Since I have a small child, I was looking for a place to play in the pool. Compared to the hotel's pool, this one was much larger, so I signed up for the tour. While there, I made friends with a local person next to me, and we even took a commemorative photo at the end, creating wonderful memories.

小さい子供がいるため、プールで遊ぶ場所を探していました。ホテルのプールのスケールと比べると遥かに大きかったのでツアーに申し込みました。現地では隣にいた現地の方と仲良くなり最後に記念写真も撮るなど最高の思い出ができました。

I was very satisfied to be able to interact so closely with the dolphins and also have photos taken. The staff were kind, and I had a great time.

It was a rainy season, but due to a storm the day before, our 8 AM departure was changed to 12 PM for safety reasons. We were contacted the day before and were kindly informed that we could decide whether to participate or not, and we chose to go ahead with the change instead of canceling.

We were picked up in Ko Olina and then made several stops in Waikiki, so we waited about 20 minutes longer than the scheduled meeting time. The participants were a mix of Japanese and foreigners, and there were several families with children as well.

On the day of the tour, it was clear skies, but the sea was rough due to the recent bad weather, and I experienced a bit of seasickness. I recommend bringing motion sickness medication for those who are prone to it.

After about an hour of fast sailing out to the dolphin viewing spot, we were able to see several dolphins swimming around the boat. And just a little further ahead, we even spotted a whale! The sight of the whale jumping was incredibly moving. It wasn't the season for whale watching, so we were very lucky.

We thoroughly enjoyed watching the whales and dolphins, but when we moved to the snorkeling spot, the sea was quite dirty due to the storm's impact, and the marine activities were canceled, so we couldn't go into the water. I was looking forward to snorkeling as well, so that was a bit disappointing.

On the way back, the crew put on a hula show for us, and we were able to see the rare whale again, making it an overall satisfying tour.

雨の多い時期でしたが前日に嵐がきたこともあり、8時出発を予約してましたが安全性優先とのことで12時発に変更となりました。
それに関しては前日にご連絡を頂き、参加するかどうかはこちらで判断していいと丁寧にご案内され、私たちはキャンセルせずに変更を選択しました。
私たちはコオリナでのピックアップ、ワイキキで何ヶ所かピックアップしてからなので集合時間より20分ほど待ちました。
参加者は日本人と外国人半々といった感じで、お子様連れのファミリーも数組参加されていました。
当日は快晴でしたが、連日の悪天候の影響で海は荒れており私は少し船酔いをしました。
苦手な方は酔い止め持参をおすすめします。
イルカが見られるスポットまで約1時間ほどかなり沖まで高速で進むと、船の回りを泳ぐ何頭ものイルカを見ることができました。
そして、少し先には何とクジラまで！
クジラのジャンプはとても感動的でした。
本来クジラが見られる時期ではなかったので、とても運がよかったです。
存分にクジラとイルカを堪能しましたが、シュノーケルスポットに移動すると嵐の影響で海がかなり汚れており、マリンアクテビティは中止ということで海に入ることもてきませんでした。
イルカウォッチだけでなくシュノーケルなども楽しみにしていたので、少し残念でした。
帰路では船上でクルーの方々がフラショーを観せて下さり、貴重なクジラも見ることができて全体的には満足なツアーでした。

I had a great time being together with people from abroad. The guide seemed to understand a little Japanese, which made communication enjoyable. Above all, I think it's happy to share the time of enjoying the beautiful starry sky with those who love stars in Hawaii.

外国の方とも一緒になれて楽しかったです。ガイドの方は日本語も少しわかるようで楽しくコミュニケーションが取れました。何より、Hawaiiで星が好きな方々と綺麗な星空を見て楽しむという時間を共有できることがhappyだと思います。

It was a sandbar experience in light rain, but when we arrived, the tide was low, allowing us to finally set foot on it. After playing with stand-up paddleboards and powerful water guns, we went snorkeling. I was thrilled to see many fish and the honu (sea turtles) hiding among the rocks. The most moving moment was when a honu gracefully swam right underneath me, turning around just below me, allowing me to see its impressive size for a long time.

The staff were all friendly, and there were even some who spoke Japanese, which made me feel comfortable participating.

小雨の中でのサンドバーでしたが到着時刻に潮が引いていて念願の上陸ができました。SUPやすごい威力の水鉄砲で遊んだりした後にシュノーケリング。たくさんの魚や岩陰にいるホヌに喜んでいたのですが、一番の感動はホヌが優雅に泳いできて触ってしまうのではというくらいのすぐ真下でUターンしてくれて長い時間すごい大きさで見れたことです。
スタッフの皆さんも楽しくて日本語を話される方もいらしたので安心して参加できました。

I was truly moved to see natural fish and coral reefs right nearby while swimming. However, the sea was cold at 7 AM in January, so I couldn't stay in for long... I think it would be enjoyable around 10 AM when the sun is fully up.

泳いでいるすぐ近くを天然の魚や珊瑚礁を見ることができ、本当に感動しました。
ただ、1月の朝7時の海は寒くて、長時間は入っていられませんでした…。
日が登りきった10時ごろなら楽しめると思います。

Thank you for your courteous response to the sudden reservation change. Despite the unfortunate weather, I appreciate the support you provided for my husband, who uses a wheelchair, with boarding and disembarking from the boat, as well as your encouragement. I felt at ease and enjoyed the experience thanks to the interpretation from the guide who spoke Japanese. I believe it would have been even more beautiful if the weather had been nice. I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

アクティビティはあいにくの天候の中でも、車椅子使用の主人に船の乗降や声掛けなどサポートありがとうございました。

It was very impressive. I had a standard passport valid for two days, but unfortunately, I could only go for one day due to the length of my stay, which was very disappointing.

At the Battleship Missouri, a guide who spoke in the visitors' language thoroughly showed us the highlights of the ship. You can catch a glimpse of the situation surrounding the outbreak and conclusion of World War II from both Japan's and America's perspectives. I felt the curiosity of how the United States has created such a facility without leaning towards either side.

大変見応えがありました。 2日間有効なスタンダードパスポートだったのですが、滞在日数の関係で1日しか行く事ができなったのがとても残念です。
戦艦ミズーリでは訪問者の言語に合わせたガイドの方が、艦内の見所をしっかり案内して下さいました。
日本、アメリカそれぞれの立場から第二次大戦開戦そして集結の状況を垣間見る事ができます。どちらかに偏る事なくこういう施設をしっかりと作っているアメリカという国の不思議さを感じました。

Hanauma Bay was really beautiful and probably one of my favorite places on the trip. The view was amazing, and I took a lot of nice photos just by lying on the grass and looking at the ocean. It felt super relaxing and peaceful. I also saw some really cool fish, which made it exciting and different from just a normal beach.

There were a few things I didn’t like though. The rocks in the water made it kind of hard to walk, and sometimes it hurt my feet. I also didn’t enjoy snorkeling that much, but that was mostly because I felt sick. I think it would actually be really fun if you feel okay.

Be careful when putting on sunscreen and don’t get it too close to your eyes because it really hurts. Also, watch out for mongoose because they might steal your food. I saw it happen to people sitting near us. Overall, Hanauma Bay is an awesome place and I would recommend going.

I went to Pearl Harbor and it was a really interesting place to visit, but there were some parts I liked more than others.

My favorite part was the airplane area. We went to the Top of the Tower (paid extra $10.00 ) and saw 360 degree view of Pearl Harbor. There was one section in the back (kind of like a shed) which I found the coolest planes. I also really liked the submarine. It wasn’t very big, but it was cool because you could see how people actually lived inside. The beds were super small, and it made me imagine how hard life must have been there.

The USS Missouri wasn’t that exciting to me because I didn’t really find anything very interesting there. Also, the bus rides to go back and forth was a little boring and it felt like a waste of time.

Loved the experience! Once in a lifetime so far. Hope to have a repeat someday!!

I was relieved to have staff who could speak Japanese. I was moved to see dolphins, sea turtles, and whales. I had a great time playing in the ocean with snorkeling and the water slide. Watching the staff's hula show made me feel the essence of Hawaii. The lunch was also included and it was delicious.

Matthew was exceptional - he went out of his way to make our trip memorable- would highly recommend him as a guide

On the last morning in Honolulu, I signed up for this tour. I chose the earliest pickup time. The day before, I received a text message in English confirming the meeting time and location.

On the morning of the tour, I was waiting to see if someone would come to call my name in the lobby. When a large vehicle arrived, I thought it might be for me, and I should have spoken up, but I waited until I was called. Eventually, about five minutes later, the driver got out of the car and called my name. I thought it would be smoother if they also provided the car's license plate number via text in case no one came to call me.

The same driver was shuttling between the hotel and Diamond Head. Although they said they would pick me up at 8:35, they ended up being 30 minutes late. Since the hotel checkout was until 12:00, I was able to take a shower and change after returning to the hotel before heading to the airport. However, I know some hotels have a 10:00 checkout, so I was surprised by the 30-minute delay on the return trip. Moreover, the excuse was that they had to go to seven different hotels, and that group was late by 2-3 minutes each, causing the 30-minute delay. As I mentioned earlier, I believe if they had called names right away during the gathering, it wouldn't have taken so long.

ホノルル最終日の朝、このツアーに申し込みました。1番早いピックアップ時間に申し込みしました。前日にショートメールが英文で届き待ち合わせ時間と集合場所の確認メールが届きます。
当日の朝、ロビーまで名前を呼びに来るのかな？と思い、待っていました。大きな車が来たからそれかな？と思いこちらからも声をかけたら良かったのですが、呼ばれるまで待っていました。でも結局5分後くらいにその車からドライバーが降りて名前を呼んできました。もし呼びに来ないなら、車のナンバーなどもショートメールで教えてくれたらスムーズだと思った。同じドライバーが一台の車をピストンさせて、ホテルとダイヤモンドヘッドの送迎をしています。帰りは8:35に迎えに来ると言っていたのに結局30分も遅刻してお迎えに来ました。ホテルのチェックアウトが12:00までだったので、今回はホテルに戻った後にシャワーを浴びて着替えてから飛行機に乗れましたがチェックアウトが10:00のホテルもあると思うので帰りの30分の遅刻は、驚きました。しかも、言い訳が7個のホテルを回ってそのグループが2.3分ずつ遅刻して30分遅れたとのこと‥最初にも書きましたが、集合時すぐに名前を呼んで乗車されたらそんなに時間が遅くならないと思いました。

The weather was cloudy with occasional rain, but it was warm with a southern breeze. I was happy to see manta rays and sea turtles. It would have been perfect if the sky had been clear, but it was a bit disappointing. The burger for lunch was delicious. The staff were all very cheerful and it was a lot of fun.

お天気が曇り時々雨でしたが、南風で暖かかったです。
エイやホヌが見れて嬉しかったです。
青空だったら最高だったんですけど、ちょっと残念。
ランチのBURGER美味しかったです。
スタッフ皆さんとても陽気で楽しかったです。

I chose this tour on a large ship because I was worried about seasickness. The observation deck had some swaying, so I watched from a cabin on the first floor, but I was still able to see the whales' spouts and tails. It seems that those who are less sensitive to motion can see much more from the observation deck. The pineapple banana cake was delicious.

展望デッキは揺れもあったので、1階の客室で見ていましたが、何とかクジラの潮吹きや尾っぽを見ることができました。
揺れに強い方が展望デッキの方がたくさん見れるようです。
パイナップルバナナケーキが美味しかったです。

I participated in the tour in late March. It was quite cold since it was early in the morning and cloudy. I can't speak much English, but the tours with Japanese guides are quite expensive, so choosing this tour was the right decision. Even if you're worried about your English, you can just check the meeting time for the return trip with a translation app, and there won't be any problems. Hanauma Bay is a place that has value in "going there itself," so it's important not to have excessive expectations about the sea. If you're looking for an environment filled with tropical fish, you should go to Guam or Miyako Island. In that sense, I don't think snorkeling tours are very meaningful, especially the expensive ones with Japanese guides. It's particularly tough when it's cold because you can't swim at your own pace. That's why this tour, which only includes transportation, makes sense. That said, the price feels a bit high considering it only covers the entrance fee, group transportation, and mask and fin rentals. However, since it's just a group transportation tour without any special individual services, I believe tipping is basically unnecessary.

3月後半に参加。早朝でかつ曇りだったのでかなり寒かったです。英語がほぼ話せないですが、日本人ガイド付きツアーは割高なので、このツアーにして正解でした。英語が不安でも、帰りの集合時間だけ翻訳アプリで確認すれば問題なし。ハナウマ湾という場所は「行くこと自体」に価値がある場所であって、海自体に過度な期待は禁物です。熱帯魚がそこら中にいるような環境を求めるなら、グアムや宮古島に行くべき。そういう意味で、シュノーケリングツアーはあまり意味がないと思います。日本人ガイド付きの高価なツアーなら尚更です。特に寒いと自分のペースで泳げないので、余計に辛くなります。だから送迎のみのこのツアーは理にかなっています。とは言え、価格は入場料別で、グループ送迎＋マスク・フィンレンタルだけの内容の割に、値段はやや高めに感じました。ただグループ送迎のみのツアーで、特段、個別のサービスはないため、チップは基本的に必要ないと私は思います。

I received an email the day before asking to change the show time from 8 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Since we could communicate in translation, there was no problem. A cheerful uncle chatted happily as we headed there, and it was fun♪ Even though it was in English, there were no issues.

8時代を7時代に変更してほしい、とショーでメールが前日に届きました。翻訳でやり取りできるので、問題なかった。陽気なおじ様が楽しくおしゃべりしながら向かい、楽しかったです♪英語だけど、問題なしでした。

It was spacious, fun, and there just wasn't enough time! It opens at 10:30 and we had to gather at 15:00, so we only had about 4 hours to enjoy ourselves!! Next time, I want to take my time. The staff explained everything in Japanese and were very attentive.

広くて、楽しくて時間が全然足りなかった！10時半オープン、15時に集合だから、実質４時間しか遊べない！！次回はゆっくり行きたいです。スタッフは日本語で丁寧に説明、対応してくれました。

Was a nice and fun experience never. Weather was really nice in the afternoon. There so much to do and see not enough time for everything lol . We also had a really good tour guid his name was Sam .

I was able to see whales. I'm glad I participated. There was no rocking that would cause seasickness, so even family members who usually get motion sickness enjoyed it until the end. The deck of the boat has a decent amount of wind, so I think a jacket is necessary. I brought one and used it. A hat that won't blow away in the wind would be a good idea. The explanations from the guide are in English, so I think at least one person in the family should be able to understand English.

参加して良かった。
船酔いになるような揺れも無く、普段は乗り物酔いのある家族も最後まで楽しめました。
船のデッキはそこそこ風があるので上着が必要かと思います。持って行って、使いました。
帽子は風で飛ばないタイプが良いかと。
解説員の方の説明は英語なので、家族の中など誰か1人は英語聞き取れるべきだろうなと思います。

It was all in English, so I was really disappointed that I couldn't understand the staff's explanations. I was looking forward to the experience, but it felt a bit lacking.

折角の体験をタ楽しみにしていたのですが、少し物足りなかった。

First, I made a mistake and booked the wrong date, realizing it the day before and requesting assistance. They responded immediately, and I was able to go the next day without any issues, which was very helpful. It was reassuring that there were staff members who could communicate in Japanese.

As for the pool itself, perhaps due to the limited number of staff, half of the attractions were closed. That's unfortunate...

That said, I was still able to have a fun time.

まずは自分のミスで予約日を間違ってしまい、前日に気づき対応を依頼。
すぐに対応していただき、翌日無事にいく事が出来た事はとても助かりました。
日本語対応が出来るかたもいて、安心できます。

プール自体ですが、スタッフが少ないためかアトラクションが半分はClose.　
残念です。。。

とはいえ、楽しい時間を過ごす事は出来ました。

Well worth the money. I would highly recommend Dolphin Quest to any animal lover. An experience you will find hard to match.

The explanations in Japanese were very helpful for those in Japan. Despite the unfortunate cloudy and cold weather, I went snorkeling and had a great time. I think I could have enjoyed it even more if the weather had been sunnier. Overall, I was satisfied with the tour thanks to the consistently kind service.

日本の方向けに日本語の説明もあってとても親切でした。
あいにくの曇りで寒かった点を除けば、シュノーケリングをしましたが、楽しかったです。もっと晴れたタイミングだったらもっと楽しめたと思います。終始、親切な対応をしていただけて満足なツアーでした。

I think you can swim from the morning in the summer, but the mornings in March are still cold and tough. However, once the sun comes out, it's not that cold, so it might be better to swim in the afternoon during winter. Even in the shallow areas, you can see a lot of fish and swim close enough to them. I also got to see a seal, which was fun. It was a shame that one of the snorkels was broken.

夏場は朝から泳げると思うけど3月の朝はまだ寒くて辛かった。でも日が出てからはさほど寒くないので冬場は午後がいいかも。浅瀬でも沢山の魚をみれて手が届きそうな距離で一緒に泳げます。アザラシにも会えて楽しかったです。シュノーケルが一つ壊れてて残念でした。
