This was the first time we had tried snuba and had a fabulous time. It was a great intro to scuba and as a result, we will definitely be looking into getting our certification for future trips.

My wife and I had a great time learning to surf. We had never done anything close to surfing, but managed to look pretty good by the end of the class. The instructors (we had 2 for a group of 5) were very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time Kayaking to the turtle reef and swimming with the awesome sea turtles. Our guide, Griff, did an excellent job with instructing us on proper Kayaking and snorkeling technique. He was very knowlegeable about marine biology and gave us a unique lesson on Hawaiian history and culture. A well rounded, fun trip!

This is a MUST do for EVERYONE! We loved it so much we took TWO snuba trips! Sitting on the ocean floor in Turtle Town with two HUGE turtles was fantastic! We had been on several boats during our visit and the crew on this trip was the BEST! We can't wait to see the photos! Mahala and a hui hou!

Me and a couple of my friends took their lesson. Their instructor was very helpful and patient for us, 1st timers. We took some beach lesson before going into the water, and where they took us had perfect small & consistent waves, We each caught two or three waves! We are now hooked. We are coming back to Maui next year for sure. Thanks!

This was an exceptional activity. Excellent service and attention and a smaller group on the boat makes this a great time. I can't imagine just snorkeling. We SNUBA'D at the crater and turtle city. A first time for our family. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were too afraid to try scuba diving and this was the perfect fit for us. The guides are great and it was so much fun!

The ocean was beautiful and the environment was very nice, but I felt that it was tough since almost no one on Maui speaks Japanese, so you need to have at least a basic level of English for everyday conversations.

This was our family's first trip to Maui and we wanted it to be special for our two teenage boys. The day we were supposed to have the lessons turned out not to have the best surfing conditions, so they called us to reschedule. We really appreciated them wanting us to have a good experience with some success. As parents, we were very pleased with the care and attention for safety and detail. The class size was pretty small (only 5 or 6) so there was plenty of opportunity for individualized questions. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure the boys understood what they were doing. They both caught several waves and it completely made the trip for them. We came back a few days later to rent gear for them to surf one more time... they remembered all of the instruction and had a blast! Wonderfully nice people - there is also a photographer that can capture the moment you ride your first wave - memories worth paying the few extra bucks for!

Our dream of surfing in the warm Hawaiian water has finally come true! We (first timers from midwest) were able to catch some wave, and if we can, you can. The instructor (sorry, forgot his name) was excellent. He made sure that everyone is safe and having fun during the lesson, and was full of information on where to eat, play, etc. Thanks!!!

Out of all the trips and activities we did on Maui, this trip was our favorite. The crew were so much fun and we saw some dolphins swimming with a whale family. We will never forget this fantastic experience!

This was my first time snorkeling. The guide made it easy and fun. I want to do it again!

THE STAFF AT MAUI KAYAKS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE WERE ABLE TO SEE TONS OF TROPICAL FISH AND SEA TURTLES. WILL COME BACK TO DO THIS AGAIN.

Our guide Kaileo was a true local who whole-heartedly enjoyed sharing his ocean with us. He was extremely knowledgable and went beyond what other 'mass market' tour companies offer. He lead out our small group and took the time to educate us about the reefs and ocean bottom, showing us turtles, octopus, starfish, eels and countless fish. (allowing us to even hold the octopus and starfish if we so desired!) I'd certainly go back again when in Maui and would reccomend this trip to anyone who is comfortable with the open ocean. Mahalo!

We would highly recommend this adventure to everyone. The guide was awesome and made the experience just wonderful. We had a group of 8 which was really nice.

Our guide Cal....... (Hawaiian name) was supurb. We went the year before but this year was diferent because this guy made our trip exceptional. He was with us every minute, dived to bring us up a octupus and taught us about marine life. No laziness. If we go again it will be because of this guide.

This was our first time trying Snuba and I don't know where to begin. Hawaii activities was great about following up with us to remind us of our event. The crew for our event was exceptional!!! We had snorkeled the day before with another charter that was good but hands down the crew on this boat was the best. As we boarded the boat they took our pictures and they had a separate film guy that took footage while we were on the boat and under the water in both places we dived. If you're not sure about scuba diving then try snuba first. It allows you the freedom of being under the water without wearing tanks. Good indicator if you're going to like scuba.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Kayak lessons and putting what we learned into practice. It was a bonus spotting the beautiful sea turtles while snorkeling.

An awesome experience and a great value. I went with my 10 year old son and we were both able to stand on the board and stay up (for a little while, at least)in our first 2 hour lesson. Our instructor, John, took individual time with each of the students in our group(there were 5 overall)and made sure to go over the basics before we even hit the water. A wonderful, fun, and safe experience - I highly recommend this school. They created 2 new lifelong surfers!

Staff on boat was the best. I learned more than I ever did when I took scuba lessons years ago. Snuba and snorkeling were great, and we saw a pod of spinner dolphins swimming with our boat.

I could not have been happier about this snuba experience. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming and genuinely kind that it made us newlyweds feel right at home. The boat was the perfect size with plenty of room for everyone. I could go on and on about the captain, crew, boat, sites, atmosphere, fish, and TURTLES... but this truly was an amazing experience that we will pass on to our family and friends as a must do when visiting Maui.

I have to give props to the crew and the captain for making this the most enjoyable time i have ever had. Everyone on the crew was friendly, helpfull, curtious and just plain nice to be around. Was expecting a little more on the snuba dives, but i went in thinking discovery channel quailty. But the dive was still fun non the less. We got to see sharks, turtles, sea slugs, eels and much more exotic fish. And i was this close to a turtle! I would recommend this activity with auqa adventures any time for many reasons. The first being a great crew and second it was a smaller boat and not the big tourists one that can get anonying with all the screaming kids. When we take another vacation back to maui we are definatly doing this again!

The most amazing trip we took on our whole vacation. The staff is amazing, friendly, and were a true joy to experience the beauty of Maui with. I would HIGHLY recomend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and exciting activity while in Maui.
