However, at the Roberts check-in counter, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, and they handled everything properly despite the delay. They dropped us off in order based on a list with the names of the hotels where guests were staying. They put a sticker with the hotel name on my suitcase, so I didn't have to worry even if the driver couldn't speak Japanese. We used this service as a family. We were picked up from the airport to the hotel. When we landed at the airport, there was already someone waiting with a sign with our name on it, and they found us right away. My arrival pickup couldn't have been better. I was off the plane and on the shuttle within 5 minutes. I booked that one online. I called to schedule my return shuttle. When the time came, no one showed up. When I called them, they said they had no record of my reservation. Thirty minutes later the shuttle showed up. I made my flight, but I doubt I would if I had not called them. Very nice staff but didn't love the experience.

Due to arriving late at night, we had arranged for a Roberts Hawaii shuttle to our Condo. We were greeted by Roberts Hawaii when we arrived, and they loaded our luggage on a cart. However, rather than having us wait for the regular shuttle bus, they transferred our luggage to a waiting taxi, and we were able to leave the airport right away, with out waiting.
