Wonderful time

Our servers at the event made a huge difference. Although busy, they were attentive to the guests.
Table setting was elegant. Flowers decorating the meals were beautiful. Didn’t enjoy the drinks as much. Lava flow did not taste right.
Loved the lobster and steak. Seating was great.

船に乗る前から踊りで出迎えてもらえ、スタッフさんが皆さん明るく迎え入れてくださりました！
乾杯のドリンクを聞かれたときとっさに英語が聞き取れなかったのですが携帯の翻訳機で伝えてくださったりと臨機応変で親切な対応でした。
1番ランク下のビュッフェのコースでしたが、料理もすべて美味しかったです！
ただ、ケーキはアメリカらしいすごく甘すぎる感じだったのでフルーツばかり食べていました。
ハワイの音楽を聴きながら穏やかな海でサンセットが見れて、たくさん写真も撮れたので最高の思い出になりました。

金曜日の花火がある日に3スターコースに参加しました。窓際オプションと記念写真も申し込みました。
料理が順に運ばれて来ます。事前に「夕陽の写真を撮っている内にお皿が下げられた」というコメントを見て参加しましたが、タイミングを見計らえば、そんなことはありません。
「エビが水っぽい」というコメントもありましたが、特には感じませんでした。
花火は、開始時刻が近くなると一斉に動き始めるので、
少し早めに動くのがコツです。米人の後ろからは見えません。ただ、日本の花火大会より時間は短く（10〜15分？）、遠方からなので迫力は今一歩です。
終わり近くになるとディスコタイムとなり、女性従業員が弾けて踊り、盛り上がりました。
説明書に、「代金にはチップが含まれていない」と書いてあったので、心積もりしていましたが、渡すタイミングがありませんでした。
出口付近で、フラダンスの男女ペアと記念撮影してくれます（無料）。いい思い出になりました。

Oahu North Shore Beach Horseback Riding Experience - Daytime Tours
Relaxing beach ride.

We enjoyed our horseback ride on the beach. The scenery was beautiful, the ride easy. It wasn't 2 hours as advertised, closer to 1 hour 40 minutes, but still a nice ride. They make you wear helmets which I wish was optional because I didn't feel they were necessary since we only walked the horses and the horses were very gentle. It would have been nice if we could have run the horses, but with beginner riders on the trip I understand that that was not an option and they let you know it's walking only. Our guide Ella was very friendly. Overall we were pleased with the ride.

コロナ以前の素晴らしいおもてなしはどこへやら。

フリードリンクチケットを2枚/人もらっていた。チチを注文したが、忙しくて何十分も待ったあげく、花などの飾りもないものが置かれた。二枚めを使おうとすると、英語をまくしたてて、拒否された。もうラストオーダーなのかもと思い、諦めていたら、そのうち、臨席のオーダーを取り始めた。なぜ私のオーダーを受けなかったのかと問い詰めたが、何を言ってるのかさっぱりわからなかった。一応チケットを受け取ったが、結局ドリンクは持ってきてくれなかった。コロナ明けで人手不足なのかもしれないが、最低のスタッフだと思います。以前ファイブスターで、カウントダウンクルーズに参加した時は最高のスタッフのおもてなしだったのに、今回は、楽しめるどころか、差別されて、悲しかったです。

It was beautiful my first time riding a horse but she was very patient and helpful, we stopped next to the water to get photos and that was amazing, i can’t remember her name but she had short dark hair and was amazing telling us all about the land horses my husband and myself enjoyed it very much and would recommend it it was the sundown ride, it was so relaxing and we talked the whole time, thank you so much it was a great ending to a birthday

They say Hawaii is beautiful I totally agree, we had the deluxe package, I wasn’t feeling good and almost canceled wow I’m so glad I didn’t it was amazing, the tour guide was hilarious and sweet, the food was emasculate,you get plenty, there were games to play and tattoos the only thing that was disappointing was my husband ask to take a picture of the beautiful birds next to the water and was told No, but the rest of the people we’re great the singers, and especially the dancers but a huge shout out to the fire show it was worth everything penny that you pay it’s something everyone should see it was my birthday so I got a shout out Thank you so much, I wanted this since I was seven yes old and didn’t get to enjoy it like I wished but I made it thank you all for an awesome day the Arms family

It was just okay.

It was just okay. Boarding went quickly and was fairly organized. You weren't too crowded in the dining room, however it was HOT. They need fans. We were sitting on the sunset side on the outside and the sun was in my face the entire meal. Between the sun, heat and movement of the boat I was miserable. I don't normally get seasick, but combined with the extreme heat and lack of breeze I felt like crap. I couldn't wait to get up top where there was a breeze.
The buffet had what was advertised, but it was a minimal selection. In my opinion it left something to be desired, I didn't even eat one plate. The desserts were okay, the fruit was fresh. The wait staff was friendly and efficient.
We did have a spectacular sunset and it is amazing to see from the ship. We missed most of the entertainment because I needed to be up where there was a breeze but people seemed to be enjoying themselves. We went on Friday to see the fireworks. There were so many people topside that we couldn't stand on the side of the ship you needed to be on to watch them. (You want to be on the right side.) We wound up going back to our seats (2nd level) and had a perfect view of the end of the fireworks display. Overall I couldn't wait for the evening to end so I could get off the ship and get into the air conditioning. Personally I would not go again, but as I said a lot of people did seem to be enjoying themselves. I should mention, I'm not overweight, so that is not why I was so hot, they really need fans in those lower areas. Had I not been so miserable because of the heat I may have had a better experience.

英語のみの案内ですが乗り方などはなんとなくわかると思います。
9歳の子どもを連れて行きましたが、とても楽しんでいました。

LOVED this catamaran! I had been on this same catamaran previously for their Turtle Canyon snorkel cruise so I knew I would like the boat. I liked that the boat check-in was here in Waikiki at the Hilton Village making it super convenient. This saves some transit time from going to some of the farther harbors (i.e. Kewalo Basin Harbor, Honolulu Harbor, etc.). We spent the best day just hanging out at the beach then just walked over to the Port Hilton kiosk to check-in.
I also liked the later departure time than most other sunset cruises so we could have a full beach day and still have time to hop on the catamaran. The dinner was a smaller portion prepackaged & more like appetizers than a full-on dinner. The drinks were tasty & buying more beyond the 2 included was $2/each - not a bad bargain. Since we were on the Hilton's pier, we were super close to the fireworks and were coming into the Port Hilton just as the fireworks were going off.
If you get cold easily, I would recommend packing a windbreaker or light sweater. It doesn't get cold here but it does get VERY BREEZY on the water at night once the sun goes down. I had a super light windbreaker which I didn't actually have to even use until about 1.5 hours into the cruise.
Overall, great cruise! So much fun!

絶景が楽しめます！そしてご飯もとても美味しかった！
ホテルから集合場所がとても遠かったので、往復で送迎つけるべきだったかなと思ったのですが、タクシーでなんとかなりました。
往路は道が混んでいたので、待ち合わせ時間に間に合うかどうかヒヤヒヤしたのと交通費が高くついたので、心配な方は送迎をつけるべき。
復路は混んでいなかったので安く済みました(^^)
机と机の間隔が狭く、窮屈に感じたのは残念だったのですが、
ご飯も美味しく、ロブスター丸ごと1匹はとても感動しました！美味しかった！

親の長寿（3名）のお祝いに利用させていただきました。
出航してから戻るまで、食事・プログラムとも充実しており、全く飽きずに楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
＊一人車椅子の利用だったのですが、少し歩けたので、通常のピックアップバスを利用させていただきました。乗船時は優先的にエレベーターを利用して着席させていただきました。
＊テンダーロインステーキが通常メニューのようです。5名での参加であったので、魚（頂いたのはツナバターソテー）もメニューに入れたのですが、ステーキが正解かと思います。魚も美味しかったのですが、テンダーロインがフィレステーキのようで、とても美味しかったです（全体的に、美味しくないのはありませんでした）。
＊金曜日の夜に乗船したのですが、ヒルトンから上がる花火はなかなかのものでした。ちなみに、座席を海側にしたくなりますが、あがるのは片側からのみです。そちらでなければ、見えにくい（花火の高さがあるいので、全体は見えない）となりますので、追加で座席にお金を払わず、花火のタイミング、サンセットのタイミングで離席し、景色を楽しんでから戻るのが良いかもしれません。
＊ショーにおいて、ジャズのパートも良かったのですが、ポリネシアンダンスがとても良かったです。船が着いても、まだ終わってませんでした。最後は全員参加型の盛り上がりで楽しかったです。ちなみに座席は、舞台サイドの海側に座ると見えにくくなります。反対側だと見やすいかもしれませんが、外れる可能性もありますので、追加料金を払わず、真ん中で良いかもしれませんね。
ハワイでは円安もあり、全てが高額になりがちですが、食事及びプログラム内容から、悪くない選択肢かと思います。

Me and my girlfriend went to the star of Honolulu cruise dinner the last night on the island where everything changed, Captain Stephens can’t thank you enough for the honor of having him help me out with the proposal on the back of the ship on the top deck record our precious moments of now being engaged to the love of my life! 以前、ポリネシアンセンターのフラを見たのですが、ご飯もイマイチで、遠かったため、今回はアウラニ滞在中に歩いて行けたのも魅力的でした。
前方かBox席のどちらかというのを申し込みましたが、後ろのBox席で、やすい席だと、写真が有料、ビッフェスタイルなのが、写真付き、お食事も配膳され、大人1人20ドル子供1人19ドルのクーポンがついてきたので、それで飲み物やお土産を買うことができ子供がいても持ってきてもらえるのがとても助かりました。
ショーが始まるまでに、写真を撮ったり、レイを作ったり、ポリネシアンタトゥーをダンサーの方達が腕に描いてくださったり、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。
食事も、はじめは、サラダから。しかも3種ほどのっていて、美味しかったです。これも、量がすごい！
次にポーク、チキン、フィッシュと、ご飯でたくさんのっていて、どれも美味しかったです。
食事の後はダンスショー！
フラも、ファイヤーダンスも子供たちも釘付けで、暗くなると星も本当に綺麗で、来てよかったなーと、本当に思いました。
コオリナなので、ワイキキからは、遠いと思いますが、料理やサービスを考えると行って良かったと思います。

まだまだ日本人の少ない観光客の中 思い切って参加したツアーでした。 でも スタッフの方が日本語を話されてとても嬉しくまた親切にしてもらって 楽しい食事をさせて頂きました。
食事も美味しかったです。最後もスタッフの方が皆さんを楽しく盛り上げてくれて 楽しいツアーになりました。
また機会があったら是非参加したいと思います。

花火は綺麗だったけど。。

注文を全然取りに来なく、ドリンクチケットは1枚しか使えませんでした。外に出ている間にコーヒーが倒れ、テーブル全体に広がっていたが、クロス交換はしてもらえなかった。コーヒーのおかわりも頼みましたが最後まで来ず。。曇りでサンセットも微妙だったこともあり、とても残念です。救いなのがヒルトン花火くらいかな。

サンセットが綺麗でした

やはりサンセットが綺麗でした！また、金曜だったので花火も見れて、参加して良かったです。
ビュフェを選びましたが、個人的にはチキンが美味しかったです。
多国籍の方が乗船していて、最後は沢山の方が一緒にYMCAを踊ってパーティー状態でした。あまり皆で盛り上がるのが苦手な方は、デッキだと静かにいられますが、日が沈むと風もあり肌寒いので、羽織る物があった方が良いかと思います。
また、大きな船とは言え、結構常に揺れていたので、心配な方は酔い止めの薬があった方が良さそうです。
コロナに関しては、テーブルの間隔が狭く、少々不安でした。ほとんどの方がマスクをしていないですし、ビュフェは皆触る所が同じなので、気になる方は消毒等個人で持参された方が良いと思います。
ビーチからのサンセットも勿論素敵ですが、クルーズサンセットも良い思い出になりました。

一歳半でも楽しめました！

赤ちゃん連れで参加でしたがダンスも歌も終始楽しそうでした！
送迎付きにしてましたが、乗る予定だったバスに置いていかれたのは焦りました。
他のバスに乗せてもらえたので問題ありませんでしたが、人数確認はされた方がいいかと？
それ以外は何も問題なくとても楽しかったです！
また必ず参加します！
