Truly the best day ever! So much fun on this boat…fun and friendly crew, amazing musicians, tons of activities…couldn’t have asked for anything more! Super family friendly but also great for an adult day of fun. You can bring your own cooler with alcoholic beverages and your own food to ensure you have whatever you need on board. I only wish it had been longer!

It was very cold from the morning, just as I expected. I was disappointed when the thunder started halfway through, but the live performance quickly lifted the gloomy atmosphere!

The fact that I booked to just experience the sand bar is my small disclaimer, But the boat ride out to the sandbar including the friendly staff breakfast snacks and juice along with the live band / music and all the SUP, Kayaking Snorkeling and Lounging we could do is what made this an experience of a lifetime for me and my son! They provided all the above for a great rate plus you can add on other activities like the bumper boat ride etc. I highly recommend Veltra tours! You won't be disappointed!! Mahalo

There were many participants who were not Japanese, and there was a group that was just too noisy, making it hard to hear the instructions. Although a staff member who understood Japanese explained things individually, it was too loud to hear. People were vaping and even entering the sea with alcohol, yet no one was reprimanding them. I was really looking forward to it, but I couldn't do either stand-up paddleboarding or canoeing. I'm very disappointed.

日本人以外が多く参加しており、とにかく騒いでるグループがいて、注意事項等々聞こえず、日本語のわかるスタッフさんが個別に説明してくださいましたが、うるさ過ぎて聞こえませんでした。
電子タバコをふかしたり…アルコールを持ったまま海に入っていても誰も注意していなかったです。
凄く楽しみにしていたのにサップもカヌーも出来ませんでした。ガッカリです

The tour on the morning of March 17 was fully booked with approximately 100 guests. Our tour is designed for guests to enjoy their time at the sandbar area and partake in ocean activities, so we aim to create an uplifting atmosphere with live musicians and a lively crew. As you may know, we currently have many guests from around the world who do not speak Japanese. Each guest enjoys the experience in their own way, and given that they are having fun, it is quite challenging for us to control the volume and excitement levels.

While smoking is prohibited inside the boat, it is allowed outdoors, so we ask guests to take personal responsibility and prepare ashtrays to avoid inconveniencing others. The same applies to drinking, which is permitted both inside and outside the boat, and we encourage guests to enjoy responsibly.

I am truly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the KBOS Sandbar Tour. We have received reports that there were no complaints on the day regarding not being able to hear the safety instructions, issues with smoking, or not being able to use the SUP or kayak. Our crew regrets that if you had brought these concerns to their attention on the day, they might have been able to address them.

Recently, we have seen an increase in guests from various languages, cultures, and perspectives sharing time in the same place in Hawaii. We strive daily to ensure that our tour can be enjoyed by guests with diverse values and viewpoints. In the afternoon plan, there was a banana boat and a bumper tube included. Unfortunately, due to high tide, we couldn't see the sandy beach, but we had a great time with marine sports in the beautiful sea. There were restrooms and changing rooms available (although they weren't very clean...). It was convenient with pick-up and drop-off from downtown Waikiki.

あいにく満潮で、砂浜を目にすることはできませんでしたが、綺麗な海でマリンスポーツ、とっても楽しかったです。

I signed up for a plan with my family for 5 people. Since it was my first time trying SUP, I booked a private lesson. In the first 5 to 10 minutes, we received explanations on how to hold the paddle, how to get on the board, and how to stand, and then we headed to the sea. After that, it felt like we were practicing on our own.

On the day, the wind was strong, making it difficult for beginners to stand and paddle. While sitting on the board, the instructor helped us ride the waves, and even though we struggled, we managed to have fun. However, I didn't feel like I received much of a lesson.

Also, I thought the photos were quite expensive. It was $30 per person, totaling $150 for 5 people, with each person getting about 10 photos (including similar ones).

I wanted to see the sandbar, but even though I chose a tour date that would arrive at the sandbar right at low tide, the water level was still up to my waist at the end of January due to the rainy season. However, I knew this from my research, so I enjoyed paddleboarding and snorkeling instead. On the day of the tour, the weather was great, and the water wasn't cold. The staff were very kind, taking videos for us and answering our questions patiently, which was really helpful. Even without seeing the sandbar, I had a great time, but if I have the chance again, I would love to join a tour during the dry season.

サンドバーを見たかったんですが、干潮の時間ぴったりにサンドバーに着くツアーの日付けを選んでも、1月末は雨季の為、やはり水位はお腹くらいまでありました。
でも、調べて分かっていたことなので、パドルボードやシュノーケルをして楽しみました。
当日は、天候に恵まれて、水も冷たくありませんでした。
スタッフの方たちも、とても親切で、ムービーを撮っていただいたり、質問にも丁寧に答えていただいて、助かりました。
サンドバーが見えてなくても楽しめますが、もしまた機会があれば、乾季にツアーに参加できたらなと思います。

Can't Miss Activity on Ohau!

My husband and I, with my 21 year old son, had so much fun on our recent trip to Kaneohe Bay Sandbar with Ocean Sports Adventure. The trip started with an easy check-in process. We left the pier at 9:30 and arrived at the sandbar in 15 minutes. During this time, the crew served donuts and drinks while two musicians played live music. They were really good and professional. When we arrived there, we snorkeled first. Lots of reef fish! Then we tried SUP for the first time. Since it was such a windy day, the crew made sure we didn't float away to the areas that we weren't supposed to be. The captain took some of us on his boat and went to a nearby reef where green sea turtles are. We saw 2 of them! I highly recommend this activity to anyone!

Experience SUP right in front of the Royal Hawaiian Beach! They lend you towels and can hold onto small bags, so you can easily join in during your free time. It was my first time on a SUP, but they taught me the basic movements and off I went into the ocean! Even when I fell, the water was surprisingly shallow, so I felt safe.

When I stood up, I had the best view of Diamond Head to my left while looking down at the waters of Waikiki! The tourists swimming around also offered encouragement and help, and the staff who took photos gave me advice, making it an hour that flew by.

ロイヤルハワイアンの目の前のビーチでSUP体験！タオルも貸してくれて小さい荷物も預かっていただけるので、空いている時間に気軽に参加出来ます。SUPは初めてでしたが、基本的な動きを教えてもらっていざ海へ！落ちても意外と浅くて足が付くレベルだったので安心でした。
立てた時は左にダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めながらワイキキの海を見下ろすという最高なシチュエーションです！まわりで泳いでいた観光客の方々も声をかけてくれたり助けてくれたり、写真を取ってくれるスタッフの方もアドバイスしてくれてあっという間の1時間でした。

Don’t miss out even if you are local or visiting it’s a great way to spend a day in the water with no fuss, just bring yourselves and sunscreen and be ready for fun! The best tour ever. Went with this tour 4-5 times already and we absolutely love it. I took all my visitors there! All my friends and families love it. The stuffs are super friendly and they are the best people. The boat caption , Kevin is the nicest guy ever. So much activities to do : kayak , paddle board , snorkeling and banana boat. Perfect for family with kids too. Just absolutely amazing! We had the best experience and definitely will go back again. Mahalo you guys for the best time we love you guys!

North shore fun!

We had a wonderful time on this adventure to the north shore on Oahu. Cousin G was our guide and he did a great job taking care of us and keeping things lively. He was so knowledgeable of the history and the area and all the ins and outs of where to go. He was really funny, too! Waimea falls was beautiful and the next stop we opted for paddle boarding. We didn't see any sea turtles, but it was still fun and peaceful. We had a small group of 10, which I don't think is usual, but it was a treat for us because we could move around easily and quickly get in and out of places. We'd highly recommend this to anyone!!

We had a wonderful morning! The team working the adventure was helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend it! Our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children: age 11 and 6) and our friend that was visiting has a blast kayaking, SUP and hanging out on the floating island. Music was awesome! My kids love the lemonade and donuts.

The sea was beautiful, and I saw a lot of fish. It was shallow, so the distance to the coral was close. There are various activities included, so you can really enjoy yourself.
