I've been to other luau's on other islands, but none have been as organized with so much great food and free mai-tai drinks. The dining areas and the seating areas for the show are all covered to protect people from the possibility of rain. The landscape is gorgeous, with so many unique flowers, exotic trees, peacocks, chickens, and zebra doves running around everywhere.

Before the show, my kids enjoyed getting their first Jagua skin art (similar to henna) from a local artist. Some of the show's performers had booths selling jewelry and crafts as well. The drinks were stiff, however, the food was on the mediocre side. The show itself was great and was enjoyed by all. The dancers were very friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience!

Wasn't really sure what to expect even though I read good reviews. We had teens and I worried this would be a lazy river float. It wasn't! Don't get me wrong, it wasn't rapids either. But it was a lot of fun. You float, but you also spin and the tunnels are really something. I'm claustrophobic and worried about the tunnels, but with the headlamp provided and everyone moving along, it was not scary, not even for young children. The guides were terrific at making sure you have a good time, but also know when enough is enough...meaning they asked about claustrophobia and when I told them yes, they did not jump out to scare me in the tunnels. Although I would have been ok with that!

Pilot was informative. Great scenery. Smooth ride.

It was a nice experience. Really enjoyed the food and the show.

Been to Luaus' before, just dancing, music, and food/drink. But this was so enjoyable because of the story they told through the dancing, music and song. Even my husband enjoyed it. Our daughters couldn't get over the fire dance, and the way the dancers engaged audience members through out the show. The food was really tasty, we even enjoyed the Poi with everything. The Plantation grounds were spectacular too. This is on our "To-Do List again in Kauai".

Awesome tour! Saw the entire island in an hour, and places we would have never seen had it not been for being in the helicopter! Recommend this tour as a must do if you plan on visiting Kauai. The waterfalls themselves are worth the money!

I thought the main activity would be snorkeling when I signed up. In reality, the main focus was a round-trip sailing of about three hours from Hanapepe to the Na Pali Coast, and the waves were quite rough, so it can be tough if you're not confident in your physical stamina. (The Westerners seemed to be just fine, even drinking alcohol...) However, the crew members were friendly and fun, and it was great to see both turtles and dolphins right in front of us.

実際は、ハナペペからナパリコーストまで往復約3時間のセーリングがメインで、波の揺れがひどく体力に自信がないと辛いです。(欧米人の方は、お酒も飲んで全然平気そうでしたが、、、)
でも、クルーメンバーはきさくでのりがよく、カメもイルカも目の前で見れたのはよかったです。

The reason I rated this tour "Good" is because my husband thinks it was great, and I think it was so-so. Maybe, it's because I don't watch TV often enough and have no idea about movies mentioned on the tour. Unfortunately, we did not stop in the area, where they filmed those few movies I actually watched and liked, so it was a big disappointment for me.

I would not recommend this tour if TV shows or movies are not your passion.

Great, food, drinks and entertainment. What more can I say. Well worth going to for an evening of fun.

Tour was a wonderful experience, my friend and I had a grand time! Our tour guide was great he informed us as well as kept us safe. I would recommend the tour to anyone planning on visiting the island of Kauai.

The garden is beautiful, food tasted great, and great service!

The evening started with a tram tour around the gardens, time to walk and photograph the gardens, traditional Hawaiian meal (buffet style) followed by a presentation of the various hula styles influenced by the various people that came to the islands. All in all - recommended.

The Smith's Fern Grotto tour was a good way to see the fern grotto and understand some of the history. There was a 20 minute boat ride to the fern grotto landing, time to take pictures, presentation of a Hawaiian Wedding song, complete with hula interruption and demonstration of various hula dances on the boat ride back. All in all - recommended tour.

Had lots of fun on this tubing adventure with the kids. Learnt a lot abouy Kauai's history as well. Our guides were friendly and made this experience one to remember.

An amazing sunset cruise! While the sun wasn't cooperating, the seas were calm and we were extremely lucky in all that we were able to see of the beautiful coastline. Because this boat is one of the fastest on the coast, we were able to cruise all the way down to Hanakapiai Beach, almost all the way to the northern tip of Na Pali!

We saw a lot of sea caves and waterfalls, and the crew was fabulous at making sure everyone was comfortable, well-fed (amazing food!) and enjoying themselves to the utmost. One of the best evenings we spent on Kauai and definitely something I would highly recommend to see the awe-inspiring cliffs of Na Pali!

The food was great. One of the few places that offers authentic island food still. The performances were cool...offers a good quick history lesson. The grounds are pretty...peacocks were really cool...you can stand very close to them.

Our air tour was the very best way to begin our exploration of Kauai! Our pilot was very informative and we were able to get some amazing photos and video with him as our guide. We highly recommend the tour and hope to take it again soon!

My wife and I made reservations online through VELTRA. I knew nothing more than the reviews posted on here (VELTRA/hawaiian activities) and a travel guide book. We enjoyed our morning paddle hike and tour so much! A great adventure that would not have been accomplished so smoothly on our own. It was our first time down the trail. It rains in Kauai, a lot, so the trail was mostly muddy. The guide for the trip kept us safe and informed about how to get there best. He also lead us on hawaiian time for the return trip. Allowing us all more time at the falls since our group was composed entirely of families. I appreciated that very much and a thank you to anyone from the company who reads this. Do not expect that though on your trip, we were lucky that no tour group was scheduled in the afternoon. Our stay on the island began the last week of April, until the first week of May.

You don't have to help the guide, but its friendly to do so. I bet you'll get a better trip out of it.

The dinner at Gaylord's was wonderful. Later we were greeted by our torch carriers, who were friendly and informative. Pulu (Sean) was especially attentive and made us feel welcome. The very best part of the evening was the show and the story they told. It gave us a true feeling of 'being there' as the Polynesean's made their journey to Hawai'i. This was truly a gift from the actors & dancers in the show.

It was a great experience. Bruce and Ellen were exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. The pictures were a nice touch. It was beautiful and Bruce was very knowledgeable.

I participated with my 11-year-old son. The path to the tubing area was bumpy, which I was worried about, but it seemed to be fun for him as well. The water was a bit cold. (The men were wearing either T-shirts or swimsuits. If it's a T-shirt, polyester is better than cotton.) There were five tunnels (if I remember correctly), and we used lights to go through them, but we were instructed to turn off the light in one of them, which was thrilling. There were also parts with fast currents, which were enjoyable. It felt a little short, though. The lunch was delicious.

The mistake was with the hotel. Our hotel was in the Poipu area, and there was no shuttle service to the location, so we had to take a taxi. It took about 30 minutes and cost $50. That might have made the activity time feel even shorter.

11歳の息子と参加。チューブにのるところまでの道の途中はでこぼこ道があり、心配していたが、それもまた楽しかったようです。少し水が冷たかった。（男性もTシャツか水着を着ていた。Tシャツなら　綿でなく、ポリエステルがよい）5つ（だったかな）トンネルがあり、
ライトをつけていくんですが、1つだけはライトを消すように指示され、どきどき。途中流れの速いところもあって、楽しかった。ちょっと短かったかな。ランチはおいしかった。
失敗したのは、ホテル。　私たちのホテルはポイプ地区にあり、現地まで、送迎がないので、
仕方なくタクシーを使った。30分くらいかかり、50ドルだった。　だから余計にアクティビティの時間が短く感じられたのかもしれない。

This was my first time visiting Kauai, and I participated because I wanted to see the magnificent nature. I boarded a boat before sunrise, had breakfast while watching the sunrise, and then enjoyed dynamic and breathtaking views beyond my expectations. I was also thrilled to see turtles up close while snorkeling.

カウアイ島に行ったのが今回初めてで壮大な自然がみたくて参加しました。朝日ので前に船に乗り日の出を見ながら朝食を食べその後ダイナミックで想像以上の景色を楽しめました。　シュノーケリングでタートルを間近でみれたのも嬉しかったです。
