This was my second visit. I was guided to an outdoor seat, but when I requested to change to an indoor seat, I was taken to the second floor, which had a nice atmosphere, and we started our meal. The food was delicious. However, about 30 minutes in, a group of around eight people who completely disregarded the surrounding environment sat nearby. Their loud, almost shrill laughter and vulgar tone ruined the atmosphere. It seemed that most of them had been living in Hawaii for a long time, engaging in noisy conversations in Japanese. They had no manners, and I felt that it lowered the establishment's dignity and reputation. Since I was traveling, I chose not to say anything, and I understand that the restaurant cannot choose its customers, but it would have been nice if they had some measures in place to maintain the restaurant's standards. It was a shame to have such a wonderful dinner ruined. It was disappointing, especially since the food was so good.

２度目の往訪。屋外の席に案内されたが、室内に変更を希望すると２階席に案内され、雰囲気もよく、会食を開始。料理はおいしかったです。ところが、開始３０分後、周囲への迷惑を全く気にしない集団８名ほどが近くの席に。特に女性陣のけたたましい、奇声に近い笑い声、下品な口調で雰囲気は台無しに。ハワイに長く住んでいる方々が大半の様で、日本語でのうるさい会話。マナーも無く、お店にとっても品格が下がり、品位が疑われるのではと思われました。旅行中なので敢えて注意しませんでしたし、お店も客は選べないのでしょうが、お店の格を守るためにも注意が合っても良かったのでは。せっかくのディナーは台無しに。美味しかっただけに残念です。

I participated on September 10. Despite paying a fairly high fee, three activities were closed. By around noon, it seemed that the staff were short-handed due to their breaks, leading to even more closed activities. They did not reopen until we boarded the return bus before 3 PM. It felt almost like a scam. Perhaps it would have been different on another day, but that was the only day my family could go. If you decide to book, it seems to be a matter of luck.

現地日付9月10日に参加しました。まぁまぁ高い料金を払ったのにクローズドのアクティビティが3箇所。昼くらいになるとスタッフが休憩に入る事で人手が足りてないのか、更にクローズドのアクティビティが続出。15時前に帰りのバスに乗るまで再開されませんでした。殆ど詐欺レベルという印象です。他の日なら違ったのかもしれませんが、私達家族が行けたのは其の日だけなワケで。申し込むなら運次第でしょうね。

The sandbar was not a beach but a shallow area that was about knee-deep. However, since I checked the tide data in advance, I was able to enjoy it quite a bit. Everyone had fun playing beach volleyball and practicing snorkeling.

The hamburgers for lunch were incredibly delicious. I was also amazed by the number of sea turtles we saw.

The final snorkeling experience was wonderful, with clear water and lots of tropical fish. Even for someone like me who isn't a strong swimmer, it was enjoyable.

All the crew members were fantastic, always keeping us entertained and paying close attention to safety, for which I am very grateful.

サンドバーは砂浜ではなく膝下くらいまで浸かる浅瀬でしたが、それは事前に干潮満潮データを見て行っていたので、それはそれなりに楽しめました。みんなビーチバレーやシュノーケルの練習を行い楽しかったです。
昼食のハンバーガーもめちゃくちゃ美味しくいただきました。
ウミガメウォッチもめちゃくちゃいて驚きました。
最後のシュノーケルは水中がきれいで熱帯魚達がたくさんいました。泳ぎが苦手な私でも楽しめました。
クルーの方々全員素晴らしい方で常に楽しませていただき、安全にも十分気を配っていただき感謝です。

I was expecting the sandbar to be on the beach, but the water level was higher than I thought. However, the water was clear. The staff were very friendly and took photos for us.

We were able to see manta rays and sea turtles, which was amazing.

The hamburger for lunch was delicious.

The snorkeling wasn't great at first because the water clarity wasn't very good, making it hard to find fish, but by the time I got used to it, I was able to see plenty of tropical fish.

After snorkeling, there were warm drinks available, and I enjoyed some cocoa.

Above all, the staff were fantastic, and I had a great time. Thank you!

サンドバーは砂浜の上に立てるのを期待していたが思っていたより水位があった。でも水は綺麗だった。スタッフの人もいろいろと声をかけてくれて写真も撮ってくれた。
マンタも海亀も見ることが出来て最高。

ランチのハンバーガーが美味しかった。

シュノーケリングは海の透明度があまり良くなく最初は魚を探すのが大変だったけれど、慣れた頃には熱帯魚をいっぱい見られました。

シュノーケリング終了後は温かい飲み物の用意が有りココアでほっこり。

なんといってもスタッフの皆様が最高でとても楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

It was my first cruise experience. I was worried about seasickness, but the duration was short, and it was not a problem at all. The sandbar was a bit shallow due to timing, but I enjoyed snorkeling and turtle watching. The staff's hospitality was great, and the BBQ hamburgers on board were especially delicious. 初めてのクルーズ体験でした。船酔いを心配していましたが、時間も短く全く問題ありませんでした。サンドバーはタイミングもあるので、浅瀬という感じでしたが、シュノーケルやウミガメウオッチなど楽しめました。スタッフさんたちのもてなしも感じが良く、中でも船上BBQハンバーガーはとても美味しかったです。有難うございました。

The lobster for dinner was thick and tasted just like Japanese crab, it was truly delicious! The final jazz live performance was also moving. It was a great experience to overlook Waikiki and see the fireworks, I'm glad I participated!

Some attractions and slides may be closed depending on the day and time, and there are height restrictions for children. A large sign provides a map of the attractions along with height restrictions, while a smaller sign shows the current open and closed status. Since some slides may close at certain times, I think it's better to go for the slides you want to try first. If you can speak English, you can check with the staff. For those like me who can't speak it, I think it's fine to just enjoy the slides you want to try 😊.

その日ごとや時間帯によってクローズになっているアトラクションやスライダーが有るのと、子供さんは身長制限が有ったりするので大きな案内板にアトラクションの地図と身長制限、小さな案内板に現在のオープンクローズの状況が確認出来ました。時間帯によってクローズになってしまう物も有ったりしましたので滑りたいスライダーが有れば先に行った方が良いと思います。英語が話せる方はスタッフに確認すれば良いと思いますか
私のように話せない方はとりあえず滑りたい物を利用したら良いと思います😊

I had wanted to order something I had seen others enjoying for a while, but I couldn't because there were no pictures on the menu. However, this time I was able to order it. It was called Chili Cheese, which is topped with chili bean sauce and cheese sauce over fries, and it was very delicious. They also provided a dipping sauce that was tangy, similar to Caesar salad dressing, and something like jalapeños. The pizza comes with two pieces, about the size of a large pizza in Japan, along with a set of fries. So if you want fries, be careful not to order extra, as you'll end up with quite a lot of fries.

以前から他の人が持ってるのを見て美味しそうだったのでオーダーしたかったけどメニューに写真が載ってなかったので頼めずにいたのですが今回オーダーする事が出来ました。チリチーズという、ポテトの上にチリビーンズソースとチーズソースがかかっててとても美味しかったです。ディップ用にシーザーサラダのドレッシングっぽい酸味のあるソースとハラペーニョみたいなのをくれました。ピザは日本のLサイズ位の2ピース分にポテトがセットで付いてきますので、ポテトを食べたい方は別でポテトをオーダーしてしまうとなかなかの量のポテトを食べる事になっちゃいます。

I was able to see both sea turtles and dolphins. I was also hoping to see tropical fish while snorkeling, but that didn't happen.

ウミガメもイルカも見ることができました。シュノーケリングで熱帯魚を見ることも期待しておりましたが、それはかないませんでした。

船中のスタッフは、とってもフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。
前回と少しずつ変化していてそれなりに参加することに意義あり！でした。

It was a tour where I could do everything I wanted at once: exploring sandbars, observing sea turtles, and snorkeling. The staff was friendly and accommodating in both English and Japanese, which made me feel very secure. Meals and drinks were included, and I could also experience the atmosphere of international cuisine.

サンドバー散策、うみがめ観察、シュノーケルとやりたいことが一度でできるツアーでした。スタッフも親切で英語も日本語にも対応しているのでとても安心です。食事や飲み物も含まれていて海外の食事の雰囲気も感じられます

Tour consists of sandbar and coral reef with amazing burger lunch in-between. All gears for snorkeling were provided as well

Meeting at 5:40 AM before sunrise is indeed early, but we were still among the fourth or fifth group to enter the site. We rented a paid option for a parasol and chair set, which I highly recommend due to the strong sunlight. In the morning, there are relatively fewer people, making it enjoyable. Around 10 AM, we had an incredibly lucky surprise when a monk seal suddenly came up on the beach to rest, just about 10 meters from our base. My grandchild had been talking about wanting to see one since before coming to Hawaii, so it was great that we could make that happen by chance. There is a law requiring a distance of over 15 meters from monk seals, so it’s also a good memory that our base had to be moved quickly.

日の出前の５時４０分集合はさすがに早いが、それでも現地では４組〜５組めの入場グループでした。有料OPでパラソル・チェアセットをレンタルしましたが、日差しが強いのでぜひお勧めします。午前中はヒトも比較的少なく楽しめます。１０時頃に私たちのベース基地から１０ｍくらいの場所に突然にモンクシールが砂浜にあがってきて休憩するという超ラッキーサプライズに出会えました。一緒の孫がハワイに来る前から会いたいと話していたので、偶然にも叶えてあげられてよかったです。モンクシールには１５ｍ以上距離を取らなければいけない法律があるので、我々のベース基地は速攻移動させられたのもいい思い出です。

The sandbar is located inside the bay, so the waves were very calm. I usually get seasick, but this time I was fine. We saw turtles from the boat, and finally, we went snorkeling around the coral reef.

サンドバーが湾内なので波がとても穏やかでした。船酔いしやすい方ですが、今回は大丈夫でした。亀は船の上から見て、最後に珊瑚礁の周りをシュノーケリングしました。

It took about 30 minutes to arrive from Waikiki by rental car.
We had a great time as a family of four (two adults and two elementary school children) from 10:30 to 14:30 as follows:

■ Volcano Express - 1 time (wait time 5 minutes)

Both adults and children were very satisfied and unanimously agreed to "come again."

I went there again this time because I had a great time about 10 years ago! The water slides had about a 15-minute wait for each, and I had more than enough fun for about 5 hours! The UV rays are stronger than in Waikiki, so while it's not cold, sunscreen is a must! Although outside food is not allowed, the food options are expensive and not that great, so it's better not to have high expectations in that regard.

10年くらい前に一度行って楽しかったので、今回も行きました！ウォータースライダーは全て15分待ち程度で、約5時間でしたが十分過ぎるほど楽しめました！
ワイキキよりも紫外線が強いので、寒くないですが日焼け止めは必須です！飲食類持ち込み禁止なのにフードは高くて大したものがないので、そこは期待しない方がいいです。

I had to wait quite a bit because some people didn't arrive on time as we were going around the hotels. The shuttle service was included, and there was an explanation at the entrance, along with assistance on how to use the lockers. I thought the stay would be short, but since it wasn't too crowded, I was able to enjoy the slides a lot and was satisfied.

ホテルを順に回るので時間に来ない人がいてだいぶ待たされた。
送迎付き、入り口で説明があり、ロッカーの利用方法なども一緒にきてやってくれる。
滞在時間は短いかなと思ったけど、そこまで混んでなかったのでスライダーもかなり利用できて満足です。

As soon as the bus arrived, we were the first to enter, so we had our pick of beach chairs. I wished that on days when the park closes late, the return bus would also be later. Since it departs at 3 PM, we had to cut down on our lunch time, which felt too short for my kids who love the pool.

バス到着後すぐ、そのまま一番ノリで入場だったので、ビーチチェアも選び放題でした。
閉園時間が遅い日は帰りのバスも遅ければいいのになと思いました。15時発なのでお昼食べる時間を削り、プール大好きな子供にとってはあっという間でした。

It was difficult for me to make a reservation for Hanauma Bay on my own due to scheduling issues, so I took advantage of this plan that allowed me to have a reservation and enjoy my time at Hanauma Bay freely. I was anxious about my English speaking skills, but there was a guidance sheet in Japanese, and the driver was able to understand our limited English, which made communication enjoyable. The entrance fee was collected by the driver, and a participant from an English-speaking country paid for everyone.

Since it was my first time snorkeling, I borrowed a life jacket. In the early morning, it was a bit chilly, so the life jacket helped keep me warm and was also useful for snorkeling. Even in shallow areas, I could see fish swimming, including the humuhumunukunukuapua'a! I would like to request this again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.

自力でハナウマ湾の入場予約を取るには日程の都合で難しく、予約を取っていただける＋自由にハナウマ湾で遊べるこちらのプランを利用させていただきました。
英語のスピーキングに自信がなく不安でしたが、日本語での案内シートがありドライバーの方も私達の拙い英語の意味を汲み取ってくださり楽しくコミュニケーションが取れました。入場料金はドライバーさんが集め参加者の中にいた英語圏の方がまとめて支払ってくださいました。

初のシュノーケリングだったのでライフジャケットも借りました。早朝だと少し肌寒いくらいなのでライフジャケットが防寒になり、シュノーケリングの助けにもなり役立ちました。浅いところでもお魚が泳いでいてフムフムヌクヌクアプアアも見られました！
また機会があればお願いしたいと思います。

Transportation and vessel operation were good. Food service and food need improvement. Service was very slow. Food was not served even remotely hot. Our steaks were so rare as to be inedible. A different dessert should be offered as the the one being served has very little taste. The food was a real disappointment.

The weather was great, and it was amazing to see so many honu (sea turtles) 😀. The staff were all very kind, and I will participate again.

The guide spoke Japanese, which made it easy to understand even the detailed explanations, allowing us to enjoy our first trip abroad with peace of mind.

ガイドさんが日本語（日本人）のため、細かな説明まで伝わり初めての海外でも安心して楽しむことができました。

I arrived around 11 AM on a weekday. I took an Uber from the hotel. I only used Belta for the entrance fee. The tickets were prepared in advance at the ticket booth and exchanged for a voucher. Once inside, the luggage storage area was quite full in the shade. The slides were popular, but the wait was long, about 30 minutes. I rode about four slides, but I could have ridden more.

平日の11時くらいに着きました。ホテルからUberで行きました。
入場料だけベルタを利用させていただきました。チケット売り場で事前に用意されていてバウチャーとの交換でした。中に入って荷物置き場や確保かなり日陰は埋まってました。スライダーは人気ありでしたが、長くて30分待ちでした。４本位乗ったのですが、まだまだ乗れました。

Since I went on a weekday, I didn't have any trouble finding a spot and had a great time. I was looking forward to the lazy river since I'm not a fan of the thrilling slides, but unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance on the day of my visit. The staff recommended the wave pool, but... There are many slides, but there's also a children's zone, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it. It was helpful that Veltra provided explanations in Japanese regarding important points. It was also fun that they took care of the items that are not allowed to bring in.

平日に行ったのもあってか、場所取りで困ることもなく、楽しく過ごせました。
絶叫スライダーが苦手なので、流れるプールを楽しみにしていましたが、当日メンテナンス中でやってなかったのが残念でした。スタッフの人には波のプールをおすすめされましたが…
スライダーが多いですが、子供用ゾーンもあり、幅広い年齢で楽しめると思います。
ベルトラで行くと、注意点を日本語で解説してくれるので助かりました。
持ち込み禁止物販も預かってもらえたのも楽しかったです。

I was only anxious about my English, but there were explanations in Japanese on the bus, so there were no problems. We were able to enter Hanauma Bay first thing in the morning. The entrance fee was paid by a representative from the foreign passengers on the same bus. I was happy to see wild sea lions. Diving allowed us to see fish, which was overwhelming. This is the best memory of Hawaii for my 11-year-old daughter and me. Since the meeting time is at 12:30, we were able to stay for a long time, so I recommend it.

英語に不安しかありませんでしたが、車内での説明案内文も日本語のがあり、問題ありませんでした。
ハナウマ湾に朝一入場出来ました。
入場は同じバスに乗った外国人の方が代表で支払う形でした。
野生のアシカも見れて嬉しかったです。
潜れば魚も見れて感無量です。
11歳の娘、私共にハワイのベスト思い出です。
12:30集合なので長時間滞在出来るので、オススメです。

I was grateful that they offered tours on weekends! I can't speak Japanese, but the guide was kind, so it wasn't a problem. They rent out bulky snorkeling sets, so you can enjoy yourself with just the essentials like swimwear and drinks!

かさばるシュノーケリングセットをレンタルしてくれるので、水着や飲み物といった最低限の荷物だけで楽しめます！

If you quickly complete the steps of securing a spot, storing your valuables in a locker, and changing clothes, I think you'll be able to enjoy many tries on the slide. Next time, I want to make a solid time plan before going.

場所取り、ロッカーに貴重品を預ける、着替えるの工程をなるべく早く済ませトライしたスライダーに向かうと沢山トライできて楽しめると思います。
次回はしっかり時間的な計画を立てて行きたいです。

I participated on the second day in Hawaii. A sister who is fluent in Japanese explained everything in a fun way with jokes. First, we played beach volleyball in the shallow water and took photos. After that, we had grilled meat on the boat, which was like a hamburger, and then we went snorkeling. I got to see coral and cute fish, and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it!

ハワイ２日目に参加しました。
日本語堪能なお姉さんが冗談交えて楽しく説明してくれ、まずは浅瀬の所でビーチバレーしたり、写真とったり。
その後船上で焼いてくれた肉をハサミハンバーガーをたべ、それからシュノーケリングへ。
サンゴやかわいい魚がみれてすごい堪能しました。
オススメです！

The explanations were all in fast English, so I didn't understand them well, but the scenery was beautiful, and it's no surprise that it has been used in multiple movies. I hope to be able to book a lunch option next time.

説明がすべて早口英語なので、よく分かりませんでしたが、景色は美しく、複数の映画で使われているのも納得です。次回は昼食付きが予約できたらいいなと思いました。
