Three weeks before departure, I smoothly completed the reservation on a Sunday in late June. On the day of the trip, the check-in and boarding went smoothly, and we headed to the destination with eight Japanese and three foreigners. At that point, with less than two hours remaining, we skipped local supermarkets and stores we wanted to visit, and ended up at Patagonia and Coffee Gallery just in time.

Tourists started to increase around noon. The travel time is about an hour, but it surprisingly goes by quickly. I had a great time and would love to go again.

The tour had almost no Japanese participants. The guidance and explanations were in English, and with our English skills, we could only understand about 20-30%. However, the fun conversations with our driver and guide, Marlon, created a bright atmosphere in the vehicle, and he kindly spoke to us in Japanese as well, which made us feel at ease. We participated as a group of four. We arrived at Haleiwa in about an hour. We got off at the beach park and leisurely explored the shopping area. Along the way, we stopped by a local supermarket, checked out Matsumoto Shave Ice before it opened, and enjoyed the charming old town streets. There was a line at Giovanni's before it opened, but it moved quickly, and sharing between two people was perfect; the flavor truly lived up to its reputation as the original.

Due to road construction, we couldn't get off to take a photo of the sign, so we took pictures from inside the car. We saw the balance rock and were very lucky to spot a honu in the nearby sea. ✌️

One of the highlights of this tour was being able to hear various stories from our Japanese driver, including insights about culture and the economy. The five hours flew by. Mahalo!

It was my first time exploring a farm. Before participating in the tour, I watched an introductory video and learned about the tour content, and I was able to walk right in the middle of the farm. This time, I was able to taste freshly cut pineapple right from the field. Hawaiian pineapple is delicious, but the pineapple I ate directly at the farm was even better! I was happy to receive a whole pineapple as a souvenir, but I was surprised that I couldn't bring it back to Japan. またワイアルアコーヒーの試飲も3種類あり購入させていただきました
ツアー代金は高いな～と思ったのでモニターツアーに参加できてよかったです
このレアさの強いツアーという意味では農場以外の場所としてワヒアワ植物園とか入場無料ですし、こういう場所の体験ができたりすると楽しいのかなと思いました

I only passed through downtown, but since it’s a business district, it seemed completely deserted on Saturday.
Returning to Waikiki and reflecting on the journey, I felt the "smallness" of Oahu. This is the Hawaiian Islands, needless to say.

The North Shore was great with its relaxed atmosphere and nature, unlike Waikiki! The guide was friendly and engaged with us, taking photos as well! It can be difficult to get to places other than the North Shore on your own, so I think it's good to go on a tour like this.

I had been to Dole Plantation before, but I had never been inside the farm, so it was great to see the process from harvesting to packing. There seemed to be a lot of manual work from planting to harvesting, which looked tough, but the workers waved cheerfully at us when they saw us. The guide not only taught us various things but also made a great effort to ensure we had fun, allowing us to enjoy the day. While it's nice to enjoy the maze and train at Dole Plantation, I think the farm tour across the street gave us a better sense of Hawaii.

We went directly to the North Shore without stopping and arrived early. The shop opening times varied, but we enjoyed eating acai bowls and browsing around the town as the shops opened. We had plenty of time, about five hours, to leisurely have lunch and take our time exploring the stores, making for a meaningful experience. On the way back, we also went non-stop and arrived in Waikiki in about an hour. I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

I was happily walking through the greenery when I arrived at the waterfall. There is a shuttle service, making trekking easy. After the valley, we had lunch in the town of Haleiwa. I was impressed by the juicy hamburger!! At Matsumoto Shave Ice, I had the matcha special. I heard they make the adzuki beans from scratch every day. It was delicious. The driver was very kind and gave us helpful advice.

They came to pick us up near the hotel as scheduled. There were four groups on the bus, and we were the only Japanese. During the ride, the driver shared information about Hawaii's history in English.

After arriving at Dole, we had malasadas and mineral water for breakfast. The driver also explained how to buy tickets and recommended some food options.

After the Dole experience, we went to the North Shore. Although we couldn't go to the famous sign, the driver introduced us to well-known spots before parking, and then we had free time. We could stop by Matsumoto Shave Ice, garlic shrimp, Patagonia, and more.

On the way back, we visited famous spots around Waikiki, such as King Kamehameha, while the driver provided commentary as we headed toward Waikiki. It was nice to be able to give a tip comfortably.

I think being able to ride horses along the coast is something unique to Hawaii, so I decided to participate. All the explanations were in English, but during the drive, our driver, Kaz, kindly provided information in Japanese, which made me feel at ease and allowed me to enjoy the experience! The horses seemed well-trained; they moved forward on their own when the horse in front did. In Haleiwa, I was dropped off at my desired location, so I could easily go to the shops I wanted to visit!

I participated in this tour for my honeymoon. There were about 20 participants, mostly from English-speaking countries, and many appeared to be older. At the meeting point, there were several tours departing for the same destination at the same time, so it was necessary to look for the bus I was supposed to board.

The explanations and guidance during the tour were only in English. However, the guide, Marlon, could also speak Japanese and often reached out to us. It was possible to ask simple questions individually.

The public restroom at the photo stop was not very clean, so I recommend using the bus restroom instead. The time spent at Byodoin Temple, the macadamia shop, and the Dole Plantation was just right. In North Shore, I was aiming for the Patagonia and Snoopy shops, as well as Matsumoto Shave Ice. The lunch portion was quite large, which took some time to eat, so we had to hurry a bit, but we managed to see everything. I recommend checking in advance the crowd levels and portion sizes for lunch. It was okay to eat Matsumoto Shave Ice on the bus as long as it didn't spill from the container, so I bought it at the end and finished it on the bus. The wait time was about 10 minutes.

The view from the bus window was very beautiful, offering a different landscape from Honolulu.

平等院、マカダミアのショップやドールプランテーションは程良い滞在時間でした。ノースショアではパタゴニアとスヌーピーのショップ、マツモトシェイブアイスが目当てでした。お昼ご飯の量が多かったため食べるのに時間が掛かってしまい、少し急ぎめにはなりましたが、回り切ることができました。お昼ご飯は混み具合や提供される量を予め下調べしておくのがお勧めです。マツモトシェイブアイスは、器からこぼれない程度なら車内で食べても大丈夫とのことで、最後に購入して残りを車内で食べました。大体10分程度の待ち時間でした。
車窓からの眺めもとてもキレイでホノルルとは違った風景が楽しめました。

Our guide Lola was very friendly, and it was the best tour! Since it was an English-only tour, we were a bit worried about our ability to keep up with just everyday conversation. However, Lola, although she hardly spoke any Japanese, spoke slowly and clearly, making it easy to understand, and we had a great conversation.

She also guided us through the buildings and areas along the way, which was fun.

I thought Dole might be somewhat underwhelming, but it was actually very spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. The souvenir section is really large. Haleiwa had a completely different atmosphere from Waikiki, which was refreshing. There were so many places to eat that it was hard to choose, but the garlic shrimp was very delicious. We gave up on the long lines for shave ice and huli huli chicken. Instead, we went to Ali Beach and were thrilled to encounter a honu drying its shell!

ガイドのLolaがとても良く接してくれて、最高のツアーでした！
英語のみのツアーということで、日常会話程度ならなんとか…というレベルの我々は大丈夫かなと少し心配しながら参加しました。
しかし、確かにLolaは日本語はほとんど喋れないものの、ゆっくり聞き取りやすく話してくれて、会話も弾みました。
また、道中の建物やエリアなどもガイドしてくれて楽しかったです。

ドールは、なんとなくショボいのかなと思っていましたが、とても広く十分楽しめました。
お土産コーナーがすごく広いです。
ハレイワは、ワイキキとは全く違う雰囲気で新鮮でした。
食べる所が多く選ぶのに困りましたが、ガーリックシュリンプとても美味しかったです。
シェイブアイス、フリフリチキンは列が長かったので断念。
代わりにアリビーチまで行ってみたところ、甲羅乾かしているホヌに出会えて感動しました！

I had some concerns about the reservation in Japan, but I received communication via LINE, and even though I arrived earlier than the meeting time on the day of the tour, the bus came early, leading to an earlier departure.
