My kids even got up and danced at the end and my 15 year old daughter told me several times throughout the night how much she enjoyed herself.... a pricey outing that was worth it...

We thoroughly enjoyed this entire experience. The ship and crew was outstanding and the ability to do 'off shore' sandbar stopover with BBQ lunch and snorkeling was terrific. Although we had a rental car, we opted to take advantage of their transportation (a bus) and that was a real plus with door-to-door service. And although the bus was filled to capacity, on arrival they broke into two groups with two sailing vessels but stayed in tandem. The ships were in top shape and the onboard restrooms clean and stocked.

The sandbar experience was wonderful permitting amazing photos with Oahu mountains in the background. The crew was outgoing, mixing with the guests and ensuring all was safe and fun. The BBQ was ample and tasty, and the included and optional drinks wide ranging. The tour allowed plenty of time for all phases including the snorkeling...never feeling rushed with lots of time for exploration along the reef. The fish were plentiful and the coral in good condition. The crew was environmentally conscientious and took extra care in entering and existing the ship while snorkeling (with an onboard fresh water rinse afterwards). Their snorkel gear appeared new with ample numbers of swim jackets.

I highly recommend booking Captain Bob's...you won't regret it.

I participated in a luau recommended by my mother's hula teacher. There were no Japanese people at all, so it's great for those who want to fully enjoy a foreign experience. All the explanations were in English, so there were times when I didn't quite understand what was being said, but when I checked with the staff, they kindly explained everything to me.

Upon arrival, there were various activities taking place, and when I participated in the javelin throw, I received a shell lei (it’s okay if you don’t hit the target). You can enjoy hula lessons and a pig roast show even before the luau starts.

The food was surprisingly delicious. The pork was particularly tasty. The card you receive upon participation, which has money loaded onto it, can be used at the large souvenir shop and the spacious drink counter, as well as for photo opportunities. However, it cannot be used at the small souvenir shop and drink counter next to the buffet.

The show was great as well, with various dances to enjoy.

母のフラの先生オススメのルアウということで参加してみました。

The ship has seating on the 1st to 3rd floors. We had a dinner course seat on the 3rd floor, so our check-in time was the earliest at 4:45. Although this was quite a bit before the departure time, it seemed that each group was assigned a time to avoid congestion. As soon as we boarded, we were welcomed with a drink, and appetizers like fruits, crackers, and cheese were available buffet-style. From the moment we checked in, there was live guitar music and performers welcoming us, and before we knew it, time flew by as we took photos. I think both the course dinner and drinks were authentic and satisfying. The show was full of atmosphere and excitement. In the end, we all danced to YMCA together...

Disembarkation was also in order, so even though we were towards the end, we enjoyed waiting while watching the show for a while after arriving at the port. We probably got off the ship around 8:45. Overall, I felt that there were many thoughtful touches to ensure we had a fun experience, and I can’t thank the staff and performers enough. It was a truly wonderful time where I felt the essence of Hawaii the most during my 9-day stay.

I experienced this seven years ago and had such a great time that I boarded with high expectations. Last time, we had a course meal, and this time it was a buffet. Perhaps because of that difference, last time there was a sense of unity among the guests and the staff on the cruise, and the show was very lively, which made me very satisfied. This time, many guests seemed uninterested in the show and were not in their seats, leading to a disappointing cruise without that sense of togetherness. This was my second time on the cruise. Last time, I was seasick and my mood was down. I boarded with some worries, but this time I was fine. The buffet food was delicious! I was able to enjoy the sunset and the fireworks beautifully, which was great! The show was also one of the highlights, and at the end, I participated in the singing and dancing, which was a lot of fun. One disappointing thing was that I requested an alcoholic welcome drink, but it turned out to be a soft drink. Next time, I plan to book a course meal in the third-floor seating.

I specifically requested a slightly more expensive window seat, but ironically, it made it harder to see the show. I remember when I rode before, there were many more customers and it was livelier, but considering it was a quieter time in Waikiki, I suppose that's to be expected. Since there were few customers, they seated us with one table skipped in between, but I would have preferred if they had cleared away the tables and chairs. That made it even harder to see the show. However, starting with the bus driver who picked us up, the service and responses from the boat staff were wonderful and very pleasant. I enjoyed the content of the show as well. The food was delicious too.

First of all, the closing time is too early at 3 PM. On the day of my visit, the lazy river and some slides were closed. The price was too high for just the wave pool. It also took about 30 minutes to get our food after ordering, even though it wasn't crowded at all. I reserved a cabana, but it wasn't necessary due to the short operating hours.
