It was a few minutes that made me realize how many fun things there are in the world. Filming with a GoPro was also a great memory. I definitely want to fly again when I go to Hawaii.

世の中こんなに楽しいことがあったんだ、と実感した数分の出来事でした。

I leisurely went horseback riding along the North Shore beach. The well-trained horses trotted through the forest and along the seaside paths. It was a pleasant experience while watching people sunbathing and fishing, enjoying the waves of the North. During my stroll in Haleiwa, I also enjoyed an avocado burger and shave ice, making it a very satisfying tour.

ノースショアの海辺をのんびり乗馬しました。よく訓練された馬達で林の中や海辺の道を　ポコポコ。日光浴や釣りをしている人、ノースの波を見ながらの気持ちの良い体験でした。ハレイワの散策ではアボガドバーガーやシェイブアイスも食べて大満足のツアーでした。

I took my daughter on a ride at gunstock ranch as a 12th birthday gift. We arrived 40 mins before check in and watched the horses get saddled up, and had a chance to see the newborn baby sheep! The guide, Garrett, was incredibly friendly and more then happy to answer all her questions and calm her nerves before the ride began. The 600 acre, family owned ranch is absolutely gorgeous! Amazing views the whole hour. Caves that have been used for TV scenes, big open fields of cattle, wild boars running around, rainbow etc. I would definitely return for more rides in the future, and will be recommending it to all my friends!

It was very fun. At first, I was a little scared, but gradually it became enjoyable, and in the end, the kids were even upside down. Please be sure to experience it.

We had a wonderful time at the excursion and our driver, Mr. Henry was as wonderful guide and he had so much knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and Hawaiian culture.

We were blessed with good weather, and we were able to enjoy the stunning views. My 9-year-old daughter was scared at first, but in the end, we were able to create the best memories with smiles.

天候に恵まれたのもありますが、絶景を楽しむ事ができました。9歳の娘も怖がっていましたが最後は笑顔で最高の思い出を作る事ができました。

Meeting in the morning is early! First, during the approximately one hour it takes to arrive at the airport, you'll be signing documents (contracts). There are about 30 to 40 items, so reading and signing each one can be quite a task (especially since you might be sleepy from waking up early). During this time, the person who will be providing transportation will also give explanations. They talk quite a bit. Among the explanations for the documents, they will uniquely discuss the wonders of skydiving, so please pay attention to the key points. Video and camera shooting during the dive are available for an additional fee (around $100 to $140). I saw the video of someone who ordered it, and it was quite amazing. I recommend it for those who want to capture memories.

Here, a word of caution is necessary. Since the ride goes over bumpy roads while looking at the screen and documents, even though I usually don’t get car sick, I felt nauseous! If you are prone to motion sickness, please be careful! Just before arrival, they will emphasize the key points of the documents again. After arriving at the airport, there will be a document check, and any deficiencies will be pointed out, so be careful! After that, in our case, we waited nearly two hours until skydiving (which seems to be the standard waiting time). By the way, you will be asked to store your luggage in lockers to some extent. You will need coins, but you can exchange money (you can use $1 or $5 bills). Even those who did not order video shooting for an additional fee can take photos with their smartphones until they board the plane.

The instructors can vary a bit. The female instructor who speaks Japanese was very kind, and you can operate the parachute yourself, but not everyone is like that. If you get someone who doesn’t speak Japanese… However! When you go skydiving, such things are minor! A world unlike any other opens up! Please experience the moment when fear turns into exhilaration! This experience cannot be expressed in words! Lastly, please prepare a separate $20 tip for the instructor (and bring other tip money as well).

朝集合は、早いです！まず、飛行場に到着する約1時間の間に、書類(契約書)にサインしていきます。項目は、だいたい30～40くらい？！あるので、一つ一つ読み、サインする作業は、結構大変(早朝に起きて眠たいこともあり)。その間、送迎して下さる方の説明も入ります。かなり、話されます。書類の書き方説明の中に、スカイダイビングの素晴らしさを個性的に話して下さいますので、要点を捉えて聞いて下さい。ダイビング中のビデオ撮影や、カメラ撮影は別料金(100㌦～140㌦くらい)です。注文されたかたのビデオを見ましたが 、かなり素晴らしい出来です。思い出を形に残したい方におすすめ。ここで、注意が必要です。画面と書類見ながら悪路を行くので、普段車酔いしない私ですが、酔いました‼酔いやすいかた、注意して下さい‼到着直前に、再び、書類の要点だけをかなり強調して話されます。飛行場到着後、書類のチェックがあり、不備をどんどん指摘されますので、ご注意を！その後、スカイダイビングまで、私たちの場合は、2時間近く待ちました(スタンダードな待ち時間のようです)。因みに、荷物をある程度ロッカーに預けるよう言われます。コインが必要ですが、両替できます(1㌦or5㌦紙幣が使えます)。カメラ撮影などを別料金で注文しなかった人も、飛行機に乗るまでなら、自分のスマホなどで撮影できます。
インストラクターの方は、やや当たり外れがあります。日本語を話せる女性のインストラクターの方は、とても親切で、パラシュートの操作も自分でできますが、みんなそうではありません。日本語が話せない方に当たると……。しかし！スカイダイビングをするとそんな事は、小さな事！今までにない世界が広がります‼恐怖が、爽快感にかわる瞬間を是非味わって下さい！この体験は、言葉では表せません‼最後に、インストラクターの方に、別途20㌦のチップが必要ですので、ご準備を。(他チップ代は、持って行って下さい)。

Last time, my younger son was 8 years old and couldn't ride, but my 11-year-old daughter and husband had a great experience. This time, we were able to have the best horseback riding experience as a family of four with my now 10-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter. We definitely want to go horseback riding again next time!

前回は下の息子が8歳で乗馬出来ず…11歳の娘と主人が体験してとても良かったと言う事で今回は10歳になった息子と13歳の娘の家族4人で最高の乗馬体験が出来て良かったです。次回も必ず乗馬はしたいです!!

The horseback riding at Kualoa was enjoyable and safe for a large group, making it fun even for beginners. The weather had a bit of rain at first, but it cleared up later, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kualoa Ranch with its mix of clouds and sunshine.

クアロアの乗馬は大人数で安心して廻れるので、ビギナーでも楽しめました。
天気は最初に少しだけ雨が降りましたが、後半は雨も上がって、曇ったり・晴れたりと素晴らしいクアロア牧場の景色も楽しめました。

Great trip, lots of beautiful places, Polynesia C.C. is something you must see

This was my second visit to Gunstock Ranch. This time, I mistakenly entered "Kahuku" instead of "Lai'e" into the rental car's navigation system, so I got quite lost before arriving... Upon arrival, I signed the liability waiver, had my luggage stored, and borrowed a helmet before heading out for horseback riding! The course was supposed to be one hour, but I think we ended up riding for over an hour. Last time, we had photos taken at the photo points, but this time, since the Travel Maker's donkey was with us (laughs), the staff member seemed to forget about taking pictures, so we didn't get any... However, the horses were all smart and gentle, making for a very pleasant riding experience. I would love to experience horseback riding here again on my next trip to Hawaii.

２度目のガンストック牧場。
今回はレンタカーのカーナビ入力で「ライエ」ではなく間違って「カフク」にしてしまったのでだいぶ迷いながら到着しました・・・
到着すると免責書類にサインをし、荷物を預かってもらい、ヘルメットを貸してもらいいざ乗馬！！
１時間コースでしたが１時間以上乗馬をしていたかと思います。
前回は写真ポイントで写真を撮って頂いたのですが、今回はトラベルメーカーのロバちゃん（笑）もついてきていたので、スタッフのお姉さんも写真のことを忘れていたのか、写真は撮って頂けませんでした・・・
しかし馬たちもかしこく大人しい馬ばかりでとても気持ちが良い乗馬体験が出来ました。
次回もハワイへ行った際はここで乗馬を体験したいです。

We had a fantastic time jumping out of a plane in hawaii. The views are amazing. I will do this again.

I chose Gunstock Ranch from the many horseback riding plans available. Since I don't know about other horseback riding experiences, I can't compare, but I truly recommend Gunstock Ranch. First of all, the horses are calm and easy to ride. I had no anxiety at all. I didn't understand the English explanations very well, but it's reassuring even for first-timers. And above all, the course is fantastic. There are mountains and the sea, so I wasn't bored from start to finish. This time, I took the one-hour course, and I think it's just the right amount of time. If it were any longer, my legs might get tired...

たくさんある乗馬プランの中から、このガンストック牧場を選びました。他の乗馬を知らないので、比べられませんが、ガンストック牧場は本当にお勧めです。まずは馬がおとなしくて乗りやすいです。全く不安がありませんでした。英語の説明はよくわかりませんでしたが、初めての方でも安心です。そして何よりもコースが最高です。山あり海ありで、最初から最後まで退屈しませんでした。今回は1時間コースでしたが、調度良い時間だと思います。それ以上長いと足が疲れてしまうかも・・・。

We formed groups of four and enjoyed a leisurely horseback ride while taking in the seaside views. The horses were well-trained and intelligent.

4人づつパーティーになって、海辺の景色を見ながらののんびりとした乗馬でした。きちんと調教された賢い馬たちでした。

We did the campfire dinner ride. They keep it to 2 to 6 people. We were the only 2 on the ride that night so it was a wonderful private ride too. It was very pleasant not being in a line of 20 horses like other places we rode. The ride is very enjoyable. Beautiful scenery. Relaxing ride. Clean pathway. Fresh air. The campfire is at the top of a hill so it was a little breezy. We went in December so it was a little cool. Dinner was nice. Good size steak and shrimp, macaroni salad, rice, fresh fruits, smores. More than we could eat. The guide was pleasant and helped my wife the couple times her horse wanted to go another direction. She let me lead a few times while she helped my wife. We will definitely do this ride when we make it back to Oahu.

I had always thought about trying skydiving, and I finally did my first jump this time. I generally dislike heights and can't handle roller coasters, but when I actually jumped, it felt amazing! The instructors were also very friendly and did a great job of easing my anxiety, allowing me to dive with confidence.

一度はスカイダイビングを、と思っていて今回やっと初ダイブしました。
基本高いところは嫌いでジェットコースターもダメなのですが、実際に飛ぶと最高の気分でした！またインストラクターの人たちもとてもフレンドリーで、上手く不安を解消してくれて安心してダイブできました。

While waiting, you can watch the other horses and the staff practicing on the premises, so you won't get bored. Once you choose your horse and learn some basic reins handling, you start. There are always multiple guides with you, so if you encounter any issues along the way, they will help you out. If you get paired with a horse that likes to graze, you'll have to put in some effort, but thanks to the generally well-trained horses, we had a lot of fun navigating the ups and downs of the trail.

待っている間は敷地内で他の馬たちや従業員の練習の様子なんかを見ていられるので飽きません。馬が決まって、簡単な手綱の扱い方を聞いてスタート。常に複数のガイドが一緒なので、途中で困っても対処してくれます。道草を食う相棒に当たると頑張らないとなりませんが、基本的によく訓練された馬たちのおかげで、道のアップダウンもそこそこあってワーワーキャーキャー楽しめました。

What is awesome about Gunstock Ranch is that it is in a very secluded area. The trail is very peaceful and we rode through grassy clearings and lots of cattle. It was a very small and intimate group (myself, my friend and the instructor), which I really liked because on other trails I've been on it involved following a long trail of people on their horses. This time I felt more in control of my horse. The horses are very well trained and know how to follow each other. I've tried to get mine to trot, but since I was on a beginner's trail it wouldn't allow me to do it. Also, the instructor, Garrett (hopefully I spelled his name correctly), was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire trail.

The BEST experience I've had yet. Mom loved it and I totally caught the bug! I'll be back again FOR SURE.

I was really looking forward to the main horseback riding during this trip. I was worried because it rained in the first half of the day, but it was great that it cleared up for the horseback riding. The horses were very cute, and I was anxious about whether I could ride them properly, but there was nothing to worry about. I would love to go horseback riding again when I come to Hawaii.

今回の旅行のメインの乗馬、とても楽しみにしていました。当日は雨が前半降っていて心配しましたが、乗馬の時には晴れて本当に良かったです。お馬さんはとても可愛くて ちゃんと乗れるのか不安でしたが何も心配いりませんでした。また、ハワイに来たら乗馬したいです。

So impressed with the efficiency of this place. I've jumped at a few locations and by far this was the best run. Had a great jump with Brandon, I'd been a few times so we did some flips and he let me pull the cord. Highly recommend, beautiful views of Oahu.

I am a 45-year-old man. Two years ago, I participated in a 90-minute scenic course here, but this time I brought my 1st-grade daughter and 5th-grade son, and we participated in a 60-minute scenic course as a family of four. We rented a car early in the morning and it took about an hour from our hotel in Waikiki. We encountered rain in December, but by the time we arrived at the ranch, the weather cleared beautifully.

A young woman at the reception became our contact person. Almost everything except for the contract was in English, but I think it’s manageable even if you don’t understand everything. A year ago, when my child rode a small horse in Cairns, a Japanese person on a working holiday helped pull the reins, but at Gunstock, even my 1st grader rode a proper horse by themselves. The guide led the way, followed by the two children and then the couple. The kids were quite nervous at first, but after about 15 minutes, they learned to kick the horse's belly, which made the horse move, and they looked happy.

The distance differs between the 90-minute and 60-minute rides, but I think the height of the hills we climbed was quite different. Since we had elementary school children with us, the 60 minutes was sufficient, and we could see the beautiful North Shore sea. Along the way, we saw horses and cows grazing. Walking with the horses was pleasant, and the scenery was lovely, creating a wonderful feeling. While riding, the guide shared various information about the ranch, but with my language skills, I only understood about half of it. Still, it was a good experience for our family. The guide was kind and accommodating to us. (By the way, this was my second time, and the staff were all young both times.)

If we can go again, I would like to do the 90-minute ride with my family. We have also ridden at another ranch on Oahu, but we prefer Gunstock. The reception is just a small hut, giving it a rustic and pastoral atmosphere like a Western movie ranch. There are turkeys, goats, and dogs wandering around, and as you go further in, there are many horses. All of them are large and impressive, exuding both gentleness and dignity. I’ve been there twice, and the staff were all young both times. It really feels like America.

４５歳男性です。２年前にもここで９０分のシーニックコースに参加しましたが、今回は小１女子と小５男子の子供を連れて、親子４人で６０分シーニックコースに参加しました。朝１でレンタカーを借り、ワイキキのホテルから１時間くらいでしょうか、１２月の雨に降られましたが、牧場に着くと見事に晴れ上がりました。
受付の若い女性がそのまま我が家の担当になりました。契約書以外はほぼ１００％英語ですが、わからなくてもなんとかなると思います。１年前にケアンズで乗馬した時の子供の馬はかなり小型で、ワーホリの日本人が手綱を引っ張ってくれましたが、ガンストックでは小１でも本格的な馬に一人で乗ります。ガイドさんが先頭で、その後に子供二人、夫婦二人が続きました。子供は最初かなりビビってましたが、１５分もするとお腹をキックすることにを覚え、それで馬が動いてくれるので、嬉しそうでした。９０分と６０分では距離も違いますが、登る丘の高さがかなり違ったと思います。小学生連れなので、それでも十分で、ノースショアの海が綺麗に見えますし、途中に、馬や牛が放牧されています。馬と散歩するのは、景色も良く、何ともいい気分です。乗馬しながら、牧場のことなど、ガイドさんが色々と教えてくれましたが、私の語学力では半分くらいしかわからず、でも、それも我が家にとっては良い経験です。ガイドさんもこんな我が家に優しく付き合ってくれました。（ちなみに、２回目ですが、いずれもスタッフは若い方ばかりでした。）もしまた行けるなら９０分に家族で行きたいですね。
オアフでは、他の某牧場でも乗馬したことがありますが、私達はガンストックが好きです。受付といっても小屋が一つあるだけで、西部劇の牧場のような、素朴で牧歌的な雰囲気です。あたりには、七面鳥やヤギ、犬が歩き回っていて、奥に進むと馬がたくさんいます。どれも立派な大きな馬で優しくも威厳を感じますね。２回行きましたが、いずれもスタッフは若い方ばかりでした。アメリカって感じです。

This was on my sixty-seven year old father's bucket list and it made his trip to Hawaii. I highly recommend, even for nervous fliers. Quite serene actually. Thank you Mr. Bill and pilot J.J. for a wonderful trip!

Highly recommended! Also very informative about the different cultures among the pacific island nations. The late HA show was so-so though! Beautiful tropical surroundings and professional performers.

Our guide was a funny and informative guide. Henry made our morning and drive back in the evening enjoyable!!!

I was able to fully enjoy the skies of Hawaii!! Before I could even think about being scared, I fell from the helicopter, so I wasn't scared at all, haha. The instructor was friendly, and I was very satisfied!

The team was funny but pro at the same time. My Tandem master had a different type of humor, but all in all definitely from start to end, it was a very positive experience

We didn't saw much of the whales as hoped for, but the skipper plus his mate were entertaining enough to make the tour memorable, also we and other family had practically the entire tour for ourselves.
