The staff were fantastic. The location was fantastic. Glad we only had about 35 people along. 100… their max is 100. It got a little crowded in the area they confine you too. I also did not like wearing the life preserver while snorkeling. I could have spent the whole morning on the reef, but they only let you visit half.

The staff really got everyone excited, and I was able to enjoy it more than I expected. It was my first time, and it was my wife's third, but we were very satisfied to see dolphins swimming alongside the boat and to spot humpback whales multiple times, which is a rare experience.

Although I couldn't swim with the dolphins, I was able to swim with turtles during the snorkeling session, and it was also great to experience the waterslide and stand-up paddleboarding.

I will definitely come again. Thank you for today.

I had a very enjoyable time! At the photo spots, I was able to hear various stories about Hawaii. Everything was in English, but I could somewhat understand it with a few words I caught here and there. The staff were very considerate, and I was able to fully enjoy nature for two hours! I think it's best to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty or even throwing away. My nose got completely black, haha!

Everyone except for my husband and me were foreigners. If you don't set the audio guide to Japanese, you won't understand the explanations at all. However, since the boat rocks a lot on the way, it's better to have motion sickness medication. It was thrilling to transfer from the boat to the submarine. Moving in the middle of the ocean to the submarine was amazing. When a sea turtle swam close to the window, I was so impressed! It was great to encounter various fish as well.

There isn't enough gratitude that I can express for the staff at the Rock-A Hula show! I came with a date, but my flight arrived in late, so my date was there, but I missed everything up to the dinner and show.

They were so accommodating ensuring my date received all the perks that were promised, and kept her company until I arrived. Then, when I got there, they even accepted my bags, and brought me food to ensure I ate enough before the show! Just great customer service.

Now the show... Just awesome. As a musician, everything was on point. The band, vocals, especially the Elvis act! Highly recommend and glad it was the first thing we did to get me back in good spirits after missing some of the action due to my flight.

Thanks staff! What a great experience!

Everything that was listed happened, they came to pick us up on time, the equipment was in perfect shape, the small training for beginners was clear and well done.
I went with my 7-year-old daughter, and both guides where all the time paying special attention to us, to see that were ok, taking special care of us. I felt very well looked after and secure. They know what they do and are very professional.
The experience is really amazing, we saw so many fishes and a turtle.
We both loved it.

We had 2 different drivers, one for DH and one for the waterfall. Both were excellent. They had waters for the end of the trip, and the waterfall driver had bug spray and walking sticks for everyone who needed them. They were both knowledgeable about the trails and gave great tips. Excellent!!
