I have participated in similar tours several times, but thanks to the good weather, this time I saw the most beautiful sea I've ever seen. The snorkeling was a bit murky, but there were plenty of fish, and I was able to see turtles, which was great. Since I joined the morning session, there was a light meal included, but it was a buffet-style, so the amount was more than just a light snack! The bone-in short ribs were incredibly delicious! Also, turtles came to swim in the shallow waters, and I was able to see them up close. I want to participate again!

何回か同様のツアーに参加しましたが、天気が良かったこともあり今回が今までで一番綺麗な海が見れました。
シュノーケリングは少し濁ってましたが魚もたくさんいて亀も見れて良かったです。
午前参加だったので軽食がついていたのですが、バイキング形式だったので軽食とは思えない量でした♪♪骨付きのカルビがすごくおいしかったです‼
あと、浅瀬にも亀が泳ぎにきてくれて、すごく近くで見ることができました。
また参加したいです‼

The honu came right up to me and was so cute! The staff were fluent in Japanese and had a great vibe, which made it a lot of fun!

ホヌが目の前まで寄ってきてとても可愛いかったです！
スタッフの方も日本語ペラペラでノリもよく楽しかったです！

We went for my daughter's graduation, we had a great time. The food was ok, but the performances and audience involvement made up for it. My kids really enjoyed it! The sunset was amazing!!! This is a must do activity.

This time I participated alone.

This tour is not really meant for solo travelers. It's best suited for friends, families, or couples on their honeymoon.

However, you can only reach this place through a tour like this, so if you have the mindset of wanting to:
- Take Instagram-worthy photos,
- Not care at all about what others think even if you're alone,
- Not feel uncomfortable when asked, "Are you participating alone?"

Then I think this tour is great for you.

I personally wanted to capture the quintessential Hawaiian scenery. I joined just with that mindset, but various thoughts crossed my mind along the way. I recommend that those participating alone focus solely on enjoying the scenery!

To join a tour like this, you need to have the right mindset.

今回一人参加でした。

このツアーは一人で参加するようなツアーではないです。
友人同士、家族、新婚旅行などのカップル。
そういう方には最高のツアーだと思います。

ただ、この場所に来るにはこういうツアーでなければ行けないので
・とにかくインスタ映えするような景色を撮りたい
・自分は一人でも他人の目なんて一ミリたりとも気にしない
・やたら「一人参加？」と聞かれても嫌な思いをしない
そういう精神的な気持ちがある人ならば、このツアーはいいと思います。

自分はとにかくハワイらしい景色を撮りたい。
そういう気持ちだけで参加したのですが、途中でいろんなものが去来してしまいました。
一人で参加する人は、景色を楽しむ！という事だけを専念することをお勧めします。

こういうツアーに参加するには、それなりの気持ちが必要です。

The staff at Captain Cruise were all very fun, and they willingly took photos for us. The beautiful sandbar, turtle watching from the boat, and snorkeling were all so enjoyable! I did get sunburned, though! (laughs) I'm not a strong swimmer and was anxious about snorkeling, but they let me practice at the sandbar, and since I was wearing a life jacket, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind! Thank you very much!

キャプテンクルーズのスタッフの皆さんもとっても楽しい方達で、写真も進んで撮ってくださったり、綺麗なサンドバー も船からのウミガメウォッチングもシュノーケリングも楽しすぎました！ただ焼けましたね！（笑）私は泳ぐのが苦手でシュノーケリングは不安でしたがサンドバー で練習させてくださり、ライフジャケットも付けてたので安心して楽しめました！ありがとうございました！

I was able to see wild dolphins up close, and I also got to see sea turtles much closer than I had expected! It became a once-in-a-lifetime memory that I can only experience here!

野生のイルカが生で見ることが出来たこと、さらにウミガメも思っていた以上に近距離で見れました！
ここでしか見ることが出来ない一生の思い出になりました！

The salad and pasta had traditional flavors that appealed to Japanese tastes. However, meals in Hawaii are expensive. As a Japanese traveler, I can't say this place offers good value for money, but since it's Hawaii, I'll let it slide.

サラダ、パスタ等オーソドックスな味付けで日本人好みの味付けだった。
しかし、ハワイの食事は高い。日本人旅行者としてはココもコスパが良いとは言えないが、ハワイなので良しとした。

It took longer to get around than I expected, and I returned to my room late, but I was glad to see the sea turtles. I heard there was a Japanese guide in the morning, so I aimed for that and was very satisfied with my reservation.

思いのほか移動に時間がかかり部屋に戻るのが遅くなりましたが海ガメに会えたし良かったです。午前中は日本語ガイドがあると聞いていたのでそれを狙って予約できて大変満足です。

My tour of the Big Island was canceled at the last minute due to the volcanic eruption, so since I was already in Hawaii, I quickly booked a sunset cruise. Thanks to arriving early, I was able to get a nice window seat and was among the first in line for the buffet, which made me happy. The experience wasn't perfect because there was a Chinese family whose kids were climbing on the sofa with their shoes on, throwing cushions, and running around, making a lot of noise. It really ruined the atmosphere.

ハワイ島観光が噴火の影響で直前キャンセルになり、すでにハワイにいたので急遽サンセットクルーズを申し込みました。
早めに現地に着いたおかげで窓側のいい席をとれてブッフェも最初に並ぶことができて満足です。
満点にならなかったのは中国のファミリーがいて子供達が土足でソファにあがったり、クッション投げをしたり、バタバタ走り回っていてうるさかったです。せっかくのムードが台無し。

This was my second time at the sandbar. Unfortunately, the tide was lower than last time, and the sandbar didn't appear. However, I was able to enjoy activities like beach volleyball. The cruise staff were lively and created a great atmosphere, making it a fun cruise. The lunch was delicious too!

2回目のサンドバーでした。前回より潮のヒキが少なく、残念ながらサンドバーが現れてはいませんでした。でも、ビーチバレーなど楽しむことが出来ました。クルースタッフがノリが良く雰囲気を作ってくれたので、楽しいクルーズでした。ランチも美味しかった～

I went on three tours: a movie location tour, a jungle exploration tour, and a garden tour. All of them were rich in nature and enjoyable.

・映画ロケ地ツアー、ジャングル探検ツアー、ガーデンツアーの３つを回りました。どれも自然が豊かで楽しかったです。

I booked a tour for the next day while I was there. I received a confirmation email and waited at the pickup location on the day of the tour, but after waiting for over 20 minutes, no one showed up... I couldn't speak English, so I had to call, and with the help of the hotel staff, I managed to convey my issue. It seems the tour company said there was no reservation. In the end, I took a taxi to the boat and got a refund for the taxi fare, so I was able to participate in the tour after all. Since I didn't incur any financial loss, I asked Veltra to check the situation after returning home, and they responded sincerely. The tour itself was fine (I even saw a whale, albeit just a little), but it might be a bit risky to make last-minute reservations.

現地にいる時に翌日のツアーを予約しました。
予約完了メールも来て、当日迎えの場所で待っていましたが20分以上待っても来ず…英語が喋れないけど電話するしかない、とホテルの人に手伝ってもらいなんとか要件を伝えると、予約が入っていないとツアー催行会社から言われたようで…
結局タクシーで船のところまで行ってタクシー代を返金してもらえ、ツアーに参加することが出来たのでなんとかなりました。
金銭的に損をしたわけではなかったので、帰国後ベルトラさんに状況確認だけお願いしたところ誠実に対応してくださいました。
ツアー自体は問題ありませんでしたが（鯨もちょこっとだけ見れました）、直前の予約は少し注意が必要かもしれません。

A family of 11, including adults and infants, participated. They enjoyed a fun time while eating at the buffet, and eventually, as sunset approached, everyone was satisfied.

大人、乳幼児11人のファミリー参加しました。
ビュッフェを食べながら楽しく過ごし、やがてサンセットの時間になりみんな満足していました。

In short, I felt that there wasn't much point in paying a high price to go unless it was during low tide. Therefore, it's best to check the tide schedule in advance before participating. This time, the shallowest spot was about 30 centimeters deep. The weather was very sunny, the sea was beautiful, and I was able to meet some sea turtles, plus the food was really delicious. I was very satisfied with that part (^^).

As for snorkeling... the deeper areas weren't very clear. I could see some fish, but...

If you expect too much from the sandbar mentioned in the guide, you might be disappointed, so it's better to do some research before joining. As for the weather, it's all about luck, luck, and more luck.

一言で言うと、結局は干潮時じゃないと高いお金払ってまで行く意味はない感じがしました。ですから潮の干潮、満潮は事前に調べて参加した方がいいです。
今回は一番浅い所で３０センチぐらいでした。
とても晴れて海が綺麗でしたし、海カメさんとも出会えたし、料理もとても美味しかったです。その辺は大満足（＾＾）
シュノーケルになってからは・・・
深いところはあまり綺麗でなかったですね
魚は見れましたが・・・

案内にあるようなサンドバーを期待しすぎるとがっかりするのでよく調べてから参加する方がいいですね
後は天候に関しては運･運･運ですね

Our shuttle time was for 9am and we’re were picked up at 8:59am in a 12 person van. It only took 20 minutes to get to the bay but then we had to wait for 15 minutes just to park and get out. Our drivers name was Diogo and he was super friendly and nice to look at too lol :) After being fitted for our gear we walked to the entrance and paid our $7.50 per person over 13 years to get in and watched a 10 minute video about the history of the bay. It’s a little ways to walk down to the bay and can be tiring to walk back up after snorkeling but they offer shuttle service for $1.25 each way or $2.50 for the day. Take the shuttle. There’s a snack bar at the top if you want a $4 precooked hotdog but it’s better to bring your own snacks. We got into the water at 10:15am and met back up with the driver at 2pm to go back to our hotel, again he was right on time. Overall the kids thought it was fun and we would do it again. The best snorkeling is off to the left side of the beach. The water gets clearer the further you go out.

It was an early departure, and I was sleepy at the start of the tour, but the bright and detailed explanations on the bus gradually made me feel more awake. By the time we arrived at the port, I was filled with excitement to meet the dolphins.

At first, the ceremony right after departure made us, as a shy couple, a bit anxious, but the cheerful communication at just the right distance quickly warmed our hearts. By the time we started singing, there was a sense of unity within the team!

When it came time to meet the dolphins, we were lucky to encounter them right away! Within about five minutes of departure, we jumped into the sea and met the dolphins immediately!

After that, we followed the instructor's directions and swam playfully like children, chasing the dolphins. I was so excited to see those adorable dolphins!

Afterward, we returned to the boat for a commemorative photo! The team was united, and there were many honeymooners among us, making the group photo while saying "Welcome, newlyweds!" a lot of fun!

Next, we changed snorkeling spots! This time, we encountered sea turtles, which was truly moving! Personally, I found the turtles even more touching! Their cuteness was number one!

As we were heading back to the port, a pod of dolphins appeared as if to say goodbye, which was heartwarming.

After that, I fell into a deep sleep on the return bus (laughs). It was an incredibly emotional experience for just half a day! It was the best experience where I could have fun like a child with my wife!

朝早い出発で眠い中でのツアースタートでしたが、バスの中での説明からとても明るく丁寧な説明に徐々に眠気もなくなり、港に到着するころにはイルカに会いたい気持ちでいっぱいになりました。

出港直後の儀式も最初は人見知りな夫婦としては少し不安でしたが、絶妙な距離感での明るいコミュニケーションにすぐに心が打ち解け、歌を歌う頃にはチームの一体感も生まれていました！

いざイルカとの出会いでは運よくすぐに遭遇！！
出港から5分程度で海に飛び込み、すぐにイルカと出会うこともできました！

その後はインストラクターの指示に従い、子どものように無邪気に泳ぎ、
イルカを追っていました。
本当に可愛いイルカたちにテンションマックス！

その後、船に戻り記念撮影！チームもまとまり、ハネムーンでのお客さんも
多く、みんなで新婚さんいらっしゃい！と言いながらの記念撮影がとても
楽しかったです！

その後は、シュノーケリングのスポット変更！
今度はウミガメに出会い、感動！！
私的にはカメの方が感動！
愛らしさはNO１でした！

その後、港に戻ろうとすると、まるでお別れを伝えに来たかのように
イルカの群れが現れ、胸がジーンとしました。

その後は帰りのバスで爆睡（笑）
半日とは考えられなくらいの感動体験！
子どものように妻とはしゃぐこともできた最高体験でした！

The ocean in Hawaii is beautiful, but I was really impressed here. Walking in the water is amazing...!

Also, the staff on the boat were fluent in Japanese and very friendly, which kept us laughing the whole time!

We encountered a turtle along the way that was quite accustomed to people and surprised us by coming close! However, it's important to note that touching the turtle is against the law, so be careful.

If you have a camera that can be used underwater, like a GoPro, definitely bring it along.

It was a very enjoyable tour!

ハワイの海自体綺麗ですが、ここはかなり感動しました。海の中を歩けるってすごい…！

また、船の中では日本語が堪能で気さくなスタッフが盛り上げてくれるので、終始笑いっぱなしでした！

途中遭遇した亀がかなり人慣れしており、自ら近づいてきて驚きました！
ただし、亀に触れることは法律違反になりますので、注意が必要です。

goproなど水中でも使えるカメラをお持ちの方は是非持参してください。

非常に楽しいツアーでした！

I visited again because it was so delicious the last time I came at night.
The lunch course was filling and tasty.

They had a Japanese menu prepared, and they showed it to me when I sat down, but as soon as the dishes started coming out, they quickly took it away. When I requested it again, they brought it back.

There were two types of pasta, so I shared them with my friend.

Since I settled the bill here, it was easy to leave as well.

I would like to use this place again.

前回夜訪問してとても美味しかったので訪問。
ランチコースでどれもボリュームもあり美味しく頂きました。

日本語メニューが用意してあって、席に座るときにみせてくれたのに
いざ料理がはじまるとさっさとさげられてしまい。
もう一度リクエストしたらもってきてくれました。

パスタも2種あったので、友人とシェアしました。

お会計もこちらで済んでいるので、帰りも楽ちん。

また利用したいと思います。

The weather was nice, but at the beginning, the water temperature was low and it felt a bit chilly. The water level was about halfway up my shins, but by the end, it was up to my chest, so it really depends on the timing. During snorkeling, I wore a life jacket, so even though I couldn't swim, I was able to float properly. However, the area where we could see the coral suddenly became deep, and I got scared and decided to stop. They quickly came to help me with a boat, which was reassuring. The food was delicious, and I was satisfied that I could play in the sea during my free time.

天気はよかったですが、始まってしばらくは水温が低く、肌寒かったです。 水位はスネ半分くらいでしたが、終わる頃には胸の辺りまであり、本当にタイミングによるようです。 シュノーケリングではライフジャケット着用で、泳げなくてもちゃんと浮いていられましたが、珊瑚を見るエリアは急に深くなり、怖くて途中棄権しました。すぐにボートで助けてくれるので安心です。 食事も美味しく、自由時間に海で遊ぶことができ、満足でした。

I participated in the Dolphin University tour. We quickly spotted dolphins from the boat and everyone dove in!

Since there was a sequence for diving, some people at the end couldn't see them at that time. However, during the next dive, those who hadn't seen the dolphins were prioritized and guided to where the dolphins were, so all participants were able to see them!

The crew was lively, and everyone was in high spirits!

There were Japanese-speaking crew members, which made it easy to enjoy the tour without any worries.

After swimming with the dolphins, we moved to a different location for snorkeling near the coral reefs, where we could also swim with sea turtles.

Those who weren't physically strong rested on the boat, while those with more energy played in the water.

By that night, I was so satisfied with the tour that I wanted to join the Dolphin University tour again the next day.

I recommend renting a wetsuit as it helps prevent fatigue.

すぐに海上からイルカが見つかりみんなでダイブ！

ダイブするのも順番があるので最後の方の方は
その時は見ることが出来ない方もいてました。

しかし、次のダイブの時には見えてない人優先で
イルカのところに誘導してもらえるので
参加者全員がイルカを見ることが出来ました！

クルーの方のノリも良く、みんなテンション Maxでした！

日本人のクルー、日本語を話せるクルーがいてるので
安心してツアーに参加し楽しめました

イルカと泳いだ後は、場所を変えて
サンゴ礁近くでシュノーケリング等を
ウミガメと一緒に泳ぐこともできました

体力のない方は、船上で休憩
体力のある方は、海ではしゃいで遊んでました

その日の夜には、明日またイルカ大学ツアーに参加したい
と思うほど私は大満足なツアーでした

ウエットスーツはレンタルすることをお勧めします
体力低下防止にもなるので

I was able to see a sea turtle while on the boat! When we arrived at Angel's Beach, the scenery was very beautiful. The hamburger for lunch was cooked right in front of us and was delicious✨. During snorkeling, we had a great time seeing fish up close.

I accidentally dropped my GoPro while snorkeling and thought we wouldn't be able to retrieve it. However, two days later, the travel company we participated with contacted our hotel and delivered the GoPro to us. I was truly surprised and grateful. It was a wonderful experience and a great memory. Thank you very much!!

Great experience! Kids really enjoyed themselves. The tour guy on the submarine was hilarious! The boat ride out to the submarine was really nice and got to see some beautiful scenery. Everyone was very friendly! Have to do it if your here, we wanted to do things that we aren’t able to do back home.

Frank was great! He totally took care of us. Suggestion to get the package with the food. It was good food and no hassel!

Our driver and tour guide, Lola, made this tour such a great experience. Her local knowledge, historic information and passion for Hawaii made the tour for us. Unfortunately the Arizona memorial was off limits for us due to issues but we were still able to drive by and pay our respects.

This was such an incredible experience. Within minutes of leaving the harbour, there were dolphins next to our boat. We got in the water, and the pods of dolphins were swimming around us the whole time we were in there. When we moved to the snorkeling spot, again there were dolphins swimming straight under us and turtles swimming along the surface. They had great water activities at the snorkel spot, such is the SUP and trampoline. The staff were having so much fun, which made all the guests have heaps of fun. If you needed anything, they were happy to help. This was a highlight of our whole trip. Would highly recommend.

There were about 50 people, but it was comfortable. The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, and it was nice to be able to get on the bus while still wet on the way back. However, the bus rides to and from the location are extremely cold, so please make sure to bring a jacket!

50人ほどの人数でしたが、快適でした。
ランチのハンバーガーは美味しく、帰りも濡れたままバスに乗り込んでオッケーで楽でした。
ただ行き帰りのバスはめちゃくちゃ寒いので、
必ず上着を持って行ってください！

When we arrived, it was pouring rain, but gradually the weather improved. With the staff's enthusiasm, we had a great time. Due to the season and time of day, we couldn't go to the sand area, but we really enjoyed taking photos in the shallow water. We even saw sea turtles!

到着したときは横殴りの雨が降っていたのですが、徐々に好天になり、
さらにスタッフの方の盛り上げもあって、とても楽しかったです。
時期や時間帯もあるのか砂場とはいきませんでしたが、浅瀬で写真を撮ったりととても楽しかったです。
ウミガメも見られました！

This time I participated with my 76-year-old mother. Since she can't swim, she gave up on snorkeling, but we were able to see sea turtles and walk around... and she was very satisfied because she could float using a floatation device. The waves in Waikiki were really strong, so I was scared and couldn't swim, so it was truly a good thing. Both breakfast and the BBQ were delicious, and all the tour guides were cheerful and attentive, truly wonderful people. I definitely want to go again when I visit Hawaii!

今回は76歳の母と参加しました。母は泳げないので、シュノーケリングは諦めましたが、ウミガメも見れたし、歩けたし…浮き輪を使って泳げたので大満足でした。ワイキキの海は波がすごいので怖くて泳げなかったので本当に良かったです。朝食もBBQも美味しかったし添乗員さんたちが皆さん明るくて、よく気の付く良い方ばかりでした。又ハワイに行く時は是非行きたいです！

On the day of the festival in Waikiki, the meeting place was changed the day before. However, thanks to VERTRA's attentive email support, I was able to participate without any issues. There were Japanese-speaking staff on-site, which made everything very smooth. The park had a pool for feeding fish and a space for feeding parrots, so we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about the time until our transportation or activities. It was difficult to take photos or videos of the dolphins during the activity, so I think we will end up buying the ones taken by a professional, which were $30 each. I participated with my 8-year-old son, and he was not afraid of the dolphins at all; he was thrilled to swim with them.

当日ワイキキでお祭りがあり、前日に集合場所が変更になりました。しかし、VERTRAさんの丁寧なメール対応で問題なく参加できました。
現地に日本語のスタッフがいて非常にスムーズ。パーク内には魚にえさをあげるプールやインコにえさをあげるスペースもあり、送迎やアクティビティまでの時間は気にすることなく楽しめました。イルカの写真や動画はアクティビティ参加中は撮ることが難しいのでプロに撮ってもらったものを買うことになると思います。１枚３０＄でした。８歳の息子と参加しましたが、イルカに怖がることもなく、一緒に泳げて感動してました

This was my first trip to Hawaii for my honeymoon. I was determined to get in the water, so I took on the activity of swimming with dolphins! The day I participated was sunny, and the waves weren't high, so I was able to see the dolphins right away on my first attempt! I saw a pod pass underneath me twice and even heard their calls, making it a satisfying experience.

I took motion sickness medication before getting on the boat, but since I tend to get seasick, I felt a bit unwell. However, once I got in the water, I forgot all about that and was completely absorbed in searching for dolphins. After the dolphins, we had a lesson with the sea turtle professor, and we went to a spot where sea turtles are known to live. In the clear water, I was lucky enough to spot five sea turtles from the rocks and took lots of photos with my underwater camera!

I didn't have the energy for the last activity, but those who were kayaking and paddle boating looked like they were having a great time without showing any signs of fatigue. Since I was able to encounter the dolphins without much trouble this time, it became a wonderful memory. If I have the chance to come back to Hawaii, I would love to participate in this activity again!

私が参加した日は快晴で、波も高くなかったので1回目のチャレンジで即イルカ先生が見られました～！
真下に群れが通る事2回、鳴き声も聞けて満足のいくアクティビティでしたね。
船に乗る前に酔い止めを飲みましたが、自分が船酔いしやすいのもあり、多少気分が悪くなりましたが、海に入ればそんな事も忘れて無我夢中でイルカを探していました。
イルカ先生の後は、ウミガメ大教授の授業との事で、ウミガメの生息している所へ
透き通った海で、岩場から運良く5匹のウミガメがいるのを確認でき、水中カメラでバシバシ撮りました♪
私は最後のアクティビティをやる元気はありませんでしたが、カヤックやパドルボートを漕いでいる方達は疲れも見えず、楽しそうにしていましたね～
今回はそれ程苦労せずイルカと出会えた為か、すごくいい思い出になったので、またハワイにくる事があれば、こちらのアクティビティに参加したいと思います！！
