The tour was better than we had anticipated. We went with a 20 month old toddler, sea was calm.
The bus that picked us from the hotel was clean and the bus ride was relaxing.
The atmosphere was friendly, tour guides were fun and professional. Food was excellent, they catered for my spouse who has special dietary needs.
Overall the experience was amazing and will definitely go back to Sandbar with Captain Bob's sandbar adventure

Had a great time. Crew were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this experience to anyone. Laughed learned and had a wonderful time with my entire family.

Unfortunately, the helicopter tour was canceled due to inclement weather. We were refunded that portion of our tour without even having to contact the booking agency. Captain Rob was a wonderful and informative tour guide. He went above and beyond to make our tour enjoyable.

This year, Oahu in Hawaii was unusually cold due to abnormal weather, making it difficult to enjoy ocean activities. It's a shame! Although it was very cold, I thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling in the deep sea near the coral reefs and watching the fish. If the weather had been better, it would have been perfect! However, the BBQ hamburgers on the boat were very delicious, and my grandchildren said the same. Next time, I want to experience it on the Big Island.

たまたま、今年のハワイオアフ島は異常気象で寒くて精一杯 海遊びが楽しめない状況でした。残念‼ただ大変寒かったですが、サンゴ礁付近の深い海に行ってのシュノ-ケルは魚ウォチングを十分楽しめました。天気さえ良かったら最高だったのに･･･‼でも船上ＢＢＱハンバ-ガはとっても美味しかった、孫たちも言ってたよ。今度はハワイ島で体験したいと思います。

It was a cold day with bad weather, but I was able to see sea turtles, and I was satisfied with the many fish I saw while snorkeling. However, since the sandbar depends on the tide timing, it's better to focus mainly on snorkeling! The staff was good too.

天候が悪く、寒い一日でしたが、海ガメも見れたし、シュノーケリングでは魚が沢山見れて満足です。ただ、サンドバーは潮位のタイミングもあるので、シュノーケリングメインで考えた方がいいでしょう！スタッフもgood

Playing volleyball in the ocean was so much fun!! Even though we couldn't communicate, we enjoyed ourselves. Also, swimming with the turtles was a great experience.

海の中でやったバレーが楽しすぎた！！言葉通じなくても楽しめました。 あと、亀と泳げた感じも良かったです。

The tour was really interesting and opened up my eyes about what happened at Pearl Harbour however the Arizona Memorial happened to be closed. One great thing about the tour was hat everyone was really on time so we were able to stop at the palace for 20 mins and walk around and take pictures. The driver was amazing with giving information and thinking on his feet giving us more time at places, very smart and great speaker, and also dropped people off at Waikiki destinations rather than hotels if they desired.

On May 4th, I visited with my second-grade child. The bus picked us up at the hotel at 8:55 AM and we arrived around 10 AM. We received a pamphlet with the meeting time for the return and a map of the park. The return meeting time was at 3:15 PM, which left us with less time to play than expected. There were shallow athletic pools for preschoolers who couldn't ride the attractions yet, as well as pools for elementary school students, so I felt reassured. The weather was cloudy and not too hot, making it comfortable, but the water was quite cold. It would have been better if it were a bit warmer. Once you enter the park, it's best to check the operating hours of the attractions first. The times when they are less crowded vary by attraction, so there is a possibility you might not be able to ride them. I thought the barbecue would be all-you-can-eat grilled meat, but it was disappointing to find only a small variety of salad greens, shredded meat, fruit, rice, and yakisoba. I'm considering whether to visit again.

5月4日に小学二年生の子供と利用しました。朝8時55分にホテルにバスがお迎え10時近くに着きました。迎えの集合時間が書かれてる用紙と園内の地図が付いたパンフレットを貰います。帰りの集合時間は15時15分と遊べる時間が以外に短い間。アトラクションがまだ乗れない幼稚園児が遊べる浅いアスレチックスのプールや小学生が遊べるプールがあるから安心でした。天気は曇りでそれほど暑くなく過ごしやすかったのですが、水が結構冷たいです。もう少し温かったら良かった。入園したらまずアトラクションの営業時間を確認した方がいい。アトラクションによって空いてる時間が違うから、乗れなくなる可能性もあります。バーベキューは、網で焼かれたお肉を食べ放題だと思ってたのですが、サラダ菜と細かく裂かれた肉とフルーツとご飯と焼そばで種類も少なく期待していただけにがっかりでした。 次利用するかは考えますね。

The whole experience was fantastic...from the crew who were extremely helpful to the accommodations. Boat was new, not overcrowded. Ride went from the harbor to Diamond head. Saw turtles, fish and even a pod of dolphins. Captain provided good information. Definately recommend.

The cloudy sky was a blessing, allowing us to enjoy almost all the attractions in the cool weather. We had an unexpectedly great time.

曇り空が幸いし、涼しいなかほとんどのアトラクションに乗ることが出来ました。想像以上の楽しさを満喫しました。

Chartered bus and boat with meals included. They also lend you masks and fins, so you don't have to worry about arranging those yourself. The meals are sufficient considering the location, and the prices are attractive compared to other companies. This tour is one of the few that allows snorkeling near the coral reefs and accepts children. Unfortunately, we weren't blessed with good weather, so I will participate again. Next time, I will dive in without a life jacket from the start!

バスと船のチャーターおまけに食事付き。マスクとフィンも貸してくれますので、自分で手配する煩わしさを考えると言うこと無しでしょう。
食事も場所を考えると充分ですし、価格も他社比較でも魅力的です。
サンゴ礁付近でスノーケリングができて、子供の参加を受け付けてくれるのはこのツアーくらいでは？
残念ながら天候に恵まれなかったので、また参加します。次回は最初からライフジャケット無しで潜りまくります！

It was a very good experience tour.

I thought a regular pickup would come, but a really cool, big, and beautiful bus arrived, and everyone got excited.

There were plenty of monitors inside the bus, and the explanations were easy to understand. The female guide not only spoke Japanese but also created a great atmosphere, making it fun.

The tour was enjoyable for all the members. We got to see and swim with dolphins.

The snorkeling afterward was also very good. Since it can be cold, it's definitely better to borrow a wetsuit at the beginning.

とても良い体験ツアーでした。

普通のお迎えが来ると思っていたらとてもカッコいいデカイ、キレイなバスがきてみんなでテンション上がりました。

モニターもバス内にたくさんあり、説明がわかり易かったです。
ガイドの女性も日本語が話せるだけではなくとても空気を作れる方で楽しかったです。

ツアーは、メンバーが全て楽しかったです。

On the day of the tour, it unfortunately rained, but I was able to see both sea turtles and manta rays up close! The staff were all friendly, making it a fun tour.

ツアー当日は生憎の雨模様でしたが、ウミガメ・マンタ両方を間近で見ることができました！
スタッフも気さくな方々ばかりで楽しいツアーでした。

My long-awaited first trip to Hawaii! I went in mid-April. The day before was unfortunately rainy, so I was worried about rain on the day of my trip, but fortunately, the weather held up until the end. I was able to see a pod of dolphins, sea turtles swimming along the ocean floor, and schools of small fish, which made for an incredibly moving experience in the crystal-clear waters.

As for advice for those who will be participating, I tend to handle the cold well, but if you are sensitive to cold, be sure to bring a larger towel and a jacket, as it can get chilly, especially with the wind while moving on the boat! Also, since mid-April is the end of the rainy season, I was able to take time off work when things were relatively calm to go to Hawaii. If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to go during the dry season next time.

念願の初ハワイ！
4月中旬に行きました。前日があいにく雨模様だったので、当日雨が降るのが心配でしたが、幸い天気も最後まで崩れる事なく、予定通り？イルカの群れにも海底を泳ぐウミガメにも小さい魚の群れにも会う事ができて透き通るようなきれいな海中もともなって感動の体験でした。
これから参加される方へのアドバイス？ですが、私は寒さには強い方なのですが、寒さに弱い方は、船で移動中は特に風が吹くと寒いので、大きめのタオルとジャケットなど寒さ対策は忘れないように！
あと4月中旬は雨季の終わりという事で、今回も仕事が比較的落ち着いた時にお休みをもらってハワイに行く事ができましたが、もし又機会があれば、今度は是非、乾季に行きたいと思っています。

It felt like experiencing a movie on the same boat as foreigners! I even got to see dolphins! However, the waves were really strong, and the boat rocked a lot, so while I enjoyed it, those who are prone to motion sickness might find it tough!

外国の方とおんなじ船で映画の気分を味わってるようでした！イルカにも会えました！
ただ波がすごく船が大きく揺れるので私は楽しかったですが酔いやすい方はきついかもしれないです！

The arrangements were smooth. The pick-up and drop-off after arrival were also seamless, making it a great value and very convenient. I will definitely use this service again next time.

Overall, this trip was quite good. The staff were very nice, and they provided delicious free American-style hamburgers and hot and cold drinks. The only downside was the bad weather.

這次行程整體來說都還不錯，staff 人都很nice ,且還提供美味的免費美式漢堡及冷熱飲品。唯一美中不足的是天氣不好。

The day I participated was surprisingly rainy. It was also cold, but since it's nature, there's nothing you can do about it. Because of that, there were almost only Japanese tourists who had signed up for the tour. The slides were available to use as much as we wanted, but many of them were closed in the afternoon, which was disappointing. The bodyboard lesson was not really a lesson; it was more about having the wave pool to ourselves to use the bodyboards. The Shaka slide was the scariest, and I hit my backside hard. Kids ended up scraping their bottoms, so please be careful. I wasn't expecting much from the BBQ, but it was tastier than I thought. The beef was tender as well. Next time, I want to go on a sunny day.

参加した日は、びっくりするくらいの大雨の日でした。
気温も低く寒かったですが、自然のことなので仕方ない。
その為、ツアーで申し込んでいた日本人の観光客しかほぼいませんでした。
スライダー等は滑りたい放題でしたが、午後からはクローズするスライダーも多く残念。
ボディーボードレッスンは レッスンではなく、波のプールを貸切でボディーボードが出来るっていうことでした。
シャカというスライダーが一番怖かったですが、お尻をしたたか打ちました。子供はお尻がすりむけましたので、注意してください。
BBQは期待していなかったからか、思ったより美味しかった。牛肉も柔らかかったです。
今度は晴れている日に行きたい。

I participated with my elementary school child. We joined from the Marriott Hotel, and perhaps because there were only a few people on this route's bus, the temperature inside was comfortable, not too cold.

There were some hiccups, like forgetting to bring mineral water on the boat, but it was a small boat, close to the sea, and the atmosphere on board was friendly and cheerful.

I checked the low tide times in Japan before participating, so the sandbar was at a nice level, just below the knees to the ankles. It was my first time snorkeling, but I felt reassured because the staff was there to support us if we were anxious.

Since I joined the morning course, we were able to return to Waikiki in the afternoon, making good use of our time. The staff's guidance was clear and enjoyable. I think I might get hooked on snorkeling!

小学生の子供と参加しました。
マリオットホテルからの参加でしたが、こちらのルートのバスは少人数だったからなのか、バスの中の温度も寒すぎず、快適でした。
船も ミネラルウォーターの積み忘れなどのハプニングはありましたが、小さな船で、海も近くて船の中も和気あいあいな感じでした。
引き潮の時間も日本で調べてから参加したので、サンドバーはひざ下から足首の感じのいい時期でした。
初シュノーケルでしたが、不安だったらスタッフの方たちがついていてくれたので、安心できました。
午前中のコースに参加したので、午後にはワイキキに戻ってこれたので、時間も有効に使えました。
スタッフの方のガイドもわかりやすく、楽しかった。
ちょっとシュノーケルにはまりそうです。

This is my second time, and I really think it's a wonderful tour! The hamburgers eaten on the boat are the best! I want to participate again next time!

Fantastic experience and kids loving it!!!!!!!!!!!

I suddenly decided to sign up two days ago. The weather on the day was nice and pleasant, and we were able to enjoy the cruising. The lunch was delicious, and I was satisfied. Although we didn't see any whales, we did see dolphins, and my son was thrilled.

急に思い立って二日前に申し込みしました。
当日はお天気も良く気持ちよく、クルージングできました。ランチも美味しく満足しました。
クジラは見えなかったですがイルカが見れて息子は大喜びでした。

The tour bus driver Genshin was punctual, friendly, and informative. We fell a bit behind schedule on the way back but that was due to traffic and Genshin was nice enough to wait an extra 5-10 minutes for the late passengers. The guided tour portion at Pearl Harbor was brief but it gave everyone a chance to explore the Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri for themselves. A good experience overall.

The bus motor coach narrator was excellent. Humerous all the way. Will book again with my family! Very educative and informative experience!

This was so much fun, the crew were so great and helpful. They went out of their way to make the night special. The food was the best, nice and fresh outstanding

On the way there, the driver provided a tour guide in English. It's not a big deal, but I learned a lot of things I wouldn't have known if I had been traveling by rental car. It was surprisingly good.

The crew consisted of three women and Captain Bob. One of them could speak Japanese, but even if you're worried about your English, it's not a problem. Everyone was friendly and fun.

The sandbar is just a shallow area offshore, so there's nothing particularly special, but you can practice snorkeling or play beach volleyball. I thought about walking to the end, but there were larger stones (pieces of coral) along the way, and it hurt my feet without sandals. It was also too wide to reach the end.

Next was turtle watching. This time, there were few turtles. However, there were a lot of mantas that came very close to the boat.

While snorkeling, there was a large turtle right nearby. After taking a ton of photos, I circled around the coral reef that spans about 1 km. When I returned to the boat to take a break, I spotted a shark. It seemed to be sleeping, so I dove down and got about a meter close to it.

There were many unexpected discoveries, and it was incredibly fun.

行きのバスではドライバーが英語で観光案内してくれる。大した話ではないがレンタカーで移動していたら知りえないことがいろいろ聞けた。意外とよかった。

船員は女性３名＋キャプテンBOB。日本語ができる方は１名だが英語が心配な方でも問題ない。皆さん気さくで楽しい。

サンドバーは沖合の浅瀬というだけで特段何もないが、シュノーケルの練習やビーチ（？）バレーができる。端まで歩こうと思ったが、途中から大きめの石（サンゴのかけら）が多くなりサンダルがないと足が痛い。そもそも広すぎて端まで行けなかった。

次にタートルウォッチング。今回は亀は少なかった。しかし、マンタが大量にいて船のすぐ近くまで来てくれた。

シュノーケルでは、大きな亀がすぐ近くにいた。写真を撮りまくった後、周囲１Kmあるサンゴ礁をぐるりと一周。船に戻って休憩しよと思ったらサメを発見。寝ているようだったので素潜りで１ｍぐらいまで近づいてみた。

想定外の発見がいろいろあってめちゃくちゃ楽しかった。

We were picked up by a large bus. We picked up many people from hotels, and 98% of the group was Japanese. Once everyone was gathered, a monitor and announcements explained the process in Japanese.

After arriving at Wet 'n' Wild, we confirmed the bus number and meeting point, handed over our vouchers at the entrance, and then went through a bag check to enter. There is a shop where you can buy water, juice, and waterproof cases if needed (the waterproof case was about $25).

As we moved further in, there was a roofed area with lockers on the left where you can store your belongings. In front of the row of lockers, there is a monitor screen where you can rent a locker. You select the size of the locker, set a passcode, and after payment, you are told, "Your locker number is X." You can use that locker freely. Credit card payments are accepted, and the operation can be done in Japanese. Nearby, there is a shop (with hamburger sets), and in front of it, there are chairs and tables available for use. We left our swimsuits, towels, and sandals there and stored our valuables in the locker. I brought a leisure sheet just in case to reserve a spot, but it wasn't necessary.

You walk to each attraction, so it's easier to wear sandals the whole time. Even though it was spring break, the ground got quite hot. At the entrance of many attractions, you had to take off your sandals and climb stairs to start, which could have been tough in the middle of summer.

Each attraction has different inner tubes. You typically receive the inner tube from someone who has just finished at the goal point and carry it back to the starting point. There were many thrilling rides, which were fantastic. For some reason, not all attractions were open at once; they were opened alternately. If it’s like this during summer vacation, it might be a bit disappointing... There’s a possibility that attractions you plan to do later might close after a while, so be cautious.

Since it was still a season with fewer people, we didn’t have to wait long for lunch, and we could buy and eat quickly before heading to the next attraction. However, I wonder how it will be in the peak summer season? I was a bit worried about that. Despite the lines, the staff seemed quite relaxed... (laughs)

We left at 2:30 PM to make it back by 3 PM, but it seemed like many tours followed the same pattern, resulting in a long line. I feel there are too few changing rooms. The restrooms are in the same area, so some people were changing in the restroom.

Also, I thought it would be nice if we could play until closing time even if we weren't leaving at 3:15 PM. However, renting a car in an unfamiliar area is nerve-wracking, and if you plan to go during a busy season, it might be a good idea to eat something just before arriving and skip lunch to enjoy the attractions.

The thrilling attractions that are hard to experience in Japan were incredibly fun! 😊

大型バスでのお迎えでした。たくさんのホテルで拾って９８％日本人で出発でした。
全員そろった時点で、モニターとアナウンスが日本語で流れを説明してくれます。
ウェット・アンド・ワイルドに着いた後、バスの番号と集合場所を確認して、入口でバウチャーを渡して、その後荷物チェックされて入場でした。
売店があるので、そこで必要な方はお水やジュース、防水ケースなどを買うことができます。（防水ケースは25ドルくらいでした）
更に進むと左手にロッカーの屋根があり、そこで荷物を預けられます。ロッカーの並んでいる棚の手前にモニター画面があり、そこでロッカーの契約をします。ロッカーの大きさを選び、暗証番号を決めて支払いをした後に、「あなたのロッカーは何番です。」と指定されますので、その番号のロッカーを使用します。出し入れ自由。クレジットカード支払いＯＫです。日本語で操作できます。近くに売店（ハンバーガーとかのセット）があり、その前に自由に使える椅子とテーブルがありました。水着やタオル、サンダルはそこに置き、貴重品をロッカーに入れて動きました。レジャーシートを念のために場所取り用に持って行ったのですが、不要でした。
各アトラクションまで、歩くのでサンダルはずっと履いていた方が楽です。春休みだったのに、結構足元が暑くなってました。アトラクションの入口でサンダルを脱いで、階段を上ってスタートするパターンが多かったのですが、真夏だったら、大変だったかも・・・。

各アトラクションで浮き輪が違います。やりたいアトラクションのゴール地点で降りてきた人の浮き輪をもらって、スタート地点まで持って上がるパターンが多かったと思います。
絶叫ものが多くて最高でした。なぜか、全部アトラクションを開放せず、交代で開放してました。夏休みもこんな感じだったら、ちょっと残念です・・・。後でやろうと思ったアトラクションが、しばらく経ったら閉鎖になることもあり得ますので、注意です。

まだ人が多くないシーズンだったので、ランチもそこまで並ばず、すぐに買って食べて、次のアトラクションへ～～とスムーズに行けましたが、真夏とかどうなるのかなぁ？とちょっと心配になりました。
行列の割には、どこのスタッフものんびりですし・・・（笑）

帰りは2時半に上がり、3時の集合に間に合うように・・・と更衣室に向かったのですが、同じパターンのツアーが多かったようで、行列でした。
更衣室の数が少なすぎる気がします。トイレも同じ場所にあるので、トイレで着替えている人もいました。

また、3時15分出発でなくても、閉園時間まで遊ばせてもらえても良いのでは？と思いました。
かといって、慣れないところをレンタカーして行くのもドキドキするし、もし激こみシーズンに行かれるのであれば、到着ギリギリに何か食べて、ランチなしで遊ぶのも手かもしれません。

日本には、なかなか体験することのできない絶叫アトラクション、最高に楽しかったです(^^♪

The weather was cloudy, and it was a bit chilly due to the wind. If you have a bath towel or something to block the wind, it’s not a problem.

The lockers can be accessed with a 4-digit PIN, and you can use them as many times as you want. The large locker costs $18, which is a bit pricey.

For men who want to show off their skills on the FlowRider to their family, be prepared with an excuse. It’s really difficult. I have experience with surfing and wakeboarding, but I couldn't do it at all. The board is unstable and slippery on the waves because it doesn’t have fins or channels on the bottom.

The various slides are enjoyable for families and even adults. Selfie sticks and GoPros were allowed.

ダ・フローライダーでカッコいいところを家族に見せたい男性の方は言い訳を準備しておいて下さい。すごく難しいです。サーフィン、ウェイクボード経験者ですが全く出来ませんでした。ボードのボトムにフィンやチャンネルが無いので波の上では不安定でツルンツルンです。

スライダー各種は家族連れはもちろん、大人でも楽しめます
自撮り棒、Go ProはOKでした。
