I'm a repeat visitor. It's wild, so it's understandable, but this time I saw the least number of dolphins. They were far away and didn't come close. It's disappointing.
Due to the waves, I couldn't experience stand-up paddleboarding either.
It seems they made the boat larger, and it was two stories. I feel like the number of people on board hasn't changed, but going up and down is a bit of a hassle. Also, unfortunately, on this day, I couldn't use the restroom on the boat. I've never used it before, but when they say it's unavailable, it makes me anxious. I wonder if it will take a few days to fix... that's tough.
The photographer was really enthusiastic and made it a lot of fun.

リピーターです。野生なので仕方ないのですが、今回が一番イルカを見ることができませんでした。遠くにはいるのに、近くに来てくれない。ざんねんです。
波があるため、スタンダップパドルボートも体験できず。
船を大きくしたようで、2階建てでした。乗ってる人数は変わらない気がするのですが…あがったり降りたりがちょっと面倒です。またこの日は運悪く船内のトイレも使えず。今までも利用したことはないのですが、ないといわれると不安。直すのに数日かかるのでしょうか…大変ですね。
カメラマンの人がとても盛り上げてくれて楽しかったです。

We participated as a couple in our 50s. There were few Japanese people, and the explanations were in English, so our understanding was about 10-20%. But we had fun.

However, even though there were dolphins swimming, the explanations were long, so by the time we got into the water, the dolphins were gone, and we only got to snorkel for about 30-40 minutes.

The lunch was delicious. It included round-trip transportation to the point and free drinks (including alcohol).

Since we couldn't swim with the dolphins, the cost performance was not great.

50代夫婦で参加しました。
日本人が少なく、説明は英語だったので
理解度は10～20%くらい？
でも楽しかったです。

ただ、イルカが泳いでいても説明が長かった
ので、海に入った時には、イルカもいなくなって
いて、30～40分シュノーケリングしていただけ
でした。

ランチは美味しかったです。
ポイントまでの往復、フリードリンク(アルコ
ール含む)でした。

イルカと泳げなかったので、コスパは、いまいち
ですね。

I was lucky enough to encounter four sea turtles while traveling by boat. I've seen sea turtles on the beach before, but it was my first time seeing them swimming gracefully in the ocean. I also had an early encounter with dolphins and experienced how they gather in such large numbers.

The staff was energetic and worked hard to boost the participants' spirits from early in the morning, creating a fun atmosphere throughout the tour. It felt great to see the effort put into making the entire tour enjoyable, not just focusing on the main purpose of seeing dolphins, but also ensuring a pleasant experience from the bus ride to the end of the tour.

I want to go again! I'm also curious about the manta ray tour. Maybe next year?

運が良かったのか、船で移動中にウミガメ４頭に遭遇できました。
浜にいるウミガメは見たことありますが、悠々と海を泳いでいるウミガメを見たのは初めてでした。
イルカ達にも早々と遭遇でき、こんなにたくさんの数で群れを成すのだと体感できました
また、スタッフの方達も早朝から参加者のテンションをあげるよう、元気に盛り上げて頂けてツアー全体が楽しい雰囲気で実行できました。
これは、イルカという主目的だけでなく、ツアーバスの乗車から終わりまでのツア－全体の運営を気持ちよくしようという努力が感じられ、気持ちよかったです。
また行きたい！！　マンタツアーも気になりますね。また来年かな？

I thought I could have malasadas for breakfast, so I skipped breakfast, but I couldn't eat anything until lunch. What happened to the malasada photos from the past? I got to see dolphins, but since I jumped in with a five-year-old, it was quite exhausting to swim towards the dolphins. I couldn't keep up with the group at all and was struggling. Unfortunately, I couldn't see them while swimming. As a result, I ran out of energy to enjoy the marine activities, and the wait for the other participants' marine activities was long, which made me feel seasick halfway through, and it was quite tough. It seemed there were a few people who also got seasick. In the midst of all this, I was happy that the Japanese female staff member took great care of us.

朝マラサダが食べられると思い、朝ごはん抜きで来てしまったが、昼まで何も食べられなかった。過去のマラサダの写真は何だったのか？イルカには会えたが、私は５歳児と一緒に飛び込んだので、泳いでいるイルカの方に行くのはかなり体力消耗。集団に全然追いつけなくて必死だった。残念ながら泳ぎながら見ることは叶わなかった。なので、マリンアクティビティを楽しむ体力がなくなってしまい、他の参加者のマリンアクティビティ待ちが長くて、途中から船酔いしてしまい、かなりきつかった。船酔い組は何人かいたよう。そんななかで、日本人女子スタッフさんは甲斐甲斐しくお世話してくれて嬉しかったです。

I participated with my elementary and high school sons as a family. Shortly after boarding the boat, we were told that dolphins were nearby. We tried twice and were able to see many dolphins. There was even a baby dolphin in the pod, which was adorable. Later, we moved to a different spot for snorkeling where we saw sea turtles and various fish, and the kids were very excited. The cheeseburger we had on the boat was very delicious. It was a thoroughly satisfying tour.

小学生と高校生の息子達を連れて家族で参加しました。船に乗って間も無くイルカが近くにいるとの事。2回トライしてたくさんのイルカを見る事が出来ました。群れの中に赤ちゃんイルカもいて可愛いかったです。その後場所を変えてのシュノーケルではウミガメやお魚たちも見られたし、子供達も大興奮でした。船の上で食べたチーズバーガーがとても美味しかったです。大満足のツアーでした。

The dolphins swirled around us. We also got to see the baby dolphins spinning on the surface, and the turtles were leisurely swimming, which was very enjoyable. The staff's enthusiasm and energy were evident, making it a great tour. It's doable with toddlers if you put in the effort, but I left my 5-year-old with my wife and came alone. I highly recommend it.

イルカがぐるぐると回ってくれました。赤ちゃんイルカの水面スピンも見れ、亀ものんびりしていてとても楽しかったです。スタッフの盛り上げと情熱が伝わってきてよいツアーだと思います。幼児連れは頑張ればできますが私は5歳児を家内に預けて一人来ました。お勧めです。

We were blessed with beautiful weather and had the chance to see many dolphins. We were also very satisfied to see a sea turtle right in front of us. I participated with my two elementary school children, and the staff were kind and made it enjoyable for us.

晴天に恵まれて、たくさんのイルカと出会えました。また、すぐ目の前でウミガメも見られて大変満足しました。小学生の子供2人と一緒に参加しましたが、スタッフさんも優しく接してくれて楽しんだようでした。

We participated as a family!

We decided on the day whether to rent wetsuits. (I think it was around $10 for the kids...)

I was told that there might be jellyfish and it could get cold, so we rented wetsuits only for the kids.

Most of the other customers rented wetsuits as well.

In August, I, as an adult, was fine with just a swimsuit and was okay being bare-chested.

As soon as we spotted dolphins in the wild, we jumped off the boat one by one!

However...

During our last jump, all we could see underwater were the feet and bubbles of the participants who jumped in before us.

Those who jumped in earlier seemed to see something in the water, but...

With limited time, we only had two chances to see the dolphins.

Both times, we caught a glimpse of the dolphins from the boat, but we couldn't see them at all underwater.

The staff cheerfully said something like, "We got to be with the dolphins today!"

But we couldn't see them underwater.

The image of swimming with dolphins is only partially true, so don't get your hopes up.

However, we were excited to see sea turtles up close in the water.

For those whose main goal is to see dolphins, since we are going to see wild dolphins, we can't guarantee you'll see them underwater, but the sea is beautiful, so it's fun!

上半身ハダカでも大丈夫でした。

自然のイルカが見えたら
直ぐに船から
順番に飛び込みました！

ですが、、、。

私たちは
最後の飛び込みで、
海の中は
先に飛び込んだ参加者さんの
足と泡しかみえません。

先に飛び込んだ方は
海のなかみえたようでしたが、、、。

限られた時間だけに
イルカを見れるチャンスは
2回のみ。

2回とも
イルカは船の上から一瞬みえましたが、
海の中では全く見れませんでした。

スタッフの方は
「今日もイルカと一緒になれました！」

みたいに
明るく決め込んだセリフを
投げ込みましたが、

海の中で見えてないし。

イメージは
イルカと一緒に泳げる！みたいなものは
一部しか
ありませんので期待しないでください。

しかし
ウミガメのポイントは

海中間近で見れるので
テンションあがりました。

イルカがメインの方は

自然の野生のイルカを
見に行くので
海中で確実とは言えませんですが

海がキレイだから
楽しいですよ

I only saw a dolphin for a moment, and I didn't get to meet any turtles at the snorkeling spot... what a shame! I guess it's just the nature of dealing with wild animals. I'll try again for a revenge trip! I'm grateful for the cheerful staff and their thoughtfulness♪

イルカは一瞬みれただけ、シュノーケルスポットはカメに会えず…残念！野生の生き物相手なのでしょうがない。またリベンジします！ スタッフの皆様の陽気と心づかいに感謝です♪

I was able to properly meet the dolphins. The guide was very powerful and led us right to where the dolphins were. My daughter participated as well and managed to keep up. It’s quite hard, so I think it would be tough if you don’t get a good night's sleep the night before.

イルカにきちんと会えました。
ガイドさんがとってもパワフルで、しっかりイルカのいるところへ導いてくれました。
娘も参加して、なんとかついていけました。
結構ハードなので、前日しっかり睡眠とらないと大変だと思います。

I was really glad to see dolphins up close. It was considerate of them to continue until everyone could see, especially for those who missed out. The crew was also very lively and it was a lot of fun.

イルカが間近で見られて本当に良かったです。
見られなかった人がいたら全員見れるまでずっと続けてくれるので良心的でした。
クルーの方々もノリノリで楽しかったです。

My stay at the Kahala Hotel was an early start with a 5 AM pickup, but it turned out to be a truly wonderful memory. The guide, Takao, provided a very clear and persuasive tour, which added a great "flavor" to the experience. As a snorkeling beginner in my fifties, I initially struggled to keep up with everyone in search of dolphins, but the support from the staff was very reassuring. Eventually, I got the hang of it and was able to meet the dolphins and sea turtles, which felt amazing. If I get the chance to go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate in this tour.

カハラホテル滞在であり、5時ピックアップと早起きでしたが、大変素晴らしい思い出となりました。ガイドのＴＡＫＡＯさんの大変わかりやすく説得力のあるガイドもツアーのよき「味付け」となっていました。シュノーケリング初心者のアラフィフであり、最初はなかなか慣れずにイルカを求めてあっちこっちに皆さんについていくのが大変でしたが、スタッフのサポートもあり、大変心強かったです。そのうちに慣れてきてイルカさんやウミガメさんにも無事合えて、大変気持ちよかったです。またハワイに行けたら、必ず参加したいと思います。

I participated in a tour that started at 11:00. I received a call about the pickup 30 minutes before, which left a good impression. They arrived on time, and we were able to depart. After setting sail on the boat, we searched for dolphins, but there weren't large groups, and those who saw them had very little time, which was disappointing. Since I didn't see any dolphins, I received a coupon for 50% off for my next visit on the way back. My family also enjoyed it, so I would like to participate again when I come to Hawaii next time.

11時開始のツアーに参加しました。
お迎え30分前にホテルにお迎え予定の電話があり好印象。
時刻通り迎えがあり、出発出来ました。
船で出船後、イルカを捜しましたが大きな群れは無く、見れた人、時間も少しで残念でした。
イルカが見れなかったので帰りに次回50%offで使用できるクーポンをもらいました。
家族にも好評でしたので、次回ハワイへ来たらまた参加したいと思いました。

There are many wild dolphins closely, that's really amazing. However, if there is less people on the cruis that would be better. Overall, it is nice activity.

What an amazing pod of dolphins swimming beneath us! They are quite fast, but on this day, there were so many dolphins (^ -^) v It was truly moving ٩(^‿^)۶ Thanks to the captain's arrangements, we were able to see them again. This time, there was a baby dolphin! The baby was so excited and showed us lots of spins. Additionally, we were treated to the captain's ukulele and singing, which we rarely get to hear. It was so moving that I almost cried *\(^o^)/* Thank you to all the crew members *\(^o^)/*

すご〜いイルカの群れです私達の下を泳いでいきまーす。けっこう、速いけどこの日はイルカの数がたくさーん(^-^)v感動です٩(^‿^)۶キャプテンのはからいで、再び群の前に。今度は赤ちゃんがいました〜〜(^^)赤ちゃんは興奮してたくさんスピンを私達に見せてくれました。さらに、滅多に聞けないキャプテンのウクレレと歌。涙が出そうなくらいの感動です*\(^o^)/*クルーの皆さんありがとう*\(^o^)/*

We participated as a family of four. The weather was great. From the bus ride, the staff provided detailed explanations about life jackets and safety points for the sea, which gave us a sense of security. As soon as we arrived at the port, we boarded a two-story boat. It had a restroom and was a splendid vessel. The fins and equipment were relatively new and clean. The captain took us to the right spot, and with the encouragement of the staff, we jumped into the sea. Unfortunately, during the first jump, the dolphins swam away in the distance, but on the second try, we encountered a wonderful pod and swam so close to the dolphins that it felt like we could reach out and touch them, losing track of time in the moment. We also danced hula together and during snorkeling time, we even saw turtles. It was a day of great satisfaction.

家族4人で参加しました。お天気は良好。行きのバスからスタッフの方が、ライフジャケットや海での注意点を細かく説明して下さり、安心感がありました。港に着いてすぐに2階建てのボートに乗りました。トイレもあり、立派な船でした。フィンや道具は新しめで綺麗でした。船長さんがここというポイントに連れて行って下さり、スタッフの方々の掛け声で海に飛び込みます。初めの一回は残念ながらイルカは遠くに泳いで行ってしまいましたが、2回目にすばらしい群れに会えて、イルカと手が届きそうな近さで泳ぎ時間を忘れるひと時でした。
フラダンスをみんなで踊ったり、シュノーケリングタイムには亀にも会えました。大満足の一日でした。

Our experience from start to finish was exceptional! The shuttle ride started with a wonderful ride from Emanual- she was friendly and conversational, making our time feel like it was spent with a friend. She was knowledgeable about the Island and told us interesting things. She suggested we rent a car and we did- the next day! Thanks Em so worth it! On the boat Em and Captain Jenna were wonderful. Our teenager got a little sick but they didn't give up on her, with their words of encouragement and support we set sail. Our 8 year old was afraid and because of you two ladies she got in and snorkeled with an 80year old turltle. Words can express that magic of that experience! We are eagerly anticipating the pictures photographer Paul took. Your attention to detail and obvious dedication to your craft is remarkable. Thank you team dolphin excursion for loving what you do and sharing that with my family. Mahalo!

I was worried if it would be okay since the kids are small, but the staff were all kind, and it seems the kids enjoyed themselves. It was also great that we could experience snorkeling and sea kayaking at spots where we could see not only dolphins but also fish and turtles. Everyone in my family saw the dolphins except for me σ(^_^;) I saw a lot of dorsal fins from a large group of dolphins σ(^_^;)

子供達が小さいので大丈夫かなぁ〜、、と心配でしたがスタッフの皆さんも親切で子供達も楽しめた様です。イルカを見るだけでなく魚や亀が見えるスポットでもシュノーケリングやシーカヤックなどの体験が出来たのもとても良かったです。 イルカは私以外の家族は全員見ましたσ(^_^;) 私はイルカの大群の背ビレを沢山見ましたσ(^_^;)

I could only see a little because a shark was nearby. The staff were all cheerful and it was lively. It was nice to have a leisurely morning.

サメが近くに来てるという事で少ししか見れませんでした。スタッフの方は皆さん明るくて盛り上がりました。朝がゆっくりなので良かったです。

There are some things that can't be helped since it's nature, but I was able to encounter dolphins, although I only saw their dorsal fins. I couldn't see them swimming around in the water. I got my hopes up because the experience photos showed Masala donuts. We departed early in the morning without having time for a satisfying meal before boarding. There were no drinks or snacks during the ride, and we finally got a light meal around 11 o'clock, which included hamburgers, drinks, and snacks. Maybe I was expecting too much from the dolphins and the food.

自然が相手なので仕方ないところもあるけど、イルカと遭遇出来たけど、イルカの背びれは見えただけ。海の中を泳ぎ回るところまでは見ることが出来なかった。体験談の写真ではマサラダドーナツが映ったりしていたので期待しちゃいました。早朝出発で満足な食事をとる時間もないままに乗船。
乗船中のドリンクやスナックはなく、11時頃の軽食でやっとハンバーガーとドリンク、スナックが出された。イルカやフードに期待しすぎちゃったかな。

I was truly moved to swim surrounded by so many dolphins. On top of that, the staff were friendly and made it so much fun. I would love to participate again.

本当にたくさんのイルカに囲まれて泳ぐ事が出来て感動しました。その上スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーに盛り上げて下さりとっても楽しかったです。

We are a couple who loves dolphins, so we were very excited. We also spotted a turtle first and were told by everyone, so the photographer Mike nicknamed us "Turtle No. 1!" (laughs) I definitely want everyone to experience this. Thank you for a fun day.

カメも最初に見つけてみなさんに教えられたので、カメラマンのマイクにも「カメNo.1!」とあだ名を付けられました。（笑）

The cheerful guide, who was a second-generation Japanese-American captain, mostly had foreign guests, but afterwards, he kindly interpreted for the Japanese customers, making it easy to understand. The boat was a yacht type, allowing us to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. After seeing dolphins, I was delighted to spot sea turtles swimming at a depth of about 10 meters during snorkeling. There was not enough time during lunchtime, so a lot of food was left over, which felt wasteful. It's better to start eating right after snorkeling. I was shocked to find that other coupons offered the same tour at a lower price than what I had booked, but the tour itself was very good, so I highly recommend it!

日系２世の船長さんの陽気なガイドで、お客さんはほとんど外国人の方でしたが、そのあと日本人客向けに丁寧に通訳してくださり、よくわかりました。
船もヨットタイプでリゾート気分満喫。
イルカを見たあと、シュノーケリング場所では水深10メートル程のところに海亀も泳いでいるのが見えて嬉しかったです。
ランチタイムは時間が少ないので沢山食べ物が余ってしまって勿体なかったです。シュノーケリングが終わったらすぐに食べはじめたほうがいいです。
他のクーポンで同じ内容のツアーが自分が予約したものより安くなっててショックを受けましたが、ツアー自体はとても良かったのでお勧めです❗

It seems that it's quite rare, but around 100 dolphins came to visit us. Additionally, three sea turtles also came to see us, and we were able to see one right in front of us. Meeting the dolphins and sea turtles was a wonderful part of the tour, but the crew members were also very enjoyable to be with. We took many photos, which became great memories. If I have the opportunity to go to Hawaii again, I would love to participate once more.

滅多にないことらしいのですが、100頭ほどのイルカ先生が我々のところに会いに来てくれました。また、ウミガメ教授も3頭会いに来てくれ、1頭は目の前で見ることができました。イルカ先生、ウミガメ教授に出会えたこともツアーに参加してよかったことですが、クルーの人たちが非常によく楽しく過ごすことができました。また、多くの写真を撮っていただき、良い記念となりました。ハワイに行く機会があったらまた参加したいと思います。

The crew was kind and cheerful while working, which made for a pleasant experience. I was able to see a dolphin for a little while, and I also saw a sea turtle. It was tough because the snorkeling mask didn't fit well, and seawater kept getting in. That didn't happen during a different activity the day before. Also, no one received an eco bag.

It seems like it was a very lucky day, as we encountered a pod of dolphins right after departing. We were thrilled to see them jumping on the surface and swimming right below us while we were snorkeling! Since we encountered them early, we had plenty of time with the dolphins. When we moved to another snorkeling spot, we quickly discovered a sea turtle! It came so close that we felt like we could touch it, but there was a rule against touching, so we even yielded the way. The optional photo data sale was $50 for download and $55 for a USB, if I remember correctly. Payment by credit card was possible on the day or during our stay. While the price wasn't cheap, the quality of the hundreds of photos taken by the professional photographer was really high, capturing moments from boarding and the underwater scenery, so it was definitely worth purchasing! It was also fun that the guide and the staff were high-energy and entertaining!

とても運の良い日だったようで、出港してすぐにイルカの群れに遭遇しました。海面でジャンプする姿も、シュノーケリングしている私たちの真下を泳ぐ姿も見ることができて大興奮！ 早めに遭遇できたためか、イルカとの時間はたっぷりありました。さらに別のシュノーケリングスポットへと場所を変えたら、これまたすぐに海亀を発見！触れてしまいそうなくらい近くまで来てくれて、でも触ってはいけないルールなので、こちらが道（？）を譲ったほどでした。オプションの写真データ販売は、ダウンロードが＄５０、ＵＳＢ渡しが＄５５だったかな？ 当日または現地滞在中のクレジットカード払いが可能でした。値段を聞くと安くはありませんが、プロのカメラマンさんが何百枚も撮ってくれた写真は本当にクオリティが高く、乗船時の様子や海中での景色など、本当にたくさんあったので購入して正解でしたよ！ ガイドさんを始め、スタッフの方々がハイテンションでおもしろかったのも楽しかったです！！

It was as good as I expected. The waves and wind were calm on the day, but there were a few people who got seasick, so motion sickness medication is a must. For lunch, it was not BBQ but a cheese bar. (The bread had taro in it.)

予想していたぐらいの良さです。当日は波も風も穏やかでしたが、船で寄っている人が何人かいたので、酔い止めは必需品です。お昼はＢＢＱではなくチーズバーがです。（パンはタロイモが入っていた）

We gathered and departed before 6 AM, and the early start was a bit tough. Shortly after setting sail, we spotted a pod of dolphins and began snorkeling. Due to the busy season, there were many participants, and I was the last to enter the water, so I couldn't see any dolphins. Those who went in first were able to see dolphins swimming right in front of them. It seems that to see the moving dolphins, you really need to go early.

After that, we moved to see turtles, as there are rocky areas where they reside. As expected, since they live among the rocks, we were able to see three turtles swimming slowly around the area. One of them came up right in front of me, probably for air, which was surprising. It was within reach. This was great and I think it became a wonderful memory.

朝の６時前に集合して出発、早いのが少し辛い。
出港早々、イルカの群れを発見しシュノーケル開始。
繁忙期の為、参加者が多く、私は最後に海に入るもイルカは見られず。先頭で入った方々は目の前を泳ぐイルカを見れたとの事。やはり移動して行くイルカを見るには早めに行かないと厳しいみたい。
その後はカメを見に移動、こちらはカメが住み着いている岩場があるという事。流石に岩場に住み着いているという事なので、カメが３頭ゆっくりと岩の周りが泳いでいるのが見れました。
その内の１頭が息継ぎの為か目の前まで上がって来てビックリ。もう手の届く距離でした。
これは良いけど想い出になったと思います。

I struggled a bit with using the fins, and at 65 years old, it was challenging, but it was amazing to see everything twice. The event was changed due to the weather, but I got to see sea turtles twice, and I had a fun day. The female staff and the captain were friendly and great.

足ヒレの使い方が上手く出来なく、65才の私にはハードでしたが2度も見れて最高でした。
天候の状況でイベントが変更になりましたが、海ガメにも2度も会えたし、楽しい1日を過ごせました。
スタッフの女性や船長もフレンドリーで最高でした。

There are Japanese staff members, but the basic staff members are English speakers, so if you don't understand English, you might feel left out. I thought it might have been better to have more university-related staff.

When boarding the boat, it's better to sit in the open back so you can participate in various activities and enjoy yourself.

I applied for photos, but you won't get photographed unless you actively ask for it. During the time to enjoy activities, make sure to go and say, "Please take my picture!"

Many people were feeling seasick. It was nice weather, though. The motion sickness wristbands I bought on the pickup bus were expensive, but I believe they helped my daughters and me not to get sick! Our family usually has a weak constitution.

日本人のスタッフの方もいますが、基本英語のスタッフの方々が楽しい会話をしていますので、英語がわからないと置いてけぼり感を感じます。

船に乗るときは屋根のない後方に座ったほうが色々と参加できて楽しめます。

写真を申し込みましたが、積極的にアピールしに行かないと写してもらえません。
アクテビティを楽しむ時間には「写して〜」とアピールしに行きましょう。
