I used it for a round trip to Ala Moana Center! The double-decker trolley was like an attraction and it was fun.

二階建てのトロリーはまるでアトラクションのようで楽しかったです。

The path has almost no shade and goes straight up. The last set of stairs now has a detour, which is reassuring. It took about 45 minutes to climb and 30 minutes to descend for a fourth grader.

The driver's response was very polite. It seems that it's possible to take a regular bus, but in the early morning, this kind of shuttle service is more reassuring.

運転手さんの対応はご丁寧でした。
路線バスでも行けない事は無さそうですが、早朝の場合はこうした送迎サービスの方が安心です。

Because of our schedule, we chose to take the sunrise tour to Diamond Head. There is only one company that offers it that I could tell. It is an expensive ride, but you are the first one there. Note that you arrive 45 minutes before the park opens so you will be waiting in line to get in. You will need to use your flashlight on your phone to get up to the top and the hike is moderately difficult. We were lucky and had a beautiful view on the top. The malsadas are a yummy treat at the end.

I was told that we could hike at our own pace, but considering the meeting time, I couldn't take it too slowly. For those who don't exercise much on a regular basis, want to take breaks while climbing, or want to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace, it might feel a bit rushed.

There are Japanese brochures available, and the driver spoke a little Japanese, which was reassuring. I didn't feel particularly anxious about that.

The pickup was on time, but the return meeting was about 15 minutes late. I felt a bit disappointed, thinking that if I had known, I could have taken it a bit slower.

自分のペースでハイキングとあったのですが、集合時間を考えるとあまりゆっくりはできなかったです。日頃からあまり運動をされていない方、休憩しなから登りたい方、景色をゆっくり楽しみたい方には慌ただしいかなと思います。
日本語のパンフレットもあるし、運転してくださる方は片言ですが日本語を話してくださりました。特に不安はありません。
お迎えは遅刻することはありませんでしたが、帰りの待ち合わせは15分ぐらい遅れてきました。それなら、もう少しゆっくりできたのにと少し残念な気持ちになりました。

I was able to take a lot of beautiful photos. This is my third time in Hawaii, but I had some experiences that I couldn't have before. The bright driver was very kind.

It was my first time in Hawaii, so I wanted to get an overall understanding and decided to participate. It was a great decision. In particular, Jonah's guidance was wonderful. He was friendly, kind, and his stories were interesting. I realized that the biggest benefit of joining the tour was being able to hear various stories from the guide. It was a fulfilling day.

At the ticket counter, I was able to easily exchange my voucher for tickets. Since I took the first train, they also properly informed me about the boarding area, allowing for a smooth boarding experience. On the route from Waikiki, we were able to stop along the way for photo opportunities! The explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand everything, but it was relaxed, and they provided various explanations, making the ride enjoyable. Since it runs along the coast, I think it's the best trolley for enjoying the scenery.

チケットカウンターにバウチャーを見せれば簡単にチケット交換してもらえました。始発から乗ったので乗り場もちゃんと教えてもらえてスムーズに乗車出来ました。ワイキキからのルートでは途中降りて写真撮影させてもらえます!英語での説明なので全ては理解できませんでしたがのんびりしていて、色々説明してくれるので楽しみながら乗車することができました。海岸沿いに走って行くので景色を楽しむには最高のトロリーだと思います。

The biggest advantage is that it specializes in transportation, allowing you to focus on hiking at your own pace without unnecessary sightseeing guides or time constraints. The panoramic view from the summit is breathtaking, but the crowds due to its popularity are unavoidable. By using this shuttle, you can smoothly return to Waikiki after descending in the morning, making it a very practical option for those who want to make effective use of their time.

送迎に特化しているため、余計な観光案内や拘束時間がなく、自分のペースでハイキングに集中できる点が最大のメリットと言えます。
頂上からのパノラマビューは圧巻ですが、人気スポットゆえの混雑は避けられません。このシャトルを利用すれば下山後もスムーズにワイキキへ朝には戻れるため、時間を有効に活用したい方には非常に実用的な選択肢です。

The tour time was neither too busy nor too leisurely; it was a good amount of time. The view from Diamond Head was very beautiful, and it was a great experience to participate.

ツアーの時間は忙しくもなく時間を持て余すわけでもない、いい時間でした。ダイアモンドヘッドからの景色はとても綺麗で参加していい体験でした。

I participated in the earliest time slot experience. On the way to Diamond Head in the shuttle, I saw many people running. Mornings in Hawaii start early! Whether you can see the sunrise or not, I highly recommend this experience for morning activities! The shuttle takes you to the ticket office, so it requires less stamina than climbing from the bottom. I did this experience on my first morning in Hawaii and established a rhythm for waking up early.

送迎車でダイヤモンドヘッドに向かう途中、ランニングしている人もたくさん見ます。ハワイの朝は早い！
日の出が見れても見れなくても、朝活にぜひおすすめの体験です！券売所まで送迎してくれるので、下から登るより体力は要りません。ハワイ初めての朝にこの体験をし、早起きのリズムをつくりました。

First off the driver, Matthew was great, I couldn't find the pick up spot and he called me and got me there. My fault, I get lost crossing the street. It was rainy, but the place was packed for the 6:15 am trip. 2vhours is more than enough to hike to the top and take pictures along the way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We are a couple who are not good at mountain climbing, but the Diamond Bed is different. We both felt it was worth climbing. While experiencing various histories, the view from the summit is exceptional. Also, the driver who provided the transportation was very kind and truly a wonderful person.

I climbed Diamond Head for the first time, and it was a great experience. They picked me up early in the morning while it was still dark. They also accommodated my personal requests on the way back.

It was an early morning departure, but I was grateful that they picked me up right in front of the hotel. Jonathan, our guide and driver, provided clear explanations, making the sightseeing very enjoyable. This tour is highly recommended as it covers many attractions at a great price.

早朝の出発ですが、ホテルの前でピックアップしてくれるのでありがたかったです。ガイド兼ドライバーのジョナサンの説明もわかりやすくとても楽しく観光できました。たくさん観光地をまわるのに価格もお得でおすすめのツアーです。

I have climbed Diamond Head several times, but this was my first time climbing to see the sunrise in the dark. It was a bit cloudy, but I was glad to be able to see the sunrise! Other tourist spots were also wonderful and made for great memories. Our guide, Jonah, was very good at Japanese and was very kind. Thank you very much!

Since we were hiking up Diamond Head to catch the sunrise, we had to wake up early. I had previously hiked during the day and almost suffered from heatstroke, having to turn back just before reaching the top. I recommend starting early, even in the dark! The zigzag uphill path was easy to navigate. Jonah's thoughtful preparation, such as providing flashlights for the four participants, was wonderful!

After that, our group grew from four to eight people. We also stopped by Leonard's and enjoyed delicious malasadas in the car. There were many stops along the way, and Jonah's insights about each attraction and restroom advice made this tour truly special.

Not only did we visit tourist spots, but Jonah also allowed us time to relax and enjoy the ocean view.

One regret, or rather a mistake! I was excited about Giovanni's, famous for its garlic shrimp at the Kualoa Sugar Mill, and being a fan of spicy food, I ordered the "Hot & Spicy." It turned out to be much spicier than I imagined, and I had to quickly leave that spot and rush to a bar where I could drink beer, managing to eat with a beer in hand! I should have ordered the scampi, which is labeled as the number one favorite! For those who love spicy food, be cautious!

Strolling around Haleiwa Town while checking out the shops was just the right amount of time, and I enjoyed the coffee tasting at the last coffee farm, purchasing some that I liked.

ガイドのジョナさん、本当にお世話になりました！
ダイヤモンドヘッド日の出登山(ハイキング^^;）なので、朝は早いのですが、私は以前に昼間登って熱中症気味になり、頂上目前の階段下でリタイヤした事があります。早起きしても、暗い内に登るのがおすすめです！ジグザグ上り坂までも楽々行けました。また、参加者4人に懐中電灯を準備して下さるなど、ジョナさんの細やかな心配りが素晴らしい！
その後仲間が4人増え、8人グループとなりました。
レナーズにも立ち寄って下さり、マラサダも車内で美味しく頂きました。
立ち寄り場所もたくさん有り、それぞれの見所やトイレのアドバイスなど、このツアーはジョナさんの魅力によるものが大きかったと思います。
観光地だけでなく、海をゆっくりぼんやり見る時間も作って下さいました。
１つ後悔！と言うか失敗！
カフク・シュガーミルにある、ガーリックシュリンプで有名なジョバンニに心躍ったのですが、辛いもの好きで「ホット＆スパイシー」を注文してしまいました。これは、想像以上に痛い位辛く、その場をすぐに引き上げて、ビールを飲ませてくれる店に駆け込んで、ビール片手に何とか食べました！人気No1と書いてあるスキャンピを頼むべきでした！辛い物好きな方もご注意ください！
ハレイワタウンもブラブラとお店を冷かしながら歩いて、丁度良い時間でしたし、最後のコーヒーファームの試飲のコーヒーも美味しく頂き、気に入ったものを購入できました。
最後まで、運転しながらたくさんのお話をして下さったジョナさん、お世話になりました！ありがとうございました！！

Thank you, Jonah, for taking care of me again in September. I appreciate you guiding me to the beaches where we might see honu (sea turtles) on the North Shore and stopping by the Balance Rock. Thank you for accommodating my whims.

It was a bit disappointing that it rained during the early morning hike up Diamond Head, but the weather cleared up afterward, and the ocean was beautiful. I enjoyed Giovanni's garlic shrimp while drinking beer at a nearby beer specialty shop. With all the great conversations with you, it was a very enjoyable day!

早朝のダイヤモンドヘッド登頂は雨が少し降っていて残念でしたが、その後は天気がよくて海がキレイでした。ジョバンニのガーリックシュリンプを近くのビール専門の店内でビールを飲みながら美味しく食べられました。ジョナさんのたくさんの会話もあり、とても楽しい1日でした！

I originally signed up for 7:20, but I received a message the day before the tour asking to change it to 8:20. I couldn't answer the call because I was in another activity, and I only noticed the message later when I checked my email. It might be a good idea to check your phone and email frequently while staying in Hawaii, at least until the day before the tour.

A cheerful driver picked us up. We received water after descending (I might have wanted it earlier, haha). From the bottom, the summit looked very far away, and I was worried about whether I could return in two hours with my preschooler (who is in their last year). However, we were able to climb more smoothly than I expected. After descending, we had enough time to rest on a bench and look at souvenirs.

元々7:20で申込んでいましたが、ツアーの前日に8:20に変更して欲しいとの連絡がありました。
別のアクティビティ中に着信が来ていたので電話には出られず、後からメールを見て気づくことができました。
ハワイ滞在中でもツアー前日までは念のため電話、メールをこまめに確認しておくといいかもしれません。
陽気なドライバーさんが送迎してくれました。お水は下山した後にもらいました。（先に欲しかったかも笑）
下からは頂上がとても遠くに見えたので未就学児（年長）を連れて2時間で戻って来れるかなと不安になりましたが、思ったよりサクサク登れました。下山後もベンチで休憩したりお土産を見る時間的余裕がありました。

I really enjoyed the explanations provided by Jonah at every place we visited. As we moved along while listening to his commentary, it felt like we arrived at our destinations on Oahu in no time, even though we traveled from one end to the other. Additionally, his recommendations for dishes were spot on, and everything was delicious.

解説を聞きながら進んでいたので、オアフ島を端から端まで移動したのに、すぐ着いた感覚になりました。
また、おすすめの料理などが的確で全てが美味しかったです。

From Diamond Head to Haleiwa, there's so much to see. The ocean I want to visit on my trip to Hawaii, the gourmet food in Kahuku, and exploring Haleiwa Town—all of this for a price that's unmatched. Our guide, Jonathan, was very clear and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Since the guide was very energetic and spoke in English from the morning, I had some concerns about the mountain climbing, but my motivation to climb increased.

朝からとても元気よく英語でのガイドしてくれたので山登りに多少の心配がありましたが、登る気分が高まりました。

The shuttle driver was cheerful and it was fun. It takes a bit of physical effort, but once you reach the top and see the view, your spirits lift, and I even saw a rainbow. It was a bit cloudy, so if it had been sunnier, it would have been even better.

Both trails offered stunning scenery—the panoramic views from Diamond Head and the rainforest vibes at Manoa Falls were unforgettable.

This was my first time climbing Diamond Head, and I wasn't sure about the procedures for the climb or how to get there, so I decided to book a shuttle plan. I signed up for a pickup at 6:20, but the day before, I received a notification that the time had changed to 7:20. I was able to confirm this change through a phone call and email from the hotel front desk, so I wasn't worried.

On the day of the pickup at 7:20, I arrived early and waited, and the car arrived right on time. The driver was a very pleasant man, and I was able to depart without any anxiety, making the climb enjoyable. There were children and elderly people climbing as well, but it was surprisingly tough. I think it's best to wear proper hiking shoes and clothing. (The night before, there had been rain and strong winds, but it was sunny in the morning. However, there were some muddy spots, so caution is needed during the rainy season.)

After finishing the climb and returning to the car, I was given a cold bottle of water. When I asked the driver, "We would like to stop by a nearby café on the way back, is it better to part ways here?" he immediately seemed to understand and asked for the name of the café, saying, "You can go ahead and drop you off there." Since it was a café near Diamond Head, I was dropped off there instead of at the hotel. I really appreciated the kindness and felt safe participating in this experience. Thank you very much. (On the way back from the café, I enjoyed a pleasant walk back to my hotel in Waikiki.)

ダイヤモンドヘッドに登るのは初めてで、登るための手続きもよくわからないし、現地に行くのにどうするか…と考えるのも面倒だったので送迎プランを申し込みました。6:20お迎えのプランで申し込みましたが、前日になって時間変更の連絡があり、7:20に変更に。その連絡はホテルのフロントからの電話とメールで確認ができたので不安はありませんでした。
当日は7:20お迎えだったので早めに待機しておりましたが、時間ぴったりに車が到着しました。とても感じのいい男性ドライバーさんで、不安なく出発→登山も楽しくできました。子供や年配の方も登っていますが、意外ときついです。きちんと登山しやすい靴・服装でいくといいと思います。（前日の夜に雨と強風が吹いており、当日朝は晴れておりました。ですが、少し足元がぬかるんでいるところがあったので、雨季は注意が必要です。）
登山を終えて車に戻ると、冷たいお水（ペットボトル）を渡してくださいました。そして、「私たちは帰りに近くのカフェに寄りたいので、ここで解散したほうがいいですか？」とドライバーさんに聞くと、すぐにそのカフェのことがわかったようでそのカフェの名前を言って聞いてくださり、「乗って行っていいよ」と言ってくださいました。ダイヤモンドヘッド近くのカフェなので、ホテルではなくカフェ近くで降ろしていただきました。とても親切で、安心して参加させていただけたことに感謝しております。ありがとうございました。（カフェの帰りはお散歩がてらワイキキのホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが気持ちよかったです。）

The driver was a cheerful person. It was fun! On the day I participated, most of the attendees were Japanese. They provided timely pick-up and drop-off services.

It was my first time at Diamond Head, and the guide explained the best way to get there using a Japanese pamphlet, which was very easy to understand. Although the explanation was in English, it was no problem since they explained it multiple times. They also give you mineral water on the way back (laughs).

一番良い行き方を説明してくれて、分かりやすかったです。英語の説明ですが、何度も説明してくれるので問題ありません。ミネラルウオーターは帰りにくれます（笑）

I purchased a 4-day ticket and used it only once. If you have a leisurely travel schedule, you can search for the boarding spots and adjust your timing, but it was quite difficult to use. I wanted to take my time in the evening, but it wasn't operating then. Besides the Ala Moana Shopping Center, I found it hard to figure out where the boarding spots were. Am I the only one who thought it was challenging?

4日間のチケットを購入して、1度だけ利用しました。時間に余裕のある旅行であれば、乗り場を探して時間に合わせてとできますが、なかなか使いづらかったです。夕方にゆっくりと乗りたいなと思っていたら、夕方は運行していなかったり。アラモアナショッピングセンター以外はどこが乗り場か分かりづらく、難しいと思ったのは私だけでしょうか。

The pickup from the hotel was very smooth. Climbing to the summit with a light in hand in the pitch dark and watching the sunrise made me feel refreshed. I've visited Hawaii many times, but I realized there are still places I haven't been to, and it felt like I rediscovered the charm of Hawaii. I encountered sea turtles at various beaches, and visiting the macadamia nut farm and coffee plantation was enjoyable as well. Above all, our guide Jonathan's chatter made it a truly delightful tour. I highly recommend it.

ホテル前からのピックアップはとてもスムーズでした。真っ暗な中ライトを片手に山頂まで登って朝日が上がるのを見られて清々しい気分になりました。
何回もハワイを訪れていますが、行っていない場所がまだまだあったんだなーとハワイの魅力を再発見した気分です。
あちこちの海岸でホヌに出会ってマカダミアナッツファームもコーヒー農園も楽しかったです。何よりガイドのジョナサンのお喋りがとても楽しい気分にさせてくれた最高のツアーでした。おすすめです。
