This time, I used the service arriving in Honolulu from Canada.

The arrival time was completely different from the flights from Japan, as we arrived after 10 PM, but the shuttle service was well-organized and convenient.

I will definitely use it again when I travel to Hawaii from other cities in North America next time.

This was my second time in Honolulu, and I requested the shuttle bus for the first time. After arriving from the outer islands, the shuttle bus staff came to help with luggage and placed a shell lei around my neck. They also carried my suitcase, which was very kind of them.

I was a bit surprised by the radio volume during the ride to the hotel, but they carried my luggage from the vehicle to inside the hotel, and they were very kind. I thought I would like to use this service again the next time I visit Hawaii.

I'm always nervous booking something online and it was wonderful when we got off the plane to have our greeter right there in plain site. This was a surprise for our guests traveling with us and was a very nice welcome to Hawaii. The greeter was absolutely lovely but we couldn't understand her because she seemed to speak in a whisper. Maybe our hearing was off from the engine noise of 11 hours flying to get there. I was expecting an orchid lei and instead got the big brown nut lei that looks like chocolate. I guess that's better because it will last forever as a souvenir even though the flowers are much prettier. I would use them again but just ask that the greeter try to speak a little louder.

I used the shuttle from the domestic flights. I got a bit lost at the shuttle pick-up point, but I was able to board safely. The driver was very accommodating and provided some guiding explanations along the way, all in English. It's affordable and the service is good, so I would like to use it again.

When I arrived at Honolulu Airport, I had trouble finding the meeting point, but the information staff kindly guided me to a nearby attendant in a yellow aloha shirt. After checking in my suitcase and waiting for a few minutes, I was able to enjoy the scenery on a spacious bus to Honolulu. The return trip to the airport was also smooth. Thank you very much.

I used this service on my return from the Neighbor Islands. The staff welcomed me at the baggage claim area and helped with the luggage pickup, which was very attentive. The shuttle seemed to have come from the international terminal, and there were already four or five groups ahead of me. Since my hotel was the last stop, it took a little time to arrive, but that can't be helped. This service is very convenient for individual travelers without a rental car.

The driver had the bus ready for us when i came down from my room at 7am. He loaded our luggage and we were off. the volcanic plain of dark rough rocks stretched either side of the road as we drove to the airport, the volcanoes themselves overlooking the terrain from their distance. My two friends and I felt the power of the land on this farewell journey at the end of our wonderful time at Kohala Coast, Hawaii island. Veltra is a dependable company. Three times I have travelled with Veltra. Each time has been perfect

I made a last-minute reservation here because another company (a Japanese one) had already closed their bookings. After making the reservation, I received a confirmation email stating, "Hotel pickup is 3.5 hours prior." I thought that was early, but considering I didn't know the road conditions and they would be stopping at other hotels, I figured it was reasonable.

I was fully prepared and waiting in the lobby, but the van took a while to arrive. I started to doubt whether they would come to call me in the lobby, so I waited by the roadside in front of the hotel. While waiting, it was confusing because large buses and vans that didn't have "Roberts" written on them were stopping nearby.

The confirmation email mentioned, "If they don't arrive in 10 minutes, call us," and I hesitated, thinking, "It's about time to call... (but I wouldn't understand if they spoke in English)." Finally, around 15 minutes later, the van arrived. After stopping at a couple of other hotels and passing through the domestic terminal, we arrived at my flight's terminal 2 hours and 40 minutes before departure.

Since I don't understand English, I thought that next time, I should consider having Japanese support as one of my criteria, just in case.

予約確定メールに「10分経って来なかったらTELを」と書いてあり、「そろそろTELを…(でも英語で言われても意味分かんないし)」と躊躇していたところ、15分過ぎた頃にバンが到着。その後2か所くらい他ホテルを回り、国内線ターミナルを経由し、私のフライトのターミナルに到着したのはフライトの2時間40分前でした。
英語が分からない私は、次回は、万一の場合に日本語対応可であることも選択基準のひとつにしようと思いました。

I had some trouble with the departure procedures, so I hurried to the meeting place. However, my fellow passengers ended up gathering 15 minutes later. I waited there, zoning out, but since it was a trip where there was no rush, it wasn't a problem.

We stopped at four hotels, and I was the last to get off at the fifth stop. I think this service is good in that regard because if there weren't a rule limiting it to five stops, there could be a possibility of more people being crammed in. I'm also grateful that it can be used without tipping.

This was my first time using this service and it was fantastic! The driver (Dora) was there waiting for me at the airport with a big smile and "Aloha" welcome. I was her only person to drop off at that time (2:00ish in the afternoon) in Poipu. So it was just Dora & I, in a very nice black SUV. It was soooooo nice to get off the airplane and be picked up on time and not having to deal with the rental car process. You do need a rental car to get around the island, but my family was already there with rental car but couldn't pick me up from airport because they were on a Captain Andy's Napili Coast tour at the time of my arrival. I highly recommend this shuttle service and if you get Dora for your driver, then your Kauai experience starts as soon as you get off the plane! Mahalo Dora!!!

Our flight to Kona was cancelled , and we ended up coming in much later on a different flight. We made one phone call to Roberts & they took care of everything . They picked us up right when we got there and helped us locate our luggage . Great experience.

Driver arrived a little early but as I was ready we got moving. As The time was 4:30am I was glad to see him. A nice run to the airport with some cheerful chat from someone who obviously enjoys his job. He made sure he knew where to drop me and was able to advise me about facilities, important at that early hour.

The Roberts representative was waiting close to the entrance to Baggage Claim and showed me where to go for pickup and which carousel would have my luggage. The loader whisked off my luggage and got it in the bus but was very careful to check he had everything. The driver was very careful. The only snag was he didn't know where my hotel was and it was just as well I did. Despite this a very good service.
