We hate hearing that the USS Arizona ticket shortage is affecting our guests experiences. We know it is disappointing and we wish there was more we could do. Reviewed by: Liz F., 2022/07/24This is they way to go! From the smooth pick up, to our awesome driver Kimo who was welcoming, funny and shared so much information throughout the tour up to the end. We enjoyed ourselves while at the Pearl Harbor and did not wait in any lines thanks to this booking. We even got to buy tickets to experience the other museums and walk through the USS Bowfin and the picture they took of our family was a great keepsake.We had a wonder experience from beginning to end.

He provided so much history as we drove to Pearl Harbor and gave clear instructions on what to expect at the site. It was a somber, sobering and fulfilling time as we learned more about the greatest American generation and the sacrifices they made for their and future generations. Juicy added to our trip by providing extra facts and great fun along the way there and back.

Did not receive tickets to USS Arizona Memorial

We fully paid months before our Hawaii trip. Why a poor review? There were 18 of us. Families and friends. We were informed that they were not able to get a ticket for us to go to USS Arizona, right during the bus pickup! Our other friends who were on a different time slot, same day, were able to do so no problem. We feel that this company should have informed us ahead of time so we would have an opportunity to book with another company. So disappointed! Not good business! I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Never Again

When speaking to them on the phone they stated we must ride their bus. With Covid 19 we didn’t want to take a chance on our health. We are now in a dispute with them to get our money back!
Toni we are so sorry to hear you suffered such a terrible miscommunication. We understand that some people are still weary about travel post pandemic. We hope you're able to work something out with the agent that booked your tour. Mahalo!

It was our first time to Hawaii an the tour of the city was also nice. It would just be nicer if there was a little more time between each tour so that u don't have to rush.
But all an all it was a good tour.
