First of all, we passed Hanauma Bay and stopped at the Lanai Lookout, which was an unexpected bonus that I wouldn't have ever seen, being on a work trip with a very brief window to go out on a Sunday. I'm very grateful to him for a joyful trip, the extra stop (thank you!!!!!), and the information he shared en route to Hanauma Bay, about where different creatures may be seen, areas of the bay, types of fish, and even local characters (yes, fish). One of the fish characters (I think a Humuhumu? but I could be wrong) was described as a chihuahua who will pester you if you cross paths, LOL! The bay is simply some of the most beautiful water and fish I've ever snorkeled in the company of. Just incredible. 11/10. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Thank you for the enjoyable tour. Everyone was very friendly and it felt great. I had a child with me, and they were very considerate, which was a big help. Thank you very much. However, I was a bit disappointed that the weather was cloudy and cold, and the tide wasn't fully out.

Such a great way to see all of the Pearl Harbor sites! Pick up in Waikiki and all of the tickets included made it very easy. The included lunch was delicious and generous portion size. Our tour guide was very engaged and informative - she called us all her cousins and taught us a lot about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. Would highly recommend!!

Earnel was just amazing. We've done lots of tours all over the world, and on an all-day tour like this one, the guide can make or break the tour. Earnel was one of the best we've had.

He was fun, friendly, knowlegeable, and very personable. He treated us all as "ohana" and made sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of this amazing day.

We loved the monuments and the whole tour. We'll definitely recommend it to others!

The crew was very nice and friendly, helpful and very attentive , tour it was very organized, and would do again . saw turtles and the coral reef was viewable wide selection of options while snorkeling . would recommend.

If you really want to have a fun day, then this tour is for you. And, family friendly! I've done it the last 2 years and am going to book again for next year. The crew: Captain Cheyenne, and crew members Julia, Yuki, Yukiko and Cody are the best. Very friendly, and GREAT personalities.
Walking on this sandbar is an experience. And they even set up a water volleyball game. The water is perfect and the bluest I've ever seen.
After the sandbar, they fire up the grill for a nice hamburger/cheeseburger lunch with all the fixins. And they have meatless burgers also.
After lunch there is snorkeling. Due to recent knee replacement surgery I was unable to participate last year, but was able to and had a great time this year.
After snorkeling, you go turtle watching. There were plenty, and some of them are HUGE.
My one big recommendation: Bring reef friendly sunscreen because the sun will fool you. It was a bit overcast this year,, but the sun still managed to get me.

I’m so glad we ended up choosing this package rather than trying to coordinate this trip on our own. Our tour guide, Chelsie, sent us great information ahead of time so that we knew exactly what to bring, what to expect during the trip, and where to meet. The open air bus was a fun part of the trip. She shared great information as we drove through Honolulu and to Pearl Harbor. When we arrived, she made sure we knew where to go and our timeline for the trip. Everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the visit.

I participated with my 0-year-old child. Since there were many participants, we took two buses and two boats, dividing into a Japanese-speaking team and an English-speaking team for the boat ride. Everyone was very kind to the children, making it easy for us to join with kids! If the child wears a float, they can stand on the sandbar, and although snorkeling is in deeper water, as long as we ensure the waves don't hit the child's face, we were able to enjoy it without any issues! The staff attended to us in Japanese, making it easy to ask questions, and above all, the location was amazing. I'm really glad I participated!!!

参加人数も多かったのでバスも船も2台で行きましたが、日本語チームと英語が話せるチームに分かれて船に乗りました
皆さん子どもを可愛がってくれて子連れでも気兼ねなく参加できました！子どもは浮き輪を付けていけばサンドバーは足が着くし、シュノーケリングは深い海ですが子どもの顔に波が当たらないようにすれば問題なく楽しむことができました！
日本語でアテンドしてくれるのでわからないことは聞きやすいですし何よりロケーション最高でほんとに参加して良かったです！！！

My family and I had a great time with the E Noa Pearl Harbor Tour! We were all very impressed by the extensive guided tour. I would definitely recommend this experience

We participated as a family of three, including my husband and daughter. The staff supported my husband, who is not a good swimmer, allowing us to enjoy scuba diving. The hamburgers grilled on the boat were also excellent. We would love to participate again next year.

夫婦と娘の３人で参加しました。金槌の夫をスタッフ皆さんでサポートしてくださり、スキューバを楽しむことができました。船上で焼いたハンバーガーも抜群。来年も是非参加させてください。

The whole experience was wonderful, the barbecue was great. Snorking was amazing, the crew was amazing.

Great day on the water!! We got to see dolphins and the water was crystal clear it was nothing short of amazing

The boat was a bit rocky.
The food was delicious but felt cheap.
The fireworks were amazing.
If the boat were bigger, maybe the rocking would be less.

To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, we enjoyed snorkeling at a sandbar, just like we did on our honeymoon. It was with a foreign tour company that has a name just one letter different from "Heaven," and all the staff were extremely friendly. A Japanese staff member was in charge of the tour, and the larger of the two boats that set sail was completely full of Japanese passengers.

After enjoying the sandbar, we had lunch with BBQ hamburgers prepared by the captain himself. Following that, we were able to snorkel for a full hour around the coral reef where sea turtles are found, and we returned to port while watching the sea turtles. It was a truly satisfying experience.

結婚３５周年の節目にあたり、新婚旅行で体験したサンドバーのシュノーケリングを楽しみました。「天国」さんと一字違いの外資系のツアー会社ですが、スタッフ全員が非常にフレンドリーで日本スタッフのお姉様がツアーを仕切っており、２隻出航した大きい方の船は乗客全員が日本人で満員でした。
サンドバーを楽しんでから船長自らBBQしたハンバーガーなどの昼食を食べた後は、ウミガメがいる珊瑚礁の周囲をたっぷり１時間シュノーケリングすることができ、ウミガメウォッチングをしながら帰港するなど大満足の体験でした。

The food was ok. The noodles were the best part. The entertainment wad better definately. Did not get to see as much sunset due to the mountains.

Everything was great. We saw turtles and enjoyed the reef. It was a little difficult to eat lunch on the boat as there were not really any good seats for it. But the burgers were delicious.

It was a long and tiring day, but it was absolutely worth it. There is so much history. Most people know about the USS Arizona Memorial, but there is so much more. The submarine Bowfin, battleship Missouri and the Aviation museum. With the short movies and museums at each attraction there is so much to see and do it takes a full day. Our 9 yo boy absolutely loved it. He never complained once. His favorite part was exploring the Missouri. I highly recommend this tour.

Very nice experience, beautiful landscapes, your mind flies with so much nature and seeing the places where you saw a movie, wow! Spectacular experience, I recommend it

It was the tour I was looking forward to the most, and the weather was great, making it the best day ever!! It felt like heaven, and I was so happy!! Snorkeling and swimming with the fish was a wonderful experience!

Our family had an amazing time!! The crew was super friendly and fun!! The captain was great and the grill master the burgers were amazing!! Tyson was great answering our questions about the area.
Julia was funny and very informative about the area.
The drive over to the marina was absolutely amazing the view was incredible. I’ve never snorkeled before but felt super safe we saw sea turtles and all kinds of fish!! Would highly recommend this outing ️☀️ it was one of the highlights of our trip.
We thought it was really cool that some of our favorite movies were filmed around the area also.
Jurassic Park, Pirates of the Caribbean and 50 frost dates. Great memories were made for me and my kids thanks until next time Oahu. Mahalo

Cheif's Luau is a MUST DO!!! This was our favorite thing we did on our entire trip to Hawaii. If possible, pay for transportation included. The ride to the luau was fun and informative - it was like a mini tour because the guide taught us some Hawaiian words, fun facts, gavw us cultural insights, and even made jokes! This was literally the best thing ever! This is perfect for everyone! Kid friendly, but also perfect for couples and families alike. In fact, the Luau was so great that I think mostly adults would appreciate all the effort made by Cheif and Tamatoa! Best fire show also!! 10/10

Really a great tour! Our guide was a well of knowledge, we learned so much! I would definitely consider this tour if it is your first time visiting Pearl Harbor.

I stayed at Ko Olina and was a bit curious, so I went to check it out for my next trip with my grandchildren. Even as an elderly couple, we had a great time. We rented a cabana, which was a bit pricey, but it came with complimentary fruit and mineral water in the cooler, so it might be essential for shade. I've also made a reservation to take my grandchildren in July!

コオリナに宿泊してチョット気になっていたので次回の孫との旅行での下見のつもりで行って来ましたが老夫婦二人でも結構楽しめました、ガバナを借りましたがチョット高めですがフルーツとミネラルウォーターがクーラーボックスにサービスでついてくるので日除けには必須かもです
又7月に孫を連れて行く予約しましたよ〜!

Loved that I booked it for the family. We had a fun time snorkeling. Pick up from hotel was great, liked that the shuttle bus driver looked for us since we stood on the wrong bus stop. The crew was amazing and very friendly. The co-captain lady was the best. She took her time to show us how to use the snorkel, fit our life vest, gave us drinks. The captain was super friendly as well. The water was warm and clean. The boat was clean, restrooms to use and to change in were clean. Snorkels were clean and easy to use. Burgers was the best and we even had hot chocolate at the end of the swim. They took us to the shallow area first which was great, and then the deeper area, we saw coral reefs, lots of fish, and even sea turtles. It was amazing thing to see.
Only thing is, they didn’t have enough seats to sit outside, so we stayed inside during boat ride, and towards the end of the ride, everyone was cold so mostly everyone went inside, so we had to stand, which is ok, about 10 mins only. Overall, still a very awesome trip and would definitely go again!

The Pearl Harbor Guided Arizona Memorial & USS Battleship Missouri tour was so moving. The Arizona Memorial was very humbling to know how many lives were given up for the freedom we enjoy today. The Battleship Missouri was amazing, knowing all the history that transpired on it. The tour underneath with all the memorabilia brought us right back to the days that the letter were written, the bed that were slept in, the uniforms that were worn and so much more. It was so educational and inspirational!

I participated in June 2023. The pick-up from the hotel during my stay was convenient, and if you choose an activity with lunch included, the morning schedule isn't too early, which I recommend.

After about an hour's drive by bus, we arrived at Kaneohe Bay for boarding. There are restrooms at the dock, but it can get crowded with participants. Don't worry, there are also restrooms on the boat.

When boarding, there were separate boats for Japanese guests and guests from other countries, so the boat I boarded was filled with Japanese tourists. The guide spoke only Japanese, so there were no issues.

The sandy beach of the heavenly sea is more like a shallow area, with the water reaching up to my waist. We also had time to practice snorkeling.

As for the lunch, the hamburgers were freshly grilled on the boat, and the meat was quite delicious, which made me very satisfied.

After lunch, we moved by boat while watching the honu (sea turtles) and snorkeled for about an hour at a snorkeling spot before returning to the port and taking the bus back. I think we arrived at the hotel around 4 PM.

I was able to see the honu from the boat, but unfortunately, I didn't encounter any while snorkeling.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Just be careful about sunburn.

2023年6月に参加しました。滞在中のホテルからのピックアップで、昼食付きアクティビティであれば朝もそこまで早くないのでおすすめです。
バスで1時間ほど走ったらカネオヘ湾に到着、乗船となります。船着き場にはトイレもありますが、参加客で混雑します。船の中にもトイレはありますのでご安心を。
乗船の際は、日本人客の船と、それ以外の国の客とに分かれて船が用意されているので、乗った船はすべて日本人観光客でした。ガイドも全て日本語でしたので問題ございません。
天国の海の砂浜は、砂浜というか浅瀬になっており、腰まで海水が届きます。シュノーケリングの練習時間も兼ねておりました。
昼食のハンバーガーですが、船内でお肉が焼かれた出来たてのもので、肉もかなり美味しく満足できました。
昼食後に船で移動して、移動しながらホヌをウォッチングしつつ、シュノーケリングスポットで1時間ほどシュノーケリング、帰港、バスで送迎となります。ホテル到着は16時ぐらいだったと思います。
ホヌは船から見れましたが、シュノーケリング中は残念ながら会えませんでした。
全体を通してかなり満足のいくものでした。ただ日焼けにはご注意を。

This is the 2nd year in a row my family and I have booked this snorkel cruise. We loved it each time. We loved being in the middle of the ocean snorkeling and being on the sand bar. We felt safe each time and had a lot of fun. The staff was wonderful and the food was great as well. Anytime we come to Oahu, Captain Bobs is our go to!

I have been there for lunch before, and this time I visited for dinner. We went with six people, and since we had a reservation, we were smoothly guided to our seats. The dishes were all beautifully presented, and they tasted as good as they looked. I think it was a good deal since we booked through Veltra and had a course meal. We paid separately for drinks and tips on the day. I believe it's a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. We made a reservation for 5:30 PM, but shortly after, it was fully booked, and there were people waiting at the reception, so it's definitely a place where reservations are necessary.

以前ランチで行った事があります、今回はディナーで訪問。
６名で行きましたが予約していたので、スムーズに席に案内していただきました。
お料理は見た目にどれも綺麗です。味も見た目通りで美味しかったです。
ベルトラさんで予約していたのでコースでしたが安くで済んだと思います。
飲み物は別料金とチップで当日支払いしました。安心して食事ができる店だと思います。
17：30予約していきましたが、少しすると満席で受付に待ってる人もいましたので、予約は必要な店ですね。
