴重品は持って行かなかったのですが、着替え等でロッカ－を使用しまた。
　・事前に調査しましたので、全員マリンシュウズを着用しました。大変役立
　　ちました。
　・いろんな種類のスライダーだらけの基本的には「絶叫系」でした。最初に
　　エントリ－した4人乗りのスライダ-には下の孫は身長不足で乗ることが出
　　来ず、小さなブールで私と遊ぶこととし、それなりに楽しんでいました。
　　希望した上の孫は父親といろんなスライダ－に乗り大変満足していました。
　　特に
　　赤い色でラッパの形をした超怖いスライダ-が気に入り大きな声を上げ父親
　　と一緒に楽しく遊び、夏休みの思い出が出来大変喜んでいました。
　・時間的には、上の孫はもっと遊びかったのですが、全体としては丁度良い
　　時間であったと思います。
〇今後の計画
　・来年は長女、次男家族と再度長男家族と全員でと計画しようと思っていま

The total activity time was short. Additionally, the snorkeling felt less free, and because there were many participants, we had to swim in a line in a designated area. We received annoying comments like "keep your distance from the person in front" and "swim faster," which made it frustrating. The sandbar itself was a valuable experience, but overall, it didn't leave a lasting impression. I won't be doing this again.

トータルのアクティビティ時間は短い。また、シュノーケリングは、自由な感じか少なく、参加者も多いせいか、決まったエリアを列で泳がなければならず、前の人と距離を開けろだの、早く泳げだの、どうにもならない煽りをうける。サンドバー自体は貴重な体験だったが、総じて印象には残っていない。2度目はない。

This time, my spouse and I participated in the dolphin encounter. We didn't get bored before the participation time as we watched the show and played in a small area with many birds. It was reassuring that there was someone who explained the precautions in Japanese. I felt that the time we spent touching the dolphins was short for the price, but I understand that this was decided by the Sea Life Park based on the dolphins' condition, so it can't be helped. The content of the tour was very good! I was satisfied to be able to do something that is not easily available in Japan.

今回は夫婦でドルフィンエンカウンターに参加しました。参加時間までショーをみたり鳥がたくさんいる小屋に入って遊んだり退屈しなかったです。日本語で注意点を説明してくれる人もいて安心しました。料金の割にはイルカと触れる時間が短いと感じましたがそこはイルカの状態に合わせシーライフパークの方が決めたことなので仕方ないと思います。ツアーの内容はとても良かったです！日本ではなかなかできないことをできて満足です

The ocean and sandbar were great, but the guide was very friendly, kind, appropriate, and fun, making me feel glad to have participated in this tour. I think it would have been nice to have a waterproof camera, but I understand that any water damage would be my own responsibility.

海やサンドバーも良かったですが、ガイドさんがとてもフレンドリーで親切で適切で楽しくて、このツアーに参加して良かったと思いました。持ち物に、防水カメラただし水没は自己責任で、とあればなと思いました。
