The instructions and directions to the location where we could park was not specific for those of us who had never been in the area before (we paid $26 to park). Our emailed confirmation told us to check in at 6:45pm and the catamaran would set sail at 7pm. Our group was first to arrive with plenty of time for checking in. Our catamaran did not arrive to pick us up until 7:15pm and it took another 10 minutes after that to get us all checked in to board. Once onboard, we realized the mai tais were weak so we drank beer instead. This was a very slow-paced cruise. We would like to come back but are more likely to experience a different catamaran cruise than this one.

The performance was wonderful. Since I chose the premium seats, I was able to enjoy it well, and I could eat at the buffet without waiting. However... I felt like something was missing, and upon reflection, it was that I couldn't participate, just watching. When I came to Hawaii before, during the sunset cruise, there was dancing right in front of me, and jumping in to participate was so much fun.

First of all, even though the meeting place was our hotel, it took a while for the guide to be identified. It seems that the dancer who was performing was the guide. We saw other tourists talking to that dancer and being taken somewhere, so we decided to try asking them too, and we were able to arrive safely.

Then, there was a long line to the venue, and it took a lot of time before we could take our seats. Since we had reserved Golden Circle seats, we sat in the front row, and those in the Golden Circle were prioritized for food, so we could start eating quickly. However, those in the regular seats seemed to go for food more than 30 minutes later, so I definitely recommend reserving Golden Circle seats.

Also, when ordering beer, it seems that Japanese people are often perceived as looking younger, so they checked our age. In our case, they didn't ask for a passport, but if you're concerned, it might be a good idea to bring an ID that shows your age.

The show featured dancers changing outfits one after another, and we got to see various dances. Personally, I found the solo dance of a little girl to be incredibly cute!

まず、集合場所が自分たちの宿泊ホテルだったにも関わらず、案内人が判明するまで時間がかかりました(A；´･ω･)
ダンスパフォーマンスをしていたダンサーさんが案内人だったみたいですｗ
他の観光客らしき人たちが、そのダンサーさんに声をかけてどこかに連れて行かれるのを見て、試しに声をかけると、私たちも無事、到着できた感じです。

そして会場まで長蛇の列で、席につくまでとても時間がかかりました。
ゴールデンサークル席を予約していたので、一番前の席に座り、ゴールデンは食事を取りに行くのも優先なので、早く食べ始めることができましたが、普通席の方々は30分以上も後に食事を取りに行くかんじなので、ぜひゴールデンサークル席を予約されることをお勧めします☆

あとはビール注文時に、やはり日本人は若く見られるらしく年齢を確認されたので(20代後半の私)、私たちの場合はパスポート提示までは求められませんでしたが、心配な方は年齢がわかる身分証を持って行かれたほうが良いかと思います。

ショーはダンサーさん達が次から次へと着替え、色々なダンスを見ることができました☆
個人的に小さな女の子のソロダンスが可愛くて仕方なかったです+.(o´∀｀o).+

The show was in English, so I thought it would be more enjoyable if I understood the language, but the show itself was powerful and wonderful, so I was glad to participate. The food was decent, and it was interesting to have Hawaiian food as well. During the show, people celebrating their birthdays or those visiting for their honeymoon were brought to the front to be celebrated, which I think made for great memories. However, the Japanese honeymoon couple seemed a bit shy while dancing together to the live band.

ショーは英語なので、言葉が分かるともっと楽しめると思いましたが、ショー自体が迫力があってすばらしいので、参加して良かった。食事もまあまあで、ハワイアンフードもありめずらしかった。ショーの中で今日が誕生日の人や今回ハネムーンで訪れている人など特別な人が前にでてみんなにお祝いされるのも、いい思い出になると思いました。ただ、日本人のハネムーンカップルは生バンドに合わせて抱き合いながらのダンスはちょっとはずかしそうでしたよ。

I participated with a group of nine, including my friend's family. The singing, hula dancing, and fire dancing were impressive, and the children had a great time. I created wonderful memories with my friends.

My husband and I are from Vancouver, BC Canada. We came to Honolulu, Hawaii for our honeymoon. We decided to do something adventurous as newly weds so we decided to do parasailing! It was also our first time! I did a lot of research on the different parsailing companies and found that Oahu Parasailing did not have any accidents at all. They also had very good reviews so I booked with them through Hawaii Activities. We went with the 8:00am departure & 600ft parasail. On the day of, The driver picked us up at the front of our hotel which was in Waikiki. He was very friendly and knowledgable. While he drived us around the city he told us where to go, where to eat, where the best and cheap things were. He gave us great advice! After we were dropped off, we went into the boat with a group of Japanese tourists. The captian and his assistant were very nice. We joined with high expectations, as it was advertised that the rope length is 150 meters, the longest in Hawaii.

Since the parachute is pulled by a boat, it felt more like flying far from the boat rather than going high up.

The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above was wonderful.

However, both of my companions seemed to experience mild seasickness and parachute sickness, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication for those who are concerned.

上空から見るﾜｲｷｷの街並みやﾀﾞｲﾔﾓﾝﾄﾞﾍｯﾄﾞは
素晴らしかったです。

ただ、同乗した二人とも、
軽く船酔い&ﾊﾟﾗｼｭｰﾄ酔いしたみたいで、
心配な人は酔い止めの服用をお奨めします。

It was my first experience, but since all the explanations were in English, I had to rely mostly on gestures to understand before heading out to sea, which made me a bit anxious.

It feels like it would be tough if you don't speak English.

The staff will tell you the timing for takeoff, so it doesn't take long, and anyone can catch a wave.

I will participate again if I have the chance!!

初体験だったのですが、
説明がすべて英語だったので、
ほぼ身振り手振りで覚えて海に出たため、
多少不安もありました。

英語ができないと苦労する感じです。

ｽﾀｯﾌがﾃｲｸｵﾌのﾀｲﾐﾝｸﾞを教えてくれるので
そんなに時間がかからず、誰でも波に乗れますよ。

また機会があれば参加します!!

On the last day of our Golden Week trip, which was a Friday, we decided to participate in this highly rated activity of watching fireworks from a boat. After two hours, witnessing the ten-minute fireworks display was indeed a wonderful experience! However, while the food was tasty, I became anxious about whether I could eat much due to the boat's rocking for two hours (worried about seasickness). In the end, no one in my family could use the free drink tickets (two drinks each), and we barely managed to sip the first drink served.

Moreover, it was extremely cold. To protect my grandmother from the cold, we huddled together on the deck. Thankfully, we managed to avoid catching a cold until today, so it remains a good memory. The staff were cheerful and attentive to us, but considering all of this, I have to rate it accordingly.

Make sure to dress warmly if you go. I also recommend taking motion sickness medication before participating. Additionally, since the restroom is located at the bottom of the boat, I think it's best to avoid going to the restroom while on board to prevent seasickness. The sunset, the bright moon, and the view of Diamond Head illuminated by it were all wonderful, but I think one hour would have been sufficient.

GW旅行の最終日、金曜日だった為、花火を船上で見上げるのも一興かもね、と、皆さんの評価も高かった本アクティビティに参加しました。
2時間の末に見上げた10分の花火の饗宴を見上げたのはやはり素晴らしい経験でした！
が、食事は味はいいのですが、やはり食べると、2時間もつか（船酔いしてしまうのでは？）と不安になるくらい揺れるため、あまり食べることができず。
飲み物のフリーチケット（各２杯）は、結局家族のだれも使えず、最初のサービスの一杯に口をつけるのが精いっぱいでした。
そして、何より、超・寒かった。
祖母を寒さから守るため、身を寄せ合って甲板に座り、、結局今日まで風邪をひかないで済んだので、良い思い出ではありますが。
スタッフの皆さんは陽気で楽しく、我々にも大変気を使ってくださったのですが、、、そんなこんなで評価の星数です。
しっかり暖かい恰好をしていってください。
さらに、酔い止めは、しっかり飲んで参加をお勧めします。
また、船のトイレは船底にあるため、船上でトイレに行くのも、酔うのを避けるには、やめたほうがよいかと思います。
サンセットも、月が明るくなる様子もそれに照らし出されるダイヤモンドヘッドも素晴らしかったけど、１時間でいいです。。

On the last day, I made a reservation for the shuttle bus to the airport, which was supposed to pick me up at 3:00 PM, right on the day of my return.

The voucher indicated a departure at 10:30, so I arrived 15 minutes early, but it seems the daily departure is at 11:00. I was told to come back at 10:45, and in the end, the departure was at 11:15, so I had to wait quite a bit.

Still, the hour and a half boat trip was very pleasant, and it was a meaningful time to say goodbye to Hawaii on my last day.

Various yachts were sailing around, but this one took us further out and was faster, which made it a lot of fun.

Afterward, I washed my hands and feet at the water station by the hotel pool and quickly changed in the restroom on the first floor of the hotel.

Since I felt a bit sticky from the seawater, I recommend preparing a change of clothes in a small eco bag for the day of your return.

最終日。空港までのシャトルバスが15時に迎えに来るという、まさに帰国する日に予約をしました。

バウチャー券に10:30出航とあり15分前に行きましたが、毎日11:00出航のようで10:45に来てと言われ、結局11:15の出航で、だいぶ待ちぼうけをしました。

それでも1時間半の船旅は、とても気持ちが良く☆、ハワイにお別れをする最終日にとても相応しい☆、有意義な時間を過ごせました☆☆☆

色々なヨットが周りを走っていましたが、こちらのほうがより遠くへ行ってくれて、スピードもあって、とても楽しかったです♪

終わったあとは宿泊ホテルのプールに設置されている水道で手足を洗い、ホテル1階にあるトイレでささっと着替えをしました。

やっぱり海水で少しだけベタついたので、帰国日の際は、着替えをエコバックなどに小さく用意しておくことをおすすめします。

I thought it would be difficult, but it was even more challenging than I expected. It reminded me of the first time I went skiing. I was only able to stand up twice. I want to challenge myself again for a revenge attempt.

難しいとは思っていましたが予想以上でした。初めてスキーをやった時を思いだしました。立てたのはわずか2回。リベンジでまた挑戦したいと思っております。

It may have been a coincidence, but there were no other Japanese people besides us among the staff and passengers. It was mostly young Americans, which was very nice. The catamaran was also wonderful.

It's a boat that feels like a fish without substance, but it allows you to feel close to the sea, which is great. It's a fun experience that you don't get with larger boats.

Since I didn't plan to go into the ocean on this trip, I joined this tour hoping to see underwater life. First, we took a boat out to sea and switched to a submarine, and it was great to enjoy the beautiful view of Waikiki from the boat.

Once we switched to the submarine and dove into the ocean, I initially saw hardly any fish, just a few shadows in the distance, and I thought it would be like this the whole time. However, as we approached the reef, I was able to see a much larger school of fish than I had imagined, which made me very satisfied! It was much clearer to see with my own eyes than in photos. I think this activity is perfect for those who can't dive or snorkel.

I recommend the larger submarine that accommodates 64 people, as it has bigger windows. On the afternoon trip, the Japanese audio guide was provided through headsets, and I still enjoyed it a lot. However, listening to the English announcements, I noticed they provided various information tailored to the situation, so I believe the tour with a Japanese guide would be even more enjoyable.

今回の旅行では海に入る予定がなかったので、海の中が見れればいいとの思いでこのツアーに参加しました。
まずは船で沖に出て潜水艦に乗り換えるのですが、その船上からワイキキの美しい眺めを堪能できて良かったです。
潜水艦に乗り換えて海に潜ってしばらくは殆ど魚の影すら見えず、たまに遠くに魚影が見える程度でずっとこんな調子かなと思ったら、漁礁に近づくにつれて想像以上に大群の魚を見ることができて大満足でした！写真で見るより肉眼ではもっとはっきり見えました。ダイビングやシュノーケリングができない人にはもってこいのアクティビティだと思います。
潜水艦は64人乗りの窓が大きい方がおススメです。
午後の便で日本語はヘッドセットでの音声案内でしたが、それでも十分楽しめました。でも英語アナウンスを聞いていると、その場に合わせて臨機応変に色々な情報を提供していたので、やっぱり日本語ガイドの便の方がより楽しめると思います。

our family including my mum and friends went on this activity one of our friends got sick on the way out. I suffer from claustrophobia and was very surprised how big it was. The whole family enjoyed the experience we got to see three turtles would do it again.

It was simply amazing. This was the best part of the tour. The wind was quite strong and the waves were high, so we ended up soaking wet as if we had taken a shower, but that made it even more fun. My husband and I are already talking about participating again the next time we go to Hawaii. Despite the huge waves, I didn't feel seasick at all, which was incredibly enjoyable. The tour lasted about two hours and was reasonably priced, so I signed up with a casual mindset, but it turned out to be a great decision. On the way back to Waikiki Beach, we encountered sea turtles twice, which really boosted our excitement. When the staff threw out some food, a lot of fish came over, and that was great too. I highly recommend it.

とにかく面白いの一言です。
今回のツアーの中では最高でした。
風が結構あって波も高かったのでまるでシャワーをあびたようにびしょぬれ状態でしたが、そこがまた楽しくて今度ハワイに行った時も絶対に参加しようと主人と話しています。
あんなにすごい波なのに船に酔うという事が楽しすぎて全くありません。
時間も２時間位だしお値段も安いのでついでの様な気持ちで申し込んだツアーでしたが、大正解でした。
ワイキキの浜へ戻る時にウミガメと2回遭遇してまたテンションが上がりました。
スタッフの方が餌をまいたら沢山お魚が寄ってきてそれも良かったですよ。
かなりお勧めです。

I totally recommend this to anyone with a sense of adventure! The employees at the ticket booth were friendly and helpful. The boat captain and the guy in charge of strapping everyone in were very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone was punctual and professional. I went with my husband and father and they were happy to let us ride all together. We were 550 pounds all together and were slightly over the limit but they weren't remotely worried about it. We purchased the 850ft rope and I wish I had gone with the 1000ft. I was worried about the height but it was great! We had things going on later in the day and asked for a "dry landing", they did AWESOME. I wore shorts and a t-shirt but was prepared with extra clothes if I did get wet... (and I really expected to...) but despite the STRONG winds and high waves we were hitting they easily provided us what we asked. Other groups experienced getting their legs dipped to having their whole bodies practically dunked... they'll try to

A few years ago, I signed up for a "surfing experience" here. This time was my second, but since I'm still almost a beginner, I took a beginner lesson. Because the other participants were late, it ended up being a group lesson for just the two of us, which felt like a private lesson. The instructor was friendly and easy to talk to. My Japanese is at a word level, but it wasn't a problem.

As for surfing itself, the instructor pushed me from behind and helped me with the timing, which made it really easy to ride the waves (though it felt a bit like cheating...). I think they will adjust the lessons as your level improves, so I believe it's a great place.

The receptionist speaks Japanese, so I think it's fine even if you're worried about your English. Next time I go, I definitely want to take a lesson here again.

数年前に１回「体験サーフィン」としてここのを申し込みました。
今回は２回目だけどほぼ初心者ということで初心者用レッスンをしてもらいました。
他の参加者が寝坊？だったために二人でグループレッスン＝蝉プライベートでした。
先生は気さくで話をしやすかったです。
日本語は単語レベルですが、問題ありませんでした。

サーフィン自体は、先生が後ろから押してくれて、タイミングを教えてくれるという形なのですごく楽に波に乗れました（インチキですが・・・）。
レベルがあがればそれにあわせて教えてくれると思うので、いいところだと思います。

受付の人は日本語問題ないので、英語に不安があっても大丈夫だと思いますよ。
次回、また行く時にはぜひここでレッスンを受けたいと思いました。

I went to a luau show. I wasn't expecting much, as I didn't plan to go all the way to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

However, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I didn't understand the language, it felt like everyone could participate. The final fire dance was breathtaking. The dancers looked like they were having so much fun, which made it enjoyable for us too.

The meeting point was a bit hard to find, and the guidance wasn't sufficient, so I was a bit confused. I paid extra for good seats, but those who got in early were able to sit in the front. To get in early, you should stay a bit away on the Ala Moana side rather than at the meeting point. I think the guidance was provided early.

ルアウショーに行ってきました。
あまり期待していなかったのですけど、
ポリネシア文化センターとかまで行く気はなかったもので。

でも、いい方に裏切られました。
言葉はわからなくても、みんなで参加できた感じです。
最後のファイアーダンスは圧巻です。
ダンサーは皆さん、とっても楽しそうに踊っていて、
それがまた楽しかったです。

集合場所がちょっとわかりずらいのと、案内も十分では
なかったので、戸惑いました。
プラス料金でいい席を取りましたが、そのなかでも
早く会場に入ることができた方が一番前に座れます。
早く会場に入るには、
集合場所よりもアラモアナ側で遠巻きにしていること。
案内が早くされたと思います。

I was very satisfied with the 90-minute cruise while enjoying the view of Waikiki Beach. I was able to relax and forget about time.

９０分のワイキキビーチを眺めながらのクルージングに大満足。
時間を忘れながらのんびり出来ました。

This time, I participated with small children.
I recommend it for those who can't swim, get seasick, or small children who want to see marine life.
You can see a lot of sharks and tropical fish, and the kids were very happy!
Since it's air-conditioned, I recommend bringing a light jacket.

今回、小さい子供を連れての参加です。
泳げない人や、船酔いする人、小さいお子さんで海の生物を見たい人にはお勧めです。
鮫やら熱帯魚やらをたくさん見ることができ、子供たちもご機嫌！
冷房が利いているので、一枚羽織るものを思って行くことをお勧めします。

It looked like a lot of fun in an American style, but I was unfortunately seasick.

アメリカンなのりでとても楽しそうなんですけれど、船酔いしてしまい残念でした。

I applied for the Golden Circle Premium, but I was very disappointed as my seat was in a backstage-like area. I had high expectations for my first luau show. I arrived early, but the ticket exchange was not prioritized, and there were people who already had tickets while others were waiting in line, which was disappointing due to the lack of guidance. It felt like the seating was grouped by foreigners and Japanese. The food was delicious.

ゴールデンサークルプレミアムに申し込んだのですがせきが舞台裏のようなところでとても残念でした。初めてのルアウショーで期待をしていたのですが。早くから行っていたのですがチケットの交換が優先ではなく順番だった人もいればもうすでに持っている人がいたりで案内もなくがっかりでした。席が外国人と日本人とにグループ分けがしてあったかんじでした。料理は美味しかったです。

Before boarding the submarine, we traveled by boat, and the view from the sea was amazing. The performance... I was surprised when the submarine suddenly appeared. I boarded the submarine with high expectations. However, I was disappointed that there were fewer types of fish than I had imagined... I wanted to see turtles.

潜水艦に乗る前に船で行くのですが海から見た景色が素晴らしかった。パフｵｰマンス・・潜水艦が突然出てきた時はビックリしちゃいました。期待して潜水艦に乗りこみました。でも、自分が想っていたよりも魚の種類が少なかったのがっかり・・亀に会いたかった。

On the day, it was quite windy and cold. The paper cups with drinks were being blown around quite a bit. Since everything was in English, I felt like I was just kind of looking at it... The fire dance was amazing. As for the food, it was just okay.

当日は風も強くて寒かったです。
飲み物の入った紙コップも結構飛ばされていました。
全て英語なのでなんとなく見ているという感じで・・・
ファイヤーダンスはすごかった。
食事はこんなののかな？くらいです。

The sunset viewed from the catamaran was amazing. The wind is strong over the sea, and it gets quite cool in the evening, so don't forget to bring a light jacket!

When the catamaran first set sail, I relaxed while slowly enjoying the view of Waikiki Beach with a Mai Tai in hand! However, once we got out to sea, the waves were high, and the boat swayed significantly back and forth, making it very difficult to stand. Many people got splashed and soaked... it was full of thrills. (I'm not sure if this is always the case...)

カタマランが出帆した当初はワイキキビーチの景色をゆっくり見ながらマイタイを口に含み十分リラックス！ところが沖に出ると波が高く前後左右に大きく揺れ、とても立って居られません。波しぶきを浴び、びしょ濡れになった人も多く・・・スリル満点でした。（いつもなのかどうかは分かりませんが・・）

Wonderful time out on the water, Capt. Andrew was wonderful as well as his crew, they were fabulous!! Would definately go again!!

I participated in a look-alike show. I was really looking forward to seeing my favorite, Michael, and I thought I didn't know much about Elvis or Elton's songs, but once it started, I realized that all the songs were ones I had heard on dramas and radio, and I enjoyed them a lot. The singing was excellent, and when Elvis winked at me, I couldn't help but feel a thrill.

And then, finally, Michael appeared! Having grown up watching his music videos countless times, I briefly thought, "Wait, is he a bit chubby? Are his legs a little short?" But the lighting effects, sharp dance moves, and beautiful singing voice were just like Michael himself. It was mesmerizing.

Since I applied from the green room, my seat was right in front of the stage, in the center, so the performers came close to me one after another. The stage was an exciting entertainment experience, but the time spent in the green room and backstage/stage tour also provided a special feeling, so I highly recommend it.

The dinner was also very delicious, and I left feeling full.

I would love to go to this show again when I visit Hawaii next time. Thank you for a wonderful time!

そっくりさんショーに参加しました。
大好きなマイケルを楽しみにしていてエルビスやエルトンの曲はよく知らないな、と思っていましたが、始まってみるとドラマやラジオで聞いていて知っている曲ばかりで楽しめました。歌もとてもうまくてエルビスにウィンクされ思わずときめいてしまいました。
そしていよいよマイケル登場！ミュージックビデオなどを何度も見て育った私は「あれ、ぽっちゃり？ちょっと足が短い？」と一瞬思いましたが、照明効果やキレのあるダンスそして美しい歌声はマイケルそのものでした。うっとりです。
グリーンルームで申し込んだので席もステージの目の前、ど真ん中だったのでパフォーマーたちが続々と近くまで来てくれました。
ステージも大興奮のエンターテイメントですが、グリーンルームでの時間や楽屋／ステージ見学も特別感が味わえるのでおすすめです。
ディナーもとてもおいしくてお腹いっぱいになりました。

次ハワイに行ってもまた行きたいショーです。楽しい時間をありがとう！
