I waited 30 minutes for the bus from the airport to the hotel. That was still okay, but despite the fact that the Ramada Plaza Hotel is relatively close to the airport and near Ala Moana Center, the bus took a long detour, dropping off everyone else before stopping at the hotel. It should have taken less than 30 minutes if it went straight, but it took 1 hour and 20 minutes, which made me really angry.

The return trip from the hotel to the airport was just as bad. I waited and waited, and when I called, they said it would arrive in about 20 minutes, but it ended up being about 50 minutes late in total. The meeting point was supposed to be the "hotel front rotary," but they only came to the road in front of the hotel and apparently left without even looking for me. It was chaotic in front of the reception, so I asked a staff member in front of the bus for help.
