Since the children participated, my child was in a private session while I was in a semi-private session, with two instructors for the three of us. We booked a full three hours, but unlike surfing in Japan, the waves kept coming, and in the end, we could only last an hour and a half. It felt quite wasteful. Perhaps because we were experienced, the briefing on land was shorter? The kids were able to ride the waves that kept coming and seemed to feel great when praised. When I called to confirm our arrival, I received a confirmation call that evening. They asked for our weights, so I thought they would prepare boards suited for each of us, but all three of us ended up with soft tops (urethane boards). While they have buoyancy, I wonder if they might not be suitable for practice. The point is that from the yacht harbor next to the Hilton Rainbow Tower, even children can paddle out easily, so I think beginners and kids can participate without any trouble. The instructors didn't speak any Japanese, so if we had been better at English, our conversations would have flowed more, and it would have been even more enjoyable.

子供も参加したので、子供はプライベート、私はセミプライベートでの参加でしたが、インストラクター2人に私たち親子3人という形でした。たっぷり3時間予約しましたが、日本でのサーフィンとちがいどんどん波がくるので、結局1時間半しか体力が持ちませんでした。かなりもったいなかったです。経験者ということもあり、陸でのブリーフィングも短めだったのでしょうか？子供たちはどんどん来る波に乗って行き、誉められとても気分がよかったようです。到着確認の電話をしたらその晩に確認電話がありました。体重を聞かれたので、それぞれにあったボードを用意してくれるのかと思ったら、3人ともソフトップ（ウレタンボード）でした。浮力はあるのですが、練習にはならないかも？と思います。ポイントは、ヒルトンレインボータワー横のヨットハーバーから子供でも十分パドルアウトできるので、初心者、子供さんでもらくらく参加でくるとおもいます。インストラクターは日本語はまったくしゃべれないので、私たちがもっと英語ができたら会話もはずんで、もっと楽しかったでしょうね。

The instructors were great-very supportive and helpful.
You need to warn people to wear some footgear-there are sharp rocks that cut our feet walking in after surfing. Also, a photographer/video would be nice since we can't hold on to cameras
while surfing (and you would make more $$).

During this family trip, the kids said they had the most fun. At 10 and 8 years old, it was their first time surfing, and they received great support, managing to stand on the surfboard, which thrilled them! They are saying they want to surf again! Thank you very much!
