Before it started, I was quite nervous. The instructor was friendly and cheerful, chatting to help ease my anxiety.
We took off in a Cessna, but it was quite cold up in the air.
When I jumped, I was so caught up in the moment that I couldn't think of anything, but I wasn't scared.

I didn't have a friend to fly with, so I participated alone this time! I'm not good with roller coasters, but to be honest, this was way less scary than a roller coaster. It was exhilarating! However, I did feel quite nauseous after the parachute opened. I ordered the DVD, and when I had a screening with my friends at the hotel, it was a lot of fun!

June 25, 2011: My first and probably last skydiving! I want to praise myself for doing well... Anyway, 1. Fear of heights doesn't really matter 2. There’s no G-force like on a roller coaster, and you don’t feel that floating sensation 3. The instructor is reliable, and you can experience it without any anxiety 4. The rapid descent changes the air pressure quickly, so your ears might hurt a bit 5. I think those who participated should definitely order the DVD 6. For those who haven't experienced it yet, those who are hesitating, and those who are unsure, I highly recommend participating (please consider the risks carefully). We participated as a couple. It was my husband's wish to join, and we had a really great time! I definitely recommend the course that has the longest airtime and goes the highest!

It gets cold up there. Also, the belts are quite tight, so I recommend wearing clothing that has some length around the shoulders and thighs. I wore a short-sleeve T-shirt and a long-sleeve shirt, but I ended up with light marks on my arms. If you have long hair, make sure to bring a hair tie! My hair is about shoulder length, and since I forgot a hair tie, it got really tangled after the flight.

You can land on both feet on the grass. I noticed that a few men landed on their bottoms (including my husband), so it might depend on the weight distribution with the instructor.

The mention of "long wait times" seems to refer to the editing time for those who requested DVDs. Still, during our time, there were 10 participants and 5 DVDs, and we were able to return to Waikiki around 12:30.

髪の長い方はヘアゴムを！私は肩ぐらいの長さですがヘアゴムを忘れたため、飛び終わった後は髪が絡まりまくって大変でした。。

芝生地に両足で立って着地させてもらえます。
見ていると男性はお尻からのかたが数人いたので（うちの夫も）、インストラクターさんへの加重にもよるのかもしれません。

「待ち時間が長い」とあるのは、ＤＶＤを申し込んだ方々の編集時間待ちのようです。
それでも私たちのときは参加者10人、ＤＶＤ5人で、12時半ごろにはワイキキに戻れました。

I wasn't scared even though I have a fear of heights.

It was fun coming down with a parachute while looking at the beautiful sea.

However, there is a lot of waiting time afterward, so if you're short on time, it might be better to go by rental car. I think I waited for about an hour and a half.

It was a valuable experience that everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. It was really exciting. Whether I want to do it again is another story, but it was a wonderful experience.

The view during the dive was amazing, but I was really moved by the scenery I saw while ascending in the airplane (we flew with the door open).

Since it had rained the day before, it seemed there were a lot of participants, and the waiting time was long, which made others tired. However, I enjoyed taking pictures of various flowers and the parachutes coming down while I waited, so it wasn't a problem for me.

The DVD and photos cost $200 if you order both, but since a dedicated photographer is included, I thought it was a reasonable price despite being high. It has become a great memory.

I was nervous at the moment of jumping out of the Cessna, but the beautiful scenery as far as the eye can see is something only those who dive can truly understand.

Amazing!! My husband and my teenage daughter had a great sky diving adventure. If you just pay for the jump it is reasonable but if you want pictures or DVD it is quite a lot more. The staff was great, very professional! Would definitely do this again, but it is a little cheaper if you just book through them because they do offer daily specials. But felt the price through this site was reasonable.

I am someone who is afraid of heights and even hesitates to ride roller coasters. I felt anxious and nervous after arriving at the airport with the rental car, and I was still fidgeting on the plane. The moment of takeoff was a bit scary, but during the free fall, I felt completely fine and it was just exhilarating. Once the parachute opened and the descent speed decreased, I actually felt a thrill as I was spun around in right and left turns, which was a bit frightening. If I could handle it, then those who are afraid of heights will definitely be fine too! It's a rural area, so both the sea and mountains offer stunning views, and there are Japanese staff on site, which is reassuring. I would love to go again.

When you are on the airfield, it is just an exciting plane ride. But as the plane takes off and goes higher and higher until you are well above the clouds, then the reality of jumping off the airplane kicks in (as shown in the photos).

I came to Hawaii for the first time in my life and experienced skydiving for the first time as well.

The day before, I explored Oahu, trying B-class gourmet food, watching a Polynesian show, and visiting the popular Ala Moana Shopping Center. I was hesitant about diving because it seemed scary. However, once I tried it, there was no comparison.

The clear blue sky, the beautiful ocean, the round Earth, and the free fall from 4,000 meters that I've never experienced before were all incredible. It was the best experience, even better than any attraction. I used to have a fear of heights, but the only scary moment was right before jumping; after that, I could fully enjoy the scenery.

However, the moment the parachute opened, I felt a strong pull that was quite painful, and I also experienced some parachute sickness.

Additionally, the transportation was disorganized, and I was made to sign a waiver without any explanation, leaving me unsure of when things would start after arriving, so I rated the staff's response ★★★.

But beyond that, you will experience something you’ve never had before, so if you come to Hawaii, make skydiving your top priority.

There are two diving companies. Insurance does not cover anything, and it's all at your own risk, but I recommend Pacific Skydiving Center.

なので、ダイビング終了後早々にバスに乗り込み出発。

I think you can't really understand how exciting it is until you try it, but I highly recommend it!!

On the day of the event, it was clear and almost windless. It was the perfect day for diving.

This was my second time skydiving. I forced a slightly reluctant friend to join me.

The location was in the northwest part of Oahu. The scenery looked like something out of Field of Dreams. The hot dog I had while waiting was delicious. A group of Harleys passed by, and the relaxed atmosphere was great.

There was a Japanese explanation video and staff who could communicate in Japanese. There were quite a few participants, around 40 people, including couples and groups. About 40% of the participants were Japanese.

No special knowledge was required. When I dove in Florida before, I had to manage things like reading the altimeter and operating the parachute, which was quite serious. This time, everything was left to the instructors. So, it might be a bit unsatisfying for those who want to do more themselves.

The instructors were very kind and experienced. They picked up on my slight anxiety and kept the mood light and fun. Thank you, Instructor Stephan, for being "the most dangerous instructor" (as George said).

Photos and videos are optional, but I especially recommend the video. When I jumped in Florida, I didn't order the video, so I regretted not having "proof" to show off to someone in Japan. インストラクターは、とても親切かつ経験豊富な方たちでした。
少し不安になっているこっちの気持ちを汲んでくれて、明るく盛り上げてくれました。

写真とビデオはオプションですが、ビデオは特にお勧めです。
