The welcome was great, as upon arrival, the vehicle was upgraded from an SUV to a limousine, which really boosted my excitement!! They also picked me up earlier than scheduled for the return trip, which was very nice. I will definitely use this service again!

The driver was waiting more than 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the pickup location, which allowed for smooth group coordination and baggage loading. At Honolulu Airport, the lobby was divided into two areas, but thanks to the meeting with the driver on the day, we were able to manage two stops without mixing up the baggage, which was a great help. I was excited to share the Lei Greeting with my family, since I recall it was a great way to start off the trip when we did it years ago. However, the Greeter just sort of handed you a Lei and Bracelet and said welcome. There was no big greeting, she was too busy to offer to take a picture, never looked us in the eyes and looked like she was overworked and just trying to hand out meals to 50 small school children as fast as possible. I ended up pulling my family aside and asking a stranger to take our photos and then explained how this is a great way to start off our family vacation.
