Everything was as promised. The plane was met immediately upon arrival, the leis were beautiful, and the lasted a full week. Great way to start a Hawaiian vacation!!

I ordered leis for my brother and his wife because they had never been to Hawaii and this would be a nice surprise. Our plane landed a little early so we missed our greeter. Finally caught up with him as he was getting in a car to go home! He didn't know we landed early. (I thought they were supposed to check on that?) The leis were beautiful and my brother and his wife were nicely surprised. I would do this again.

When you arrive in Hawaii, you might have the image of being welcomed with a lei, but recently that has become less common, so I signed up for this service as a surprise. They were very happy, so I think it was a great start to the trip. The price is a bit on the higher side, but the staff's response was good. You don't need to speak English to be okay.

For first timers, couples, honeymooners, and or families, this special treat of receiving a Lei once you have landed, is a special time. Never thought we would experience such an event, but when we arrive from our red eye flight and just outside the gate, we were greeted with our Lei's that also came with a special note that you can prepared by this company for your Loved one.

I chose the cheaper "silk lei" so it would last forever, vs the fresh flowered lei.

If it's your first time to vist the islands, surprise her, as they will be waiting for you to depart the plane with your name and message on a sign.

I have used Platinum Limousine as my airport pickup and return service on Oahu for many years. I have always found them to be on time with new extremely clean vehicles and very knowledgeable, friendly, well groomed, courteous drivers. After a long tiring flight it's nice to have a Platinum car and driver waiting for you rather than having to wait for a bus shuttle or cab to take you to your hotel!

It's recommended for large groups!! They arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which was a great help.

I ordered the lei greeting for my wife which was delivered upon our arrival at the Airport on Maui, Hawaii. The lei was pretty but the person delivering is seemed to be bored.

We were greeted at the gate. Each member of the family received a lei. It was our first visit to Hawaii and wanted this experience. The greeter escorted us to our luggage and gave instructions on transportation. She also took our family picture. It was great.

I took a very nice limousine to the airport, and I thought it would be great if we could have drinks inside the car.

This was a once in a lifetime trip for my family. The lei greeting was a great beginning to a fabulous vacation. I wasnt expecting her to not only greet us off the plane but also help us get our luggage and take us to our next destination point.

My only concern would be, if this was a surprise for someone I could see how someone would walk by them and not read the signs to see that the lei greeting was for them.

Driver was on time and very friendly. And believe me after the long flight it was nice to see a friendly face and a comfortable ride from the airport to the hotel. I will recommend this service to anyone traveling to Hawaii!!!

This was a great surprise for my family. After a 11 hour flight, they were excited by the surprise at the gate. Your employees were also very helpful with details of the airport and transportation questions and recommendations.

Leis for the girls and they were so surprised. The sweetheart was waiting for us and presented leis to the girls. Priced right and added that special touch on arriving on Maui.

I secretly ordered a lei service for my friend, but they didn't realize it was a surprise (laughs). The fresh flower lei was beautiful, but I wondered what to do with it after receiving it. I would love to know what others do after receiving a lei.

生花のレイは素敵でしたが、もらった後にどうしようと思いました。レイをもらった後に皆さんはどうしているのかまで教えてもらえたらと思いました。

Great service for my first time friend to Hawaii! We were in Kauai for 4 nights, and she stored the Lei in the refrigerator and wore it back home on the plane!!! It still looked good! Very happy customer here! Your wonderful staff also took a great picture with my camera of us both! Thank you!

We were greeted by a friendly lady that was identified by the sign she was holding with our names and she had a card with congratulations on our 50th anniversary. She took the time to take pictures of us with our leis and then was very hepful in directing us to the areafor taxi pickup. The leis were beautiful, fresh, made complely from flowers with no bead fillers, and lasted the week. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted a surprise for my group upon arrival and could not be more pleased with the efforts provided by our greeter.

This was our 21st visit to the islands but the first for our grandsons fiance. The greeting was for her and it was everything we hoped for and more. We were very satisfied and she was estatic. Thank you for a wonderful experience once again.

This time, I traveled to Waikiki with my wife's family. Since it was a personal trip with a total of seven people, we arranged for a limousine. Five people took the limousine, while my wife and I followed in a rental car to the hotel.

Even while I was picking up the rental car, they waited with a smile and never showed any signs of displeasure.

They were very pleasant during the journey, and everyone expressed their gratitude.

The cost performance was excellent, and I will definitely use their services again next time.

今回、妻の家族と一緒にワイキキに旅行しました。
個人旅行で、総勢７名だったのでリムジンを手配しました。
５名乗車して、私と妻はレンタカーでホテルまで追従しました。

レンタカーを引き取りに言っている間もいやな顔一つ見せず、笑顔で待っていてくれました。

移動中もとても感じが良かったそうで、皆から感謝されました。

コストパフォーマンスにも優れ、次回も是非利用します。

I ordered this for my 6 year old daughter, who it was her first vacation to Hawaii and on a plane. When we got off the plane we were greeted by a woman in a hawaiian dress holding a sign with my daughters name on it.. My daughter was SO excited! She loved her Lei which was perfect and not too big for her little neck. The flowers stayed beautiful during our week long vacation and my daughter loved them hanging off the lamp shade by our bed. An extra bonus was the lei greeter had 2 extra lei's and gave them to us at no charge so we got lei's for the whole family. I would reccomend this for any one who wants to start thier vacation out right!! My daughter loved it and I loved seeing her so happy!

This was a great service that I just happened upon in a website.
I convinced my wifes cousin to do this for his wife also.
This was Lois and my 40th wedding anniversary trip. Although our plane was late you were right there as promised. The Leis were beautiful and the others in the group were very jealous. The greeter even volunteered and took the time to photograph us with our camera! Very nice as this will most like be our one and only trip to Hawaii. Thank you. I would recommend this service to all Hawaii vacationers. Very unique and a great Aloha to the islands.
