The trip was a great experience. The boat ride was enjoyable. We sat on the upper deck and got wet which was great for us. The sights were amazing. The food and drink were fantastic. I would recommend this trip and would take it again. The captain and crew were friendly and helpful.

Doug was an absolutely amazing guide! I ended up being the only person who could make it to the tour due to traffic for the others, and Doug made sure to make me feel both comfortable and prepared for the experience. It was my first time doing anything other than some light snorkeling and he did a wonderful job briefing me and making sure I was all set and knew what to do and expect. He was also very friendly and welcoming and by the end we knew a fair amount about each other which almost made it feel like diving with a knowledgeable buddy.

Once we got in the water I was blown away by the amount and variety of fish instantly visible, and the whole tour seemed to have something new and interesting to see every time I turned around. Doug did a great job of pointing things out and getting tons of amazing pictures. Being the only one to make it to the tour that day worked in my favor as we were able to stay out longer and Doug took the opportunity to show me as much as he could.

This was an absolutely amazing experience, and the highlight of an already great trip! I highly recommend it to anyone, whether you're an experienced diver or a complete novice like me!

Riding the tubes down the canal was fantastic. The guides made the trip much more fun and enjoyable.

We had a great time with Kauai Mountain Tubing Adventure. Brice, our main guide, was very experienced, safety conscious and fun. He was born and raised on Kauai so get his recommendations on things to do on the island.
The tubing in the canal and tunnels was great and another guide, Cameron, made it fun, too.
There was a wonderful lunch provided after the tubing. I highly recommend this excursion.

I joined this tour because it was the only way to visit the Fern Grotto. I was glad to be able to participate since I had wanted to visit it at least once. Although we couldn't enter the cave due to past hurricanes and landslides, we were able to enjoy the atmosphere. We also had fun singing hula and songs in front of the Fern Grotto. It was great to feel the essence of Hawaii.

シダの洞窟に行くにはこのツアーしかないので参加しました。
一度訪れてみたいと思っていたので参加できて良かったです。
過去のハリケーンや土砂崩れの影響で洞窟内には入れませんが、その雰囲気を楽しめました。またシダの洞窟の前でフラや歌を歌ったりで楽しませて頂けました。
ハワイらしさを感じられてよかったです。

Pilot Asa was fluent in Japanese and provided explanations in both English and Japanese, which was very helpful! Japanese was definitely easier to understand, allowing for a deeper comprehension. The piloting was careful, and they made an effort to minimize turbulence. I didn't get motion sickness, but my daughters in the back seat felt a bit nauseous and said they should have taken motion sickness medication. On the day of the flight, the visibility was excellent, and we were able to see places that are usually obscured by clouds, which I think was lucky.

パイロットのアサさんが日本語堪能で、英語に続き日本語でも説明してくれたので、とても良かったです！
やはり日本語の方がわかりやすいので、より理解が深まりました。
操縦も丁寧で、なるべく揺れないよう気を遣って下さいました。
私は酔わなかったのですが、後部座席の娘達は少し酔ってしまったので、酔い止めを飲んでおけば良かったと言っていました。
当日は視界良好で、いつもは雲がかかっていて見えない事が多い所も見えてますよ、教えて下さり、ラッキーだったと思います。

We truly enjoyed the hospitality of the captain and crew. Beautiful scenery! We loved the live music and hula dancing

The millions of years of nature were simply amazing. You have to experience it for yourself.

However, one downside was that I hardly saw any fish while snorkeling, which was disappointing.

ただ１点、シュノーケリングでは魚は殆んど見えなかったところが残念です。

It was an experience like a theme park as we went down the river to the fern cave. The content was neither good nor bad; it was just average. It's worth going at least once. I think once is enough. If I go again, I would like to go for kayaking.

川を下ってシダの洞窟に行くわけですが、テーマパークのような体験でした。
内容は可もなく不可もなく普通でした。
一度は行っておこうかと言うレベルです。
２回目は良いかな。
行くならカヤック目的で行きたいです。

We had an amazing time on the Amelia K. The crew was great and the views of the coast were spectacular. A real must see. Even saw a sea turtle snorkeling.

We had the pleasure of going on a boat tour with Veltra. They really care about customer experience and strive towards excellence.

The crew was great, we loved the boat ride and hula lesson!

It was the end of September, and the north wind was strong with some swells. The boat didn't sway much while it was moving, but it rocked quite a bit when it slowed down. Conversely, when it sped up, splashes would come up every time it cut through the waves, and if you were sitting outside, your backside would get wet. It wasn't cold, but I thought it would have been better to have a towel ready. All the explanations were in English, but I managed. The meal on the way back was a platter mainly consisting of tacos, and some people piled it high. It was a bit of a disappointing menu. I was able to have one drink. You shouldn't expect much from the sunset; it sets right behind Niihau Island.

９月の終わりでした、北風が強くうねりもあります。船が進んでいるときはそれほど揺れませんでしたが速度を落とすとかなり揺れました、逆に速くなったら波を切るたびに飛沫が飛んできます、外に座っていたらお尻が濡れてしまいました。寒くはありませんでしたがタオルを用意したほうが良かったと思いました。説明は全て英語によるものでしたが何とかなりました。帰りながらの食事でしたがタコスを基本とした盛合せで一杯に盛り付ける人もいました。ちょっと残念なメニューです。アルコールは一杯頂けました。夕日は期待しないほうがいいです。丁度ニイハウ島に沈みます。

Our guides were awesome and the water refreshing! 😆 Would recommend this float to all, especially non swimmers. Mostly gentle with a lot of fun.

Traveling through the tunnels was a lot of fun and our guide Megan was very informative about the plantation history.

This was a great Luau. We had heard great review about this and we are so glad we experienced it. The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious and the show was excellent. The excursion was well organized.

We took this excursion the day leaving port and it was an excellent excursion. The views of the canyon were beautiful. Leone was a great guide.

You can't enter the cave, but they will take you close to the entrance. On the boat, and of course in front of the cave, they provide wonderful performances and hula dancing. It was pleasant to enjoy the sightseeing boat while being blown by a refreshing breeze.

洞窟の中に入る事は出来ないのですが、入り口近くまでは連れて行ってくださいます。
船内もモチロン、洞窟前でも、素敵な演奏とフラを見せてくださいます。爽やかな風に吹かれながら、観光ボート、気持ちよかったです。

This excursion was good fun for even us 66-70 year olds gals. Loved Sophia our leader with her historic references and information. The tubing had both relaxed but quick moving parts along with tunnels where it’s a bit like twirling bumper cars. Lots of laughing along the way. Depth is approximately 3-4 feet deep. The guides stayed with us and quickly fixed any bottle neck problems. Will do this again next with my husband and daughter.

It was a nice way to experience the Wailau River. The crew was great and entertaining.

We had a wonderful experience with our adult children on this tubing adventure and are planning a second trip with some friends. It's an easy and enjoyable experience that's different from other tubing adventures. We highly recommend it.

The boat was very bare bones and not fancy. Like I say, you get what you pay for. We have taken a more expensive NaPali coast snorkeling trip in a very nice boat but I was okay with paying less and having a smaller, less plushy boat so we could go deeper in the sea caves; however, we never even stopped to snorkel. I had to ask because we were never even told why we didn’t snorkel. They said it was too windy. I’m not sure I believed them. We did stop on the way back to jump in if we wanted. You pay the same whether you get to snorkel or not. I guess we should have booked the morning tour. Maybe chances of snorkeling are better. Next time I’d pay more for a comfy boat, with more room.

I heard that a Black pilot has also been to Japan and visited some niche tourist spots there. I sincerely apologize if this is perceived as racial discrimination, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear a Black person speaking Japanese honorifics so smoothly. The piloting was also careful, and I felt safe during the flight. If you are visiting Kauai, I highly recommend this tour.

黒人のパイロットさんで日本に来たこともあるそうで、日本でも玄人好みの観光地にいらっしゃったらそうです。
人種差別と捉えられたら誠に申し訳ないのですが、黒人の方が日本の丁寧語をスムーズに話していらっしゃることに良い意味で驚きました。
操縦も丁寧で安心して乗っていることができました。
カウアイ島にいらっしゃる際は、このツアーはおおすすめです。

The staff were very friendly and entertaining, even though they only spoke English. From the moment we got on the boat, the music started, the river was rich in nature, and the beautiful caves made us feel happy. In the end, we even did a hula dance together. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves thoroughly.

英語のみの対応ですが、とてもフレンドリーで楽しませてくれるるスタッフの皆さんでした。
ボートに乗った瞬間から始まる音楽、自然豊かな川、美しい洞窟、幸せな気持ちになりました。
最後は、なんと皆でフラダンスも。ゆったりとそして十分に楽しむことができました。
