It's a theme park with various slides, but the quality of each is somewhat rough and falls short compared to those in Japanese pools. For some reason, they were operating in a sequence, and it was often the case that the attractions I wanted to ride were not in operation. There was often no information about when they would reopen, which was confusing. The operating hours were from 10:30 to 15:30, and even then, I found myself with too much free time. Overall, it was quite empty. The prices are not much different from Disneyland, so this might be a bit disappointing. However, I think kids would really enjoy it! The food court meals were surprisingly authentic.

スライダーが色々あるテーマパークだが、どれも大雑把な出来で、日本のプールにあるものより少しクオリティが落ちる。
なぜか順番に運転しており、目当てのものが運行していないことが多発していた。何時に来れば再開するのかも書いてないことが多く戸惑った。
10:30〜15:30の営業時間だったかそれでも暇を持て余した。
全体的に空いてます。ディズニーランドと大差ない価格でこれはイマイチかも。でもお子さんと行くならかなり喜ばれるかと思います！
フードコートの食事は意外と本格的でした。

On our honeymoon, both of us were visiting Hawaii for the first time and learned about Wet 'n' Wild. It seems the meeting place for the tour had changed, and we weren't aware of it, but the bus driver kindly came to pick us up at the original meeting spot. Then we set off.

The driver only spoke English, but I thought it was very considerate that they provided audio guides in English, Japanese, and (probably) Chinese.

And we arrived! Since we usually go to Nagashima Spa Land, it didn't feel very large, but the intensity of each attraction definitely felt like something you'd find overseas. The slides had almost a 90-degree drop, which was quite thrilling! The wave pool was 220 meters deep at its deepest point, and the waves were really strong.

It was so much fun! The drinks were mostly carbonated, which felt very American, but the food portions were just right, and everything was really delicious.

ハネムーンで、2人とも初めてのハワイいろいろ調べていてウェットアンドワイルドを知りました。
当日ツアーの集合場所が変更されていたらしく、そのことを知らなかったですが元の集合場所までわざわざバスの運転手さんが迎えに来てくれました。そして出発
運転手さんは英語しか話せない人でしたが、英語、日本語、(おそらく)中国語？の音声ガイドを流してくれてすごく丁寧だなと思いました。
そして到着！普段ナガシマスパーランドに行っているのであまり広くは感じませんでしたが、一つ一つのアトラクションの迫力がやはり海外だなと思いましたスライダーでほぼ90度の角度になって落ちたり笑
波のプールは1番深いところで220mとか笑 しかもすごく波が強い笑
めちゃめちゃたのしかったです

ドリンクは ほぼ炭酸でアメリカンだなと思いましたが、フードのサイズはちょうどよく味もすごく美味しかったです

We had a great experience at the Luau even though we had a lot of rain. Don't worry, they provided ponchos for everyone, which helped keep us warm too. My son loved the fire dancers and the food was good too. The chief who narrated the show was hilarious.

I actually intended to purchase Costco coupon tickets, but I forgot my membership card in Japan. I searched for activities in Hawaii on Veltra and made a purchase. It was a place that could only be accessed by car or bus, but since my accommodation was in Ko Olina, taking a taxi seemed more economical, so I opted for a regular ticket without transportation. There were plenty of activities, and I had a great time, but I had to wait about 30 minutes to buy lunch. Looking back, I think I could have skipped eating. The floaties were free, though. I wonder why?

ホントはコストコクーポンチケットを購入するつもりが、会員証を日本に忘れ、ハワイでベルトラ検索し、購入しました。車、もしくはバスでしか行けないところでしたが、宿がコオリナでしたので、タクシーのほうがお得そうなので、送迎なしのノーマルチケットです。アクティビティは豊富で、楽しかったですが、昼ごはんを、購入するのに、30分くらい並びました。今思えば、無理に食べなくても良かったかなと。浮き輪などは、無料でした。なぜだろう？

The helicopter ride was amazing! Absolutely unbelievable and breathtaking. The motorcoach bus tour was a bit longer than we expected it to be plus you can only see so much volcanic rock in one sitting before you feel like you've seen it all. But the views were unforgettable. The guides for both the helicopter and bus tour were informative, knowledgeable and made the trip fun. I highly recommend it!!

I was very satisfied with the transportation, crew, and tour content. The crew was polite and helped us when we were in trouble. We had plenty of time at the sandbar to take lots of photos and practice snorkeling. The boat hardly rocked, and I didn't feel seasick.

The handmade hamburger for lunch was delicious! The only regret I have is that my shoulders got really sunburned, possibly because the sunscreen was too thin (laughs). This is a tour I would like to join again when I go to Hawaii!

送迎、乗組員、ツアー内容ともに大満足です。
乗組員も丁寧で、困っていると助けてくれたり、
サンドバーでの時間もたっぷりあり、写真をたくさんとったり、シュノーケルの練習をしたりできました。
船もほとんど揺れず、酔いはありませんでした。

お昼のハンバーガーが手作りで、お肉が美味しかったです‼
日焼け止めが薄かったのか、肩がめちゃくちゃ焼けたことだけが後悔です(笑)
またハワイにいったら参加したいツアーです‼

This is a place I always visit when I come to Hawaii. The appeal is that you can ride the slides without having to wait in line like you do in Japan. When I visited after a long time, I found that the locker system had changed. It had switched to a system where you specify the locker number and make a payment through a machine. I couldn't operate it well and gave up for a moment. To my surprise, the credit payment had already gone through, and I received a paper for the completed locker operation from a family that was next in line. If it weren't for their kindness, I would have only made the payment. On the way back, I also struggled to press the button to end the locker usage.

ハワイに来ると必ず行く場所です。
日本のようにほぼ並ばずスライダーに乗れることが魅力です。
久しぶりに訪れるとロッカーのシステムが
変わっていました。
機械でロッカーの番号を指定して支払いをするシステムに変わっていました。
うまく操作できず諦めて一旦操作を辞めました。
まさかのクレジット決済が完了していたため
次に並んでいた家族から操作完了済み指定ロッカーの紙を頂きました。
親切な方がいなければ、支払のみするところでした。帰りもロッカーの使用終了ボタンが押せず苦労しました。

I didn't have high expectations, so it was about what I expected. It was written that there would be almost no waiting time, but I ended up waiting for an hour for some things. It started late and ended early. However, the kids seemed satisfied.

期待はしていなかったのでそんなもんです。
待ち時間がほとんどないと書いてありましたが、1時間待たされたものもありました。始まるのも遅く、終わるのも早い。でも子供は満足していたようです。

I didn't have high expectations, so it was about what I expected. It's not as impressive as Nagashima Spa Land. I guess it's better than doing nothing.

大きな期待はしていなかったので、そんなもんです。ナガシマスパーランドよりはたいしたことないです。何もしないよりはましかなと。

This is a recommended plan for first-time visitors to Hawaii.

The sandbar can be seen or not depending on the tide, but since it's shallow, even small children were playing there.

We moved to snorkel around the coral reef, and it was fun to see so many fish.

It's also nice that you can stop by points where you can see sea turtles during the移動中.

初めてハワイに来た人はオススメのプランです。

サンドバーは潮のみちひきで見れたり見れなかったりしますが、浅瀬になっているので小さい子供も遊んでいました。

移動して珊瑚礁の周りをシュノーケルしたのですが魚がいっぱい見れて楽しいです。

移動中にウミガメが見れるポイントに寄って見たり出来るのもいいです^ ^

I had a great time and the hours flew by. I almost wanted to stay until 4 PM. I felt it was a shame that the water slides were down and the wait times were long.

とても楽しくて時間がすぐに過ぎました。16時ギリギリまでいたかったくらいです。
ウォータースライダーが止まっていたり待ち時間が長かったりしたのがもったいなかったと思います。

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to encounter any whales. Since it was towards the end of the season, I think it's understandable.

Also, the large boat swayed quite a bit. I think motion sickness medication is definitely needed.

Next time, I hope to visit Hawaii during a better season and try again! For those who love boats, just being on board can be quite enjoyable, and since it's a half-day course, you can make good use of your time, so I recommend it!

残念ながら、クジラに出会うことができませんでした。シーズン最後ぐらいだったのでしようがないかなと思っています。
あと、大型の船ですが、結構ゆれました。酔い止めは結構必要かなと思います。
今度はもう少しよいシーズンにハワイに行けれた、また再度チャレンジをしたいと思います！
船が好きな人は、乗ってるだけでも結構楽しめますし、半日コースなので時間も有効活用できますので、おすすめです！

I went on a Saturday in late March. The bus arrived 30 minutes late, but they delayed the departure time for the return bus by 15 minutes, which I appreciated. It was unfortunate that the water slide was closed for about half the day. As a result, we had to wait around 30 minutes for the slides that were open. The cabana is expensive, but I think it's worth it since it can serve as a changing room and comes with a float. A dedicated staff member also brings lunch for you. The time spent there felt very short, so I think it's best to have a light lunch. Compared to Japan's Summerland and the Toshimaen pool, it was less crowded, making it a good tour for families with small children.

3月下旬の土曜日に行ってきました。行きはバスの現地到着が30分遅れましたか帰りのバスの出発時間を15分遅らせてくれて、誠意を感じました。ウォータースライダーは　半分位　一日中クローズだったのは残念でした。結果、オープンしているスライダーが混んで30分くらい待ちました。カバナは高いですが、更衣室代わりになるのと、浮き輪が付いてくるので、よいと思います。昼食も専属の係の人が買ってきてくれます。　滞在時間はとても短く感じるので、昼食は軽く済ませるのが正解だと思いましした。　日本のサマーランド、としまえんのプールよりは空いているので、小さいお子様がいる家族にはよいツアーだと思います。

There were various attractions, many of which are not found in Japan, and the day flew by! It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't bring in food and drinks, but other than that, I was very satisfied!

いろいろなアトラクションがありましたが、日本にないのもたくさんあって、1日があっという間でした！
飲食を持って入ることができないのが微妙でしたが、それ以外は大満足でした！

My 11-year-old grandson unexpectedly had fun playing volleyball in the sea. We started on the boat, but there was a beautiful shallow area in the ocean! Just seeing that made us exclaim in excitement, and then we could get down and play volleyball too! The staff were very attentive, providing thorough explanations and ensuring safety.

11才の孫が、思いがけなく海水に入りながらバレーボール出来、楽しかったと言ってました。船でスタートしたのに、海に綺麗な浅瀬が❗それだけでわぁーっと声が出たのに、降りられバレーボールまで❗説明も丁寧、そして安全面でも気をかけているスタッフの方々の対応も良かったです

We went with our spouse and our children, aged 7 and 5. The charter bus for pickup arrived on time. We went around to each designated location in a pickup format, but there was no wasted time, and we efficiently got on the highway. Before we knew it, we arrived while a local explanation DVD was playing inside the bus.

夫婦と子供・７歳と５歳、で行ってきました(^^)お迎えのチャーターバスは時間通りに来ました(^_^)各指定場所にピックアップ形式で周りますが、無駄なロスもなく効率良く高速に乗り車内にて現地の説明DVDが流れるなか、気付けば到着です(●´ω｀●)

As soon as I arrived, it was raining, and I felt a bit chilly and anxious, but the staff were very kind, which made me feel at ease. I also found several turtles, making it a very fulfilling day.

着いたとたんに雨で、肌寒く不安でしたが、スタッフの方も、とても親切で安心して過ごせました。
亀も何匹もみつけて、とても充実した１日でした。

I had seen some reviews mentioning that sightings were not guaranteed, and since I made a last-minute reservation for April 4th, I was prepared for that possibility. However, quite early on, the captain announced, "We have spotted a whale at 3 o'clock!" There were about five or six directions given, and we could see the spouts! According to the naturalist's announcement, the whale was about 45 meters away from the boat. While we didn't see any flashy features like the tail fin, it has left me looking forward to next time.

I opted for no breakfast, but since those with and without meals are on the same floor, I think it's fine to skip it if you don't mind looking over at others. I believe breakfast only takes about 15 minutes, so it wasn't a big deal to go without it.

ここでの口コミで見えなかった…という声があり、また4/4というシーズンギリギリの予約だったため見られないことも想定していましたが、割と早い段階で「3時の方向に鯨を発見しました」と船長のアナウンス！！5.6回は方向の指示が出て、潮吹きが見えました！ナチュラリストの方のアナウンスによると45m位船から離れた位置に見えました。尾びれなどのハデな見え方はなかったですが、次回への期待にします。
朝食なしにしましたが、食事ありとなしの人が同じフロアなので、横目で見るのが平気であればなしで良いと思います。朝食を食べる時間は15分程度だと思いますのでまぁなくても良かったかなという感じです

The Japanese staff were very helpful, and their explanations were really easy to understand. They even made jokes, which added some laughter to the tour, and I was very satisfied! However, the sandbar was submerged due to high tide, which was different from what I had imagined. It's a natural phenomenon, so there's nothing that can be done about it, but I was a little disappointed about that... Still, I had a great time! Next time, I want to join the tour when the tide is low!

日本人のスタッフさんもいて、説明もすごく分かりやすかった。ジョークとかも言いながらで笑いもありツアーは大満足です！
ただサンドバーが潮が満ちてて、イメージと違った。自然現象のだから仕方ないことだけど、そこだけちょっと残念だったな、、、
でもすごく楽しかったです(^^)今度は潮が満ちてない時を狙ってツアーに参加したいです(*´꒳`*)

This was a pleasant day, unfortunately the boat really didn't go far from the marina. The only fish we saw were bated by the crew. No whale or dolphin sightings. They fed us lunch at the end of the day nearly 3 a bit hard for kids and adults consuming alcohol. Nothing really bad however not a remarkable day considering the price.

I was really glad to be able to see the deep blue, incredibly beautiful sea. It was truly stunning. However, I couldn't see anything else at all. It was frustrating not to receive a reboarding ticket for when I couldn't see anything, regardless of whether I could go or not; it felt like the promises weren't being kept. Since one of my family members gets seasick, we opted for no meals, but the seating was mixed up between those who had meals and those who didn't. My little child was looking enviously at the people around us who were eating, and I felt a bit disheartened. I wish they could have at least separated the seating a little within the area...

深い青のすごくきれいな海に出られたことは良かったです。本当に綺麗でした。ひたすらそれだけで全く何も見れませんでしたが。見られなかった際の再乗船チケットもらえず、行ける行けないは別にして約束事を守ってもらえないのは不快です。船酔いしてしまう家族がいるので食事無しにしましたが、食事ありなしの人たちの席がごちゃ混ぜで、すぐ周りで食べている人たちをウチの小さい子供が羨ましそうに見ていて、あ～ぁと思いました。何となくフロアの中でも席を分けてくれればいいのに・・・

So entertaining and full of interesting facts about the Polynesians and their surrounding cultures.
The dancing and singing was beautiful and the food was amazing.
The Chief was hilarious and really made our anniversary night extra special and gave me flowers!

We had a nice time on this cruise. Great way to see fireworks

The experience was so much more than we expected. Loved the humor of the bus guide, the staff at the luau and the Chief. Could not have asked for more fun under the stars with a beautiful scenic backdrop.

I arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time and waited, but despite the wait, there was no sign of the pickup. After about 20 minutes, my daughter went to make a phone call. Shortly after that, her name was finally called, and she returned to inform me that the 9:05 pickup had turned into 9:35. According to her, they had come once but didn’t recognize us and just passed by. From our perspective, we had arrived early, but we weren’t called by name, didn’t know what kind of vehicle to look for, and there was no guiding sign, so we were left with nothing to do but wait. It felt like a letdown, especially since we had previously had such good experiences with Veltra. I wish they had called our names from the start. The pool seemed to be enjoyable for my grandchildren. If I could wish for something, it would be for a bit more thorough cleaning. Also, despite not allowing outside food, the line to buy food was very long, which felt like a waste of time. I think it’s a place worth visiting once.

ピックアップの時間10分前に行って待っていたのに待てど暮らせどお迎えがなく20分くらいして娘が電話をしにとうとう行きました。それからしばらくして、名前を呼ばれ娘も戻ってきて9時5分ピックアップが9時35分になってました。娘の話によると、一度来たそうだけどわからなかったそうでスルーしたとか。私たちからしたら、早めに来ていたのに名前も呼ばれず、どんな車かも解らず、案内のプレートもなくあの時成すすべもなかったです。ただ待つのみ。veltraさんの今までの対応がよく高く評価していただけに出鼻くじかれたみたいでした。最初から名前を呼んでいただいてらと思います。プールは孫たちも楽しかったようです。欲を言えばもう少し清掃が行き届いているといいのですがそれに持ち込みがダメな割には食べ物を買うだけなのにとても長い行列で時間が勿体なかったです。一度行けばいい所かなと思いました。

This is the second time I've booked the exact same tour, and I recommended it to a family who was going for the first time, so we participated together! This time, the water was shallow and it was sunny, so we were able to see a different sandbar compared to last time☆ Next time, I want to see it when the water is completely low♡

今回まったく同じツアーを申し込んだのは2回目で、初めて行くファミリーにオススメして一緒に参加しました！今回の水の深さは浅くてしかも晴れていたので前回とはまた違ったサンドバーを見ることができました☆ 今度は完全に水がひいてる状態を見てみたいです♡

My 5-year-old grandson participated alone, and there were three other American boys, but it was perfectly fine. Even though he didn't understand English, the staff kindly supported him, and in just an hour and a half, he was very satisfied! It might be more affordable compared to other programs?

５歳の孫（男の子）が一人で参加し、他は３人のアメリカの男の子でしたが、十分大丈夫。英語がわからなくてもSTAFFが優しくサポートしてくれて、あっという魔の１時間半で本人も大満足！他のプログラムに比べて割安かも？

I was able to see sea turtles, and the sandbar was very beautiful. I didn't expect much from the sandwiches, but they were surprisingly delicious.

I was prepared for the cold, so I brought a thick bath towel and a jacket.

ウミガメも見られたし、サンドバーはとても綺麗でした。
サンドイッチも期待していませんでしたが意外と美味しかったです。

寒いのは覚悟していたので厚手のバスタオルと上着を持っていきました。

The trip was a lot of fun. The crew was great and fun to enteract with throughout the day. The only downside was the dolphins were not participating that day.

We did get to swim with the turtles and snorkle in beautiful waters. The crew was very energetic and the photo package was definately worth the money. I was happy to get the great shots of me and my son playing in the water. A big thanks to Melissa.
