The food was excellent the entertainment was great had a really great time the sunset was beautiful the picture they took...wow!!!! Would love to do this again

On Saturday, October 8, 2016, my daughter and I challenged ourselves to horseback riding at Gunstock Ranch. We took the number 55 bus from the Ala Moana bus stop, heading straight to Gunstock Ranch.

The number 55 bus, which connects Ala Moana and Haleiwa on the North Shore, runs along the east coast of Oahu via downtown, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views of Kaneohe Bay and local beaches from the bus window.

Upon arrival, we signed a waiver given to us by a female staff member, stored our belongings, and got ready for horseback riding. We set off in a line of six, led by a handsome cowboy. It was smaller and less crowded than Kualoa Ranch.

The spacious ranch, blue sky, white clouds, and the deep blue sea stretching below— the scenery from horseback was breathtakingly beautiful! Since it was my first time riding, I was a bit scared at first, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed the beautiful views and interaction with the animals.

For those with horseback riding experience, it might feel a bit lacking, but since the pace is leisurely, I think it’s just right for first-timers.

2016年10月8日土曜日、gunstockranchで娘と二人で、乗馬にチャレンジしました。アラモアナのバス停から55番バスに乗り、一路gunstock ranchへ。
アラモアナとノースショアのハレイワを結ぶ55番バスは、ダウンタウンを経由してオアフ島の東海岸沿いを走り、車窓からは美しいカネオヘ湾やローカルビーチの絶景を楽しむことができました。
到着すると女性スタッフに渡された誓約書にサインし、荷物を預けていざ乗馬。イケメンのカウボーイを先頭に6人の隊列で出発。クアロアランチよりもこじんまりとしていて、参加する人も少数でした。
広々とした牧場、青い空、白い雲、眼下に広がる紺碧の海ー。馬上から見る景色はこの世のものとは思えない美しさでした！初めての乗馬だったので、乗る時は少し怖かったのですが、すぐに慣れ、美しい景色と動物との触れ合いを楽しみました。
乗馬経験のある人には少し物足りないのかもしれませんが、のんびりと進んでいくので、初体験の方々にはちょうどいい内容なのではないかと思います。

Horseback riding can be enjoyed all over the world, and I make sure to experience it wherever I travel. While most clubs typically offer just a basic riding experience, this one responded to our requests and allowed us to canter.

We chose the standard 60-minute course with our guide and the two of us, making a total of three people. At one point, my husband, who has only ridden three times, expressed his desire to try running a bit! The guide happily agreed and took us cantering through the hilly forest right away. After that, we cantered in a wide highland, enjoying an incredible riding experience that you can't find at other tourist riding clubs.

Since we cantered, we ended up with some extra time, so they took a longer route back, and the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning.

Not only was I thrilled that we could canter, but I was also impressed by how incredibly well-trained the horses were. I think many horses at riding clubs often disregard their riders, but the horses here were very responsive! With just a light touch of my legs, they would transition from a walk to a canter!

If you go to Hawaii, you definitely should stop by this place! The donkey was also super cute! The girl who took photos for us captured wonderful pictures, so I think it's a great idea to buy some as souvenirs!

乗馬は世界中で楽しめるので、旅行先では必ず体験しています。
ほとんどのクラブが体験乗馬で終わる事が多いなか、こちらはリクエストに応えて駈足を出してくれました。

ガイドさんと私達２名、計３名で通常の６０分コースを選択。
途中、３度しか乗馬経験のない主人が少し走ってみたい！とリクエストしたところ、ガイドの女の子は清くＯＫしてくれ起伏のある森の中をすぐに駈足してくれました。
その後も広い高原に出て駈足をしたり、他の観光乗馬クラブでは体験出来ないような素晴らしい乗馬をさせて頂きました。

駈足をしたせいで時間が余ってしまったということで、遠回りをして帰ってくれたのですがその途中の景色がとても素晴らしかったです。

今回駈足ができたこともさることながら、馬が驚くほど素晴らしく調教されていることに感動しました。どこの乗馬クラブの馬も大抵乗り役を馬鹿にして反応しないことが多いと思いますが、こちらのお馬さんはとっっっても反応が良いです！！足が触れるくらいの扶助で並足→駈足が出ます！

ハワイに行ったら絶対立ち寄って欲しいです♪

We had a spectacular time! Easy to book, easy to get on board, DELICIOUS crab and steak and ice cream ! Mai Tais are excellent! Gorgeous dancers and costumes! I loved the ukulele musician, he was wonderfully entertaining and kept everyone happy. He has a beautiful voice! Our pictures on the Star are unforgettable. This really made our last night in Hawaii memorable. Junior was our staff member and he was terrific. Thank you for the night of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful time horseback riding on the beach. We enjoyed lovely conversation with fellow attendees and wranglers. Shelby and Alex made this experience one to remember.

Our beach front and trail ride was outstanding. Our guide, Monique, was very nice and made our ride really enjoyable. It was much more than we expected...the views, the weather, the scenery and the horses were all above par! I would recommend this for anyone. Don't let the casual appearance at check in worry you...it's all part of the charm.

I surprised my husband with the 5 star vow renewal cruise. The experience from the time John arrived with the limousine at our hotel, to the dinner cruise and back was simply amazing! Incredibly romantic! The dinner was so good and our server, Jeanette, was as professional as she was personable. My husband was speachless, but he did say yes to marrying me again.

I was able to organize, finalize & make changes for a group of 35 people along the way through Veltra, doing so from some 5,000 miles away from the venue! The Veltra process, from beginning to end went so smoothly & without problem that I had to pinch myself several times during it, just to make sure that it wasn't a dream! ANYONE wishing to make plans for a special & successful event shouldn't think twice about the success that will come in using Veltra!

This was a very nice birthday surprise from my wife. I've never gone horseback riding and my wife booked us a family tour and it was GREAT! I was scared at first because I've never rode a horse before, but our Ranglers Tate and Jayden were superb on showing us how to do everything! Tate and Jayden were outstanding. I would definitely ride again with them. They ensured our safety at all times which was a huge plus for me. The ride was amazing, relaxing, beautiful and calming. I could not have asked for a better birthday gift. Not only was the ride great but we all learned some things about horses. Our horses were great also! Def one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii! We really had an Awesome time!

OMG! I booked this tour for my husband's birthday today. It was simply amazing. Initially he was a little apprehensive, but once we started riding he really enjoyed the ride. Our guide was simply the BEST (Tate) He was very informative and knew so much about the ranch and the horses. He made the ride so much fun! We also enjoyed (Jayden) who was our other guide. We can't wait to go back because we will definitely be coming back here to do another tour. The scene was beautiful although it rained some of our ride we still enjoyed it and had a blast!! They make sure you are comfortable and are enjoying every minute of it. It was our kids first time riding as well. They had so much fun until they would like to get horses themselves now. You CAN'T go to North Shore and not do this activity!

Beautiful Ride! We just missed the hurricane that was forecasted to hit the island. There was no rain and the weather was fantastic. We did the beginner ride which took about an hour. We were able to see other animals on the farm. The farm is massive; over 600 acres I believe. Next time I would like to do the intermediate or advanced ride. The staff was very professional and polite. The tour guide was kind enough to give us a background of the history of the farm. I would definitely return and recommend to anybody that this horseback ride was beautiful and romantic. Try the sunset ride if you go with your significant other :)

We would like to thank the staff of veltra for their outstanding services with helping making our dream vacation a reality, we really enjoyed the Dinner Cruise - the staff on the boat were perfect, dinner was delicious, show was very enjoyable!

The scenic tour was gorgeous. Garrett was an excellent tour guide and was very informative. The staff at the ranch are very friendly and professional. I would totally recommend this place.

I booked this for my teenage daughter and I and we loved it!
The ranch is gorgeous and the scenery was amazing. The horses are beautiful and well cared for and the staff are patient and really nice.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone. We did the 1 1/2 hour scenic ride which is perfect for beginners and riders with minimal experience.

Loved the cruise. The food was good and service was on point. My girlfriend had an allergic reaction to something in food. We were blown away by the response the crew had and they took care of us. Overall we had a great time and plan to do it again in the future.

It took about an hour and a half to arrive without getting lost from Waikiki. I was really anxious since it was my first time renting a car and I wasn't used to the navigation system, but I was relieved to find it in such an easy-to-find location. I was about ten minutes late for the meeting time, which pushed past the scheduled start time, but we were able to start horseback riding without any issues. There were no Japanese staff or participants who spoke Japanese, but as long as you know some basic English words, communication wasn't a problem.

The ranch is very spacious, and there are plenty of animals like goats and birds roaming around, which is quite soothing. The horseback riding lasted an hour and a half, and for someone who hasn't ridden in a while, it was a sufficient amount of time to the point where my backside started to hurt. When we reached the top of the mountain, we were able to see the ocean, which was a beautiful spot for photos.

I enjoyed horseback riding at a leisurely pace, and on the way back, we were able to stop by the nearby North Shore. Compared to other optional tours where you have to stick to a schedule with others, this experience allowed us to move at our own pace, making for a day that felt relaxed both in mind and time. If I were to go horseback riding in Hawaii again, I would definitely want to come back here.

ワイキキからレンタカーで１時間半ほどで迷わず到着しました。
初めてのレンタカーでナビにも慣れないままのレンタカーでとても不安だったのですが本当に分かりやすい場所にありホッとしました。
集合時刻に１０分ほど遅れて予定開始時刻を過ぎましたが問題なく乗馬を開始できました。
スタッフや他の参加者に日本人や日本語が通じる方はいないのですが、最低限の英単語を知っていれば会話も問題なかったです。
牧場はとても広く、ヤギや鳥など動物もたくさん放牧されていて癒されます。
１時間半の乗馬でしたが久々に乗馬をしたわたしはお尻が痛くなるほどの十分な時間の乗馬でした。
山の頂上へ行くと海が見えるとてもきれいな場所で写真も撮って頂けました。
時間たっぷり乗馬を楽しめ、帰りは近くのノースショアへ立ち寄ることができ、他の方と行動を共にするオプショナルツアーよりこちらの方が自分たちのペースでゆっくり自由に行動ができ、心にも時間にも余裕のあった１日でした。
ハワイで乗馬をするならまたここでしたいです。

My wife and I had a wonderful time riding horse along the beautiful beach. The guide was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this adventure to friends and anyone looking to go horseback riding.

Had an awesome time, food was good, entertainment was good....would do it again in a heartbeat! I would recommend this cruise to everyone whose going to be in honolulu.

It was me and my husbands anniversary and head a great time on the dinner cruise. The all you can eat crab was great :)

This cruise was great. The food was good, the entertainment outstanding. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Oahu. I also liked walking around outside and seeing the island from the sea. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

Very well done. The young lady was very attentive and gracious. She helped make the experience very pleasant for all of us.

Food was great, service was great, show and dancers was awesome, views of Honolulu and fireworks perfect!!

We were pretty disappointed with this trip. Just not as organized as we had hoped. We've been on many different snorkel trips over the years and this is one of the most unorganized we've attended. Competing boats seem to pass out gear and explain rules and safety regulations on the way to the destination. Then, once anchored, we can get in the water. This boat waits until we are on anchor, then starts the slow unorganized process of handing out gear. Takes way too long!

Food was decent, but mixed drinks were not! The captain, although tried to be funny, was not for the most part. We tried to have a conversation with him and generally got one word answers. So, he really wasn't interested in talking with us. When we were on anchor, he seemed to be more interested in flying his own personal drone around the boat.

The crew was nice and helpful, the captain, not so much! The best part of the trip was the photographer. Really a terrific individual, very personal with the guest and generally took an interest in the guest.

Overall, I wouldn't use this boat again.

Me and my partner was really feels great for our tour... Thank you so much for giving us a Great day for our tour... Most specially for giving us a wonderful and hospitable tour guide Dennis... He was so brilliant and accomodating he really cares for your customer and guided us properly with care.. He teaches us sooo many lessons about Hawaii and we learned a lot... Thank u sooo much Dennis... He needs a pay rise for being so wonderful to your customers All in all we give u 100 % rating Mahalo until our next tour
