I didn't snorkel with my face in the water, but while playing and taking photos in the shallow area, they came right up close to me!

At SAP, the rain and wind were strong, and my son said, "This year is tough!" (laughs) Still, we had a valuable experience, enjoyed warm drinks and chatted on the boat, and even ate spam musubi, which was fun! Our family promised the ladies that we would come back next year!

The ocean in Waikiki is beautiful, but this place is on another level! It was a clear emerald green. We did bumper tubing, banana boating, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). We stayed in the water the whole time without returning to the boat. The bumper tubing we did right after arriving was quite challenging, especially for families with kids. It was thrilling! The time felt long enough that I thought we should go back, but I was completely satisfied. We went banana boating with four people. It wasn't as difficult as the bumper tubing, but you could really feel the sea breeze—definitely a classic ocean activity! For snorkeling, you can use your own gear or rent some. We fed the fish and filmed the ocean with a GoPro. The SUP had an instructor, so it was reassuring to know that if you fell, you’d just land in the water! It was a fantastic time enjoying the ocean in Hawaii.

It was a really good value for the price since the dinner and alcoholic beverage were also included. The crew was really great too and we spent time talking to them as well. Captain Don, Trent and Jacob were really fun and helpful throughout the experience. Even if we didn't see the sunset because of the weather, it was still great because we saw a humpback whale swimming next to us.

We had an early morning meeting, but they arrived on time to pick us up. Before boarding the boat, I saw turtles at the port, and shortly after we set sail, I encountered a Manta Ray. I learned that it’s a rare experience that happens only once a year, so I felt truly lucky.

On the edge of the boat, I enjoyed riding a banana boat. It was my first time, and I had so much fun! While enjoying the banana boat, a pod of Spinner Dolphins appeared, and I was able to see them. There were about 50 dolphins swimming around in large groups, and it was moving to see so many dolphins swimming in front, below, and behind us.

At a snorkeling spot where the locals enjoy, I was able to meet Green Sea Turtles and Spotted Dolphins. I felt so happy to be able to snorkel in such a beautiful place. Thank you so much, Minako, Ryuichi, Trevor, Koa, and Katie. I really felt at ease knowing that I could communicate in Japanese!

The sight of the large false killer whale gracefully swimming with its flippers was the best experience. Additionally, seeing the green sea turtle come up to the surface to take in oxygen was nothing short of moving, creating precious memories that you can never experience in an aquarium. The Japanese staff member, Minako, was always there to engage with us and was a truly wonderful person. I highly recommend this tour.

At first, we watched the long-beaked dolphins from the boat near the harbor, starting off on a good note. After that, we searched for dolphins while cruising on the boat... There they are! We swam with the spinner dolphins twice. The first time, we just passed by each other, but the second time, they swam right in front of us, close enough to touch! For the Kailua Beach tour, I was advised to go to Lanikai first, and I followed that suggestion. It's about a 2-mile walk from the shop to Lanikai. Walking in the blazing sun with kids was tough. I planned to go to Lanikai in the morning and Kailua in the afternoon, but I barely managed to return from Lanikai and grab lunch.

However, Lanikai's beach was as beautiful as I saw on TV. The natural beach, different from Waikiki, was amazing. Next time, I want to try sea kayaking with my kids.

I will definitely go again!

以前別のツアーでカメさんと泳げたので、今回はイルカと泳いでみたくてこちらのツアーを予約しました。
ツアーは少人数で小さめのボートに乗りました。今回参加者10人中日本人は私達を入れて7人いました。船長さんとアシスタントさんは外国の方でした。船長さんは俳優もやられてるみたいで、素敵な声のイケメンでしたよ。ガイドさんは日本人で、ケンさんという方でした。あと、カメラマンさんも日本人でゆうやさんという方でした。
ケンさんは常に私達日本人の側にいてくれて、船長さんが説明していることを私たちに優しく訳して教えてくれたり、娘にも優しく、色々なことを教えてくれました。
ゆうやさんも今この瞬間撮って欲しいなぁ〜みたいな時にすかさず近くにきて写真を撮ってくれて、嬉しかったです。たくさん素敵なお写真撮ってくれました。
船のヘリはバナナボートみたいな浮き輪タイプになっていて、またいで座ってていいと言われ、娘は大興奮。船の速度が増す度におしりが浮いたりして楽しかったです。
ただイルカさんにはなかなか会えず、雲行きも怪しくなってきて気持ち良かった風がだんだん寒くなってきてしまいました。たくさんのイルカが集まってる場所に着いた時、雨も降っていて、私たちはかなり寒くなっていました。けどその時イルカは200頭ぐらいいたそうです！そんな見えることはなかなかないそうです！
たくさんのイルカが見れてイルカと泳げる期待感が高まっていたんですが、そこではイルカと泳げず、何度かイルカを見ましたが、色々な条件が合わす、その日は結局イルカと泳ぐことは叶いませんでした。
残念ですが自然のものなので、仕方ないです。
最後港の近くで少しシュノーケリングした時、カメさん見れましたよ！
またいつかリベンジしたいと思います。

I was looking for a snorkeling plan nearby since I didn't have much time. I was very satisfied that we could depart from Waikiki Beach and return to the hotel by the afternoon. Since it was close, I didn't have high expectations, but I was very pleased to see sea turtles both from the boat and in the water. The ocean was also very beautiful! I think parents can feel at ease participating because the staff helped the children onto the boards to see as well!

The sandbar trip was amazing. Really friendly crew made us feel like Ohana, and provided everything we could ask for. Even though it rained while we were there, our guide found a great place to snorkel and helped the less experienced folks acclimate to their gear. Great experience. We'll do it again and hope for sun!
