It seems that my child really wanted to do this in Hawaii, so our whole family participated! I usually don't exercise and don't ride bikes, so I was quite nervous, but the staff member was kind and taught me patiently, and I was able to ride in just five minutes! The Hawaiian breeze felt amazing, and we talked about how we should have chosen a longer course on our way back! My child loves art, so it seemed to be the most fun for them. We definitely want to do this again next time. Thank you very much! The driver who picked us up was also a lovely lady! Thank you!

I had been to see the wall art before, but this time I joined a Segway tour because I was tired from walking. At first, I was worried about whether I could ride it properly, but even someone as uncoordinated as I am was able to master it without any issues after about 40 minutes of practice. Although the area has become much safer, it's reassuring to have a guide in the warehouse district. There were artworks that I wouldn't have found on foot, and I was able to take photos, making it a very memorable experience.

I enjoyed a bus trip of about three hours, starting from the Royal Hawaiian Center at 9:30 AM on the East Oahu Scenic Line, which operates twice a day. There were stops of about 15 minutes at tourist spots like Hanauma Bay and Halona Blowhole, giving us plenty of time for photos and restroom breaks. The bus also stops at Kahala Mall, so you can shop before transferring to the Kahala Line for your return trip. Meals are not included, but it was an affordable half-day tour.

For most of our group this was their first time snorkeling. Ryan was so patient, helpful and supportive, and gave great instructions — we highly recommend snorkeling in the Magic Island Lagoon for first timers. And with Ryan’s excellent support, videos of our experience, and patience we all had an awesome time. Be sure to heed the 30 minutes early arrival as we had a difficult time finding them (no sign) but they were near life station 1G which should be communicated in advance. We still got started right on time so it all worked out.

Big shout out to Scott and his team! We just took our first ever snorkel and my wife does not swim well and is afraid of the water. Scott is a very calm and encouraging person, my wife held on to the float and with the life vest had no worries about sinking. Sure the water was murky today, yet we saw fish, and held a starfish, a sea cucumber, and an urchin. Way cool!

The guide was friendly and engaging, which made the experience enjoyable. Since it was our second time, we were able to start right after the briefing.

We took a lot of photos just the two of us, and the conversations were fun. The thrill of riding the Segway combined with the great experience made it very enjoyable. I appreciate the attentive service as well. On the way back, we were dropped off at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, which was convenient. If I get the chance to travel to Hawaii again, I would love to do the Segway tour once more.

First, at the exchange window, I was treated poorly, which put me in a terrible mood on my first day in Hawaii. I kept telling myself that it had been five years since my last overseas trip and that I was just out of touch, trying not to get frustrated.

The drivers were all nice people! I recommend the East Oahu route for those who haven't been there before! However, the morning service can get crowded, with standing passengers. I've heard the afternoon is less busy. (There were some places that only stop on certain weekdays in the morning.)

Since my trip focused on shopping, the access to Ala Moana was not very convenient. The Pink Line doesn't come on time, and sometimes it's too full to board, plus there are all sorts of people riding it, so I hardly used it.

I recommend choosing a trolley that fits your travel purpose.

Since it was an evening experience, it wasn't too hot, and the breeze was pleasant. We participated as a couple, and with one more person, we formed a small group of three, all of whom had experience with Segways, so we quickly got to practice and then hit the streets. Our guide was very good at Japanese (I initially thought he was Japanese) and was interesting to talk to, making him a great person. Riding along the coast with the refreshing breeze was the best. The two hours flew by. At the end, my husband accidentally fell due to a sudden brake, but since he had never fallen off a Segway before, it was a good experience to have. Thank you for the band-aid. I definitely want to ride again the next time I go to Hawaii!

Gliding on a Segway until sunset on the last day of my stay in Hawaii! After practicing in the spacious parking lot of the small Segway center shop, we headed into the city! From Kaka'ako to Magic Island Beach at Ala Moana. Then, we glided along the coast to a hill where we could see the setting sun, passing through the park. We covered quite a distance on the Segway! It was a fulfilling final day in Hawaii!!

Cons: Location wasn’t too clear, better signage in the future would be great.

Buoyant donut was too small for the amount or people, so lots of bumping and kicking, including from the trainer. A bigger float donut would be perfect.

Water was murky, but not much can be done about that. Maybe a heads up from the diver if they have an indication of the water condition before hand would help.

Pros: Diver was great in making sure that we got to see a few fish. He also dove down to grab some of the water life and we got a chance to hold them in our hands.

We brought our own snorkel and mouth piece, and diver was very helpful in making sure it was secure to their masks.

Diver was very knowledgeable and got us checked out with our photos and videos in hand very quickly.

Definitely recommend this for super beginners!

In the first 20 minutes, there was a training session for all participants, and they provided one-on-one instruction. After that, they carefully guided us around Magic Island and its surroundings, with staff positioned at the front and back of the line, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any worries. While I have no complaints about the experience itself, when we returned to the starting point and were about to leave, they asked for a tip. Of course, I was aware of this in advance and had prepared for it, but I found it questionable that we couldn't leave until we paid. Moreover, we were seated next to another group, which forced us to tip the same amount, leaving me with a disappointing feeling as I left that place.

This activity was great for beginners. The instructor was amazing and made sure everyone had a good time.
The only drawback that day was water was very murky and made it difficult to see as many see fish and other sea creatures.
I would highly recommend this activity and instrutor.

Thanks to our friendly guide, I was able to enjoy my first Segway experience. The two hours flew by in no time.

It was refreshing to feel the wind while gliding along. I could comfortably ride the Segway through sidewalks, parks, and coastal paths that would have been too far to walk and inaccessible by car.

The explanations related to the shops, plants, nature, sports, shopping centers, and universities along the way were also very interesting. During breaks, the guide took family photos for us, and at Kaka'ako Water Park, they even filmed videos, creating wonderful memories.

I greatly appreciated the detailed recommendations for restaurants and shops. At the end, they provided a guideline for tipping, so you can pay according to your satisfaction.

今回はワイキキの中心からホテルが離れていることもありましたのでバス停留所から少し歩きましたが、それはなしとしてもバスの本数が以前よりすくなくなっていた気がしました。結果JCBのカードをもっていたら乗れるピンクトロリーしかあまり利用しなかったので、あまりお得感はなかったです。
あと、時間通りに停留所にいてもかなりおくれてくるのでそれも少し気になりました。
あとコロナ以前にはなかったら東オアフ絶景ラインに60代の親のみ参加しましたが、それはとてもよかったらしいです。そのバスが1周３時間程だったので、歩くこともなく景色を堪能できてよかったらしいです。
しっかり時刻や行き先を計画して利用するとよいかもですが、小さい子供もいたので、レンタカーのほうがよかったかもとおもいました。
