I didn't have high expectations for the massage at the resort, but it was quite skilled compared to those I've received in Japan. (It also suited me well.) There was no unnecessary chatter during the treatment, allowing me to relax completely.

The 60-minute course included acupressure (back) → oil massage (back) → oil massage (feet) → oil massage (decollete & neck/head), and the balance was great, leaving me feeling refreshed. If it was this good, I wish I had opted for a longer course!

If time and money allow, I think it would be perfect to have a short course after arriving in Hawaii and a longer course on the evening of the last day.

One thing to note is that there are no paper underwear provided, so you'll be treated in your own underwear. There is that lingering feeling from the oil massage on your skin and some dishevelment of your hair, so it's a good idea to plan this for the end of your outing or bring a hat for reassurance.

I believe getting two treatments here is more worthwhile than one at a luxury hotel!

リゾート地のマッサージには期待をしてませんでしたが、日本で今まで受けてきたのと比べてもかなり上手いマッサージでした。(相性もあるので、上手い＆私に合っていた)
施術中の無駄話も一切なくリラックス出来ました。
指圧(背面)→オイルマッサージ(背面)→オイルマッサージ(足)→オイルマッサージ(デコルテ＆首・頭)で60分のコースでしたがバランスも良くスッキリしました。こんなに上手なら、もう少し長いコースにすれば良かったー！
お金と時間が許すならハワイ到着後に短いコース、ハワイ最終日の夕方に長いコースをやると最高だと思います。
注意点として、紙パンツなどはないので自前の下着での施術になります。
オイルマッサージ特有の肌に残る感じ＆髪の毛の乱れはありますので、お出かけの最後にするか帽子の準備などがあると安心です。
高級ホテルのマッサージ1回やるより、こちらで2回受ける方がお得だと思いますよ〜！

It was my first time surfing, and there was a staff member who was friendly and spoke Japanese well, which helped me manage to stand up! Since I had a one-year-old child, my husband and I took turns participating, but we managed to ride the waves about 5 or 6 times in total. The two hours flew by, and it was a wonderful experience! I was so into it that I didn't even notice they were taking photos. This time was beginner-friendly, so next time I’d like to challenge myself with slightly bigger waves!

初サーフィンでしたが、日本語が上手で気さくなスタッフさんが1人いらっしゃり、なんとか立ち上がれました！
一歳の子供がいたので主人と2人で交替しながらの参加でしたが、合計5,6回は波に乗れました。あっという間の２時間でしたが、とても良い経験ができました！
写真は撮られていることにも全く気付かないくらいでした。
今回は初心者向けだったので、次回はもう少し高い波にも挑戦してみたいです♪

It was exciting to go parasailing after a long time. The moment we went up, there was a bit of speed, but before I knew it, we were quite high up, and it felt amazing. The pickup and the entire process were smooth without any long waits. Since it was the first tour of the day, it was great for planning the rest of the day's activities.

久しぶりのパラセイリングでドキドキでした。
上に上がる瞬間は少しスピードがありましたが、あっという間にかなり高い所まであがり、すごく気持ちよかったです。
お迎えから終了まで特に待たされる事もなくスムーズな案内でした。
朝一のツアーなので、そのあとの予定も組みやすくて良かったです。

Unfortunately, it was a cloudy sky with light rain. The boat ride and the captain's performance were fun, but it really depends on the weather. The 150 meters was not scary at all; it could have been even higher, haha. It’s a bit chilly in the early morning, so a rash guard or something to wear is essential! Also, I asked for photos, but it seems there was a miscommunication? The person I was with also requested photos, but it seems that didn’t go through either, so we couldn’t buy any photos after all.

ボートの移動やキャプテン？のパフォーマンスなどは楽しかったけれど、やはり天候次第でしょうか。150メートルは全然怖くなかったです。もっともっと高くてもいいかも笑
朝早くの方は肌寒いのでラッシュガードなど羽織りものは必須です！
あと写真お願いしたのに通じてなかった？一緒の方もお願いしていたのに、通じてなかったらしく、やはり写真は買えませんでした。

Had a great time cruising and enjoying the drinks included in the price of the ticket. Even saw a pod of spinner dolphins swimming and dancing along side us. The special drink consisted of pop juice and rum and was super tasty. Crew was very friend,day and helpful. Highly recommend.

Once again, I went on the boat. My wife wasn't very enthusiastic because she got seasick last year, but maybe the seasickness medicine worked, as she enjoyed watching the fireworks while drinking beer. I really like the view of the fireworks and the night scenery from here. Also, when I look up, I can see Orion beautifully. You should try it at least once.

This year, I knew the weather wouldn't be good, so the raincoat from the 100 yen shop came in handy. It doesn't let the wind through, so it was useful in various places. I think I will probably participate again next time.

またまた、乗りました。妻は昨年、船酔いしてしまいあまり乗り気ではなかったけども船酔い止めの薬が効いたのか、ビールを飲みながら、花火を鑑賞してました。私はここから見る花火と夜景が気に入ってます。また、上を見上げるとオリオン座が綺麗に見えます。一度、体験してみてください。
今年は、天気が良くないとわかっていたので、百均ショップのレインコートが役に立ちました。風も通さないので、いろんな場所で活躍。
多分、次回も参加すると思います。

This was my first dinner show other than hula, despite having been to Hawaii over 20 times.

First, I received a pass to wear around my neck and was allowed priority entry after watching the hula from a special entrance. Then, I was taken to the green room of Elvis's dressing room. While enjoying some snacks and a welcome drink, I chatted and took photos with a beautiful performer, and then the manager came to guide us backstage.

After that, we had dinner at a table right in front of the stage. I wasn't expecting much from the meal, but it turned out to be one of the top three best course meals I've had in Hawaii—it was incredibly delicious.

Just as we finished our meal, the show began. The performance was fantastic, with not only singers but also dancers who performed not just hula but ballet as well. The music was impressive enough to satisfy even those of us who are particular about sound quality. Since our table was right in front of the stage, we could hear the singer's breathing and footsteps, which added to the excitement. At one point, Elvis came down from the stage, draped something like a scarf around my neck, and surprised me with a kiss on the cheek!

After the show, I was able to take photos with the stars at the exit using my own camera, and I got autographs on the photos taken in the green room. The hospitality, food, and show were all wonderful, making it a dreamlike experience.

ハワイは20回目以上ですがフラ以外のディナーショーははじめてでした。
まず首から掛けるパスをいただき、特別な入り口でフラを見てから優先入場させていただき、エルビスの楽屋のグリーンルームに通されます。
おつまみとウェルカムドリンクをいただきながらパフォーマーの美しいお姉さんとお話したり写真を撮ってもらっていると支配人が来られてバックステージを案内してくださいます。
その後ステージの目の前のテーブルで食事をいただきます。
その食事はあまり期待していませんでしたが、ハワイで食べたコース料理の中でもベスト3には入るぐらいとってもおいしかったです。
ゆっくりと食事を終えた頃にショーが始まります。
このショーも、歌手はもちろん、ダンサーもフラだけでなくバレエなどもされているようなパフォーマンスで、演奏もちょっと音楽にはうるさい私たちも満足するすばらしさ。テーブルが舞台の目の前なので歌手の方の息使いや足音も聞こえて迫力満点でした。途中にエルビスが舞台から降りて来られ、首にスカーフのようなものを掛けてほっぺたにキスしてくれてビックリ!!
ショーが終わっても出口でスターと自分のカメラで写真をとっていただけ、グリーンルームで撮っていただいた写真にサインしてもらえました。
おもてなし、食事、ショー、どれをとってもすばらしくて夢のようなひとときでした。

This is my second time. You can feel the wind and enjoy Hawaii with the handsome captain and quite a few foreign guests. Last time, there was a natural surprise with dolphins swimming alongside us, but this time we saw whales in the distance. However, the meeting point was different from two years ago and was still hard to find this time. The description mentioned white chairs on the beach, but in reality, it was the option reception counter that I approached just to be sure. The meeting point always makes me a bit nervous.

2回目です。風を感じて、(毎回)イケメンの船長と、結構外国の方も多いので、ザ.ハワイを楽しめます。前回はイルカが並走してくれるという自然のサプライズがあったのですが、今回は遠目のクジラが見れました。ただ、前回の2年前と集合場所が違い、今回もわかりにくかったです。
説明ではビーチに、白い椅子とあったのですが、実際は念のために話しかけたオプション受付カウンターでした。集合場所はいつもドキドキします。

There were hardly any Japanese people, and I had a great time surrounded by foreigners while listening to music on the boat! Since it was February, I was able to see whales about four times from different directions. I really enjoyed it.

日本人がほぼいなくて、外国の方に囲まれて音楽聞きながら船に乗って凄く楽しかったです！2月ということもあり、クジラが4回くらい色々な方面から見ることが出来た。すごく満喫出来ました。

It was my first time paragliding, and it was incredibly fun. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't do it solo (everyone had to go within an hour) and that it was only for 10 minutes, which was short.

初めてのパラセイリングでしたが最高に楽しかったです。ただ、残念なのは単独ではできなかったこと（1時間以内にすべての人を実施する）と10分間と短かったことです。

The crew was amazing and the drinks were great! Its our second time using this boat/company and would do it again! The fireworks are amazing from the water.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a afternoon getaway the crew is outstanding in everything from getting cold beverages to handling the ship. Best deal on waikiki next time it will be the sunset cruise.

We departed from the ship and gradually increased in height while enjoying the wind. I chose the 150m plan, and I felt almost no fear, fully enjoying the views of Hawaii's cityscape and mountains from the sea. The round-trip transportation was provided by someone who spoke Japanese, and I was able to hear helpful advice about shopping and other useful information.

船上から出発して、風を見ながら徐々に高さが増していきました。150mのプランにしましたが、恐怖心はほとんどなく、海上からハワイの街並みや山を満喫できました。
往復の送迎は日本語の分かる方で、買い物のアドバイスなど、参考になる話を聞かせていただけました。

The round-trip boat ride was thrilling and a lot of fun, with plenty of speed. The weather was great, with a nice breeze, making it perfect for sailing. Even taking photos with my smartphone brought a smile. It's a unique experience that you can't usually have, and I highly recommend it for those who love heights.

往復のボートもスピードを出してくれてスリル満点でとても楽しかった。
お天気も良く、適度に風がふいて、絶好のセイリング日和でした。

I participated with nine friends.
There was a guide who was familiar with Japanese, and the humorous people made it a wonderful memory!
It was my first time surfing, and I really appreciated the guide who joyfully celebrated when I caught a wave, as well as the guide who took photos for us. Thank you!
The shallow water and the many cuts from the coral are also part of the memories.

This is my second time. It really puts you in the mood for Hawaii while listening to music. During this trip in February, I encountered whales due to the season. It rained, but the rainbow seen from the sea was beautiful. However, it does get chilly in the evening, so I recommend bringing a light jacket. The staff is friendly, and although they don't speak Japanese, it wasn't a problem at all.

今回で2回目です。音楽を聴きながら、これぞハワイという気分にしてくれます。今回の参加は2月で季節柄クジラにも遭遇しました。雨も降りましたが、海から見る虹も良かったです。ただ、やはり夕方なので冷えてきます。一枚羽織るものを持って行くことをおすすめします。スタッフはフレンドリーで日本語は通じませんが困ることはありません。

I participated in this as one of the activities for my honeymoon! I was worried because the weather forecast predicted rain, but on the day of the event, it was beautifully clear, and the view from above was amazing!! I did feel a bit seasick on the boat after the parasailing experience, which was a little tough, but since the boat was moving relatively fast, the wind felt nice, and I managed to endure it while others were experiencing the activity! I also purchased the photos they took, and there were some great shots of the surrounding scenery! I think it's best to keep your luggage to a minimum and wear something over your swimsuit.

新婚旅行のアクティビティの１つとして参加しました！天気予報が雨だったので心配しましたが、当日はとても快晴で空からの眺めは最高でした！！私はパラセーリングの体験の後の船で船酔いし、少し辛かったですが、比較的スピードを出して動いているので風が気持ちよく、他の方が体験されている間なんとか耐えられました！写真も撮ってもらったデータを購入しましたが、周りの景色などの写真もありとても良かったです！！荷物は最小限で水着の上に何か羽織っていくと良いと思います。

activity instructions were not clear as there are 2 Outrigger hotels on Waikiki beach- maybe that can be made clear for future bookings.

safety instructions were good and snorkelling excellent with 2 helpers in the water to show where the turtles and fish were and keep you in the area. Waves were picking up when we left and I'm not a good sailor, so I didnt have any snacks or drinks . Sails were raised and all the crew were very good for the sail around the harbour.

I saw it two years ago, and this time I watched it from the Diamond Seat. As expected from a Hilton show, the level of the dancers was high, and my whole family was very satisfied. However, I'm concerned about what would happen if it started to rain heavily, although it was just a light rain this time and it stopped quickly.

2年前にも見ましたが、今回もダイヤモンドシートで見ました。やはりヒルトンのショウだけあって、ダンサーのレベルも高く、家族全員大満足でした。ただし心配なのは今回は小雨ですぐやんだので大丈夫でしたが、途中で大雨になったらどうなるのかな？？

It was the perfect excursion! Went on a 2 hour boat ride with really chill dudes, they took us out to the perfect spot and wet hot close to a bunch of turtles, and finally finished off our trip with some stuff drinks and a relaxing return back to the beach. Highly recommend!

Wow! We had such a good time on the boat this morning. Was convenient to get the boat at 10.30 just after breakfast from right on the beach. Crew were friendly and just a short journey out to Turtle Canyon! The crew were fun and helpful, and when we got to Turtle Canyon we were lucky enough to see 6+ turtles, many fish and the crew/ lifeguard/ guide pointed out a few extra interesting things. We had plenty of time to be in the water looking at the turtles, most people returned to the boy long before they had to and enjoyed a few drinks in a beautiful setting.
We looked out for whales or dolphins on the way back but didn’t get lucky, Aparently they are there though and can sometimes be seen.
They provided life jackets which were good to snorkel with as don’t have to take too much effort to stay floating and can easily deflate if you want to dive down.
Not was not too crowded, we had only about 15 people but they did say they can do up to 49 people and I imagine that would be very crowded!
At turtle canyon there were quite a few other boats but if you were patient it wasn’t that bad in the water snorkeling around, just watch out for any collisions with other swimmers!
The crew were good and kept an eye on us in the water at all times too, letting people know if they were going too far or anything and also pointing out where the turtles are!
In summary, something we would love to do again and would certainly recommend to any other people visiting Hawaii!
There isn’t much shade on the bot was one thing with nothing - so take a hat if it’s a sunny day!
Crew were very generous providing drinks on board too! I’d be surprised if anyone managed to have all three free drinks though after the snorkel (no alcohol before swimming) it’s only 20 mins back to the beach.

On the morning of the day, when the shuttle bus arrived at the location, I was told that it was canceled. The day before, there had been bad weather, and as a result, the sea was murky. I changed my reservation to the latest time at 3 PM, thinking it might be better in the afternoon. However, the visibility was only about a meter. I felt that this was unacceptable, especially since I had paid over 15,000 yen. I think it would be completely different if I went on a nice day. I wish there had been a half-price refund system.

当日朝、送迎バスが現地に到着したときに、キャンセルになりましたと言われました。前日天候が悪い日があり、そのため海が濁ってるとのこと。午後ならいけるかもしれないと予約を変更して一番遅い3時になることに。しかしながら透明度がメートルほどでした。一万五千円以上払ってるのに、これはないなぁと思ったりもしました。天気の良い日に行くと全然違うんですよね、多分。半額バック制度があればよかったなー

It was easy to participate since they came to pick me up at the hotel!

The people were very friendly, and I was able to have enjoyable conversations.

They took a lot of photos (for an additional fee), and I received beautiful pictures.

I had a great time with stunning views of Hawaii, and it became a memorable experience filled with fun and excitement!

The fireworks were very beautiful. Since I was looking forward to the fireworks, it was great.

However, due to the unfortunately cloudy sky, I couldn't enjoy the starry sky, which made it feel a bit too long for families with children.

The night view of Waikiki was beautiful, but it was cold and dark, and one cold drink was enough. After the fireworks festival, I wanted to return to the shore quickly.

花火はとても綺麗に見えました。花火が目当てだったので、良かったです。

ただ、あいにくの曇り空だったため、星空を楽しむ事が出来なかったこともあり、子連れファミリーにとっては、時間が長すぎる感じでした。

ワイキキの夜景は綺麗に見えましたが、寒いし暗いしで、冷たいドリンクも一杯でじゅうぶんだし、花火大会が終わったら早く岸に戻りたかったです。

We took the 12 pm tour and boarded the catamaran from the beach. It only took 10 minutes to motor out to the snorkel site so it was not far from shore. There were 3-4 other boats with groups in the same area but there was plenty of space. We snorkeled until everyone had returned to the boat. Then the crew raised the sail and we had a great time coasting over the beautiful blue water, returning just inside of the 3 hour advertised time. Free snacks (chips, granola bars) were provided and you could buy drinks.

The crew were funny, friendly, and gave clear instructions. They kept watch over us during the snorkel. They regularly checked up on each guest after the snorkel to make sure everyone was comfortable. I wear glasses, and have a -5.25 prescription. They had prescription goggles on board that were -6.0 and I was able to see so clearly without my glasses! We saw a group of spinner dolphins on the way out, and I saw 5 different sea turtles below us during the snorkel. Several of them surfaced to breathe close by which was amazing! We saw a baby octopus, and lot of beautiful fish. The crew member in the water with us was good to caution people to give the turtles their space which was important.

Advice: you are barefoot to board the boat and on the boat, and you store your bag and shoes in cubby holes on board. It's good to bring a sun shirt so your back doesn't burn. You do get cold while snorkeling, but less so if you keep moving. Bring a towel and warm clothes to wear after if you tend to get cold. Hats will fly away easily so you need one with a draw string. They provide sunscreen if you forget your own. I took gravol before the trip, so I'm not sure if I needed it!

It was unusually cold in Hawaii, but it was great that we didn't get caught in the rain that day. We were lucky to see the whales spouting water. It's best to wear something that can get wet when getting on and off the boat, as the waves can splash. It was also nice that we could get refills on drinks.

ハワイでも珍しく寒かったですが。当日は、雨にも当たらず良かったです。くじらの潮吹きも見れてラッキーでした。船の乗り降りの階段で、波が、かかるた濡れても良い格好が良いですね。飲み物おかわりokも良かったです。

I booked this tour back around August of 2018 for a February 2019 trip. The original date was supposed to be Sunday morning on their first tour; however, they reached out to us on Saturday morning to notify us rescheduling might be required, as the island was going to be hit with an extremely severe storm over the weekend. Sure enough, Sunday morning came, and it was determined the waters were too unstable to enjoy a safe snorkeling experience. We were able to re-book to Monday afternoon, with the hopes the waters would mellow out and clear up by then. We arrived at the meeting spot, and right as we were about to disembark, we were notified the waters were still too dangerous. We were then given the option to either reschedule, or go sail with them for an hour or so, and get a refund on the snorkeling portion. Given we were leaving the following day, we were unfortunately unable to reschedule, and opted for the sailing. The captain, Ryan, and the rest of the crew were all wonderful, and made it a memorable experience. We were out sailing for around an hour and a half, and the views were breathtaking. They also provided everyone a few free drinks to help make up for the inconvenience, and the free snacks provided were much appreciated. While we never got to enjoy the snorkeling itself, I can vouch for the company and their customer service. Thank you for turning lemons to lemonade! Also, in February it was a bit chilly, so I would recommend a light jacket, and definitely sunglasses :)

The boat staff were very nice, but the weather before this activity wasn’t ideal, so that is part of why this review isn’t stellar. Also, the tour said that snorkelling equipment including fins was provided. Fins were not. They are actually very helpful for staying buyouant, especially in rougher waters like we had, so we were counting on them. The area was VERY busy, with many tour groups out there, so it wasn’t a very pleasant snorkelling experience - as you kept getting kicked in the face. I wouldn’t recommend this - find a nice spot and go on your own.

The day before, there was a storm like a typhoon, and the departure was canceled, but we were able to participate in the sunset sailing the next day. As everyone has mentioned, the Mai Tai was delicious. There were many people who were not Japanese, and everyone was enjoying the atmosphere while drinking. We were on a family trip, and our children, who are in 2nd and 6th grade, also had a great time. I think it was a great decision to choose this sunset sailing on the last day of our trip. I recommend this option over the luxurious sunset cruise because it is more reasonable and enjoyable. Please give it a try; I believe you will have the same impression as I did.

前日は台風のような嵐で、出航中止になりましたが、翌日のサンセットセーリングに参加できました。皆さんが書いている通りマイタイがおいしかったです。日本人以外の方も多く、お酒を飲んで皆楽しい雰囲気でした。私達は家族旅行だったのですが、小学2年と6年の子ども達も楽しむ事ができました。旅行の最終日にこのサンセットセーリングにしてとても良かったと思っています。食事の豪華なサンセットクルーズよりも、私はリーズナブルで楽しめるこちらの方がお勧めです。ぜひ一度体験してみて下さい。私と同じ感想を持たれると思います。
