The girls were very knowledgeable and friendly - Jenna even made a nest of life jackets for me in the bow to lay out and get some sun when I was done swimming! They took us to an area with plenty of dolphins to see, and a few were as close as 5 feet away!

I stayed at Aulani in October. Although I was alone, there were staff members who spoke Japanese and provided thorough explanations, so I had no issues. I didn't get to see any dolphins, but I was able to see many sea turtles while snorkeling, and I enjoyed spending an hour in the ocean, which was great. For breakfast, I had pastries, and for lunch, I made sandwiches with bread, vegetables, cheese, and ham as I liked. Eating after snorkeling on the yacht was very delicious and satisfying. However, there was one issue. I happened to share the same last name with another group of Japanese guests, and it was mistakenly noted that I wasn't participating. After returning home, I contacted them, and they responded politely, which was good. When I go to Hawaii again in July next year, I would like to participate with my family.

I had so much fun participating. I was a bit worried about not being able to meet the dolphins, but that didn't matter at all. They came to meet us. The dolphins were very graceful.

I also want to live my life with grace and composure every day.

I thought we could get off the bus at the malasada shop, but it was just a stop for the staff to pick up malasadas...
The lunch on the boat looked like they were grilling on board in the photos, but I couldn't tell if they were actually grilling or if it was pre-cooked; it just felt like they handed it to us sandwiched in bread.
I was really thrilled to see the dolphins, but I had high expectations for other aspects as well...

In the past few years, I've been to Hawaii, but this was my first time participating in Dolphin University. In the first hour, I encountered a group of about 20 dolphin instructors, which was incomparable to any dolphin watching experiences I've had before. In the second hour, while I was mesmerized by a sea turtle instructor swimming leisurely on the ocean floor, another sea turtle instructor passed right in front of me!

My wife, who noticed the approaching turtle first, later told me that she panicked and said, "I heard there's a $3,000 fine for touching a sea turtle, but how much is the fine if we bump into one?" We had a good laugh about it afterward. I would love to enroll again next time, and after that, I want to go to Manta University as well. However, I do feel a bit anxious about whether I can have an experience as moving as this one again; it was such a luxurious experience.

we joined the early morning tour. we were lucky that we saw turtle and dolphin. Because dolphins are too shy to stay closely with them, we just floated on the sea and looked down to watch dolphin pass by. Although swimming with dolphins is not exactly the way as we thought, we still had a great time to snorkel with many fish,turtles and of course Sunshine!!

I wish I can give this tour 100 stars. I highly recommended this tour to anyone all ages and swimming capabilities. I am a non-swimmer and also had trouble in the beginning with the snorkel and mask. The Captain, his assistant and even the photographer were so encouraging and helpful with my nervousness. It took me until the end of our tour to finally get my face in the water. I cannot express how great it felt to be cheered on by not just my family, but the crew as well. I purchased the photos of the activity. They are amazing. Seeing the dolphins swimming all around and my kids and husband right there with them was an amazing experience. I will definitely go back to Ko'olina Ocean Adventures during our next visit. Please don't pass this activity up. You will not regret it.

I participated with my sister. The morning malasadas were delicious, and we encountered a lot of dolphins! It seems like we had the highest encounter rate recently, and we spotted several baby dolphins! No matter where we looked, there were dolphins, and when we put our ears in the water, we could hear their sounds—it was like a dream. There were also many large sea turtles, which was fun. If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate! The staff were cheerful and it was enjoyable~!! Thank you! I'm so happy!

I participated alone, and on top of that, I was the only one without transportation, so I drove directly to the boat harbor, which made me quite anxious. The day before the tour, I called to confirm the details of the harbor, and since it was my first time driving overseas and there was a cancellation for the second shuttle, they kindly allowed me to switch from the first to the second shuttle, even though it was the day before!

The tour itself was great; unlike other tours where Japanese participants are often left to local guides partway through, the Japanese staff from Dolphin University stayed with us until the end, which was truly reassuring!

The local staff were super enthusiastic! I had so much fun!

Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any turtles, but I did see dolphins! It was moving!

ひとりでの参加。しかも、私だけ送迎なしで、ボートハーバーに直接車で行くと言うかなり、不安な参加でした。ツアー前日、ハーバーの詳細を確認の為、電話で確認していたら、初めて海外で運転している事や、第二便にキャンセルが出た事もあるので、第二便にしてゆっくり来てもいいですよと、前日にも関わらず、第一便から第二便に変更して下さいました！

ツアー自体も、他のツアーは途中まで日本人がいてもツアー自体は現地の人に丸投げだったりするのが、最後までイルカ大学の日本人スタッフが一緒にいてくれるので、本当に安心！

現地のスタッフ達も、超ノリノリ！
と〜っても楽しんじゃいました！

残念ながら亀には会えませんでしたが、イルカには会えました！

I had some anxiety about snorkeling, but they encouraged me to try multiple times until I could see the dolphins, which became a truly wonderful memory. During the tour, the program was engaging and not boring at all. Not only did we see the dolphins, but we also enjoyed malasadas and lunch, and while snorkeling at spots other than where the dolphins were, I was really moved by the many tropical fish and turtles I encountered!

I attended with my fiancé, who is in his 30s, as we are about to get married soon.

The voucher instructed us to call Dolphin University as soon as we arrived in Hawaii, so I made the call. After being asked for our names, date, and where we made the reservation, we had to wait quite a while, which made me anxious about whether our reservation was actually confirmed.

However, we were indeed booked and were able to participate without any issues. Most of the participants seemed to be in their 20s. There was a lively announcement on the bus as well.

We were able to see dolphins, turtles, and tropical fish. In particular, we got to see the turtles and tropical fish quite closely. I brought a waterproof camera, but when it came time to see the dolphins, I felt a bit uneasy and went into the water without it. In hindsight, I wish I had taken some photos.

We were able to meet the dolphins and turtles without much swimming, but I got tired from the marine sports and ended up just watching. Even just watching was enjoyable.

The photos taken by a professional photographer were sold on DVD and CD-ROM for about $60, which included everyone from the tour. I considered purchasing just the well-taken photos of us, but since the price was somewhat high and there were strangers in the pictures, I decided against it. It would have been nice if they offered individual photo sales.

It was a day with very little wind, and we were able to meet the dolphins close to the shore, but there were some people who got seasick, so those who are prone to motion sickness might want to prepare accordingly. Also, even on sunny days with strong sunlight, when you get back on the boat after being in the water, the wind can feel cold, so I think women should either rent a wetsuit ($10) or bring something to cover up.

防水カメラを持って行ったのですが、イルカを見るときには多少の不安もあって持たずに海へ入りました。しかし、やっぱり撮影しておけば良かったかな。

イルカにもカメにも、あまり泳がずに会うことができましたが、マリンスポーツは疲れてしまい、見ているだけになってしまいました。
見ているだけでも楽しかったです。

プロのカメラマンが撮影した写真は、DVDとCD-ROMでの販売で、ツアーで一緒になった人全員分込みで60ドルだったかな…。
よく撮れた自分たちの写真だけ、とかなら購入を検討したのですが、お値段もそこそこするし、見ず知らずの人が写っていても…ということで購入しませんでした。
個別の写真販売があったら良いのになぁ。

風もほとんどなく、岸から近い場所ですぐにイルカと会えた日だったのですが船酔いしている人もいたので、酔い止めが必要な人は用意した方がよいかもしれません。
また、晴れて日差しが強い日でも、海から上がって船が動くと風が冷たく感じるので、女性はウェットスーツ（10ドル）を借りるか、羽織るものを持って行った方がよいと思います。

Mandy & Ali were great guides during the entire excursion. We arrived at our destination to pick our food options and grab our snorkeling gear. No restroom on the boat so please go before getting on the boat! You can bring your own drink & snack on the boat since lunch won't be til afterwards. We swam w/ spinner dolphins at our 1st spot. It was so amazing to see the baby dolphins! We explored the reef at our 2nd spot, which had so many different kinds of fishes. Ali swam to us w/ a starfish & other things for pictures & even explained to us what we were holding. After this, they took us out to see the spotted dolphins (Hawaiian name "kiko"). There were sooo many of them riding our waves, swimming under the boat, & flipping in the air. It was so amazing to watch. They explained they were hunting & they hardly see these dolphins. Afterwards, you go back to eat lunch then head back to your hotel. This was the highlight of my trip & I plan to do this again when I come back!

I enrolled in Dolphin University on August 29! The sky was clear and blue, the sea was a transparent emerald blue, and I was able to swim with dolphins and sea turtles along with many other participants from my group, ohana♪ It's only at Dolphin University that I could have such a fun time!! I'm also grateful to Shanti and the staff who guided us. This was an activity I would love to participate in again when I visit Hawaii☆

It's a shame that we ran out of time and had to cut back on some planned activities, but I will definitely try again!!

This was a highlight of our trip to Oahu. The staff were great and they feed you well. We saw so many dolphins, sea turtles and fish. We also bought the cd of pictures from a photographer on the boat. Great trip. No complaints!

Great tour and only gave four stars instead of 5 because we didnt see any dolphins under the water when we got in, we only saw them from afar. Austin, our guide explained it was most likely due to the time of year when the young are born and the dolphins were being overprotective. The staff were fantastic and very helpful throughout the whole tour. Even though we didnt see the dolphins in the water, we were not disappointed as the experience of seeing them in their environment jumping out of the water was awesome in itself. The staff were very apologetic at the dolphins non compliance. It wasnt their fault though, you cant make the dolphins do things they dont want to do!I would highly recommend going

This time, my 74-year-old mother joined us on the dolphin tour. At the snorkeling point, we were able to see sea turtles up close. There were also plenty of fish. There were two Japanese staff members on board who provided thorough explanations and kind assistance, allowing us to have a very enjoyable time. The lunch was delicious as well. On the way back to the port, we encountered dolphins! The dolphins chased the boat and seemed to be playing while swimming, which was very cute. If given the opportunity, I would definitely like to join this tour again.

今回は７４歳の母も一緒にイルカツアーに参加しました。シュノーケリングポイントではウミガメをとても近くで見ることができました。さかなもいっぱいいました。スタッフも日本人の方が２名乗船しており、丁寧な説明と親切な対応をしていただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。ランチもおいしかったです。帰港途中でイルカにも遭遇！イルカがボートを追いかけてきて、遊びながら泳いでいる様で、とてもかわいかったです。機会があれば、是非、また参加したいツアーです。

The boat was very clean and the 2 crewman were very friendly and polite. Although we didn't catch the big fish (was able to reel it in but unable to gaff it), my friends and I found the experience enjoyable. Fish were biting a lot in the AM, but started to stop toward the last half of the trip. I would go back again and with Boom Boom Sportsfishing on my next visit to Hawaii. As with all private charters, try to book it ahead of time.

During the bus ride, we talked about Hawaii, enjoyed hula dancing, singing, and had a great time beyond just swimming with dolphins. I was surprised by the high energy of the staff, but they were friendly and it was fun. I was worried about seasickness, but I took medication beforehand, so I was fine. We were able to see dolphins, but they were swimming so fast and moving around that it felt like we only caught a glimpse of them. My parents couldn't keep up...

The beautiful ocean views of West Oahu were great, but seeing wild dolphins in the water and then witnessing the swimming sea turtles was truly moving. It wasn't just a simple watching tour; it was really wonderful. I thought it was a fantastic tour with a lot of substance. (However, it seems that since they are wild animals, there may be times when you can't see them.) The staff were fun and attentive, and I'm really glad I participated. I want to go again.

I imagined that I would be able to swim close enough to touch the dolphins, but since they are truly wild dolphins, that wasn't the case. However, the joy I felt when I saw the dolphins in sight was immense.

The staff members were very cheerful, and I had a wonderful time. I'm glad I participated.

The rating of Good is likely because there was a baby dolphin in the pod, which meant they didn't come very close. (There's nothing that can be done about that.)

Overall, it was Great!!

想像してたのはイルカに触れるくらいの距離で泳げるのかと思っていたけど、本当の野生のイルカが相手なだけに、そんなわけはなかったけど、その分視界にイルカが見えた時の喜びはとても大きかったです。

This was our families first trip to Hawaii, so we wanted to include as many exciting activities as we could while we were there. The dolphin and turtle snorkel trip was one our family will always cherish. Seeing the wild dolphins in their habitat(not in an animal park), was amazing. We hope to do it again sometime in the next few years and would highly recommend it to any outdoor enthusiast that want a memorable day. Our boat guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we had all the comforts we needed while out at sea. Enjoyed our trip very much!

I had diving experience, so I was accustomed to snorkeling and enjoyed it. However, my companion was new to snorkeling and being in deep water, which caused a bit of panic, and they couldn't see the dolphins underwater as a result. That said, I was satisfied with the tour because we got to see the dolphins up close from the back of the boat when they swam alongside us.

My 10 and 11 year old daughters and I went on this excursion. It was a dream come true. Our captain took us up to a cove area where there were a good 30-50 spinner dolphins were hanging out! We had a blast. We then moved over to the sea turtles and we just loved that as well.

This was without a doubt the highlight of our holiday, loved it. The girls that took us out were great, they took us to our first location where we got the chance to swim with about 5-6 dolphins, then we moved on to the sea turtles, just great. On our return trip the girls took us back to our first location where there was now a pod of about 70 dolphins that we got to swim with. Just amazing. Thanks girls.
