The views were amazing & staff was super friendly! If you come early enough, be sure to check out the petting zoo after you check in. Will definitely be booking again and would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful experience exploring North Shore mountain range, & explanation of what we were seeing flor and fauna. Especially enjoyed exploring the richness of the fertile land ️ scenery ⛰️, Mahalo!!

The zip line in the morning was wonderful, both the air and the scenery. My sixth-grade daughter also had a great time, sliding down on her own and even with the instructor since she's light. It was just an incredibly fun time that flew by.

朝一番のジップライン、空気も景色も素晴らしかったです。小学6年生の娘も、一人で滑ったり、軽いのでインストラクターの方と滑ったり、とにかく楽しい時間があっという間に過ぎました。

It was good, staff were okay, they had a private beach with amazing Mountain View. I wish they would let people gallop a little bit in the field instead of 45 minutes of strolling which is boring.

I rode a horse for the first time. I was scared because it was such a big animal, but by the end, I was able to pet its neck and nose. The scenery was also wonderful, making it a great memory. I couldn't have a proper lunch. You need to put your belongings in a locker. Only credit cards are accepted. After riding for a full two hours, I was a bit tired. I highly recommend it!

こんな大きな動物ははじめてで怖かったのですが、最後は首や鼻を撫でられるようになりました。景色も素晴らしく良い思い出です。昼食は満足に取れません。手荷物はロッカーに入れる必要があります。クレカしか使えません。２時間たっぷり乗って少々疲れました。是非是非おすすめです。

The view was great as we gradually descended from a high place. Additionally, with the help of the staff, we were able to enjoy ourselves. Although it was English-only, the staff demonstrated what to do, so there were no issues.

I did a 2-hour horseback riding tour at Kualoa Ranch (with transportation included). Upon arrival, everything was in English for check-in and facility guidance. I had a reservation at 12:00 and arrived around 11:30, where I received a general briefing before heading to each activity. They advised us to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and if you were even a little late, they would start without waiting. Before that, I was told to put my backpack and other belongings in a locker, but the available lockers were broken and empty... With only five minutes left until the meeting time, I was anxious, but I explained the situation to the staff who gave the briefing and was able to hand my things directly to them. I accidentally left my valuables inside, which worried me, but they were returned safely after the tour. There is a small pouch holder on the horse's saddle, so you can put a small pouch (about the size of a sacoche) and water there. Having a strap to hang your smartphone on your shoulder makes it easy to take photos. The guide spoke English but also made an effort to communicate in broken Japanese, which was nice. The sunlight was incredibly strong, so I should have worn a long-sleeve shirt. It was scorching. Overall, it was a great experience to enjoy the stunning scenery for a relaxed two hours!

クアロアランチで2時間の乗馬(送迎付き)をしました。現地に到着し、全て英語での案内でチェックインや施設の案内があります。12:00からの予約で、11:30ごろ到着し、全体説明を受けてから、各アクティビティー先へ行きます。15分前には必ず行くように言われ、少しでも遅れたら待たずに開始するとのこと。その前に、乗馬はバックパックなどの荷物はロッカーへ入れるように言われましたが、利用可能なロッカーが故障していて空いていなく…、集合まであと5分しか時間がなく焦りましたが、説明を受けたスタッフに事情を説明して直接預けました。うっかり貴重品も入れたままで、ずっと気がかりでしたが終了後に無事に返してもらえました。馬のサドルにかける小物入れがあるので、そこに小さいポーチ(サコッシュ程度の大きさ)や水は入れられます。スマホは肩にかけられるストラップがあると撮影しやすく便利です。ガイドは英語ですが、片言で日本語で声掛けしたり気を使ってくれて感じの良いスタッフでした。日差しが半端なく強いので、長袖を羽織るべきでした。じりじりします。総合的に絶景をゆったり2時間堪能できて良い経験になりました！

I read in a review that the wait time for the shuttle bus is long, so I took an Uber instead. It cost about $50 one way. It was great to get there and back quickly!

It cost $5 to store my luggage in a locker, but they only accepted Visa or MasterCard! Since I only had an American Express card and cash, I consulted with the staff, and they were able to help me.

The scenery was very beautiful, and the horses were adorable, making it an unforgettable experience! Important instructions were given in Japanese, such as "Please go right" and "Kick! Kick!" I would love to experience it again.

送迎バスを利用するとバス待ち時間ぎ長い、とこちらのレビューで読んだので、Uberで行きました。片道50ドルくらいでした。さっと行けて帰られてよかったです！

ロッカーに荷物を預けるのに5ドル必要でしたが、ビザカードかマスターカードのみ！アメックスカードと現金しかなかったため、受付の方に相談したところ、預かってもらえました。

とてもきれいな景色で、馬もかわいくて、忘れられない体験となりました！大切なことは日本語で指示してくれました。「右に行ってください」「蹴って！蹴って！」など。もう一度体験してみたいです。

This was our first zipline experience and it was so much fun!! Thank you to our amazing team that lead our group. They made it much more memorable . I would definitely recommend veltra for your zipline adventure!

This tour was fantastic! Our tour guide Georgie was so knowledgeable and made the UTV tour so much fun!
Great adventure tour for those who like to really explore. You can tell this company is passionate about what they do! Best tour on the island by people who live and breathe it!

During the activity, the staff took photos for us, but when I received them via email, the image quality was poor, making it difficult to recognize faces, which was disappointing. Maybe it was because I was using an Android? However, after returning to my home country, I received high-quality photos.

At first, it felt like we were walking among the trees, which made the time seem a bit long, but once we reached the area where we could see the ocean, the scenery was beautiful and refreshing. The footprints of Godzilla and the canyon from Jurassic Park were particularly impressive. I could see a line of 4WD vehicles from other tours, which looked just like a scene from the Jurassic movie.

For safety reasons, video recording was not allowed, but taking photos was fine. We were allowed to bring about two small bags. Larger items should be stored in lockers or the vehicle. It might be good to have a small bottle of water with you.

After returning to Japan, I really wanted high-quality photos from the tour, so I emailed the contact who had reached out right after the tour and asked if they could send me higher quality photos as attachments. They sent them right away, which truly impressed me.

アクティビティの途中でスタッフの方が写真をとってくれますが、メールで受け取ったら画像の画素数が悪く、顔の判別が不可能な感じでがっかりでした。アンドロイドだからかな？でも、帰国後に高画質の写真をいただけました。

最初は木々のなかをいく感じでちょっと時間を長く感じましたが、海がみえるあたりから景色がとてもよくて気持ちよかったです。ゴジラの足跡、ジュラシックパークの渓谷。
　特に他のツアーの４WDの車列がみえ、それが、あのジュラシックの映画のワンシーンのようです。
　安全のためビデオ撮影は不可で、写真は大丈夫でした。荷物はポシェット２つ分くらい持ち込み可能でした。大きな荷物はロッカーか車にしまっていきましょう。小さな水があるといいかも。

日本に帰国後、やっぱり高画質のツアー中の写真がほしくてツアー直後にメールをくれた先にメールでもっと高画質の写真でメールに添付してほしいとお願いしたら、すぐに送ってくれました。これには本当に感激しました。

I have always wanted to try this, so I had been on simulation machines and even tried paragliding. However, due to my daughter's unexpected pregnancy, I ended up participating in the Hawaii trip alone instead of with her. I thought I would try something that I definitely couldn't do with a pregnant woman. Communicating in English? Hmm, I can manage to understand a bit. I figured I should just memorize the life-threatening words and joined solo (I’m quite the brave mom). Since I would want photos anyway, I made a reservation thinking I would jump from the sky in Hawaii, not from the stage at Kiyomizu Temple, and it was worth every penny—GO JUMP was amazing!

On the Cessna, there were five of us: a Japanese person, a family of three, and a young man who was on his honeymoon and was the only one to try it. We encouraged each other as the altitude kept rising, and I thought, "This looks like the view from a jet's small window!" I was both nervous and excited, and the high-energy instructor captured all our expressions perfectly. I thought it would be really scary, but before I knew it, I was PUSHed out and flying.

After that, I just enjoyed the incredible scenery, feeling like a bird, repeatedly saying "Amazing! Beautiful! The best!" in both Japanese and English, with clouds, the sea, and mountains beneath me! The moment the parachute opened and the spin before landing felt cooler than diving, but with the handsome instructor who does 5 to 10 jumps a day, I had no worries at all. I hate the feeling of a vertical drop attraction, but this was nothing like that. I struggled with ear pressure and my right ear became hard to hear, but it was fine after a night's sleep.

In the car on the way back, a man who said he had jumped yesterday exclaimed, "NOT FALL, FLY!" and he was absolutely right. It's not cheap, but I guarantee it's worth every penny. Thank you to all the staff for the amazing experience!

ずっと昔から一度やってみたくて、シミュレーションの機械に乗ってみたり、パラグライダー体験をいっちょかみしてみたりしていましたが、一緒に旅行する予定だった娘の急な妊娠で、急遽1人で参加することになったハワイ旅行だったので、妊婦を連れては絶対に出来ないことをしようと思ってトライしました。英語でコミニュケーション？うーん何とか聞き取れるか。命に関わる単語だけ覚え直しといたらええか、てな感じで単独参加（我ながら肝っ玉母ちゃん）。どうせ写真欲しくなるしな、清水の舞台じゃなくてハワイの空から飛び降りるつもりで予約しましたが、お値段以上GO JUMP、最高でした。セスナ同乗した日本人は私と、娘さんと3人のご家族、新婚旅行で新郎だけ挑戦した若者の計5名で励まし合いながら高度がどんどん上がり、こんなんジェット機から小さい窓で見る景色やん！と思いながら、ビビったりワクワクしたりの全ての表情をハイテンションのインストラクターがバッチリ撮影してくれてました。絶対怖いよな〜と思ってましたが、そんなん言う暇なくPUSHされて飛び出してました。
あとはもう、最高の景色と鳥の心になってひたすら「スゴイ！キレイ！最高！」と日本語と英語で繰り返し、雲も海も山も足下にある感覚！パラシュート開く時と、着地前の回旋がダイビングより冷やっとしたけど、多い時は1日5〜10回はJUMPするというイケメンインストラクターの優しくオモロいタンデムで何の不安もありませんでした。垂直落下アトラクションの内蔵が残る感覚は大嫌いだけど、これは全くありません。耳抜き下手くそで右耳が聞こえにくくなってしまったけど、一晩寝たら治りました。
迎えの車の中で昨日も飛んだと言う男性「NOT FALL, FLY!」と言うてはったけど、ホンマにその通りでした。安くはないけど、それだけの価値は絶対にあると保証します。

Unlike Japanese riding clubs that use racehorses, the horses here are gentle and calm, so I wasn't scared at all. The scenery, with both the sea and mountains, was stunning and breathtaking. I don't think you could ride for two hours in Japan for this price. It's a great deal.

競馬の馬を使用している日本の乗馬クラブとはぜんぜんちがって、やさしくておとなしい馬なのでぜんぜん怖くなかったです。景色は海も山もすばらしくて圧巻でした。日本で2時間乗馬したらこんな値段でできないと思う。めっちゃお得。

I am terrified of sharks but this tour completely changed my views! I had such a fun time and I would do it with this company again as they took great care of my fear and made it comfort.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect when you hear you're swimming with sharks without a cage. It was a very neat experience. The sharks pretty much stay below you. The crew does a good job of explaining their behavior and what to do around them. The crew was very knowledgable and made the tour exciting. I think the only thing I would change is maybe running the line that everyone hangs onto away from the boat. I felt like at times the waves would bring me back into the boat. It would be nice to just float on the surface away from the boat. But it was still very cool, the crew lets you go out and dive down and "hang" with the sharks for a little bit. Definitely a bucket list item. Would suggest brining your own snorkel gear if you find it hard to fit rentals. Bring a GoPro too! But if you forget, they're taking video and pics of everyone the whole time! Other than that, book it and go have fun!! Well worth the time and money!!

The ride from Disney Aulani was awesome, as we had our own car..

Both the staff and animals welcomed us as we arrived, my kids enjoyed feeding the animals so much they asked to go back.

The ATV tour was fun, the racing around the track was exhilarating for all of us. The dirt/mud is something that needs to be prepared for. Wear dark/older clothes if possible.

The photo package was worth it. Ask questions, learn from the locals, tear it up.

When I arrived at Kualoa Ranch by bus, it was drizzling, and at times it got stronger, so I was worried about whether we could enjoy the experience. However, after borrowing a raincoat, it cleared up and I was able to comfortably participate in the tour!

There was one instructor and about six participants, including myself, and we rode horses for about an hour and a half. We were able to enjoy the vast nature while visiting the filming locations of movies. The horses were very well-behaved and participated in the tour calmly, mostly without needing much direction from us.

The tour was conducted in English. Before participating, there were staff members who spoke Japanese, so they confirmed the meeting place and time for me, allowing me to join without any trouble or confusion!

After the horseback riding, we had some time before the return bus, so I looked at souvenirs and bought some drinks and ice cream to enjoy.

　バスでクアロアランチに着いた時はパラパラ雨が降っていて、時に強くなることがあったので体験ができるか心配していました。カッパを貸してもらって出発後は晴れて来て、快適にツアーに参加できました！

インストラクターさん1人と、私含め6名の参加者と約1時間半ほど？乗馬をしました。
映画の舞台を巡りつつ、広大な自然に癒されました。
お馬さんもとてもお利口で、ほとんどこちらの操作？なしでも一列で並んで穏やかにツアーに参加できました。

ツアー中は英語での参加でした。
参加前は日本語対応のスタッフもいてくれたので、集合場所や時間を確認して教えてくださり、困ったり迷わず参加することができました！

乗馬後帰りのバスまでに時間があったので、お土産を見たり、飲み物とアイスを買って食べたりしました。

I signed up for the local meet-up and drop-off with a T-shirt included. Most of the staff didn't speak much Japanese, but we managed. Due to bad weather, I received a cancellation notice via phone and email the day before, but after some correspondence through email, we were able to reschedule and successfully go up. The staff were very kind and attentive.

On the day, the weather was great, and I got to see the most amazing views; it was an out-of-this-world experience and so much fun. Once the parachute opened, I was tossed around, so it's better to scream and enjoy rather than stay quiet to avoid getting nauseous.

There was a notice to wear long pants in advance, but it was fine to wear shorts at your own risk. Initially, I didn't sign up for photos and videos, but they will definitely take some just in case, and later, an edited sample will be sent to you via email. You can still purchase the photo and video data after seeing the sample. I bought it later.

One downside was that the included T-shirt was only available in foreign size XXL, which was too big to even use as sleepwear. Due to the weak yen and rising prices, it has become quite expensive compared to before, but I would love to fly again if I get the chance.

現地集合解散のＴシャツ付きに申し込みました。
ほとんど日本語は通じませんがなんとかなりました。天候不良で前日に電話＆メールでキャンセル連絡がありましたがメールでのやり取りで日程変更し、無事に飛ぶ事が出来ました。スタッフの方はとても親切丁寧でした。
当日は天気も良くて最高の景色も見られましたし異次元の体験で楽しかったです。パラシュートが開いた後は振り回されますので黙らないでキャーキャー騒いじゃったほうが酔わないですよ。
事前に長ズボン着用の案内がありましたが自己責任で短パンでも大丈夫でした。
最初に写真＆動画を申し込まなくでも念のため必ず撮影してくれて、後程、編集されたサンプルがメールで送られてきます。それを見た後でも写真＆動画データを買うことも出来ます。私は後から買いました。
ちょっと残念だったのは、付いているＴシャツが外国サイズのＸＸＬしか残って無くで寝間着にもならないことでした。
円安＆物価高で以前よりは随分と高額になりましたが機会があればまた飛びたいです。

I was considering going with another skydiving company, but they didn't offer transportation, and when I asked their partner company, they said they couldn't operate due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, so I couldn't go on my own. That's why I quickly signed up here.

It was mentioned that there could be a wait time of several hours, but we gathered before 9 AM, arrived in 50 minutes from Waikiki, and once we got there, I checked in on a tablet myself. They gave me four quarters for the $1 locker fee, and after putting my belongings in, I quickly got ready and boarded the plane. It was so fast that I didn't even have time to mentally prepare, and before I knew it, we were flying! We were back in Waikiki by 12:30.

We didn't watch any explanatory videos, and there was only a brief explanation from the instructor in English with gestures, but everything went smoothly! It became a great memory, and I was able to make good use of my afternoon time, which was really nice. I also needed to tip the instructor and the driver for the transportation.

他のスカイダイビングの会社で行こうと考えてましたが、送迎がなく、提携会社に尋ねても最少催行人数に達しないから行けないとのことで、自力で行くことも出来なかった為、急遽こちらで申し込みました。

待ち時間が数時間かかることもあると書かれてましたが、９時前に集合し、ワイキキから50分で到着し、着いたらタブレットで自分でチェックインし、ロッカー代の１ドル分クォーター４枚を下さり、荷物を入れたらすぐに支度をして飛行機に乗り込みました。心の準備が出来ないくらい早くて、あっという間に飛びました！
12:30にはワイキキに戻ってこられました。

説明のビデオなども見せられず、インストラクターさんの英語とジェスチャーでの説明が少しあっただけでしたが、何事もなく飛べました！
いい思い出になり、午後の時間も有効に使うことができ、とっても良かったです。
インストラクターさんと送迎のドライバーさんにもチップが必要でした。

Daddy/ daughter time horseback riding. I asked my daughter tonight on our last day of our vacation. What is your favorite on all our activities, she said Gunstock Ranch Horse back. I agree with her also. Recommended to do it when you go to OAHU… they are not as crowded like the other ranch near by… also for the money spend,

Reserved this tour online a day before the event and was pleasantly impressed by the prompt response by the staff confirming my reservations. The driver, Lola, arrived on time & full of positive energy! The bus was so comfortable and clean with excellent accommodations & great temperature! Lola was such a great & fun host, very informative & had a lot of historical knowledge about each destination. She really made it so fun & enjoyable for all of us! I also felt safe on her bus. She brought us all a Hawaiian poi "donut" - which was absolutely delicious, and water! Lola is very personable & likable. She is very proud of her heritage & studied cultural history at the University which explains her great speaking skills & knowledge. I felt very entertained & a bit more informed of Hawaiian culture. The tour itself drove us by many beautiful beaches on the North Shore, rich & famous neighborhoods, gorgeous landscapes, saw many rock formations such as the Chinaman hat, alligator, rabbit popping out & the lion rock. Did some coffee & a variety of macadamia nuts tasting, visited the Dole Plantation, the Byodo-In Temple, saw a black goose, 2 huge turtles and a seal relaxing on the beach! Enjoyed the quaint beachside town of Haleiwa & the various food trucks! We ate coconut shrimp from one of many good trucks in the area, which I highly recommend and then stopped by a new Mexican restaurant for a drink. I highly recommend this tour, you will gain so much knowledge, there's shopping at each stop, food & drinks! Be sure to try an ice cream cone at the Dole plantation too! Again, Lola was an excellent host and she kept us on schedule!

I was picked up from the Hyatt Regency near Waikiki Beach! The car was air-conditioned and comfortable for the dive at North Shore. I forgot how many times, but I was charged $30 on-site, but I was told it would be refunded since it was included with Veltra. It's better to be able to speak English.

ワイキキビーチの近くのハイアットリージェンシーから乗せてもらいました！ノースショアでのダイブということで車は冷房も効いて快適でした。何代か忘れましたけど現地で30ドル請求されましたが、Veltraに含まれているものだったからリファンドすると伝えられました。英語は喋れた方がいいです。

This was my first zipline experience, and I was able to enjoy it safely and securely. There are no Japanese-speaking staff, but all the staff are very kind and provide easy-to-understand explanations, even for those who cannot speak English. Zipping through the breathtaking views of Hawaii will create unforgettable memories, so although it can be difficult to get there without renting a car, I highly recommend experiencing it.

今回初めてのジップライン体験でしたが安心安全に楽しむことができました。
日本語対応のスタッフはいませんがスタッフ皆さん優しく対応してくださるので英語が話せない方でも分かりやすく説明してくれます。
ハワイの絶景をみながらするジップラインは最高の思い出になりますので、レンタカーを借りなければ行きづらいですが是非とも体験してほしいです。

The English was easy to understand, and it was a safe experience with a small group. The horseback riding experience in the beautiful sea of the North Shore was incredibly moving. The riding time was 1.5 hours, and it was more cost-effective than other tours with Japanese-speaking guides and transportation. We used hui car share for transportation, so after horseback riding, we were able to leisurely enjoy food walking in Haleiwa. It became a very good memory. Next time, I would like to try sunset horseback riding.

英語もわかりやすく、少人数のパーティーで安心です。ノースショアの綺麗な海での乗馬体験は、大感動でした。乗馬時間は1.5時間で、他の日本語ガイド付き送迎付きのツアーよりコスパ良です。移動はhuiカーシェアを使用したので、乗馬の後はハレイワで食べ歩きもゆっくりできました。とても良い想い出になりました。次回はサンセット乗馬を体験してみたいです。

I saw in the notes that there were people in sandals, so I thought it would be fine to go in sandals, but it wasn't. I ended up buying shoes at a souvenir shop... Please be careful.

I didn't request a shuttle and took the bus from Ala Moana Shopping Center. Along the way, an employee wearing a Kualoa T-shirt got on, which gave me a strange sense of reassurance. There were already Jurassic Park-like mountains on the bus ride, and I was amazed. The bus was extremely cold!!

When it was time for horseback riding, we gathered at the barn. When they asked about my English skills and I said I wasn't good at it, they showed us a video for Japanese speakers on a monitor. There were two other groups of customers besides us, making a total of six people for the ride. It was fun to walk through the mountains, across the fields, and see the ocean, but the main attraction, Jurassic Park, never appeared! It seems there are routes like that... I was really disappointed.

I had enough time to take pictures and videos with my smartphone.

注意事項に記載されていたことですが写真を見るとサンダルの人もいたのでまあ大丈夫だろうとサンダルで行きましたがだめでした。お土産屋さんで靴を買うことに。。。お気をつけください。

送迎は頼まず、アラモアナショッピングセンターからバスで行きました。途中でクアロアのTシャツを着た従業員の方が乗ってきたのでなんとも言えない安心感。
バスの道中ですでにジュラシックパークっぽい山がありおお～～～ってなってました。バスは異常に寒いです！！
乗馬の時間になったので小屋に集まり、英語は？と聞かれ苦手というとモニターで日本人用のビデオを見せてくれました。
私達の他に2組お客さんがいて計6人で出発。山の中を歩いたり草原を歩いたり海が見えたりと景色が変わるのは楽しかったですが、、肝心のジュラシックパークがいつまで経ってもでてこない！！そういうルートもあるようです。。すごく残念でした。

スマホで写真撮ったり動画撮ったりくらいの余裕はあります。

The Luau was good. The Kalua pork was amazing. The plating could have been better. The staff were very friendly and nice.
