This was a lesson in English. I mistakenly made a reservation for an English lesson instead of a Japanese one...
The other participants were also foreigners, and I couldn't understand most of the explanations, but it was really fun.
The instructor helped us catch the waves properly. Even though it was my first time, I was able to stand up, and I'm glad I signed up.
Since it was a male instructor, I think he was especially kind to the women (laughs).
They took a lot of photos during surfing, and those who wanted could buy them on a DVD-R for $30. Tips are separate, and there is a tip box after the lesson.
There were two instructors, but the one who said he was from California was particularly very kind and cool.
The rainbow I saw while being rocked by the waves was beautiful and became a wonderful memory.

The enviroment was definitely not a family one. I was disappointed because my children did not enjoy it like I thought they would because they felt uncomfortable.

YOU DO SEE TURTLES! Amazing experience- we saw 5 large sea turtles at the cleaning station. We had a large one come up for air literally right in front of us- I could have reached out and touched it! We also saw dolphins and several large fish. If you want to see turtles, this is the snorkel for you... If you're looking for a close-up of tropical fish - go to a different site. Cruise is very comfortable and a great view of the Waikiki beach front.

I wasn't expecting much from the hula and fire dance in Hawaii, but it was really great. I didn't understand much English, but I had a lot of fun. Before the show started, there were some fun booths where you could choose your favorite designs for temporary tattoos on your arms and legs... (it was free). With so many activities in HI being budget-breakers, this one delivers a really fun, relaxing evening at a very reasonable price. The mai tai's on board were enjoyable and refreshing. Booked this sailing sunset cruise for myself and my beautiful wife. We have done sailing sunset cruises before in Mexico so knew what to expect and initial indications were this would be pretty standard fare for what we've experienced. However, the desire was to be able to appreciate a couple hours sailing while appreciating a beautiful sunset. We weren't looking for anything grandiose. But, we were impressed by the all male staff not being over-the-top on trying to "cheese" up the cruise but were good to let the experience of the sunset be the excitement for the guests. However, about 40 minutes into the cruise the captain asked loudly if we wanted to see dolphins. He immediately swung the boat toward a school of Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins and we were fortunate to spend the next 10-15 minutes sailing along with them playing all around the boat including swimming and playing in the wake at the bow of the boat. There was a school of 50+ dolphins all around us. What an amazing exper

Very murky water not much to see, sub time was almost an hour off. Disapointed
This was one of the highlights of my vacation. My husband and I booked this activity before we arrived in Oahu, and I was actually a little nervous about it as it got closer. But, I have to say--this was a ton of fun. The other couples in our group were quite a bit younger than us--we are in our late forties--but I think this activity would be OK for almost any age and level of mobility. The crew was professional and skilled on the water, and everything felt safe and secure. And the ride was fantastic! The crew took pictures of the whole event and the memory card was available for purchase at the end of the ride for $30. These are some of my favorite vacation pictures, and proof to our kids that we did it! The flight itself was gentle. You gained height steadily and the views were terrific. The crew brought you back down, gave you a quick dunk in the ocean and landed you back on the boat. Go ahead and do this!
It was a wonderful show with singing and dancing. The two drinks included were just right. The meal was also delicious.

As a first time parasailer, I thought it was AMAZING! I would totally go again and recommend that others go too. Hawaii Parasailing is awesome! The boat crew (Captain Jason and, darn it, I don't remember his name) and the shuttle driver were superb!!! They made everyone on the outing feel special and happy. As "bigger" girls, we were thrilled to get to ride together. I have to say that the office staff has something to be desired though. The girls were rude and condesending. I did not like dealing with them. But since we didn't have to deal with them too much it did not take away from the overall experience.
My friend wanted to parasail while she was visiting me on the island. I had never been and I am really glad we chose Hawaii Parasail. Hector made it easy and fun, not to mention, he was CUTE! :)
