I read experiences and took motion sickness medication before participating. I was worried seeing someone on the previous boat struggling with seasickness, but thanks to the medication, I was able to enjoy the entire experience until the end.

It was amazing to go higher than I expected and see Waikiki from the sea!

The people operating the cruise made it fantastic! I wouldn’t think any other sunset sail would be as good as what these three gentlemen did. Would recommend to everyone.

I rode with cheerful staff and a lively group of five American girls. The boat was high-speed, and parasailing offered a great view of Waikiki, which was fun. It was efficient with three people per ride. The Hilton grounds were too vast and felt far away.

When I traveled to Hawaii before, I did a Segway tour and had so much fun, so I chose the same Segway Kaka'ako course again. I requested a pickup, and it was just my husband and me. The guide was friendly and engaging, which made the experience enjoyable. Since it was our second time, we were able to start right after the briefing.

We took a lot of photos just the two of us, and the conversations were fun. The thrill of riding the Segway combined with the great experience made it very enjoyable. I appreciate the attentive service as well. On the way back, we were dropped off at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, which was convenient. If I get the chance to travel to Hawaii again, I would love to do the Segway tour once more.

前にハワイ旅行したときもセグウェイして、とても楽しかったので、また同じセグウェイのカカアココースにしました。
お迎えもお願いし、私たち夫婦だけで、行く時もお話してくれたり丁寧で楽しかったです。
2回目なのでレクチャーしてもらってすぐ出発することできました。
夫婦2人だけで写真もたくさんとっていただき、お話も楽しく、セグウェイの爽快感と合わせてとても楽しかったです。
丁寧な対応にも感謝します。
帰りはアラモアナショッピングセンターまで送ってもらい、合わせてよかったです。
また、ハワイ旅行できたら、セグウェイまたなりたいです。

Overall great experience and had so much fun. This was my first time snorkeling and my first time in Hawaii. Definitely will return. The crew was outstanding.

This activity involves flying a sail with a wire while running on a boat, similar to kite flying. You go quite high, but because the sail is large, the descent is slow, and you don't feel that floating sensation in your stomach. The view from above was beautiful and calm, with no swaying left or right except for the wind, but looking down brought a considerable sense of fear due to the height.

The check-in was quick, just a signature, but the waiting time before starting was about 30 minutes. We went quite far offshore, and with two people in each of the five groups, we each flew for about 10 minutes in turn. The boat keeps moving during the trip back and forth and while the other groups are flying, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you are prone to getting seasick.

On the way back, as the wire is reeled in, each group gets partially dipped in the sea, but we ended up completely soaked, so wearing clothes that can get wet is advisable. Three of the participants were travelers from the mainland United States, and two groups, including ours, were travelers from Japan.

凧揚げをするように船で走りながらワイヤー付きのセイルを飛ばすアクティビティです。
かなり高いところまで行きますがセイルが大きいため、降下時もゆっくりでお腹がふわっとなる感覚はありません。
上空も左右に振られず風以外は穏やかで美しい景色を見れましたが、足元を見ると高さで中々の恐怖感がありました。
受付はサインだけなのですぐに終わりましたが、始まるまでの待ち時間は30分くらい。
船でかなり沖合まで出て、2人×5組いたのでそれぞれ順番に10分程飛びました。
行き帰りと他の組が飛んでいる間、船は走り続けますので少しでも乗り物で酔う人は酔い止めを飲んでおくことをおすすめします。
ワイヤーを巻き取って戻ってくる途中、どの組も海に半分だけ漬けられるのですが、我々だけ全身浸かってしまいずぶ濡れになりましたので、濡れてもいい服装がおすすめです。
参加者は3組がアメリカ本土からの旅行者で、我々を含む2組は日本からの旅行者でした。

Since the local weather can vary, I arrived on-site and checked the weather forecast, making my reservation two days in advance. The arrangements on the day went smoothly, and the people I participated with said, "I want to ride this again when I come back to Hawaii!" I was really happy to hear that since it was an activity I suggested.

You can see the familiar shape of Diamond Head and even get to view the backside, which offers a fresh perspective of its shape. The cheerful staff and the excitement of the other guests made it a fun, American-style experience. I will definitely come back to ride again!

現地の天気もあるので、現地入りして、天気予報を確認して2日前に予約しました。
当日の段取りもスムーズで一緒に参加した方からも、またハワイにきたら乗りたいな！といってもらえました。自分が提案したアクティビティだったので、喜んでもらえて嬉しかったです。
よく見るダイヤモンドヘッドの形から、ぐるっと裏側まで回ってもらえるので、違ったダイヤモンドヘッドの形まで見えますので新鮮です。
陽気なスタッフさんと、同乗したお客さんのテンションもアメリカらしく楽しかったです。
また乗りに戻ってきます！！

What a great day, there was the sweetest turtle the whole time in the water

Like Sabrina Carpenter would say- short and sweet! Perfect to get out on the water and snorkeling right by the hotels!

This was our last night in Hawaii and this was the perfect way to end it. The setup was excellent and very cute. Jenny and Joshua were awesome host. They had everything setup made it really easy to find them. The food was also very good we ate pretty the whole charcuterie board. Overall it was a good experience to do, would recommend it.

It's a very convenient boat trip to consider entering the sea, starting from a location near the canal's seaside exit, within walking distance from our hotel. We returned still in our swimsuits.

We moved out to Waikiki Beach (about a 10-minute ride?), enjoyed activities like diving and playing in the sea, and by the time we were fully satisfied, it was sunset. We watched the sun sink into the ocean on our way back. The timing was just right. The water temperature was neither too cold nor too warm. I realized that it's easier to float in the sea than in the pool.

The boat had a bar counter where you could buy drinks. The crew was cheerful and serious, making us feel safe and able to enjoy ourselves. I recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance.

運河の海側の出口近く、我々のホテルから歩けるところからの出発で、海に入ることを考えるととても便利な船遊びです。帰りも水着のままで帰ってきました。
ワイキキビーチ沖まで移動して(10分くらい？)、飛び込みなど海遊びをして、満喫した頃に日没の時間。海に沈む夕日を眺めて帰ってくる。時間配分もちょうどよかったです。水温は冷たすぎず、ぬる過ぎず。海の方がプールより浮きやすいのを実感しました。
船には、バーカウンターがあり、飲み物を買うことができます。
クルーはみな陽気で真面目な印象で、安心して楽しめました。
事前の酔い止め服用は、お勧めします。

Great way to get a bus transfer and a stop at Leonards- a tourist dream :)

I went with children who aren't very familiar with Elvis or Michael, but they had a great time. In addition, there are hula performances and fire shows, so I think it's a good show! Also, at the end, you can take photos with the performers and have conversations with them!

それ以外にもフラやファイヤーショーなども見られるので良いショーだと思います！
また帰り際には出演者さんと一緒に写真が撮れ会話も交わせます！

Not really worth it.
Drinks are not offered until after you get out of the water. Kinda lame. But safety first, I get it. Ticket says 3 beverages. By the time you're out of the water and get a drink from the bar, you have about 15 minutes out on the water before getting back to the beach. I ordered two drinks and didn't have time to finish my second beverage. And you can't take them off the boat with you.
I saw two turtles. Water is not very clear and you are crowded by so many other tours. You are required to wear a life jacket the whole time, so you can't even dive down to take a closer look at the turtles. They're about 30 feet below you. One did surface, so that was cool.

Staff were super unenthusiastic. Yes, you're working. You live here. We're tourist, whatever. But at least smile. It's like none of them have ever traveled before. This is a bucket list adventure for some people. Maybe show some passion. The male guide couldn't project his voice whatsoever and had zero excitement in his voice when going over safety measures. The female guard also struggled with public speaking and wrapped it up with "I tried my best to make sure you all saw a turtle, if you didn't, that's your fault."
The only person on the boat who deserved part of the tip I left was the good looking thor dude. He was at least friendly. Mahalo to you.

Also. They advertise two hammock like seating areas. A couple scored the first one. The other one was occupied with thier equipment. I kindly asked if they could move it over 4 feet so I could sit there and the girl said no. I arrived early just to claim that spot. I was not the only person to ask, either. Maybe don't put the equipment in the most desirable area to sit?

Would not book again.

First, at the exchange window, I was treated poorly, which put me in a terrible mood on my first day in Hawaii. I kept telling myself that it had been five years since my last overseas trip and that I was just out of touch, trying not to get frustrated.

The drivers were all nice people! I recommend the East Oahu route for those who haven't been there before! However, the morning service can get crowded, with standing passengers. I've heard the afternoon is less busy. (There were some places that only stop on certain weekdays in the morning.)

Since my trip focused on shopping, the access to Ala Moana was not very convenient. The Pink Line doesn't come on time, and sometimes it's too full to board, plus there are all sorts of people riding it, so I hardly used it.

I recommend choosing a trolley that fits your travel purpose.

まず、引き換えの窓口で、散々な態度をとられ、ハワイ初日に最悪な気分になりました。5年ぶりの海外旅行で、平和ボケしてたんだと言い聞かせてイライラしないようにしてました。

運転手さんはみんないい人でした！
東オアフルートは行ったことない人にはおすすめです！が、朝の便は立ち乗りの人もいるくらい混みます。午後は空いてるそうです。（決められた曜日の午前しか立ち寄らない場所がありました）

買い物中心の旅だったので、アラモアナへのアクセスが悪く、使い勝手はあんまりでした。
ピンクラインは時間通りになんて来ないし、いっぱいで乗られないこともあるし、いろんな人が乗っているし、ほぼ使いませんでした。

ご自身の旅の目的に合わせて、トロリーを選ぶことをおすすめします。

Eight years ago, my daughter, who was in elementary school, said she wanted to see it again, so we participated. Unlike last time, we had a buffet meal before the show started. I think the content of the show was almost the same as before. We enjoyed the look-alike show, hula, and fireman show, among other things.

8年前に小学生だった娘がまた見たいと言うので、参加しました、前回と違いショーが始まる前にビュッフェでお食事、ショーの内容は前回とほぼ同じような感じだったと思います。そっくりさんショーとフラやファイアーマンショーなど楽しめました。

Excellent experience! Andrew was amazing! So much fun! He let us touch some
Marine life! So exciting! I would definitely recommend to family and friends! It was well organized and just amazing! Book the snorkeling early it's better! The location is perfect!

Our overall experience was good however there were a few bad eggs that turned the whole excursion sour. Mica, the young blonde girl, and Yoshi were all great staff members and added a positive outlook to our experience. However, Chad was a looming storm cloud that would ruin any fun and exuded a negative aura that lasted the whole trip.

After Mica gave us a rundown of the safety procedures, sign language and other diving fundamentals, we were given another debrief of these things by Chad. The experience was night and day. Mica was actually teaching and explaining how and why we do those things while Chad was quizzing us and giving condescending answers that weren't very helpful. When we would ask for clarification he would act like it's a quiz and would be hesitant to give us a straightforward answer. His tone was very condescending and he made us feel stupid despite us being brand new divers. Instead of quizzing us, how about answering our clarifying questions about the loads of safety information that we took in 20 minutes prior?

During the first dive, I was lucky enough to get Mica as my instructor and he was great. However, Chad was not a helpful instructor and ALL the members of my group who had the displeasure of learning from him had a negative experience. These main issues remained constant in all their experiences with Chad: he was not helpful, he was dismissive of your concerns, and he expected you to know what to do already. I witnessed his teaching when I was on the boat and I could see the difference in my experience with Mica versus what Chad offered.

He needs more empathy and consideration for others, especially new divers. It's funny because I mentioned that I wanted to dive with Mica because he is chill but he overheard, got jealous, and said, "What did you say about Mica? I am the best diver". It is his attitude and teaching style that make him a great instructor not simply his skills. Chad needs a reality check to fix his attitude.

My first parasailing experience! I forgot that I get seasick and decided to give it a try... and off I went into the sky! It was stable up there, so it wasn't scary at all, and the view was breathtaking. I recommend taking motion sickness medication for those who get seasick. It was a wonderful experience.

そのまま空へ！上空は安定していたので怖くはなく絶景でした。船酔いする方は酔い止め薬をおすすめ致します。良い体験をさせて頂きました。

I was worried because the online reservation couldn't be completed due to an app malfunction, but the staff on-site were very kind and helpful. The staff on the boat were also Japanese, and although we were the only ones, they were considerate and we had a great time.

オンライン予約が、アプリの不具合で完結しない状態で心配していましたが、現地にいたスタッフの方が親切に対応して頂きました。
船上のスタッフの方も日本人が、私たちだけでしたが、きをつかって頂き楽しい時間を過ごせました。

Parasailing was amazing! My group had an awesome time. The service was great, very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

I initially thought it would be an ordinary show since it started with hula dancing, but I enjoyed the diverse content, including impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, fire attractions, and aerial descents reminiscent of Cirque du Soleil. The theater also had a retro feel, creating a nice atmosphere.

After the show, the dancers from the Elvis and fire attraction were waiting near the exit, and I was pleased with the hospitality as they were willing to take commemorative photos. In the U.S., where prices are high, I appreciate it when shows like this offer discounted tickets.

フラダンスから始まったので、最初は凡庸なショーかなと思っていましたが、エルビスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんのショーや、ファイヤーアトラクションやシルクドソレイユを思わせる空中からの人の降下など、多彩な内容で楽しめました。劇場もレトロ感があり、良い雰囲気でした。
ショーが終わった後、エルビスとファイヤーアトラクションのダンサーが出口付近に待機しており、記念写真の撮影に応じてくれるなど、おもてなし感にも満足しました。米国は物価が高く、今回のショーのように、値引き販売してくれると、うれしいです。

I participated with my husband, who has a fear of heights. It wasn't scary at all, and we had a great time! We arrived right on time for the meeting, but as soon as we got there, we hurried to sign in and boarded the boat. It seems we took the previous ferry. We were the only Japanese people, making a total of 10 participants. We were able to place our luggage at our feet. I brought a bath towel, but in the end, I didn't use it. We got off the bus at the Hilton and walked to the meeting point, but we got a bit lost on the way, so I think it's better to allow some extra time.

高所恐怖症の主人と参加。全く怖くなく楽しめました！集合時間ピッタリに着きましたが、着いた早々急いでサインして、船に乗りました。恐らくひとつ前の便に乗ったようです。日本人は私たちだけで合計10人でした。荷物も足元に置けました。バスタオルを持っていきましたが、結果使わなかったです。ヒルトンでバスを降りて集合場所まで行きましたが、辿り着くまでの道が少し迷いましたので、ゆとりをもって行った方がよいと思います。

The two-hour private rental was amazing, with a fantastic view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the ocean! Swimming while anchored was also very refreshing! I highly recommend it for families and friends!

We participated with a family of eight right at sunset! It was amazing to enjoy the beautiful scenery while sipping on our favorite drinks like Mai Tais and pineapple juice! Families with small children were having fun going in and out of the deck and the room. We were able to leave our bags in the room and enjoy ourselves freely on the deck with drinks in hand. The restrooms were separated by gender, which was reassuring.
Next time I go to Hawaii, I definitely want to join again at sunset!

ちょうどサンセットの時間帯に家族8人で参加しました！　マイタイ、パイナップルジュース…それぞれが好きなドリンクを飲みながら本当に素敵な景色で最高でした！小さなお子さんを連れて参加の方はデッキに出たり部屋に入ったりして楽しまれてました。荷物も部屋に置くことができてドリンクを片手にデッキの好きな所で自由にそれぞれが楽しんでいました。トイレも男女別々にあって安心できました。
次ハワイに行った時もまたサンセットの時間に参加したいです！

We participated as a couple. Since the explanations were in English, I didn't understand everything, but we were able to enjoy the atmosphere. It was a fun time talking with the Japanese people who were also on board. I was a bit worried about needing the restroom after drinking too many Mai Tais, but there was a restroom on the boat, so I felt relieved. I was a little surprised to find a restroom in such a place, but several people, both men and women, used it.

The night view of Waikiki from the sea was amazing, and the Hilton fireworks were a different experience compared to viewing them from land, making it feel luxurious. At one point, we raised the sails and went sailing, which was quite fast and refreshing.

英語での説明なのでよくわからなかったんですが、雰囲気で盛り上がることができました。
同乗していた日本人の方ともお話できて楽しい時間でした。
マイタイを飲み過ぎるとトイレが心配されてますが、船にはトイレがあるので安心です。こんなところにトイレが、ちょっとビックリでしたが、男性、女性とも何人かの方が利用してました。

洋上から眺めるワイキキの夜景は素晴らしく、ヒルトンの花火は陸から見るのとは一味違い、贅沢な気分でした。
途中、帆を上げてセーリング、結構な速さで爽快でした。

There are various sunset cruises, but I chose this one because it also offers water activities. There were hardly any Japanese people, but it was more fun than I imagined! Two cute dogs greeted us. I'm not great with animals, but they were very calm, so it was totally fine. We jumped into the sea from the boat using a slide and floated on a float! We were lucky to see a big double rainbow! Drinks are available for a fee starting at $3. I enjoyed a cocktail. It says no outside food or drink, but there were people with their own bottles. There's a shop in the harbor waiting area after check-in, so some people bought shave ice or soft serve and ate while boarding. There are plenty of floats to attach around your waist, so even if you're not a strong swimmer, I think you'll enjoy it. Please make sure to wear a swimsuit!

サンセットクルーズは色々ありますが、海遊びもできるとの事で選びました。
日本人はほとんどいなかったけど、想像以上に楽しかった！
可愛いワンチャンが2匹お出迎え。わたくし動物は苦手ですが、とても大人しいので全然大丈夫でした。
ボートから海にスライダーで飛び込んだり、フロートで浮いたり！大きなダブルレインボーも見えてラッキー！
ドリンクは有料で3ドルから。私はカクテルを楽しみました。持ち込み不可とありますがマイボトル持ってる人もいましたよ。受付後のハーバーの待合でショップがあるのでシェイブアイスやソフトクリームを買って、食べながら乗り込む人も。
腰に付けるフロートがたくさんあるので、(ライフジャケットは限りあるかな？)泳ぎが苦手でも楽しめると思います。ぜひ水着着用で参加してください！
