Reviewed by: ジェイエム, 2019/01/17日本人だから、選択種なく日本人セラピストがつきました。申し訳ないですが、ホテルのスパのセラピストというより、その辺のマッサージ屋さんのおばさんって感じ雰囲気の方でした。旅の最終日で疲れていたためか、終わる10分くらい前には少しウトウトしていましたが、ゆったりとしたロミロミというより、単なるオイルマッサージで、とっても素早い動きのため、最初は落ち着きませんでした。施術後、マッサージで使った商品のセールストークがあり、少し嫌な気分になりました。施術の前後、スパ施設利用が出来るとのことでしたが、正直、かなりがっかりしました。景色は見えないどころか、空さえあまり見えない作りで、ミストサウナは全然温かくないし、提供されているフルーツも補充がなくて、バスケットの中はほぼ空っぽ。フェイシャルメニューもあるスパのロッカールームなのに、ローション等の基礎化粧品は一切ありませんでした。生理用品とか爪やすりなんていらないので、スパで使う高級品である必要はないながら、化粧水や乳液、日焼け止めクリーム等は置いてほしいですね。

正直、一緒に利用できるスパ施設自体のクオリティは低かったです笑
(日本のスーパー銭湯の方がクオリティ高いぐらい)
なので、スパは期待せずに行った方がいいかもです。
ただ肝心のマッサージは施術してくださった方がとてもお上手で気持ち良く、旅の疲れが癒されました！
マッサージルームも広々した個室で良かったです！

スパ素人なので、素人意見です。
まず、水着を持っていくといいと思います。
理由は後ほど…
前日の夜に予約して、確定メールがなかったので電話にて確認しました。
日本語オーケーの方が対応してくださり、予約確定できました。
バウチャーを印刷して持ってきてとのことでしたが、印刷できる環境がなかったのでそのまま伺いました。
メール転送するとその場で印刷してくださるようです。
軽く問診をして、ロッカーへ案内されました。
英語での説明だったので、全然わかりませんでした！
とりあえず、トップはナッシング、下は紙のパンツ履くと。
その後リラックスルーム行けと。
リラックスルームにはドライサウナとミストサウナ、ジャグジーがありました。
ここで分からなかったのが、サウナとかジャグジー。
裸で入るのか…？？
結論から言うと水着でも裸でもいいらしいですが、海外の方はみんな水着着用でした。
日本人は裸の方もいました。
プールもあるので、水着を持っていくことでどちらのパターンも対応できると思います。
マッサージはまぁまぁ？
日本で受けたペニンシュラのマッサージの方が好みでした。
旦那は大絶賛していました。
マッサージが終わったらまたリラックスルーム、プールを満喫しました。
皆さんの口コミでもあるように、プールもサウナも楽しむといいと思います。

交代で受けるロミロミ、なのですが。

予約の時に名前の入力例のとおりに入力したと
ころ、ベルトラさんから予約の内容を確認する問い合わせがありました。
しっかりと施術順を確認していただき安心していましたが、当日何故か私が二回分の時間でロミロミを受けもう1人はロビーでずっと待ちぼうけ、という状態に。
拙い英語で説明しましたが伝わらず。
ロミロミは良かったのですがなんだか残念でした。

機内の寒さとオーランドで遊び過ぎたツケが出たのかカラダがガチガチ…オマケに空港からの送迎バスも渋滞で進まず…そんな時に、今から予約可能という中にあったのでお願いしました。ホテルのすぐ近くでしたし何より日本語でのコミュニケーションにホッとしました。足浴まであって施術も丁寧でした

Reviewed by: yamaちゃん, 2018/06/01GW前半（4/26～4/30)を利用して私たち夫婦と姪っ子二人の家族４人でホノルルを訪れました。せっかくのハワイ！青い海と水着。だったらペディキュアでしょ！ということで姪っ子ふたりに体験させました。１８歳未満はダメとのアナウンスでしたがＶＥＬＴＲＡさんを通して保護者（わたし）が付き添えばＯＫとのご回答をいただけ、当日もお店のスタッフさんにその旨を確認するまでもなく施術していただけました。高校生の二人は「英語、話せないなあ」と不安げでしたがいざ施術後にお迎えに行ったときにはそんな不安もすっかり忘れ上機嫌でした。簡単なフットマッサージもしていただけるらしく、ペディキュアのついでに疲れも取れるなんて、旅行初日のアクティビティとしてはお勧めです。

Dianne was incredible, she has been one of the best guides we ever had, she run at our pace, stopping to take amazing photos of the surroundings.
Also she guided us to this amazing streches, so we wouldn´t get injured.
The views alone where amazing, fully recommended for anyone who likes doing some excersise in the morning in the nature.
We recommend this tour and Dianne all the way.
Next time in Oahu we will sure take another running tour.

Not worth at this time.
Reviewed by: Jasper, 2017/11/082017 November, the Mandara Spa is still under renovation. Many facilities are down, and most of the others are very old and do not look like Mandara Spa Level. And the service is also below average level as its price. You may think to try them maybe after the renovation but definitely not recently.

最高の時間

Convient, right down the street from my hotel.

Unfortunately, I had a back spasm week prior and was still sore, so cannot say that the back was good. However, the neck was considerable difference, from being tight(from my back) to very loose, which in turn relieved pressure on the back.

娘の初スパ！

ヒルトンのマンダラスパはHAWAIIに来ると必ず来ていたので、かれこれ５．６回来ています。
高いけど、サウナとかプールとかの施設も好きなだけ使えるし、私にっとっては夢の時間です。
今まで娘は待っている歳だったので初スパ体験！
ママのハマル訳がわかるといってました。
娘にはこんな贅沢体験１０年早かったかな？と思う今日この頃です。

いきなり優雅な気分に浸れます。
ジャグジーやシャワー、プールもあっていくらでもノンビリ過ごせました。
マッサージも個室でとても気持ちよく、一緒に行ったお姉さまはグガグガ寝ておりました。
気持ちよすぎてイビキかく人は注意（笑

Reviewed by: -PAUL-, 2015/05/19Never had a lomi lomo massage, but with the back scrubbing was rather interesting. What really helped out when i added the oils aroma therapy, one for relaxation & the other for my muscles.
Now i doubled check for this on the ad, but where does it state mandatory $15 tip? What happens if i didnt have money on me? Do they then charge me on my credit card? Nothing like being relaxed, then stressed out again because you are being taken advantage of your own money! Its confusing, because i thought i paid for the service, now i need to pay the lady that massage me too? I call that double dipping.
This information needs to be stated, because in all honestly, its not your money, its mine to spend. Am i wrong? Another disappointment.

I am glad we scheduled the massage on the day after our arrival. Nice start to our 10 day Hawaiian vacation.
