We enjoyed a beautiful day out on the water! We didn't catch any fish but the crew was excellent and we had a great time!

Bailey and Larry were fantastic! We did well bottom fishing, and then caught this 25 pound ono on the trip home! Great experience, great time would recommend to anyone

Had an amazing time out fishing with the crew, my husband caught a couple fish and we saw so many whales up close. The crew and captain are very engaging and quick to help out, they cleaned our fish and gave us pointers on how to cook it. Such a great experience, would definitely do it again! Thank you!

Tour organizers were excellent, great communications. Captain Larry and first mate Zach were great, excellent hosts and put us on a bunch of fish.

Started slow, trolling until we reached the bottom fishing sites . Caught a few fish, including small barracudas. Finally hit a spot where the actions was wild, at one time five fish on at the same time. Zach ably handled it all, including taking our pictures with the fish. If you wanted to bring them home, Zach had some good recipes.

On the way into the harbor, saw over a half dozen whales. Great experience!

We had such a great time! This was our first fishing charter and it didn’t disappoint! We not only got to fish but we also seen whales, dolphins, and a shark! It was the best part of our trip. The captain and the crew are AMAZING and entertaining. Totally give them 10/10!

We had 25 people on the boat and had plenty of room. The crew was great. We caught fish, snorkeled and saw so many whales. This boat comes highly recommended!

My grandson had a great time on his first time fishing in the ocean. Zach and Gage were great, they provided lots of information on all the fish that were caught on this outing. We can’t wait to come back and go fishing again.

Crew was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They would take your fish off the hook and store it for you while giving you some information about the fish you caught. We went to several different spots that the captain knew about trying to find fish and most everybody caught some. Would go back again.

Captain Zack and his two crew mates were amazing hosts and experts at their job. We had a peaceful and informative boat ride followed by some good catches, a whale sighting, and turtle sighting. Really nice people, very professional, good times. Thanks guys! - Rich

We had a really great time on our charter on Tues Nov 11th. It was blowing hard in the morning but the crew managed to find us an area that was out of the wind. Captain Zach, Gauge and Styles(?.... Can't quite remember his name) were truly the best part of the whole thing. They were all super engaging and gave a lot of information about the sea life around the island, although the Captain might need to work on his jokes a little! Haha. We had a wonderful experience with captain Zach and Bailey They both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great value. Boat was clean well organized and comfortable.

My son and I had a great time on Aloha blue charters in Maui! This was our first trip ona charter and it was a great trip. The captain Freddy and his fishing experts: Johanna and Duke were knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process.

We recently hired Aloha Blue Charters for a private charter in Maui for our family. This was a special trip to honor and carry out the final wishes of my parents. Captain Larry and First Mate Freddy brought us near their favorite area in Kihei and were very helpful and caring during our ceremony. It was a wonderful and memorable time for our family. Thank you Captain Larry and Freddy!

We were visiting Maui for our 50th Wedding Anniversary and celebrating with our 4 children and spouses and 7 Grandkids - 16 total. We wanted a small boating trip that would accomodate everyone's individual ideas of a snorkeling trip - not too long, too many people, too choppy, etc. Then I found Aloha Blue charters online, it sounded perfect. They had a 2 hour private afternoon boat trip available for a reasonable price for the whole boat. Our Captain Larry and assistants Jeren and Sienna were a delightful team that made our trip very memorable. 13 of us were in the water for a little over an hour enjoying the underwater sealife and the others watched and enjoyed themselves on board. I would recommend this "customized" trip (2-4 hours - snorkeling, sightseeing and/or fishing) to all families visiting Maui that don't want what is offered on most of the more expensive trips advertised. Great morning fishing. Boat was good and crew were excellent and knowledgeable and always on hand for help and advice for beginners. Overall great experience and would do again.

I chose this excursion for my husband and older teenage son because they both LOVE fishing. The reviews were awesome and the description stated the excursion was 4.5 hours. Unfortunately this experience underdelivered. Opposite of other reviews, my boys didn’t catch a single thing. The other guests on the boat only caught small fish and not many of them. I understand that this is difficult to control; however this trip was rather expensive and it was described as if the captain and crew would know exactly where to go to find fish. Additionally, the excursion lasted barely 4 hours after take off. Although not discussed, I would also like to suggest that you take smaller crews and have an age limit...perhaps 13 and older and another experience for those under 13.

I highly suggest taking this fishing cruise! Not only was the Captain and crew very knowledgeable on all the types of fish, the Captain put us in the perfect spot so that practically everyone on board caught at least one fish. I myself caught 4, and two of those were keepers. They were all cleaned and ready for me when we departed the boat and I was even given the perfect way to eat them. What a fun time!
