I participated with my husband and our 4-year-old and 0-year-old children.

I had many worries about bringing a baby, but I was truly moved by the beauty of the ocean. The water was cold, and we returned to the boat once, but since we had come all this way and the sky and sea were so beautiful, I thought it would be a waste to just watch from the boat. So, I held the baby and went into the water, which was waist-deep. However, in the shallows, it was only knee-deep.

I had heard that we couldn't use a stroller, so my husband and I took turns holding the baby. Fortunately, the baby didn't cry, which was a relief.

The BBQ burgers on the boat were delicious. While enjoying the beautiful ocean view, we ate hamburgers and listened to a lot of Hawaiian music, making it a relaxing day.

We couldn't go snorkeling, but we were able to see a turtle popping its head out of the water from the boat.

Since the boat was full, I thought it was a bit cramped for us with all our luggage.

赤ちゃん連れで心配な事もたくさんありましたが本当に海のキレイさに感動しました。海が冷たくて一度船に戻りましたが、せっかく来たしこんなに空と海がキレイなのに、船からみてるのはもったいないと思い赤ちゃんを抱っこして腰までの深さの海に入りました。でも浅瀬へ行くと膝ぐらいの深さでした

ベビーカーは使えないと聞いてたのでずっと旦那さんと赤ちゃんを交代で抱っこしてました
幸い泣き叫ぶこともなくてよかったです

船上でのBBQバーガーは美味しかったです
キレイな海を眺めながらハンバーガーを食べてたくさんのハワイアンミュージックを歌ってもらいのんびりした一日となりました

シュノーケルはできませんでしたが、船からカメが顔を出してる所を見ることができました

船内は満席だったため荷物の多い私達には少し狭かったかなと思いました

I chose to go to the Chief’s Luau at Sea Life Park because it was close to Waikiki but not IN Waikiki. And I had been to Sea Life Park and the ocean views there are absolutely gorgeous. The main reason I chose this one was I had heard so much about Chief Sielu. Everyone says he’s the best in the South Pacific and “everyone” were correct. What a luau!

In my humble opinion, the Chief’s Luau is the best. The Chief Sielu is even better than his reputation. He and his huge cast of male and female dancers first entertained us with crafts, how to weave, make fire, and dance hula. Then the Chief narrated the imu ceremony where they pulled the pig from the underground imu oven. Informative and funny. Dinner was great. Then came the show. Beyond entertaining, exceptionally funny, and more fire knife dancers than I expected. There were about 7 or 8 of them doing really wild stuff.

One of the best parts of this luau was its proximity to where I was staying in Waikiki. It took less than 30 m

As I saw in the movie, the sandbar where it suddenly becomes shallow was a very mysterious and wonderful place. The clarity of the seawater was indeed high, but it was a bit disappointing that it was cloudy that day. I hope to go on a sunny day next time. However, I was able to see many turtles and fish, and the staff's service was great, so I was very satisfied. I definitely look forward to visiting again!

映画で見たとおり、そこだけ急に浅瀬になっているサンドバーは、とても不思議で素敵な場所でした。
海水の透明度もさすがに高かったのですが、当日は曇り空だったので、それだけはちょっと残念でした。次回は晴れの日に行きたいなと思います。でも、亀もお魚もたくさん見れたし、スタッフの応対も良かったので大満足です。
また、是非宜しくお願いします！！

I wanted to join the recommended plan, but due to scheduling conflicts with other tours, I participated in the early morning plan.

The Japanese guide (a woman) kept the atmosphere lively with jokes and provided clear instructions at the sea turtle viewing points. I was able to see many more sea turtles than I had expected, and I even spotted baby turtles.

After the sea turtle viewing, we moved to the sandbar. The weather was nice, but the seawater was cold... (though it was fine once I got used to it). The scenery was just as beautiful as I had seen in photos!

After that, we went snorkeling, but contrary to my expectations, the visibility wasn't very good, and I felt like I hardly saw any fish. Additionally, the water was quite deep, and the current seemed relatively fast, so I recommend that those who are not experienced with snorkeling definitely use the floatation devices provided by the staff. (As a beginner, I found it tough without one.)

Overall, I think the tour is enjoyable, with all the staff being friendly and cheerful.

おすすめプランに参加したかったのですが、
他のツアーとの時間の兼ね合いで早朝プランへ参加しました。

日本人ガイドの方（女性）がジョークも交えつつ
盛り上げてくれ、ウミガメ観賞ポイントでは
ポイントをきちんと教えてくれました。
予想していた以上にウミガメが沢山見られ、
更には子ガメも発見できました。

ウミガメ観賞後はサンドバーへ移動。
天気は良かったのですが、海水は冷たかった・・・
（慣れてしまえば平気ですが）
写真で見ていたのと同じ風景ですごく綺麗でした！

そのあと、シュノーケリングをしましたが、
こちらは予想に反してあまり透明度が無く、
魚もほとんど見られなかったように感じます。
しかも水深は結構深く、流れも比較的早いように思うので、
シュノーケリングに不慣れな方は、スタッフが貸してくれる浮き棒？を必ず使うことをお勧めします。
（私は初心者だったのでこれがないときつかったです）

全体的にはスタッフの方も全員フレンドリーで明るく、
楽しく過ごせるツアーだと思います。

I participated on Sunday, April 29, during Golden Week. I expected it to be crowded, but perhaps due to the slightly chilly weather and light rain in the afternoon, there were fewer people. Everything flowed smoothly except for the Raging River, and I was able to enjoy all the attractions, which made me very satisfied. The bodyboarding was especially fun; we rented the large wave pool for 30 minutes with 88 people and got to ride the waves to our heart's content. I was a beginner, but the instructor timed it perfectly to help me catch the waves, allowing me to enjoy it multiple times.

For the Island Racer and Raging River, it's better to ride early when it's less crowded since they switch every 30 minutes. Both are popular attractions. The most thrilling and scary ride was Shaka. This ride also stops every 30 minutes, so it's wise to ride it while it's less busy. I don't think there are many attractions with this level of thrill in Japan, so families with children will definitely enjoy it.

Lunch was a buffet with all-you-can-eat options including hot dogs, rice, fried chicken, spare ribs, beef steak, salad, and fruit. Although the selection was limited, the beef was very tender, juicy, and delicious. Of course, I was able to go back for seconds, which made me very happy. Drinks were available at a bar-like area in the center of the pool, where you could drink as much as you wanted. Many people came without lunch, but there was only one food court. They sold pizza, hot dogs, local foods, and desserts, but I think it’s more economical to sign up for the lunch package with unlimited drinks.

Overall, it was a very satisfying day. The bus transportation was in a large bus that took us right to the front entrance, and we arrived before opening. We were able to stay until after 3 PM, which was great, but time flew by because we were having so much fun, and I wanted to play even more. So next time, I plan to rent a car and spend a full day there.

I think riding the popular attractions "Raging River, Shaka, and Tornado" in the morning will make it easier to get around later. When we went, the Island Racer was popular, and since four people can start at the same time, the wait time was very short, allowing us to enjoy it three times in a row. After the rain, it got a bit chilly, so we were able to warm up in the jacuzzi. Going with a large family will definitely make for an exciting time!

4/29ＧＷの日曜日に参加。混んでいるだろうと予測しておりましたが当日は少し肌寒く午後からは小雨も降ったせいか人が少なくレイジングリバー以外はスムーズに流れすべてのアトラクションを制覇する事が出来てとても満足でした。何と言ってもボディボードは大きな波のプール8８人で30分貸し切って思いっきり波に乗る事が出来ました。私は初心者でしたがインストラクターの方がタイミングを見計らってうまく波に乗せてくれるので何度も何度も楽しむ事ができました。アイランドレーサー＆レイジングリバーは30分交代なので空いている時は早目に乗る方がいいです。どちらも人気があるアトラクションです。1番スリル満点で怖かったのはシャカです。こちらも30分に1度運転停止になるので空いている間に乗るのが賢いです。まあ日本ではこんなにスリルがあるアトラクションはないと思うので家族ずれの子供なんかはとても喜ぶと思います。ランチは食べ放題のビュッフェ付きでホットドック、ご飯、唐揚げ、スペアリブ、牛肉のステーキ、サラダ、フルーツと品数は少なかったのですがこちらの牛肉がとても柔らかくてジューシーでとても美味しかったです。勿論何回もおかわりが出来て大満足でした。ドリンクは食事以外でもプール中央辺りにあるバーの様な所で好きなだけ飲めました。お昼ご飯を付けずに来ていた人が多かったのですがフードコートは1箇所。ピザやホットドック、ローカル食べ物からデザート迄販売されてましたがランチ付きドリンク飲み放題で申込をした方がお得だと思いました。全体的にとても満足な１日でした。バスでの送迎も大型バスで正面玄関迄送ってくれるし開店前には現地到着、帰りは15時過ぎ迄ととても満足の行く時間迄滞在出来ましたが楽しくて時間が経つのが早くもっともっと遊んでいたかったです。なので次回はレンタカーを借りて丸1日遊んでみたいと思います。とにかく人気アトラクション「レイジングリバー・シャカ・トルネード」は午前中に乗っておくと後が廻りやすくなると思います。私達が行った時は「アイランドレーサー」が人気でしたが1度に4人が同時にスタートが出来るので廻ってくる順番がとても早く私達も3回一気に楽しみました。雨が降った後少し肌寒くなったのでジャグジーで体を温める事も出来ました。家族大勢で行くと盛り上がる事間違いなしです。

It was disappointing that the sandbar wasn't fully exposed since we participated close to high tide. However, the water level was about knee-deep, so we had fun playing volleyball with other participants.

The subsequent turtle watching from the boat and snorkeling at the coral reef were also great. Even without scuba diving, we were able to interact with tropical fish.

満潮に近い時間帯での参加だったのでサンドバーが完全には露出していなかったのが残念です。でも、水位は膝下くらいなので、アクティビティ参加者同士で、バレーボールをして楽しめました。
その後の船上からのウミガメ観賞やサンゴ礁でのシュノーケリングも良かったです。スキューバダイビングをせずとも熱帯魚と戯れることができました。

I wanted to forget the daily hustle and bustle, so I joined the tour alone and relaxed.

As we headed out to the sea by boat, a beautiful sandy beach suddenly appeared, which felt quite magical.

I checked the low tide times in advance, so everything went according to plan! I was able to see the sandbar.

Depending on the time, the sandbar may not be fully visible, so I definitely recommend checking the low tide times before participating.

Several sea turtles showed up, and I was able to take great photos!!

Since I was the only one participating alone, the staff were very attentive, and thanks to them, I had a wonderful time.

日頃の喧騒を忘れたくて
のんびり、ひとりで参加しました。

沖まで船で向うと、きれいな砂浜が突然姿を現す
不思議な感覚でした。

前もって干潮の時間を調べて参加したので、
予定どおり!～ｻﾝﾄﾞﾊﾞｰを見ることができました。

時間によってはｻﾝﾄﾞﾊﾞｰが完全に出ないこともあるので、
絶対に干潮の時間を調べて参加することをおすすめします。

海ガメも何匹も姿を見せてくれて、
バッチリ写真が取れました!!

私だけひとり参加だったためか、ｽﾀｯﾌの方がすごく気遣ってくれて、
おかげですごく楽しめました。

This was my second visit to Wet 'n' Wild, and it was still a lot of fun. Perhaps because it was a weekday, not all the slides were open, so I was disappointed that I couldn't ride everything I wanted.

If I could have stayed an extra 30 minutes, I would have enjoyed it even more... After factoring in time for lunch and changing, the actual time to play was surprisingly short.

2度目のウェット・アンド・ワイルドでしたが、やはり楽しかったです。平日だったせいか、すべてのスライダーがオープンしてなくて、乗りたいものに乗れなかったのが残念。

帰りの時間をあと30分でも遅くしてもらえるともっと楽しめたのに…お昼食べて着替えの時間を入れると正味遊べる時間が意外に少ない。

It seems that the weather around the sandbar can be unstable. When I participated, it was sunny and about 28 degrees in Waikiki, but Kaneohe Bay was cloudy with some rain. However, I was able to see the sandbar, so it was still a lot of fun.
Advice for those participating:
It's better to prepare for the cold!!
(Check the weather in Kaneohe Bay on the day, not Waikiki.)
If you have long-sleeved swimwear for surfing, and a jacket and something like sweatpants to wear after getting out of the water, you won't feel cold. (The guide was wearing a windbreaker...)
If the weather is clear, it's the best. The burgers for lunch are delicious!

サンドバーのあたりは、天候が不安定みたいです。
参加した時も、ワイキキは、晴天２８度くらいだったけど、カネオヘ湾は、曇って雨もパラついていました。でも、サンドバーはみれたので、やっぱり楽しかったです。
参加される方へのアドバイス：
寒さ対策あったほうがいいです！！
（ワイキキではなく、当日のカネオヘ湾の天気チェックしてください。）
サーフィン用などの、長袖水着とか、海から上がったあと、上着と、下にはくジャージの様な物もあれば、寒くないです。（ガイドさんは、ウインドブレーカーきてました・・）　
天気晴れたら、最高です。お昼のバーガーおいしいです~！　

Great evening and entertainment. Sat by door which despite staffs attempts to block off, was continually opened by customers causing a lot of wind while we ate.

I participated in the early morning plan, and although my stay was only about two hours, I was very satisfied. It was a lucky day as the sandbar was completely exposed due to low tide! I also got to see a rainbow and even a sea turtle, which was amazing! If you're going to the beach, I recommend this place over Hanauma Bay! However, there might be fewer types of fish for snorkeling. The staff were also very friendly, making it fun and taking photos for us.

早朝プランに参加させていただき、滞在時間は2時間ほどですがとても満足できました。
参加当日は引き潮で完全にサンドバーが現れているラッキーな日でした！
虹も見れて、ウミガメもちょっとだけど見れて最高！！
海に行くならハナウマ湾よりこっちがオススメです！ただ、
シュノーケルの魚は種類が少ないかも…。

I payed an extra 25 dollars per person for a guaranteed private table but the couples table next to us was maybe 6 inches away. Not very private at all. This issue aside it was a great experience and we had a lot of fun.

The weather was unfortunately not great that day, and I was wondering how it would turn out, but by the time we boarded the boat, the rain had stopped. It wasn't perfectly sunny, but the weather was decent!

We boarded the boat and arrived at the sandbar. The Japanese guide was a really cheerful lady. It was a bit windy, so it was slightly cold, but the scenery was beautiful and we had a great time. I was moved to see so many sea turtles. The hamburger lunch with patties grilled on the boat's deck was especially delicious!!!

この日はあいにくの天気でどうなるかと思いましたが船に乗るころには雨もやみ、快晴とまでは行きませんでしたがまずまずの天気でした！

船に乗り込みサンドバーへ到着。
日本人ガイドさんもすごくのりのいいお姉さんで＾＾
少し風が強かったので若干寒かったですがとてもきれいで楽しめました。
ウミガメもたくさん見れて感動しました。
特に船のデッキ、グリルで焼いてくれたパティをはさんだハンバーガーランチはとてもおいしかったです！！！

Since my child is small, the attractions we could enjoy were limited, and the place felt unnecessarily spacious. There were also many attractions that were closed, so I didn't have much fun. The weather was bad and cold; my child was happy, but I don't want to go back.

子供が小さいせいもあるのですが、やれるアトラクションも限られてるし、無駄に広いし、閉鎖されているアトラクションも多くて、あまり楽しくなかったです。
天気も悪くて、寒かったし、子供は喜んでいましたが、もう行きたくないな。

Since you won't see them if you don't go during this season, I went for the second time. The waves were a bit high, so they didn't appear for a while, but they finally showed themselves. They were a bit farther away than last time, but it was great to feel the size of the whales again. I recommend it for those who can go during the whale season.

この時期に行かないと見ないので、２回目ですが、行ってきました。
少し波が高いので、なかなか現れなかったのですが、ようやく姿を見せてくれました。
前回より遠めですが、改めて鯨の大きさを感じれて良かったです。
鯨のいる季節に行かれる方はお薦めです。

We participated as a family of five with children aged 7, 4, and 2. The weather was nice on the day of the event, the sea was calm, and we were able to see sea turtles, making it a very enjoyable experience. The boat was filled only with Japanese participants, and there were also Japanese female staff members, so the children felt comfortable. With around 20 participants, it was easy to interact with nearby families and couples, and at the sandbar, even small children could play leisurely while holding hands with their parents. Only my 7-year-old and I tried snorkeling. There were long floats that allowed us to view the underwater scenery side by side, making it surprisingly easy to see coral reefs and small fish. For lunch, the staff grilled hamburgers on the boat, and we could enjoy our meal while leisurely taking in the scenery. It was a fun tour. For reference, the meeting place was not our accommodation, so I was a bit worried about whether we were in the right spot until the pickup arrived. The bus was shared, and I was concerned that nearly 90% of the passengers were American, wondering if there were no other Japanese participants, but I felt relieved when we met up at the dock. Additionally, my wife mentioned that the staff shared interesting stories on the microphone during the bus ride, but since it was all in English, it was boring if you didn't understand. I thought it would be nice to have books or toys for the children to keep them entertained during the bus ride.

７才、４才、２才の５人家族で参加しました。当日は天候も良く海も荒れず、ウミガメも鑑賞でき大変楽しく参加できました。船も日本人参加者のみで乗船でき日本人の女性スタッフもいましたので子供たちも懐いていました。船も参加人数がごちゃごちゃしない２０人程度でしたので程よく近くの家族連れやカップルと交流ができ、サンドバーでは小さい子供も親と手を繋いでのんびり遊べます。シュノーケリングは７才の子と私だけ挑戦しました。２人で並んで水中を鑑賞できる長い浮きなどもあり案外簡単にサンゴ礁や小魚を鑑賞できました。お昼はスタッフが船上でハンバーガーを焼いてくれて船でのんびりと景色を見ながら食べれます。楽しいツアーでした。参考までに集合場所が私たちは宿泊先ではなかったので少々迎えがくるまでここでいいのか心配でした。バスも乗り合いで米国人が９割近く乗車してて日本人はいないのかと心配になりましたが船着き場で合流できたので安心しました。あとバスの中で妻曰くおもしろい話をスタッフがマイクで話していたそうですが、終始英語なので解らないと退屈です。バスの乗車中、本など子供がひまを紛らわせるおもちゃなどあるといいかなと思いました。

It was difficult due to the timing, and I couldn't see any whales. However, the staff were wonderful, and I had a valuable and enjoyable experience. Thank you very much.

時期的に難しくもあり、ホエールをみることはできませんでした。
しかし、スタッフのみなさんもすばらしく、貴重な楽しい体験ができました。

On my twelfth trip to Hawaii, I went whale watching for the first time. I had low expectations, thinking it would be nice if we saw some whales. However, the onboard announcements provided updates on whale sightings, and by patiently watching in that direction, I was treated to an emotional sight. I was deeply moved by the sight of the whales spouting water as they swam with their family.

12回目のハワイで初のホエールウォッチング。
まあ、見れたらいいかな…ぐらいの期待度でしたが船内放送で随時クジラの情報を放送してくれるのでその方向を根気強く見ていると感動の光景が。
何度も家族で泳ぐクジラの潮吹きに大感動でした。

Since it was mid-April, most tours had already ended. Just when I was about to give up, I came across this tour. I participated knowing that the chances of seeing whales were low, but I was able to see several of them. I even witnessed the moment when they dove straight down to the seabed. The other tour participants were also cheering. It was fun. I would like to participate again. Thank you very much.

4月の中旬だったので、ほとんどのツアーが終了されていました。諦めかけていた時にこのツアーに遭遇しました。
クジラに会えない確率の方が高いのを覚悟して参加しましたが、何頭も見ることができました。まっすぐに海底に潜る瞬間の尾ひれも見れました。ツアー客の人たちも歓声を上げていました。楽しかったです。又参加したいです。ありがとうございました。

I participated because it departed from the pier in front of the Hilton and the price was low, but we didn't see any whales, and the one-hour sailing ended in no time.

They mentioned that we could only go as far as Diamond Head (in English), and there was no particular explanation on the way back to the harbor. When I asked for water, it smelled musty...

However, I thought of it as sailing on a yacht and gave up.

I wonder if it's better to go on a larger boat when you really want to see whales? I heard that smaller boats can get closer, so I had quite a bit of expectation, but I thought it might be limited to boats that depart from Ko Olina.

ヒルトン前の埠頭から出発ということと、値段の安さで参加したのですが、クジラは見れないまま、一時間のセイリングはあっという間に終わってしまいました。

ダイヤモンドヘッドの前あたりまでしか行けないようなことを、言ってはいましたが(英語のみ）港に戻る時もとくに説明はなく、水を頼めば、カビ臭いし、、、

でも、ヨットでのセイリングと思って、あきらめました。

やはり、どうしてもクジラが見たい時は、大型船で行く方が良いのかな？
小型の船のほうが、近くまで行けるようなことを聞いたので、結構期待していたのですが、やはり、コオリナからとか出る船に限られるのかな？と思いました。

I handed the voucher to the staff (who didn't speak Japanese) on the bus and received a wristband pass, but when I asked about lunch and the bodyboarding lesson times, I was told, "Your passport is different," and they refused to help. After calling a staff member who understood Japanese and showing my reservation slip, they apologized profusely, saying, "You've completely mismatched your passport," and gave me a different colored passport. The beef for lunch was delicious, but the selection was a bit limited. Also, it seemed that due to a lack of staff, the attractions were alternating between being open and closed, so despite the number of visitors, we had to wait quite a bit to ride anything (it might be different during peak season). The bodyboarding lesson had the wave pool almost to ourselves, and with the assistance of one staff member for timing and a push, I was thrilled to ride the waves beautifully. However, the waves were too high for toddlers, so it might be better not to choose the deluxe plan. On the way back, even though the park closed at 3:30 PM, we had to gather at 2:45 PM, which left us with little time to play, and I felt a bit regretful, wanting to enjoy more.

バスでスタッフ(日本語不可)にバウチャーを渡して腕輪型のパスをもらったが、現地で昼食やボディボードレッスンの時間を尋ねたら「あなたのパスポートは違う」と拒否された。日本語のわかるスタッフを呼び出してもらって予約控えを見せたら「完全にパスポートを付け間違っています、すみません」と平謝りで別の色のパスポートをもらいました。ランチのビーフは美味しかったけどちょっと品数少なめ、またアトラクションもスタッフが少ないためか順々に営業と休止を繰り返しているので入場者の割にどれも結構並ばないと乗れない状態でした(繁盛期は違うのでしょうが)。ボディボードレッスンは波プールが貸切り状態になり、スタッフ1名にタイミングと後押しでアシストしてもらうと綺麗に波に乗れて嬉しかったです。ただ幼児は波が高くてボディボードは無理なのでデラックスプランにしない方が良いかも。帰りは15:30閉園なのに14:45集合で遊ぶ時間が少なくてちょっと心残り、もっともっと遊びたい心境でした。

This year, I participated with my parents and children, spanning three generations. Since we had children with us, we decided to join the Honolulu for whale watching, as it seemed that the boat activities were not suitable for them yet. I had heard that the area where whales appear is beyond Hawaii Kai, but it seemed that the Honolulu mainly offered sightseeing, as the tour only went as far as providing a view of Waikiki. If you have the time and are mainly interested in sightseeing, it might be fine, but for those hoping for the kind of whale watching advertised, I think other activities would be better.

今年お正月に両親、子供と3世代で参加しました。
子供がいるため、ホエールウォッチングにはまだボートでのアクティビティは出来そうになかったので
ホノルル号で参加を決めたのですが、
ホエールの現れるエリアはハワイカイより先と聞いておりましたが、ホノルル号は遊覧がメインなのか
ワイキキを見渡せるあたりまでの遊覧でした。
時間があり遊覧をメインとされるのであればいいかと思いますが、宣伝で使ってるようなホエールウォッチングを希望される方は
他のアクティビティがいいかと思いました。

We participated as a family on April 2nd. Since there was no pickup at 8 AM, I was thinking of taking the trolley bus, but it seemed that it wasn't running yet. I heard that I could take the bus, so I waited for the 19 or 20 mentioned in the book, but since I didn't check the schedule, it took a while to arrive. I ended up taking a taxi in a hurry.

The office location was hard to find. I stayed under the Aloha Tower for a while, but since I needed to go to the restroom, I headed towards the large ship and found the office. They take a photo when you board, which costs $18. If the waves are calm, there's no worry about seasickness. You can see the whales' spouts and tails from a distance. They announced that you can only see the high jumps in winter. The kids got bored quickly.

I was able to enjoy a nice nap while being gently hit by the pleasant sea breeze until we returned to the port (laughs). There were a few foreigners eating fruit, so it seems like bringing food is not prohibited...

4/2に家族で参加しました
8時集合の迎えなしだったのでトロリーバスでいこうかとおもっていましたが
まだ運行時間ではなかったようでthe BUSでも行けると聞いたので
本に載っていた19か20を待ちましたが時間を調べなかったのでなかなか来ず
焦ってタクシーで行きました
事務所の場所が分りづらい
アロハタワーの真下にしばらくいましたがトイレに行きたくなったので
大型船の方へ行くと事務所が見つかりました
乗る時に写真を撮ってくれます、18ドルします
波が穏やかであれば船酔いの心配はないです
鯨の潮吹きと尻尾が遠目で見ることが出来ます
ハイジャンプは冬にしか見れないとアナウンスしてました
子供達はすぐに飽きてしまいました
港に帰るまで心地よい潮風に打たれて気持ちよく寝れました（笑）
果物食べてる外人さんが数人いたので持ち込み出来ないことはないようですが…

This was a great tour, but a lot of driving. Our driver, Juan ( might be misspelled) is a native hawaiian and shared a lot of fact and fable. He played a video about how Jurasic Park was made, and as we drove around you can see where parts of the movie were filmed. We had plenty of time at each stop. I thought the fern grotto was a bit lame. The ferns were destroyed in a hurricane years ago, so the ones that were there were small. It wasnt what I expected. And there were mosquitos at the grotto. It would be nice if the driver had bug spray or something. We came back with a lot of bites. The boat ride was frustrating. It is a wide boat, with a low roof. The guide kept talking about the mountains or things on top of the hills, and most of us couldnt see what he was referring to because of the low roof. The boat rocked quite a bit. It was difficult to stand, so those who are prone to seasickness might find it a bit challenging. Eating was also difficult in those conditions. The whales didn't show themselves very often. After seeing them spout water a few times, we only caught a glimpse of their backs, but it was still moving. Onboard, there were plenty of fun activities like hula dancing, lei-making, and ukulele lessons. I made a lei to take home. I am grateful for such a valuable and fulfilling experience. かなり船が揺れました。立っていられない程なので、船酔いする方は少し難しいかもしれません。食事もその中では難しかったです。クジラもなかなか姿を見せてはくれませんでした。潮を吹いている瞬間を何回か見た後、背中がちょこっと見えただけでしたが、感動しました。船内ではフラ体験やレイ作成体験、ウクレレレッスン等楽しい行事が盛沢山。レイを作って持ち帰りました。とっても貴重な充実した体験をさせて頂き感謝です。またリピーターとして行きたいと思います。alan1さん楽しい思い出をありがとうございました。マハロ~

I participated in late March, towards the end of the season. It seems that if you can't see any whales, you can get a reboarding ticket, but due to scheduling conflicts, I couldn't reboard, so I was worried about whether I would see any whales.

In the end, I was able to see whales up close. I had booked a meal-inclusive course, but if you see a whale, you should focus on watching the whale and interrupt your meal. There is plenty of time for dining.

シーズン終盤の3月下旬に参加しました。
見られない場合は再乗船券をもらえるようですが、スケジュールの都合で再乗船はできないので、クジラが見られるか心配でした。

結果は間近でクジラを見ることができました。食事付きのコースを予約しましたが、クジラが見えたら食事を中断してクジラを見ることに専念すべきです。食事の時間は結構あります。

There is a wide variety of slides that even adults can enjoy. There are some height restrictions, but most slides are accessible for elementary school students in lower grades. However, I don't think it's a place you would want to visit repeatedly.

スライダーの種類が豊富で大人でも楽しめます。一部身長制限がありますが、小学校低学年でもほとんどのスライダー利用可能です。ただ、何度もリピートするほどではないと思います。

We participated as a family of three. The driver picked us up alone.

Since there was no guide, there was no explanation in the car.

We arrived at 10:00. Participants were lined up in a row in front of the gate. There was no explanation of what time the opening was, and we had to wait in the blazing sun until the opening at 10:30. (It was there that we learned it opened at 10:30.)

We headed to the lockers. There were no explanations or Japanese signage, so we had no idea about the system. By watching the people in line at the shop, we learned that you pay for the locker there to receive a key. By the time we figured it out, there was a long line. (Later, I saw Japanese people who arrived after us panicking, thinking there were no available lockers because they saw that the keys were not hanging.)

Perhaps due to a lack of staff, not all slides were operating at the same time. They were alternating with neighboring ones, but we had no idea how long the intervals were. Everywhere we went was closed, and the places that were open had long waits. The lazy river only started operating after 12:00...

There were cockroaches floating in the lazy river...

While I enjoyed the thrilling slides and the wonderful scenery, the lack of understanding of the system meant we could only use a small part of it, resulting in a lot of wasted time. Most of the staff did not speak Japanese. In the end, there were even slides that I never saw operating. It left me feeling that one visit might be enough.

家族３人で参加しました。運転手の方一人でﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟ。

ｶﾞｲﾄﾞがいない為、車内でとくに何の説明もありませんでした。

10時に到着。ｹﾞｰﾄ前に参加者一列に並ばされました。ｵｰﾌﾟﾝは何時との説明も無く、ただ炎天下で、ｵｰﾌﾟﾝの10時半まで待たされました。（そこで10時半ｵｰﾌﾟﾝと知る）

とりあえずﾛｯｶｰへ向かう。説明も日本語表記も無いのでｼｽﾃﾑが全く分からない。売店に並ぶ人を見て、そこでﾛｯｶｰ代金を支払うと鍵をもえらえる仕組みなんだと知る。知った時には長蛇の列。（後からくる日本人は鍵がぶら下がっていないﾛｯｶｰを見て、空きがないと勘違いして焦る人も見かけた）

ｽﾀｯﾌが少ないのか、ｽﾗｲﾀﾞｰが全て同時に稼働しない。隣り合うものと時間交替になっている。それも何時間で交替なのかも分からない。行くところ行くところｸﾛｰｽﾞばかりで、稼働しているところは順番待ち。流れるﾌﾟｰﾙも12時過ぎてから稼働…

日本には無いｽﾘﾙのあるｽﾗｲﾀﾞｰと素晴らしい景色でそれ自体は楽しめましたが、とにかくｼｽﾃﾑが何も分からない事でごく一部しか利用できず、無駄な時間ばかりでした。日本語通じないｽﾀｯﾌがほとんど。結局、稼働したのを一度も見なかったｽﾗｲﾀﾞｰさえありました。一度行けばいいかなという残念な感じでした。

The weather was nice on the day of the cruise, and it was a fun experience. The contrast between the buildings of Waikiki and the natural beauty of Diamond Head was very beautiful and moving.

However, it was a bit disappointing for my wife, who had been looking forward to the whale watching cruise since before our trip.

当日は天気も良く楽しいクルージングでした。
ワイキキのビル群とダイヤモンドヘッドの自然の対比が大変きれいで感動しました。

ただ旅行前からホエールウォッチングクルーズを期待していた奥さんにとってはちょっと残念な結果となりました。

私たちは素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。3歳の子供がクジラを見るのを見られてとても良かったです。

We had a great time. It was great to watch out 3 year old to see the whale.
