I didn't encounter any sea turtles at Hanauma Bay, but I did see the state fish. However, half of the one-hour swim was spent searching for sea turtles in an area where there weren't many fish, so there wasn't much time to enjoy watching the fish.

As someone who gets cold easily, even with a wetsuit, I still felt chilly at the seabed. Swimming for about an hour was quite tiring physically. 私は本当に素晴らしい体験をさせて頂き、ダンさんチエコさんのおかげで一生忘れられない新婚旅行になりました！
注意点は初めてのシュノーケリングだったので少し波酔いしてしまったので酔い止めを飲んでおけば良かったと思います。冬の参加で寒がりの私はウエットスーツをお借りしても海底は寒く感じました。1時間ほどずっと泳ぐのでかなり体力的には疲れを感じました。旅の疲れもある中で体調は万全にして参加した方がより楽しめるかと思います。
気分が悪そうな方には声をかけていたり帰りの車は助手席に乗せていたり常に最善のサービスを届けて下さったと思います。おすすめです！

Everything that was listed happened, they came to pick us up on time, the equipment was in perfect shape, the small training for beginners was clear and well done.

I couldn't enjoy myself freely because I was with people I didn't know well. I would like to have a bit more free time. Although we got in early, we could only swim for about an hour, so I couldn't go to the places I wanted to. I didn't think Hanauma Bay was more beautiful than it was four years ago. It was nice that the fish were used to people and didn't swim away. The guide was kind and helpful. Since I didn't need water or snacks, I would have preferred a lower price or at least to have about two hours of free time.

I visited Hanauma Bay for the first time in over 10 years. Previously, I could take a direct bus from Waikiki and freely enter the water, but it seems that after COVID, you can no longer enter without a ticket. I gave up on getting a ticket since they are sold online only two days in advance, so I joined this tour instead.

The guides were a very kind and wonderful Japanese woman and a gentle foreign man who spoke fluent Japanese. From the entrance to the explanatory video and entering the water, it was a bit complicated, so I felt it was difficult without a Japanese-speaking guide.

They took us to a snorkeling spot with lots of fish, which was really fun. Although I didn't see any sea turtles, I was glad to see many different types of fish. I recommend this for anyone wanting to visit Hanauma Bay. Also, if you're going in winter, a wetsuit is essential. The sun is hot, but the water temperature is surprisingly low.

I think Japanese people who cannot speak English should not participate. Conversely, if they want to attract Japanese customers, they should prepare explanatory pouches. If they don't need Japanese customers, then it's fine to continue as they have been. At least I managed to get back.

12月末で雨期だったので、天候が悪く、寒くて、10分も海に浸かることができないほど、直ぐに着替え駐車場の方に向かったが、雨宿りするところもなく売店とトイレの小さな屋根の所に大勢でいてましてが、こんな時に雨宿りできる屋根のある施設があれば良いのにな〜と思いました。
運転手ガイドさんは、優しくて親切ではありますが、英語の説明しかないので、全くわからず最初から最後まで不安で楽しさは、0でした。魚の説明のパウチ等は、軽く回されましたが、そのパウチを準備できるならせめて最小限の日本語の1日の流れ、帰りの時間と集合場所、ハナウマベイの注意事項等のパウチを準備して欲しかった。英語のできない日本人は、参加すべきでないと思います。逆に日本人のお客さんを獲得したいなら説明パウチを準備すべきだと思います。日本人のお客さんを必要ないと思うなら今まで通りで良いかと思います。何とか帰ってこれましたから

It was different from the snorkeling I had imagined; we swam continuously for about 60 minutes. They guided us to good spots, and we were able to take underwater photos. Since it's a tour where you need both hands free at all times, it's better to avoid taking your smartphone. You shouldn't bring it. We even saw a sea turtle along the way, which was beyond my expectations.

I felt that the maximum of 5 people in a small group was in reference to the number of participants per instructor, but I don't think there were any issues with that.

Although the water was cold since we started at 5 AM, I had reserved a wetsuit in advance, so I was fine during the long snorkeling session. On the day of participation, there was little wind, and I was able to see four sea turtles up close! Since it was early in the morning, the weather was clear, and the water was beautiful, I was able to see various types of fish. Four years ago, I encountered sea turtles and seals in the same spot, but unfortunately, I didn't see them this time.

However, the couple who guided us were great; the husband spoke Japanese well and pointed out interesting fish, saying things like, "Look, there's ●●!" which made it really enjoyable. Google Pixel 7Proを防水スマホケースに入れて撮影を試みましたが、8割がたピンボケしていたのでやっぱりGoPro持っていけばよかったと思いました。ただ、ガイドさんが撮影した写真をいくつかFacebookに上げてくれているので、それをDLさせていただきました（無料です）！自分がみた光景をきれいな写真に残せている気分でありがたかったです。

Really well organised activity with Kaimana Tours. Our driver Koa was excellent, providing lots of insights to the surroundings during our drive there. Pickup was on time, in a comfortable spacious van. We arrived and were first in line to get tickets which was simple and organised. The snorkeling gear was great, both sizing and quality for what we needed. I’d recommend going on the 6am pickup, as by the time we left at 11, it was getting really busy and there were not many places with shade. Kaimana offer umbrellas & chairs for hire too.

Hanauma Bay is a beautiful place and the water is so pretty. The day we went, it was unfortunately very windy and the water was pretty choppy. We were able to see some fish, but the water wasn’t very clear due to the waves, but that’s nature for you! The snorkeling gear was very difficult for me. Water kept getting into my mask and it was very uncomfortable. I wish I had my own full face mask. But it was still an enjoyable time and would do it again. Our driver to the location was very friendly and did a great job. It was through kaimana tours.
