Unfortunately, I ended up waist-deep in the sea, but I had a great time taking photos, playing volleyball, and snorkeling. I was also able to see turtles from the boat. The crew members were all fun, and the hamburgers grilled on the water were delicious! I would love to participate again!

The weather wasn't very good, the water was cold, and due to the tides, the sandy beach that you see in pictures was completely invisible. However, I was able to have an experience that I normally wouldn't get to have. It was a strange feeling to be standing in the middle of the ocean.

On the way to the sandbar, I was thrilled to see sea turtles and manta rays.

Also, the breakfast sandwich was simple but very delicious.

Even if you don't go snorkeling, you can enjoy playing in the water near the boat without getting soaked, so you can have fun even if you're not confident in your swimming skills.

あまり天気が良くなく、水も冷たく、干満の関係で写真で見るような砂浜もまったく見えない状態でしたが、普段、できないような体験ができました。海の真ん中に立っている不思議な感覚です。
サンドバーに着くまでには、ウミガメやマンタが見られ、感激でした。
また、朝食のサンドウィッチもシンプルですが、とてもおいしかったです。
シュノーケリングをしなくても、船の近くでずぶぬれにならずに水遊びができるので、泳ぎに自信がなくても楽しめます。

I checked the tide levels when I signed up, so I knew that the sandbar would have water at least up to my knees on certain days, but the snorkeling experience was terrible.

We departed with over 60 people on a large bus, and the number increased even more at the location. With that many people, we were just taken in a line around a designated course and that was it. The snorkeling time was about 5 minutes? It felt more like a swimming lesson for kids. It would have been better not to do it at all.

The guide and crew had a good vibe and took photos and provided services, but the tour program itself was just too awful. I do not recommend it.

申し込む時点で潮位を調べてたので、サンドバーは少なくとも膝上くらいまでは水が出ある日、ということは分かってたけどシュノーケリングがひどかった。
大型バスに60名以上で出発し、現地でさらに人数が増える。その人数で、一列になって決められたコースをぐるっと回らされて終わり。シュノーケリング時間は5分くらい？子どもの水泳訓練か何かですか？という感じ。これならやらない方がマシだった。
ガイドさんやクルーのノリは良いし、写真を撮ったりサービスしてくれるけどツアープログラム自体がひどすぎる。お勧めしません。

When we went on the cruise for our 25th anniversary, the weather was clear and we felt very welcomed by the friendly crew. We also got offered a free drink at the bar as were the other guests. My wife and I enjoyed the relaxing breeze on the tour accompanied with the warm sun. On the boat, we saw gorgeous views of Diamond Head and Waikiki and also took a lot of pictures. While on the boat, we didn't feel any bumps and the trip was very smooth. When we go to Hawaii again, we'll definitely go on this cruise. I highly recommend this cruise for anybody travelling with friends, family, or as a couple.

When we went on the Waikiki Glass Bottom tour in Hawaii for our 25th anniversary, we were greeted very warmly and we felt very welcomed. Although it was raining, we still felt comfortable because of the crew and were offered free drinks. During the boat ride, we saw coral, tropical fish, and even sea turtles! We took lots of pictures of the stunning scenery of Waikiki and the Diamond Head. The crew also explained the history of Waikiki and made the tour more interesting so that every moment was enjoyable. Next time we come to Hawaii, we will definitely be going on the tour again. We highly recommend this great vacation tour for anyone travelling with friends, family, or as a couple.

The pickup did not arrive. I was passed around on the phone, and in the end, no one came to pick me up, so I had to cancel. What is the point of having an emergency contact? Ultimately, I was directed back to the first number I called, it felt like a comedy sketch... I was told to contact Japan, emailed VELTRA to explain the situation, and received a refund.

I had been looking forward to this tour for a long time, and since there was only one day that fit my schedule due to the park's closing day, I had no choice but to rent a car and buy tickets on-site to enter. However, because I was passed around on the phone, I left around noon and was able to enter only after 1 PM. Since the park closed at 4 PM, many attractions closed by 3 PM, and I couldn't enjoy myself at all before heading back. I spent the day in the worst mood, and my spirits remained low for the next three days... Moreover, two days later, another incident occurred where the pickup did not come. It was the worst trip.

I fully understand that VELTRA is not to blame. They showed various considerations in our subsequent communications, but I felt it was important to share the facts, so I decided to post this review.

日本に連絡しろと言われ、VELTRAさんにメールをし、経緯を説明し、返金してもらいました。

ずっと楽しみにしていたツアーで、閉園日もあったので、日程がこの日しか合わず、しょうがないのでレンタカーを借り、チケットも現地で購入し入園。
しかし、電話をたらいまわしにされたので、出発が12時近くなり、入園できたのが13時を回っていました。
16時閉演のため、15時には多くのアトラクションが閉まり、まったく楽しめず帰ってきました。
最悪の気分で一日過ごし、残りの3日間も気分が上がらず。。。
しかも、この2日後にまた、ピックアップが来ないという事態が起き。
最悪の旅行でした。

VELTRAさんが悪いわけではないのは重々承知の上です。
その後のやりとりでも色々とご配慮いただきましたが、事実はお伝えしたほうがよいと思い、口コミ投稿させていただきました。

I went to Taormina for the first time this time to confirm my reservation. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a Japanese staff member who checked the time and confirmed if they could prepare a message plate for me. I was told my 7 PM reservation was at 6:30 PM, and they kindly said it would be fine to have the message plate. However, in reality, it seems there was a miscommunication, and the message plate only came out after I prompted them. It was disappointing, but overall it was delicious, so that was good. Compared to Japan, it's just not the same, right? (laughs)

今回初めてタオルミーナに食べに行きました〜予約の確認をしに行きました。
お店に行ったら日本人の定員さんがいて時間の確認とプレートを作ってくれるかの確認
19時の予約が18時３０分と言われ、メッセージプレートも心良く大丈夫と言ってもらいました〜が…
実際には…きっと伝達ミスで…メッセージプレートもこちらからの催促で出てきました…
残念でしたが〜トータルでは美味しかったので〜良かったです
やはり日本と比べたらダメですね〜（笑）

The trip was amazing. We went the first week of September so there wasn't much turtles or whales. It wasn't the season yet. It was still extremely fun and enjoyable. I went with my grandma and her or I did not get seasick! I recommend this for anyone who wants to relax at sea with a bit of adventure! Really great for elders and little kids. They have a net you can sit on. They also have a bar you can purchase alcoholic beverages or sodas! You can also buy a sippy cup so you won't spill your drink! Highly recommend and there's a coupon on Groupon! Take everyone!!! I will be coming back with more family members! Definitely coming back in December for the whales!

Last time I went to Hawaii, I participated in a dolphin tour with another company, but I got seasick and had to give up snorkeling. This time, I was really looking forward to swimming with the dolphins. However, due to the effects of the hurricane, we weren't able to see the dolphins on the first day, despite the high probability of encountering them.

However, since my husband couldn't swim and immediately cramped up, the Japanese guide helped him with a float and guided him to where the sea turtles were, so he was able to enjoy himself even without seeing the dolphins. I used a half-price ticket for not seeing the dolphins and tried again the next day.

I was truly moved to be able to swim close to the dolphins I had longed for, to see many fish, and to see many sea turtles up close. More than that, I was touched by the morning call, the crew's hula dance and performances on the boat, and the crew's desire for many people to meet the dolphins.

There are various dolphin tours offered by different companies, but I highly recommend Dolphin and You. I would definitely like to participate again.

前回、ハワイに行った時に別の会社のドルフィンのツアーに参加したのですが,船酔いで,シュノーケリングは断念したため、今回こそはどうしてもドルフィンと泳ぎたいととても楽しみにしていました。しかし、ハリケーンの影響か、一日目は高い確率で会えるはずのドルフィンに会えませんでした。
しかし、泳げない上に泳ぎ始めてすぐに足をつった主人を日本語ガイドさんが、浮輪,で誘導して、ウミガメのところまで案内してくれたので、主人はドルフィンには会えなくても、十分楽しめようです。
私はドルフィンに会えなかった場合の半額チケットで、翌日もトライしました。
念願のドルフィンの近くで泳げたこと、たくさんの魚達、たくさんのウミガメを間近で見れたこと、本当に感激しました。
しかし、それ以上に、朝のモーニングコール、船の上でのクルーの皆さんのフラダンスやパフォーマンス、多くの人にドルフィンに会ってもらいたいというクルーの皆さん想いに触れて、感動しました。
色々な会社さんのドルフィンツアーがありますが、ドルフィンアンドユー様をおすすめします。私も、是非、また参加したいです。

I participated with my elderly mother. Our guide, Miho, was very attentive and taught us many things. Thanks to her insights about not only Hawaiian culture and history but also the flowers and trees in the courtyard, I feel like we enjoyed our trip many times more! It was my mother's first experience with hula dancing, and the teacher was wonderful and friendly, which made my mother very happy.

年老いた母と二人で参加しました。ガイドのミホさんはとても丁寧に色々な事を教えてくださいました。ハワイの文化や歴史以外にも中庭の花や木など教えて頂いたおかげで旅行が何倍も楽しめた気がします！母にとって初めてのフラダンス体験でしたが、先生も素敵で気さくな方で母も喜んでいました。

There was a large group of dolphins, but they were far below my feet, so I almost missed them. I wish I could have gotten a little closer. Since they are wild, I can't complain.
After the dolphins, we went to the turtle point, and that was really great. It was my first time seeing so many turtles, including baby turtles, up close. Stand-up paddleboarding and the trampoline were also a lot of fun. The BBQ hamburgers were delicious because they cooked them right there on the spot. I also appreciated that they were accommodating with various requests like gluten-free and no cheese.

イルカの大群はいましたが、足元のずっと下の方だったので、見落としそうでした。もう少し近くまで寄れたらよかったのですが。野生なので、文句は言えないですよね。
イルカの次にカメのポイントに行き、そこがとってもよかったです。あんなにそばでたくさんのカメ、子亀？を見るのは初めてでした。またスタンダップパドルボートやトランポリンなど、とっても楽しかったです。BBQハンバーガーは、その場で焼いてくれてるのでとてもおいしかったです。グルテンフリーやチーズなしなどいろいろな希望を聞いてくれるのもありがたいですね。

The dishes that come out are impressive, and the selection of wine to match is exquisite. Whenever I go to Hawaii, I always make it my last dinner.

The water was a little rough, but signs were posted every where to be careful. The lifeguard made an announcement & everything was fine.

The staff was kind and had great energy, making it a really fun tour. Despite a hurricane approaching, we managed to avoid it and set off in pleasant weather! We dove into the sea at two points to swim with dolphins, and luckily, we saw honu (sea turtles) at both spots. They made sure to check if everyone had seen the dolphins, and the explanations in both English and Japanese were reassuring. The slide after swimming with the dolphins was also fun and I highly recommend it! Due to the wind, we couldn't play on the trampoline, which I was looking forward to, but I'll save that for next time!

Once you get into the sea, you inevitably feel cold from the wind while on the boat, so I recommend bringing a towel or a hoodie to wear!

I didn't receive the eco-bag that was mentioned during the booking, but this trip was a highlight for me, so I'm satisfied! I will definitely participate again next time!

スタッフの方も親切で、ノリも良くてすごく楽しいツアーになりました。ハリケーンが来ている中、なんとか逸れてくれて、心地いい天気の中出発！イルカと泳ぐポイント2箇所で海へダイブ、ラッキーだったのかどちらのポイントでもホヌも見れました。 きちんと参加者全員がイルカを見れたかも聞いてくれるし、英語と日本語で丁寧に説明してくれるのな安心です。イルカと泳いだ後の、スライダーも楽しくてオススメです！風の影響で、楽しみにしていたトランポリンでは遊べませんでしたが、これは次回の楽しみに取っておきます笑◡̈

一度海に入った後は、どうしても船上で風を浴びるので、寒く感じます。タオルやパーカーなど羽織れるものを持っていくことをオススメします！

申し込み時に書いてあったエコバッグは頂けませんでしたが…
今回の旅でのハイライトとなりましたので、満足です！次回も是非参加します♪

I had so much fun that I still don't want to go home! I was completely satisfied with every ride. This is definitely one of the places I want to visit again when I come to Hawaii next time! 😊

I went to Hawaii to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. About ten years ago, when we came together, my mother also went into the ocean, but I was wondering if she would this time. To my delight, the beautiful sea encouraged her to join in, and she was very happy. She says she wants to go again while she's still healthy. The guide was also kind and had interesting stories to share.

母の喜寿のお祝いに行ったハワイでした。１０年位前に一緒に来た時には母も海に入りましたが、今回はどうかなぁと思っていたところ、あまりのきれいな海に母も一緒に海に入って喜んでいました。元気なうちにもう一度行きたいと言っています。案内の女性の方も親切でお話も面白かったです。

It was our first time experiencing the glass bottom boat tour. Although it wasn't what I was expecting from the title of the tour, but it was fun. The boat consisted of boxes with glass bottom you can look down to see underneath the boat. During the shallow parts of the water, you can see fishes and of course it's not a guarantee on what or what not you would see. But, wish we would have seen more!

The captain and his partner were friendly and nice. We went during the first tour at 9am, so we basically had the entire boat to roam around with another family. They offer drinks (water, bud light, soda) and restroom on board, which was great!

We were also lucky with the day that we went. It was sunny but during some parts of the tour, the clouds covered the sun, so the breeze was nice. So all in all, it was a fun experience.

This glass bottom boat trip gives one a new view to look at while experiencing a cruise. Not only is the view amazing but you get to see a side of wild life you don't usually get to look at. We got to see a few different types of fish and a number of turtles.
Our captain and his partner were also hugely helpful. Answering all questions and giving us interesting information on the sea and boat life here in Waikiki. But do understand, you can't control wild life, so some days or seasons might be better to go than others. And while what wild life you see may depend on a number of different things, the view is always enjoyable and relaxing.

The show was funny and entertaining. The pre-games were fun. We even got a special dance since it was our honeymoon.. 2nd day. The drinks could have been better..the bartender was a bit sloppy..just stick to the mai tais

I felt refreshed! The breakfast was a buffet, and I enjoyed it deliciously! After the meal, I went up to the deck, lay down on a chair, and relaxed while feeling the sea breeze—it was the best! I was also able to see whales in the distance! I would like to participate again when I go to Hawaii in the winter!

気分爽快でした！朝食もバイキングでしたが、おいしくいただきました！食後は甲板に上がり、イスに横になり、海風にあたりながらまったり最高でした！クジラも遠目でしたが見ることができました！また冬時期にハワイに行くときは参加したいと思います！

Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't fully enjoy the beautiful emerald blue sea, but we had a great time with the sandbar, turtle watching, and snorkeling. The BBQ lunch was very delicious. The guide, as well as the captain and crew, were friendly and very kind. I would like to participate again when the weather is nice. (The weather is always a matter of luck on the day...)

あいにくの雨で、美しいエメラルドブルーの海を満喫という訳にはいきませんでしたが、サンドバーとウミガメウォッチング、スノーケルを楽しみました。
BBQランチ、とても美味しかったです。ガイドさんをはじめ、船長やクルーもフレンドリーでとても優しく親切でした。今度は良い天気の時に参加したいです。（天候ばかりは当日の運ですが…）

I would highly recommend this boat trip. It was fun and the drinks were surprisingly good. Although it rained, we still had a great time. The weather was warm enough to stay outside on the netting and enjoy the full sensation of sailing. The crew were very nice and attentive to everyone. There were no cheesy banter that I have come to associate with Hawaiian tours of any sort. The catamaran was large, so everyone had a lot of room to move around. It was clean and the head (restroom) was well maintained. Even though it stormed that day, the ride was incredibly smooth and no one got sick. The check in booth was at the entry to the harbor and the line went fast and effortlessly. The only caveat I have for others wishing to do this tour is that you have to have a hard copy ticket or be able to bring it up on your phone. Even though we booked online and they had our names, the lady in the booth needed me to pull the confirmation up on my phone . Unfortunately, this caused us to delay the line , which we hate to do.

As an adult, I hadn't had the chance to go to a pool in Japan, but I played like a kid again!! I was a bit late and didn't know how to get the tickets, but when I showed the staff at the ticket booth my Berkeley, they quickly helped me out, and I was able to get my tickets without any issues. After that, I enjoyed myself to the fullest☆ I don't have the courage to go in Japan, but I definitely want to go again in Hawaii!!

大人になって日本でプールに行く機会がなかったけど子供にかえったように遊びまくっちゃいました！！少し時間遅れてしまってチケットをどのようにもらえたらよいかわからなかったですが、こちらのバークレーを見せたらチケットブースのお姉さんがすぐに対処していただき、無事にチケットゲットでき、そこからは思う存分楽しみました☆
日本で行く勇気はないけどハワイならまた行きたい！！

Due to the approaching hurricane, the waves were high and the visibility was poor. Haha. I was looking forward to turtle watching, but it seems the turtles evacuated as well, so I couldn't see them... Well, it's a natural phenomenon, so it can't be helped! The hamburger for lunch was delicious!

ハリケーン接近の為、波が高く透明度も悪かった〜。笑 海ガメウォッチングも楽しみにしてたけどカメも避難したらしく見れず… まあ、自然現象なので、仕方ない！ランチのハンバーガーは、美味しかったー！

I used this service for the first time and had a great time!

First, they picked me up at the hotel entrance around 9:30 AM with a large bus. However, the air conditioning on the bus was broken, and it was quite stuffy. After about an hour of travel, we arrived and were able to store our luggage in lockers, which was very convenient! There were many Japanese staff members, which made me feel reassured.

At the venue, most of the guests were Japanese, and even though it was a weekday, it was relatively uncrowded. The attractions were a bit challenging as we had to climb with large floaties, but they were all high-quality, thrilling, and fun! Even for popular attractions, the wait time was only about 15 minutes. The Tornado was especially enjoyable!

Additionally, the all-you-can-drink plan was a great choice since they provided drinks immediately upon showing the wristband.

At the end of the tour, as an apology for the broken air conditioning on the bus, they gave us a towel with the Wet 'n Wild logo! The attentive service was very appreciated. I would love to participate again!

今回初めて利用しましたが、かなり楽しかったです！！
まず、9時半頃にホテルの入り口まで大型のバスで迎えに来てくださいました。その時に乗車したバスのクーラーが壊れていて、とても息苦しかったです。。
1時間ほど乗車し到着するとロッカーに荷物を預けます。出し入れが自由なのがとてもよかったです！日本人のスタッフの方がたくさんいて安心できました♡

現地ではほとんどが日本人客で、平日だったのですが比較的空いていました。アトラクションは大きな浮き輪を持って登るのが大変でしたが、どれもクオリティが高くスリリングでおもしろかったです！！人気のアトラクションでも15分程度の待ち時間で乗れました
特にトルネードが最高に楽しかったです！

また、ドリンク飲み放題のプランはリストバンドを見せるとすぐに出してくれるので利用して正解でした✨

ツアーの最後に、行きのバスのクーラーのお詫びとして、ウェットインワイルドのロゴが入ったバスタオルを下さいました！
丁寧な対応をして下さりとてもよかったです

I visited Wet 'n' Wild for the first time! It's located on the way from Waikiki to the Ko Olina area, and you can see many types of slides from the outside! It was August 31, and compared to similar places in Japan, there weren't many people, so I was able to ride all the attractions in under 15 minutes. There are various types of slides, each offering a unique experience! There were many slides with shapes I had never seen before. In my opinion, some of them were as scary as roller coasters. My husband usually can't handle thrill rides, and I thought he would be okay with the water slides, but as expected, he refused all the ones that looked fast. There are definitely many slides that provide that level of thrill. Additionally, there are other attractions like a lazy river, obstacle courses, and a wave pool for surfers, making it a great place for both kids and adults to have fun! You can't bring your own floaties, but it's great that you can rent them for free! There is a food court inside where you can have lunch. The menu mainly consists of junk food like hamburgers and fries. I definitely want to go back next time!

初めてウェット＆ワイルドに行ってきました！場所はワイキキからコオリナ地区に向かった途中にあるのですが、外から見てもたくさんの種類のスライダーが見えます！8月31日だったのですが、日本の同様の場所と比べて、人も多くなく、すべてのアトラクションに15分以内に乗れました。色々な種類のスライダーがあって、どれも一味違ったスライダーを体験できます！初めて見る形のスライダーもたくさんありました。わたしの主観ですが、ジェットコースター並に怖いものもあります。夫が普段絶叫系に乗れない人で、ウォータースライダーなら乗れるだろうと思っていたのですが案の定見た目が速そうなやつは全部拒否されました。それぐらいスリル感があるスライダーも多くあります。また、スライダー以外にも流れるプールや、アスレチックのようなもの、サーファーのための人工で波を作るやつなど子供から大人までがっつり遊べる場所でした！浮き輪は持ち込めないのですが、無料でレンタルできるのでよかったです！食事は中にフードコートが設置されていて、そこでお昼ご飯を食べることができます。ハンバーガーやポテトなどジャンクフードが中心でした。次回行く時もぜひ行きたいと思います。

I arrived before the 10:30 opening and was told to wait until 10:15 to exchange my ticket. People who purchased tickets on the day could buy them around 10:00. Since those who bought tickets could line up for entry, I wondered if it would have been better to buy on the day. However, the all-you-can-drink soft drinks are worth it if you have three cups, so that was nice. But the options are a bit lacking, as the carbonated drinks like Pepsi and Mountain Dew are mixed with overly sweet fruit juices without carbonation. I wish there was water available. There are mostly thrilling water slides, and compared to Japan, it's less crowded, so you can slide continuously. If you're not good with this kind of thing, it's better not to go. For those who enjoy it, you can slide as much as you want and be very satisfied.

10時半のオープン前に到着し、チケットに取り換えようとしたら、１０：１５まで待つように言われました。当日購入の人は10時ごろから買えているのに。チケットを買えた人から入場の列に並べるので、当日購入の方がよかったのかな、と。でもソフトドリンク飲み放題は、3杯飲めば元が取れるので、まぁよかったかな。ただ、ペプシやマウンテンデューなどの炭酸系と、炭酸なしは甘ったるいフルーツジュースなので、選択肢がイマイチかも。水が飲みたいのにな、と思います。ほぼ絶叫ウォータースライダーしかなく、日本に比べてすいているので立て続けに滑れます。こういうのが苦手な人は行かない方がいいでしょう。好きな人はめいっぱい滑れて大満足です。
