Instruction and instructors were great. It was easy to understand and amazing to have the time to practice in a relaxed setting.

Our guide was really nice and made sure our whole group was comfortable and safe at all times! It was a fun and relaxing experience!

This was an incredible experience. Our guide Steven did a fabulous job and gave my wife and daughters the confidence to give snorkeling a real try. I would definitely recommend this again, and then take that experience and go to a better snorkeling location. Great way to try it out and make sure you able and ready before making the expensive snorkeling investment!

My kids and I loved it! It was my kids favorite activity on our trip! They felt safe and had the best time. Magic Island is a beautiful beach and lagoon. The videos turned out great and will be a great memory! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Ricki was very patient and helpful in making our (my wife & my) first time snorkeling experience so good. My wife didn't know swimming but Ricki's tips helped put her at ease and she enjoyed it as well. Due to the small group nature of the tour, fortunately there was only 2 of us and we had lots of fun. Saw lots of fishes and reef. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for beginner lessons.

I have to admit that this being my first time snorkeling, I had never been so scared and nervous in my WHOLE life!!

Zola, our instructor, was extremely patient and caring throughout the entire experience. Even through I had to concentrate extremely hard with breathing and using my flippers, I was SO proud of myself and I couldn't have done it without him.

Ask for Zola for the snorkeling tour, you wont' be sorry. You will be in terrific hands!

It was our first scuba dive experience and we could not have had a better time!
All thanks to our instructor, Zola, he was super helpful from diving safety to the techniques and made us enjoy every second of the dive.
We want to point out and send a special thanks to Zola on how patient he was. He made sure I was comfortable in the water, since I was a bit scared at first, still getting used to the equipment and picking up the new breathing pattern.
We'll definitely do it again!

My now fiancé loves mermaids. So I knew she would love to do this. She absolutely loved swimming with the tail on and the photo shoot we did was absolutely hilarious. If you’re a guy, you will probably have to swallow some ego here but it’s worth it. Ricki the instructor is amazing. We swam and then I popped the question overlooking diamond head. Great for all ages.

My 5 year old daughter had the time of her life. The staff were amazing!!

We were all beginners at swimming and snorkeling but had a good time. The underwater photos and video was a good keepsake for our family.

My boyfriend and I went to this event on the first day of our trip. Our coach is so nice and accommodating. The oxygen tank is heavy and I couldn't really carry it. So he actually carried it for me and helped me wear it when I was in water so it didn't feel heavy haha.
For the next half an hour, we dived around and saw so many small, tropical fishes swimming around us. We saw coral reefs and even a starfish.
It was our first time scuba diving, and our coach is so patient and nice and explained the procedures and things to keep in mind to us in detail. He also answered all the questions I had. He took photos and videos of us scuba diving.
Overall, it was such an amazing experience!

For my first time scuba diving, this was a great experience. The instructor, octo, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about diving and had great humour. Overall made the introduction to diving great and am looking forward to my next dive, thanks to Tey Scuba Diving and their amazing instructor, octo.

The instructor is kind of young but they are really enthusiastic.Indeed it is very helpful and my families do really have a goodddd time. I especially appreciate that cheerful attitude which make you feel comfortable for the whole surfing time.

Had a great time with these ladies! They did an awesome job explaining and teaching us what to do. Would definitely surf with them again!

I went to Hawaii for the first time on a company trip. Since it was a special trip to Hawaii, I wanted to try some marine sports, so I experienced surfing for the first time as well.

とはいっても、せっかくのハワイ旅行ですのでなにかマリンスポーツをやってみたくて、これまた初サーフィンを体験いたしました。

I visited Hawaii to celebrate my 60th birthday. Other tours were limited to those under 59, so I signed up for this one. I thought it would be my last chance to take on this challenge in my lifetime, and I was eager to participate, but it required quite a bit of physical strength. I managed to stand on the board just once for a short time.

The water at Kewalo Basin was beautiful. I fell off multiple times, but the water felt refreshing, like soda. I wanted to ride the waves while looking at the city skyline from the sea, but I didn't have the luxury to do that. I participated with my daughter, and although we communicated in Japanese, I could manage to understand most of it, as it was mostly in English. The staff must have had a tough time attending to someone like me, so I would like to express my gratitude. I was late for the morning pickup, so I deducted one star for that. Overall, it became a shining memory in my life. Thank you very much.

還暦の記念で訪れたハワイです。つまり私は６０歳です。他のツアーは５９歳までとなっており、こちらに申し込みました。生涯で挑戦できる最後のチャンスと思い意気込んでまいりましたが、相当体力が必要で、短時間ですが、１度だけボードの上に立つ事ができました。
連れていってくれたのはケワロ湾で水がきれい。何度も落ちましたがラムネのような水中で、それはそれで気分がいいものです。波に乗って沖からビルの街並みを見ながら進みたかったですが、そんな余裕はありません。同行した娘と二人での参加でしたが、？という日本語で　まあ　なんとか理解できるかな・・ほとんど英語です。スタッフはこんなおばさんにつきっきりで対応してくれて大変だったでしょう。御礼申し上げます。朝、ピックアップに遅刻してきたので　星ひとつ減点です。私の人生の中でピカッと光るいい思い出となりました。どうもありがとうございました。

The instructors we had were unbelievably professional, fun, courteous and accomodating. My daughter and I definitely recommend private lessons.

The shuttle car was over an hour late, which was very troublesome. After contacting them multiple times, the car finally arrived. The surfing lesson itself was enjoyable.

送迎の車が１時間以上遅れ大変困りました。
何度も連絡してやっと車が来ました。
サーフィンのレッスン自体は楽しかったです。

I ordered group lesson staring at 10:00am with picking me up at 9:30am.
But I was picked up around 10:20am. I was waiting for almost 1hour. I don't why but I had a private lesson. Maybe he was late. It was good for me. And instructor was amazing buy. He was friendly and kind. And SUP was fun.
If he wasn't late, I would feel great at him. But I couldn't do my plan after that. I wasted time about 1hour. It's important thing. I'm sorry only about that.

We had a great time with our surfing lesson. The instructors were very helpful and encouraging. Would highly recommend as a fun morning activity.

SUP was pretty easy to learn and definitely a lovely way to spend the morning. Nice small group

Neither of us had been paddle boarding before, but by the end of the lesson we were both standing. The safety briefing and instruction was tailored to us and our level of experience which was none. Both Mike and Michelle(hope that's right) were fantastic, just the right amount of cajoling to get us on our feet without any pressure. Talked about every topic known to man as we paddled about, had a great time and a great laugh too. I can highly recommend these guys and the company too as I later booked a surf lesson for the end of the week, which also rocked.

I saw that it was okay for a single participant and that it was a first challenge, so I decided to join! I really had a great time with this first experience! The instructor was also kind, and I would like to use this service again.

At 41 years old, I tried surfing for the first time! I was really anxious about whether I could do it. The instructor was a foreigner, and right after picking me up, they asked if I could speak English, which made me even more nervous... All the explanations on the beach were in English... I honestly wondered if I would be okay.

But thinking "you learn by doing," I took the board and headed to the ocean. I was told that there were good waves suitable for beginners, and somehow, after about three tries, I managed to stand on the board. The instructor only spoke very simple Japanese, like "Paddle!" and "Are you okay?" But they made an effort to communicate using the Japanese I knew and gestures. Also, perhaps due to the tide, when I got separated from the other tour participants, they quickly came to my aid, and at one point, thinking I might be tired, they asked, "Break?" Even though we couldn't communicate in Japanese, I felt their consideration in their responses.

I didn't request a female instructor, so there were two instructors, one male and one female. (There were five participants in total, including me.) It might be tough for those who have a strong aversion to English. However, the instructors were friendly and fun, and I was able to enjoy surfing itself, so I was very satisfied with the experience.

４１歳にして初めてのサーフィン！　できるかどうかとても不安でした。
インストラクターの方も外人で、ピックアップ後すぐに英語が話せるかどうかを聞かれ余計不安に・・・
砂浜で説明を受けるのも全部英語・・・本当に大丈夫か？！と正直思いました。
でも「習うより慣れろ」と思いボードを持って海へ。初心者でものれそうないい波がくると教えてもらえて、私は３回ぐらいでなんとかボードの上に立つことができました。
インストラクターの方は本当にかんたんな日本語しか喋れなかったです。「漕いで！」とか「大丈夫？」とか。でも知ってる日本語やジェスチャーを使ってなんとか伝えようと努力してくださいました。また潮の流れのせいか私が他のツアー客の方とはぐれたときなどはすぐ駆けつけてくださったり、途中私が疲れてると思ったのか「休憩（する）？」と声をかけてくださったり、日本語が通じないながらも気遣いが感じられる対応でした。
私は女性を希望しなかったので、インストラクターは男女の２名でした。（ツアー客は私を含め５人でした）
英語に拒絶反応を示す方には厳しいかもしれません。
でもインストラクターの方は気さくで楽しい人たちでしたし、サーフィンそのものも楽しむことができ、私としてはとても満足のいく内容でした。

It was really fun, but although it said there would be a Japanese instructor, there wasn't anyone who could speak at all. I was scared to go out to sea without understanding the explanations at all. I managed to do it by mimicking others, so that was good.

すごくたのしかったけど、日本語インストラクターと書いてあったけど、一切話せる人はいなかった。説明がまったく、わからないまま海に出ることが怖かった。見よう見まねでやってみてできたからよかったけど。

The instructors are doing the awesome job, this is the second time I joined this tour and they are taking very good care for my daughter since she is not a very good swimmer. My sister is the first time to join the tour but she really enjoying it . For sure I will recommend to my friends !!!

It was my first time surfing!!! I had so much fun!!!

My 12-year-old daughter took a private lesson by herself. Last year, she had a very kind and attentive girl as her instructor, so she wanted to take another lesson here. This was her fifth surfing experience, and she said it was a very careful and gentle lesson again. I forgot the instructor's name, but she wants to take another lesson next time. Thank you!

12歳の娘が1人でプライベートレッスンを受けました。去年、こちらで受けた際とても丁寧で優しい女の子がレッスンしてくれたので、また受けたいという娘の希望でした。今回で5回目のサーフィン体験でしたが、とても丁寧で優しい方のレッスンだったそうです。名前を失念してしまいましたが、次回もまた受けたいそうです。ありがとうございました！

I booked a surf lesson, but I wasn't picked up at the scheduled time. When I called to confirm, I was told that the reservation was for the next day. However, the date and time on the voucher were correct, and I had plans for the next day as well. After I explained this, they agreed to come pick me up. In the end, I was picked up an hour late, but I was able to take the lesson. They even extended the lesson time to make up for the delay after everyone else finished. My daughter, who has study abroad experience, was able to handle the phone inquiry in English smoothly, but I think it would be a bit concerning for someone who isn't as comfortable with the language.

サーフレッスンを予約しましたが予定の時間になってもピックアップされず、電話で確認したところ、予約が翌日になってるとのこと。バウチャーを見ても日時は間違っておらず、翌日も予定もあったのでその旨伝えると何とか迎えに来てくれるとのこと。何だかんだ予定の1時間遅れでピックアップされレッスンを受けることが出来ました。レッスンも皆さんが終わった後も遅れた時間分やって頂けました。
留学経験がある娘だったので英語での電話問い合わせもスムーズに出来ましたが、そうでないとちょっと不安になると思いました。

I expected a stand up paddle board group lesson but ended up with a solo surf lesson and had a great time. Chris was a good instructor and got me out into the water and riding the waves in hardly any time at all. He was also close by and attentive to my safety and form. It was great fun and I plan on doing it again the next time I'm in Hawaii....
