I stayed at the Waikiki Park Hotel, and right in front of the ABC Store, there was a tourist information center with a foreigner. They offered the Atlantis submarine tour for just $40 per person. I had heard that local bookings were cheaper, but I didn't expect it to be this low. The water quality was quite murky, and our next tour was canceled.

My son was happy to be on the boat, and the staff were all very cheerful and wonderful people, but despite that, I still had some dissatisfaction with the tour. If you have a basic level of English or have a translation app or English conversation book on your smartphone, I strongly recommend making a local reservation.

By the way, the souvenir photos that are common at theme parks cost $50. At Dole Plantation, the train photos were $25, so I bought them there.

Wow, I learned a lot. You really can't know until you go and see for yourself.

ワイキキパークホテルに泊まっていましたがすぐそばのABCStore前に外国人が1人いる観光案内所があり、そこではなんと1人40＄でアトランティス潜水艦ツアーが…現地予約は安いと聞いていましたがまさかここまでとは。水質も濁りが酷く、私達の次の便は中止になっていました。
息子は船に乗れて喜んでいましたしスタッフは皆さんとても陽気で明るく素敵な人達でしたが色々差し引いても不満が残るツアーでした。
少し英語ができるレベル、またはスマホで翻訳や英会話本をお持ちなら現地予約を強くオススメします。
因みに、テーマパークによくある記念写真はなんと50＄です。
DolePLANTATIONの列車では25$でしたのでそちらで写真は購入しました。
いやー勉強になりました。
やはり行ってみないとわからないものですね。

I was unsure which dolphin experience menu to choose from the several options available, but in the end, I’m glad I chose this one. The instructor was very fun and although it was only in English, I was very satisfied. Currently, there are no programs in Japan that allow you to interact with dolphins to this extent.

I had the pleasure of using Dolphin University. To put it simply, it was the best! We were blessed with great weather, got to visit the sacred site of Makua, met dolphins, and encountered sea turtles, making it an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Sue, the class representative, were very accommodating, and I had a lot of fun! I will definitely participate in Manta University next time! Thank you very much!

Jake, Josh, and Barry took us on a fabulous voyage! They explained what the activity would entail and gave some safety rules.

They they took us put to turtle Bay and as we were making our way to where we were going to anchor the boat, we saw our first Turtle.

We got all geared up and went into the water. Someone on the trip wasn't a sting swimmer and jake provided adsistance so he wouldn't miss out on anything.

We saw several turtles and lots of beautiful fish!

We had a great lunch and a few great cocktails.

It was one of my best experiences while in Hawaii!

After visiting Honolulu many times before, my husband and I wanted to do something fun and unique to celebrate the beauty of Honolulu...beyond the glitzy stores and swanky restaurants. Well, we couldn't be happier with our choice to book a sun-filled excursion on the Honi Olani. The catamaran sail turned out to be fantastic, thanks to the experienced, well-trained Captain and crew. From the confirmation email, hotel pickup and transport to the marina, all of the details worked out as promised. As promised, we swam right next to sea turtles and other fish and truly enjoyed the personal attention and guidance while snorkeling in the water. We swam for over an hour, then sailed along the gorgeous shores of the island. The lunch provided was tasty, as were the cocktails and drinks included in the tour. The friendly crew made the entire tour seem effortless, although we know they were all hard at work serving us every step of the way. Honestly, we felt pampered. This trip definitely is recommended for everyone, including those families with young children who are confident with swimming in the ocean. Flotation vests, high-quality fins and snorkels are provided, and the kids who were on our tour were watched over very carefully and taught the basics of snorkeling. There is something so peaceful about the turtles who live so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I participated because it had been my dream since childhood to swim with wild dolphins. I had to wear a life jacket the whole time, which was a bit disappointing compared to what I imagined a dolphin swim would be like, but I was moved when I heard the dolphins' voices and when they swam right underneath me. There were also many turtles that I could see up close, which was great. One downside was that the tour guide was a bit too talkative, which bothered me and made me feel uncomfortable during my time in Hawaii. There’s room for improvement, ◯-san... Also, it might be a bit tough for those who can't swim. The malasadas from Leonard's were delicious!

Since it was my child's first time in Hawaii, we booked a Dolphin Encounter as something special. We planned to go by rental car, so there weren't many options without transportation included, and we made the reservation here.

Our session was at 3:15 PM, but my child started shivering from the cold halfway through. The cooler time of day was not suitable for kids. The Japanese staff explained everything kindly, but once it started, the staff only spoke English, and since the main focus was on taking photos, we couldn't move (we had to take photos at the exit), which was sad because my child was just shivering the whole time.

The photos are expensive, but we bought one as a keepsake of my child kissing a dolphin. Next time, when my child is older, I would like to try the Dolphin Swim. The dolphins were cute but quite firm!

I thought the first boat would have a better encounter rate, but it was full, so we took the second boat. We departed the port after eating malasadas.

It took quite a while to reach the point where the dolphins were, but since it was summer vacation, there were seven children under 12 on board. Thanks to that, we were able to try three times and see dolphins each time, which was great. To be honest, it felt more like watching the dolphins swim underwater rather than swimming with them.

I wore a long-sleeved rash guard, so I didn't rent a wetsuit, but after getting out of the water and heading to the next point, it was a bit chilly.

There was a place to store luggage under the seats on the boat, but in some spots, people got soaked from the waves.

After that, we moved to a snorkeling point where we could see turtles and tried canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. The stand-up paddleboarding felt more like paddling calmly on the sea like a canoe rather than riding the waves, and it seemed difficult to stand on the board.

On the way back, we had cheeseburgers. Along the way, we were also served warm tea, snacks, and juice.

Since we tried three times, there was no time to change, so everyone got on the bus in their swimsuits to return to the hotel. The air conditioning on the bus was very strong, and it was cold. Usually, it seems that people change in a spacious restroom.

Some experiences mention a strict guide, but we had a Japanese male guide who was very good.

正直一緒に泳ぐと言うかは水中でイルカが泳いでいるのを見ると言った感じでした。

私は長袖のラッシュガードを着用して行ったのでウェットスーツはレンタルしませんでしたが、海から上がりまた次のポイントまで船を走らせると少し肌寒かったです。

手荷物は船の座席の下にしまう場所がありましたが場所によっては波がかかりずぶ濡れになってる人もいました。

その後カメに会えるシュノーケルポイントに移動しカヌーやスタンダップ・パドルボードに挑戦。
スタンダップパドルは波に乗ると言うよりカヌーの様に穏やかな海の上を漕ぐだけでしたがボードに立つのが難しい様でした。

そして帰りながらチーズバーガーを頂きました。途中温かいお茶やスナック菓子やジュースも出ました。

今回は３回もチャレンジしたので時間が無く着替える時間も無かったので、皆水着のままバスに乗りホテルに帰りました。
バスの中はクーラーがガンガンに効いてて寒かったです。
普段は広めのトイレで着替えるようです。

体験談の中には厳しい口調のガイドだった事も書かれていますが、私達は日本人男性のガイドさんでとても良かったです。

Both my daughter and I were very satisfied with the tour. Since my daughter had been taking swimming lessons, she didn't have any resistance to the water, but when it came to wearing fins, putting on a mask, and jumping off the boat with the group, it seemed that my 11-year-old daughter was a bit hesitant at first. Now, it has become a wonderful memory. The staff were also very kind, making it a fantastic tour.

From the moment we got on the boat we knew this would be a great trip. We only had 9 people on a boat that holds 50!!!I have been on many Snorkeling excursions that are over crowded so this was quite the treat to have so much room. We had a wonderful time on the trip ! The staff was very attentive and helpful and made you feel very comfortable the whole day. We got to see lots of turtles! The food was great and there was plenty of it to go around. The guys were constantly asking if they could get you anything or do anything to make the trip more comfortable for you. Weather was perfect and the water was nice and warm. It does not get much better than this. I would highly recommend this excursion!

I participated with my 8-year-old daughter. Not only did we interact with dolphins, but we also swam with two dolphins, and one of them pushed us along with its belly. I was surprised by the high price, but I believe it became a lifelong memory for my daughter. One of the dolphins we swam with was the only Orfin (a hybrid of dolphin and whale) in the world.

First let me say that this cruise, the crew, and the food and drinks are all amazing, and that you should not hesitate in booking! I was looking for something fun for my husband and I to do for our 3 year anniversary, and I'm glad we picked this. Going through the process of actually ordering the tickets was a bit of a pain. We live here, but the website kept asking about our flights and hotel, so that was a bit annoying. But, we finally got our voucher for the sail and it was confirmed very quickly. The company even called a few times to make sure we were all set. When we got onboard the crew was fantastic and started serving up the drinks and food immediately. Woohoo! The water was absolutely beautiful, and I got to see some marine life that I haven't seen before in my 4 years as a Hawai'i resident. The crew was also very good about making sure we were safe at all times, which made us feel like we were in good hands. All in all, it was a great experience and we would happily pay to go again.

Timely pick-up, great folks, and tasty food. Oh, and did I mention dolphins! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and can say that this is by far the best dolphin snorkel I've been on. I got my gear within 5 minutes of check-in and put in my lunch choice. Dolphin Excursions is an educationally based tour company and some of the people there are marine biologists. They seemed to read the behavior of the dolphins very well. The baby spinner dolphins are super cute! This is a great time of year because the dolphins are having babies so they are fun to watch. We went out about 3 times to snorkel, twice with the dolphins so close. I have never seen so many dolphins with me in the water, and you can even hear them 'singing' before you see them. When we got back, lunch was already made. The food is great at Spinner's Cafe, and the people are courteous. I had a great time and can say that many others did as well.

We had a great time. The staff was friendly, informative and helped settled the nerves of those that needed it. We were able to see sea turtles which was amazing. We saw, touched and fed the tropical fish. They took pictures of us underwater as well which will become a nice memory keepsake. A must do when visiting the island of O'ahu and so worth the money that we spent.

Awesome Day Snorkeling in Waikiki!

My boyfriend and I came across this website while vacationing in Oahu. We were looking online for snorkeling tours, but most were out of our budget. When we came across this website we were excited that we had found a good deal. The process was super easy! All we did was input the date we wanted to go and purchased our tickets. When we arrived at the boat harbor we had no problem presenting our online confirmation and getting right on the boat. The crew on the boat were very hospitable and made sure we had a memorable experience. The snorkel spot was breathtaking! Especially vein so close to the endangered green sea turtles. We saw well over a dozen of them and sometimes they came rather close to us. After snorkeling for a little over an hour we hopped back on the boat and the crew served us lunch and drinks (including alcohol). There was no charge for anything on the boat, including the alcohol. We then went for a scenic sail around Diamond Head and relaxed out on the front of the catamaran. This was one of the best days of our vacation! We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Oahu and looking for some great snorkeling!

We had so much fun on this snorkel sail. Actually the day before the sail was supposed to happen the company called and said there was an issue with the boat and that that particular cruise was not going to be running that day. I had no other day that we could do it as it was a birthday surprise for my friend and our schedules were way too busy after that day to fit it in. They quickly offered to change our reservation for the dolphin snorkel sail that same day with no charge to us. It worked out perfect! The crew was totally awesome and we got to snorkel so close to dolphins. THe entire vibe on the boat was so much fun with jokes from the crew and their service was great. AMazing lunch and breakfast. I would definitely go again!

Since my child is small, I was a bit anxious about interacting with wild dolphins, so we participated in this tour. We were able to touch the dolphins and even received kisses from them, making it a fun experience without any fear. While waiting, we could take photos in front of the pool, so even the older brothers who didn't sign up for the dolphin interaction tour were not bored. Especially great was getting 1-on-1 attention for 7-year old Jack during the snorkeling session -- made Jack feel very comfortable and confident in the big water despite the waves and the massive sea life below!

First day at Iruka University! This time, the staff was very energetic and taught us a lot about the ocean, so thank you for the enjoyable time!

When searching for dolphins, we were ready to go as soon as we spotted them! At first, it felt a bit intense until we got used to it, but they really helped us encounter wild dolphins, and we were able to see a large pod with our own eyes. When I submerged my ears in the water, I could clearly hear the dolphins' calls, which was incredibly exciting!

At Ryugu Castle, a wild honu (sea turtle) came within 50 centimeters, and I was so thrilled to be able to touch it! I was desperately trying to stay still on the surface, but the honu gracefully dove without touching me, making it a very rare experience! On the boat, there was no time to be bored, and I had a fulfilling and fun day. I definitely want to participate again next time!

One disappointing thing was that there were professional photographers taking pictures, and when I purchased the data ($60), I received photos of all participants, but I had fewer pictures than other families. It felt a bit disappointing since I paid the same amount as others. I think participants should definitely approach the photographers and ask for more photos!

イルカ探しは、見つけ次第すぐスタンバイ！慣れるまでスパルタ感に思ってしまいましたが(^^)野生のイルカとの遭遇に一生懸命引っ張って行ってくださってしっかりイルカの大群を目で見られたし海中に耳を浸けているとキューキューキューてイルカの鳴き声もしっかり聞けて大感激⭐︎^o^
竜宮城では野生のホヌさんが50センチの近距離まできて触れたらヤバイ！って必死に水面でじっとしていたのですがホヌさんが、スゥーッと触れることなく無事潜ってくれたり〜とっても貴重な体験が出来ました！船の上ではぼーっとしてる暇はなくとても充実した楽しい1日を過ごせました、次もまた参加したいですね！
残念なのは一つプロカメラマン方もいらっしゃって撮ってくださっていたのですが、データ購入（60ドル）してみてみたら参加者全員のデータをいただきましたが他の家族の撮影枚数より少なく、他の方と同じ額払ってるのに…と少し残念な感じでした。参加される方は、ぜひぜひ積極的にカメラマンに近寄って撮ってもらった方が得！と思います^_^

The captain is really good at finding the surface of the sea where the dolphins are! When we spotted them, we jumped in, and after the group swam away, we moved the boat... we repeated this three times. It was truly moving. We even saw baby dolphins and dolphins playing and spinning around.

After that, we moved again to meet the sea turtles, but unfortunately, there were only tropical fish... Still, we enjoyed seeing pufferfish, horse mackerel, and colorful fish. It's nature, so it can't be helped! I'm glad we got to see them at the North Shore beach (laughs).

On the way back, we waited at the port for about an hour for the shuttle bus to arrive, possibly because the road was congested. But thanks to that, all our swimsuits dried, and we were able to take a nap in the shade and have lunch at a nearby cafeteria. I recommend the lunch at the blue building! However, for those who were in a hurry, it must have been a frustrating hour...

Next, I might challenge myself to university!

とにかく船長が、イルカのいる海面を見つけるのが上手い！！
いたら飛び込んで、また群れが去ったらボートで移動して…を3回繰り返しました。
本っっ当に感動します。赤ちゃんイルカや、クルクル回って遊ぶイルカも見れました。

その後はまた移動してウミガメに会いに行ったんですが、残念ながら熱帯魚しかおらず…それでもフグや鯵、カラフルな魚と楽しめましたp(^_^)q
自然相手なので仕方ないですよね☆ノースショアのビーチで見ておいて良かった（笑）

帰りは道が混んでいたのか、送迎バスが到着するまで小一時間港で待ちました。でもそのお陰で全部水着も乾いたし、木陰でお昼寝、近くのカフェテリアでランチまでできちゃいましたp(^_^)qブルーの建物のランチ、お勧めです！
でも、焦っていた人にとっては、じれったい1時間だったでしょう…

We enjoyed the time we had on this cruise. The staff, food and boat were great. The only issue we had was with another passenger who would push, shove and step on everyone around him. There were also tons of pictures of him on the available USB for sale and only handfuls of all the other passengers. The cruise we definitely recommend, the rude passenger could have been left on shore.

Fantastic day on the water!

We randomly picked this cruise based on the activities and meal provided and couldn't have chosen better! The bus ride from Waikiki was on time and relaxing, and once we arrived at the pier, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and fun! The dolphins were the highlight, in my opinion, but my friends loved the snorkeling and BBQ lunch and open bar. All-in-all, this was definitely worth it, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii!
