The pickup was 18 minutes late with no apology. The cruise seat was top-notch (secured a window-side private seat). Even though it was a window seat, there was a deck outside, and I could see the backs of people taking photos. The drinks and food were also slow. This time it was a day trip to the Big Island, circling Oahu. I participated in the sunrise at Diamond Head and four tours. However, this was disappointing. One last thing, the dessert and coffee arrived, but the beer did not. This was the situation.

This was my first time in Hawaii. After our family ceremony, we went on a dinner cruise in the evening. We chose the three-star option, but changed two of the steak dishes to fish. I had ordered online, and they had everything well organized. The food was delicious, and the person in charge of our table was friendly! At night, we went out on the deck to watch the sunset, and we enjoyed singing and dancing on each floor. It was my first experience, but I would love to participate again when I visit Hawaii.

I was very excited to experience my first dinner cruise in Hawaii. The interior of the ship was very clean, and I was able to listen to live Hawaiian music, take photos of the sunset and Diamond Head, and at the end, everyone danced together. It was a packed schedule, and I had a really fun time. The food was delicious, and I was especially happy to have the experience of enjoying a whole lobster, which is not something you get to do often! The staff were all very friendly, and it became a wonderful memory.

The weather was somewhat lacking, but the sun came out occasionally, making it a decent day. The guide on the boat spoke Japanese clearly, so I felt reassured that I could hear the explanations well. At the sandbar, the sea sparkled beautifully, and it was very moving. It was amusing to watch the beach volleyball match between the participants, which turned into a Japan-US competition. (I was thinking to myself, "You went to the beach, and you're happy about that?" haha)

I wasn't expecting much from the hamburger for lunch, but it was very delicious and the portion was just right; it might have been the best part of the tour!

I participated in the last snorkeling session where I could stand, but since it was a few meters deep, I didn't join in to accommodate my family who can't swim. I recommend understanding that snorkeling will be in places where you can't stand before participating. Also, the large shuttle bus was comfortable for both trips, which was nice.

船上でのガイドさんは日本語でかつ良く通る声なのでしっかり説明が聞けて安心できました。
サンドバーの所では海がキラキラ輝いてとても感動しました。
ツアー参加者同士のビーチバレーが日米対抗になっていて見ていて面白かった
(海に行ったんだろ？そんなので喜んでどうするって自分に突っ込んてましたがw)

昼食のハンバーガーは期待していなかったのですが、とてもおいしく量も丁度良くツアーの中でこれが一番良かったかなw

一番最後のシュノーケリングは背が立つレベルなら参加しましたが、数メートルあるそこそこ深い所の為、金槌の家族に合わせ参加しませんでした。背が立たたない場所でのシュノーケリングという事を理解した上で参加されることをお勧めします。
あと送迎のバスが大型で往復ともゆったりできたのは良かったです。

This time I chose the buffet, and the vegetables, meat, and desserts were all delicious. One disappointing thing this time was that the group of tourists was on a different floor, singing Japanese songs like "Blue Coral Reef," which was a bit annoying.

This was a great experience. The performers and all staff were professional and made sure we had a good time. Food portions were perfect so that we weren't super stuffed but full enough. Beautiful food presentation. Hats off to the culinary team and chef!!!! This was a memorable experience and the interactive dance for everyone at the end was a perfect way to end the dinner cruise. Only one recommendation would be to have air conditioning in the boat. Other than that, the night was amazing!!

We had a perfectly fun day! We rented bikes and snorkeling gear and flippers, rode to Lanikai beach (about a 29 minute ride), saw some turtles and fish. Then we came back, got boogy boards and enjoyed kalilua beach. Had some lunch did some souvenir shopping.

Our only complaint would be the tour bus driver who picked us up. He asked us where we were from and then said something about Biden being born there so we would have to walk. My husband asked him not to bring politics into our tour. He made another joke about our state and told us it was a long walk back. Then he told us there was a password (Hawaiian word) and that we couldn’t ride if we couldn't say it. Then he switched us to another bus to come back on. We were relieved.

In the early morning at Hanauma Bay, I never expected it to be this cold. I did go into the water once, but it was so cold that I gave up quickly. I was really shocked that there were hardly any fish around. When I visited in the past, it was in the afternoon, so it was warm and there were plenty of fish to enjoy! Is there no tour available in the afternoon? I felt that it has become increasingly difficult to enter Hanauma Bay lately. The driver was kind and stopped by Leonard's Kitchen for us on the way back.

I chose the normal course, but the food variety was limited and the portions were small, making it completely unappetizing! I could hardly eat anything. The onboard hula show featured only one male and one female dancer, and to top it off, the staff serving the food also performed a dance. The weather was cloudy, so we couldn't see the sunset either. It was a disappointing tour.

My first time in Hawaii, and it might be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so I went on a Friday with a window seat, lobster, steak, and the chance to see fireworks. It was amazing!
The meal was luxurious and delicious, and Michael, who served our table, was a very attentive young man, frequently checking in to ask how everything was.
A woman sitting next to us seemed to get seasick, and he brought her sparkling water and showed great concern; the service was outstanding.
The boat went back and forth on the sea, and we could see Diamond Head beautifully, the sunset was lovely, and we also got to see the fireworks at 8 PM—there was nothing to complain about.
The music during the meal was wonderful, featuring Hawaiian music, jazz, hula, and local ethnic shows,

Awesome activity! This is my second time booking captain bob’s and I can’t tell you enough how great it is, you would need to experience it for yourself! From the start, the staff are very welcoming and keep you entertained throughout the entire experience. They take the time to go around to chat with everyone, making it a comfortable excursion. Although they don’t do anything specific for birthdays, they still made sure to sing her a happy birthday! Book it, you won’t regret it!

Dinner while watching the sunset and the South Coast from the sea was a blissful moment. The show after the buffet allowed us to fully enjoy the Hawaiian atmosphere, and there were covers of Japanese songs, which was a lot of fun. The Star of Honolulu offered a smooth and comfortable cruise. Unfortunately, the sunset sank behind the clouds rather than over the ocean, but since it was a fireworks cruise on Friday, we were able to enjoy the fireworks from the sea. I chose the buffet dinner, which was homey and allowed for interaction with others, making it a lot of fun. When it was time to dance, the crew joined the dancers up close, and in the end, we all got involved, forming a train and moving around the ship, dancing the hula together, and finishing off with a lively YMCA. Since there were so many people, I was a bit worried about the return bus, but the sticker we received at the beginning indicated our destination, and I was quickly directed to my hotel bus, which was very systematic and reassuring.
