The hotel has a pool and the ocean is right in front, so at first, I thought I wouldn't need to make a reservation. However, on my son's request, we decided to book it. I'm glad we went! The thrilling slides were a great way to relieve stress, and we had a lot of fun shouting out loud (laughs). We opted for the barbecue lunch with a bodyboarding lesson. The barbecue lunch wasn't incredibly delicious, but the bodyboarding was enjoyable, so I think it was worth it. Even with the hotel pool, I believe it's worth going!

It was our first time, but we were very satisfied.
The lifeguards were doing a great job, so we felt safe playing with our small children. A life jacket might be necessary for kids up to around 7 years old, as the free floaties are large and there are deep areas.

My sister and I wanna say thank you all at big chief's luau. First luau ever and we had a blast. So glad I had chosen Big Chief's. By far the best even though I'd had never been to another. The family oriented feeling you received you felt as if you had known them longer then you had. The food and entertainment was awesome. Not to mention the lesson in life to learn from . Teaching cultures and hawaii traditions was special. much love to the crew at Big chief's for making us feel so welcome. I would recommend to anyone I know. Even the bus tour guides was top stars.

Since it wasn't low tide, the water at the sandbar was up to my knees. Still, I could fully enjoy the strange feeling of standing right in the middle of the ocean.

For snorkeling, we swam along the edge of the sandbar. Thanks to the life jacket and float (or buoy?), I was able to snorkel safely without getting separated from my companions. Although the fish didn't come very close, we could see quite a few. Some reviews mentioned that the time was a bit short, but it was more than enough for beginners in snorkeling.

それでも海のど真ん中に立っている不思議な感じは満喫できます。

シュノーケリングはサンドバーの淵に沿って泳ぎます。

The weather was terrible on the day we went, and it rained several times along the way. During the snorkeling, there was a heavy downpour like a tropical storm, but the staff kept the atmosphere lively with bright voices and topics.

The rain was so intense that more than half of the people returned to the boat, but even then, they kindly prepared warm cocoa and coffee for us. The Japanese staff member took a lot of photos, and I thought it would have been perfect if the weather had been just a little better.

I was told that as long as I disposed of my trash, I could smoke on the sandbar, so I think smokers should definitely bring their cigarettes and lighters without hesitation. If you're not taking photos underwater, a regular digital camera or phone would be just fine.

The BBQ burger was delicious. You won't get one unless you remember the staff's name! The amount of tomatoes is one slice per person, so if someone takes two, there won't be enough. The staff was watching and laughing, saying, "One slice only!!"

行った日は天候が酷く、途中に何度も雨が降っていました。シュノーケルのタイミングでスコールのような大荒れの天気になったのですが、明るい声や話題で絶えず盛り上げて下さいました。
あまりにも激しい雨だったので、半分以上の人が船に戻ったのですが、そのときもすぐに温かいココアやコーヒーを用意して下さったりと、本当に親切でした。
日本人スタッフのお姉さんは写真をたくさん撮ってくれたし、天気があと少しでも良かったら最高だったなあと思いました。
自分でゴミさえ処理すれば、サンドバーでタバコも吸っていいよ、と言われたので、喫煙者の方は遠慮せずタバコとライターを持っていくべきだと思います笑
海の中を取らないのであれば、普通のデジカメや携帯でも問題ないくらいです。
BBQバーガーも美味しいです。スタッフさんの名前を忘れているともらえません。笑
トマトの量が1人1枚なので、ひとりで2枚取るような人がいると足りなくなります。スタッフさんが「1枚マデー！！」と笑いながら監視してました。笑

This is my second visit to Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii. The kids were looking forward to this trip the most. It felt a bit less crowded, possibly because it was a weekday. This time, we drove there with a rental car, so we were able to enjoy it until just before closing. I think it will definitely be a place we visit again next time.

I was able to enjoy the experience with almost no waiting time. I had to wait quite a bit for lunch at the concession stand, but the BBQ bento place located behind the stand was not crowded at all and is highly recommended. I don't think the all-you-can-drink plan is necessary.

I was a bit anxious because the bus driver didn't speak Japanese, but I felt relieved when Japanese explanations were played on the bus, and a Japanese staff member provided explanations inside the bus.
We were allowed priority entry 15 minutes before opening, which let us secure a spot for the coin lockers and experience popular attractions. I was satisfied to have tried all the attractions I wanted to experience.
The food court was very crowded by noon, so I recommend adjusting your timing for meals. The portion sizes were quite generous.
The return bus was delayed due to traffic, and we arrived later than scheduled.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy and windy, and it was cold without a rash guard... The scenery is nice, though. However, it seems that the view during high tide, like in the photos, can only be seen a few times a year, and it appears that this is not the right time.

Wow! I was blown away to see that sandbar! Volleyball was fun ! Everyone participated ! Lunch was excellent! Hawaiian music playing awesome sunshine making new friends relaxing swimming Wow! Loved the bbq! The crew were excellent knew their stuff! Antonio Bryan cuno ? The turtles were amazing to see so many! The snorkelling was amazing and so much fun! Loved the whole day! I was able to see dolphins from the boat multiple times, but it was difficult to see them swimming underwater. However, on my third try, I finally got to meet a dolphin I had been hoping to see. They swam beneath us and, although at a distance, they performed spinning jumps, and I even got to see a baby dolphin. It was amazing. I want to participate again.

There were few Japanese participants, and both on the bus and during the show, an interesting guy talked a lot, so it was tough if you didn't understand English to some extent. My parents in their 70s, who went with me, couldn't enjoy it and ended up dozing off. There were various activities before the show, and participating in them was really fun. The food was quite good for a luau show buffet. The hula dance only took up a small portion of the show and the quality wasn't that high. The highlight was the fire dance performed by a large group. It was a luau show where you could feel the atmosphere of both America and Hawaii throughout.

日本人の参加は少なく、バスの中もショーの中でも面白いおじさんが喋りまくる、時に話しかけられるので、英語がある程度わからないと厳しいです。一緒に行った70代の両親は楽しめず、居眠りしてました。。ショーの前に色々なactivityがあり、参加してみるととても楽しかったです。食事はルアウショーのビュッフェにしては美味しかったです。ショーの中でフラが占める割合はほんの少しで、それほどクオリティも高くないです。圧巻だったのは大人数でのファイヤーダンスでした。アメリカとハワイの空気を随所に感じるルアウショーでした。

I felt like the sea of angels became my own!
The Japanese guide, Yukiko, was also humorous.
I had children with me, but all the staff were kind.
Soft drinks (self-serve pitchers) are all free.
The cheeseburger grilled over charcoal had a distinctly Hawaiian flavor, and I was very satisfied.
They had extra patties grilled, so those who wanted could have double burgers.
You can practice snorkeling at the sandbar, so even beginners can enjoy snorkeling on the coral reef later on.
There seems to be a point where you can meet sea turtles, and whether you see them up close or from a distance is up to luck.
