Comfortable ride seats, on time arrival and departure and pleasant crew.
Wear a hat use sunglasses and sunscreen.
We will be back to Lana'i to stay overnight this time.
Saw a late spring whale jump, turtle in water and awesome scenery going and coming from Maui.

I always really enjoy taking the ferry, especially when it’s nice out and I can get on the outside deck to watch the whales. So nice

Really great captain and naturalist staff. The boat ride was enjoyable and we saw several whales. The snorkeling was beautiful. They have staff on surf boards setting up a safety perimeter. We really enjoyed this trip! We would definitely book again if we return to Maui.

Booking was a breeze, I just followed the prompts and had my seat reserved in no time. I also had an easy time finding the dock, and getting on the boat. The journey was smooth, we even saw some whales!

The food, service, and tour was amazing!!! Big shout out to captain Mario & his crew for making us feel like home.

I always go back and forth on whether I want to fly or ride to ferry to Lana'i and I'm always so glad I choose the ferry when I do. Although it is a longer ride and takes a while to get to the harbor because of where I live, it's always a leisurely ride and I love watching the whales. The only downside is that if you don't get there early enough, you have to sit inside which is not as nice on a pretty day.

The only issue was parking. We were told to park in the lot across from the big banyan tree so we did. We got a $60 ticket for overtime parking. Not pleased!!!!!

Everything about this trip was perfect - staff, condition of the ferry, safety, timing etc. And the whales were jumping to add to all of that!!

Crew was workable and made it work for us to take an earlier ride than we had scheduled. So nice!

Pleasant ride over. The boat noise and the rocking waves put us to sleep.

My fiancé and I took the ferry to get away for the day and it was so beautiful over on lanai! Ferry ride was easy and spacious. Be sure to wear sunscreen if you sit up top!

It was a great ride! If you want to sit on top of the ferry and get a good view, be sure to get there early. We saw lots of whales on our way back from Lanai! Take a Dramamine if you get a little motion sickness and you won’t have any issues. The ferry was spacious and super easy to book online. We will definitely be going back to lanai using this service!

Great customer service! Loading and unloading issues could be mitigated with idiot proof directions.

I was on a vacation to Maui with friends and we did a day trip to Lanai using this ferry service. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the ride. It was whale season, so we saw many whales during the crossing. The ferry left promptly on time and the captain ensured that we were well informed the entire journey. Highly recommend!

No issues. Saw many whales. Very comfortable and hope to take another trip when we return to Maui.

Boat was on time and boarding was easy. We went in January when their were a lot of whales in the channel. The captain slowed and drove the boat to maximized our whale viewing! Lovely day!! Get in line early for a top seat on the boat!

The crew was amazing and really entertaining. They kept everyone fed and laughing the whole time. I would highly recommend this one day trip to Lana’i over any other snorkel trip elsewhere. Lunch was amazing on the island as well as the two breakfasts they served on the way to the island. The best experience of our Maui vacation!

The ferry is clean, staff is friendly & helpful, ride is comfortable and you have a choice to be in air conditioning or open air.

We chose open air and had quite a show of whale activity.

The ferry was great! I saw my very first whale during the ride to Lanai! The whale put on quite a show. The ferry was a smooth tode & we enjoyed it!

Great experience! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and told us all about Lanai’s history. He took his time and made sure we got the best from our tour. We wanted to see the turtles and he found them for us and gave us time to explore. He is the best and I highly recommend him as a tour guide if you want to explore Lanai.

Our tour guide, Steve, was right on time, friendly, super knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his island home. We were able to see everything of interest on Lanai (except the resorts, which are not open to sight-seers). If you are on a one-day trip to Lanai, this is the way to go.

It was a great full day with my family. Captain Raquel and her team were amazing! Saw lots of whales in the morning with Haleakala in the background. Dolphins joined us on the ride back too! The entire team was fun and interacted w/ all of us. We can't recommend it enough!

The experience was good. We saw both whales and dolphins. The unfortunate thing was that they overbooked the boat and there wasn’t seats available for everyone on deck. Being forced to sit in the crew area below and not hear the captain’s commentary had a way of making you feel unwelcome. However, we did get to do the activities and saw wonderful marine life.

Guide "Jelly" took the two of us on a customized tour giving us lots of history of the island and also information about local activities due to his years on Lana'i. Exceptional value and great fun.

We had a wonderful time touring some popular sites on Lanai (Shipwreck Beach, Garden of Gods, Cat sanctuary). Many of the sites were off unpaved roads, so have a driving guide really saved a lot of work and planning. The tour group with Russ, Ray and Cory was very accommodating, making extra arrangements to make sure no one is left stranded, even when unplanned events arise. The hardest part was figuring out where to pick up the tickets that morning. For us it was a booth across the street from the Pioneer Inn, near a small lighthouse.

The ferry was good, prompt and safe. The island is terrific. The bay next to the ferry has terrific snorkeling, better than anything we’ve been able to find in Maui (but we’re newbies, so might easily mistaken). Take a pill if you get seasick, trip back was bouncy.

From beginning to end it was a pleasure to ride the ferry. Plenty of seats upper and lower decks. Most people slept, that's how comfortable it is. No issues.

. It was the best excursion we had on the island, customer service, the boat, the crew, the food it was definitely a white glove experience. You have to do this excursion don’t waste your money on a luau do this excursion instead
