We visited again in November, just like last year, but this year we faced terrible weather with strong waves and cold temperatures, making it quite challenging. However, my two elementary school-aged sons remembered last year and chatted a lot with the crew! It seems that this year the honu (sea turtles) came very close to us! Although I didn't snorkel with my face in the water, I played in a spot where I could stand and took pictures, and the turtles came right up close to me!

At SAP, the rain and wind were strong, and my son said, "This year is tough!" (laughs) Even so, we had a valuable experience, enjoyed warm drinks and chatted on the boat, and also had spam musubi, which was fun! We promised the crew that we would come back next year!

The ocean in Waikiki is beautiful, but this place is on another level! It was a clear emerald green. We did bumper tubing, banana boating, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). We stayed in the water the whole time without going back to the boat. The bumper tubing we did right after arriving was quite challenging, even for families with kids on board. It was thrilling! The time felt long enough that I thought, "I want to go back!" and I was very satisfied. We went banana boating with four people. It wasn't as challenging as the bumper tubing, but you could really feel the sea breeze—it's the quintessential ocean activity! For snorkeling, you can use your own gear or rent some. We got some fish food and filmed the underwater scenery with a GoPro. The SUP had an instructor, and since we were in the ocean, it felt safe even if you fell! It was a fantastic time enjoying the waters of Hawaii.

This tour was amazing. The staff was friendly and so helpful. There was so many things to do, you could snorkel, kayak, paddle-board or play beach volleyball. They even have this area where you can hang out on the water float and just relax in the sun. I will definitely be doing this excursion next year. We took my mom for her birthday and she had an absolute blast. The water was so clear and I got so lucky to see a sea turtle while I was kayaking. The tour also has live singers aboard, which makes the tour 10 times better, they were awesome. This tour was 10 out of 10 and thank you again to the staff for being so awesome!

This was our first experience snorkelling and it was absolutely amazing. Our reef guide Kalini made the experience so special, he was extremely knowledgeable about the fish we could see and spent time getting to know us so he could make our experience personal. There were many other activities available on the sandbar but we were having such a great time snorkelling we didn’t get around to doing anything else. I would highly recommend this activity.

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Oahu and this excursion! The crew was amazing — super friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The local Hawaiian music they played on the boat was excellent and really added to the overall vibe. Snorkeling and paddle boarding were a blast, and the views out on the bay were absolutely beautiful.

The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is because we didn’t really get to see the sandbar. The water was up to my chest (I’m 5’11”), so it didn’t quite have that “standing on the sandbar” experience we were hoping for. Still, it was a really fun and relaxing trip that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Oahu!

I made a reservation for a day I could go, so I wasn't quite sure where the sandbar was since the sea was quite deep, but the scenery was dreamily beautiful, and I was very satisfied to see sea turtles! Even if you get tired from swimming, you can take a break on the boat, and you have quite a bit of freedom to enjoy your time on-site. There were light snacks provided, which gave it a picnic-like excitement. Since the food was available at any time, we ate when we came back to the boat for a break. The driver who picked us up also gave us a tour of the area while driving, making the journey enjoyable! I want to go again!

The sandbar was very beautiful, and I was lucky enough to encounter a turtle. Those who had booked the same time as us were split into two boats, and we enjoyed snorkeling and free time at different times.

After receiving an explanation about snorkeling, my mother asked, "Is it okay for me to go since I can swim?" and was told firmly, "We can't know if you can swim or not. You have to decide for yourself." This made her anxious, and she decided not to go. Since this trip was meant to be a way to show appreciation to my mother, seeing her sad face after being spoken to so coldly made me really sad.

Everyone else went snorkeling, so while we were waiting, a staff member from another boat came over and said that if she could swim, she could join the snorkeling group. They also offered paddleboards and floaties, but all of that was from the other boat. There was no encouragement from the staff on my boat for those who weren't going snorkeling at that time.

I understand that they need to be strict to prevent accidents and that they can't take responsibility, but I wish I could have experienced it with the staff from the other boat who communicated in a kinder way. It was disappointing.

もちろん事故に遭わないために強くいうことや責任をが取れないことも承知していますが、これなら優しく伝えてくれる別の船の方で体験したかったなと思い残念でした。

I looked at various reviews and checked the tide before going. I had a lot of fun paddleboarding and snorkeling. Izumi-san (a Japanese person) explained everything, so it's totally fine even if you don't understand English. About 70% of the participants were Japanese. Since it's a place you can only reach by boat, the price might be reasonable, but since the playtime is only about two hours, it would be nice if it were a bit longer. There was also a simple toilet available.

It was my first time snorkeling, but the water was murky, and there were only black fish that looked like carp. I heard there were sea turtles, but I didn't see any. Some people say it's really beautiful, but I think it's better not to have high expectations.

I only took cash for tips as valuables, but I forgot the bus tip (1 dollar), so it's better to bring both the crew tip and the bus tip.

On the way back, since you return in your swimsuit, it's good to wear something over it.

Having a waterproof case for your smartphone is convenient, but the screen reflects and is hard to see, so the images I took were pretty unclear. At one point, it overheated and I got a warning about high temperatures, so I couldn't use it for a while.

I thought the bus would take me right to the hotel, but the area is large, and the bus stop is hard to find, so it's necessary to check in advance. There’s a waiting area for various tour bus stops, so if you’re not waiting there, they might not find you, so please be careful.
