We had a wonderful time and the guides were great.

I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was and also the horses. Horses were very well behaved and such a joy to ride. I reccomend this ride to everyone that enjoys horses and loves the beach. Breathtaking views of the ocean and riding my horse in the sand was such a dream come true. Thankyou so much to the staff at Polo North Shore Beach.

This was the highlight of my stay on the Big Island. The staff were professional and knowledgeable about the stars, and I learned a lot. We joined another similar tour along the way, and from what I saw, the lunch here seemed to have better contents. It was also great that they didn't use disposable containers, making it eco-friendly. The stargazing was done in a unique location just for this tour, and I was able to see Saturn's rings through the telescope. I was thrilled that the staff even took a photo of Saturn for us. The guide mentioned that this tour had the latest return time, and they really took their time with us, making it worth participating. I highly recommend it!

今回のハワイ島滞在で一番のハイライトでした。スタッフの方々がプロフェッショナルで星空のことをよくご存じで、沢山学ぶことができました。同じようなツアーと途中で一緒になりましたが、ちらっと見たところでは、お弁当はこちらのほうが中身がよかったように思います。使い捨て容器でないところもエコでよかったです。星空観測は、このツアーだけの場所でゆったりとすることができ、天体望遠鏡で土星の輪も見えました。スタッフの方が土星の写真も撮ってくださって感激です。帰る時間はこのツアーが一番遅いんだよとガイドさんがおっしゃってましたが、本当にじっくり時間をとってくださって、参加した甲斐がありました。お勧めです！

We had a wonderful guide/driver. She really gave us a lot of information on the way up and at the site. It was nice to not drive or worry about packing warm weather gear. Well worth the money. And the meal was very good and filling.

It was so much fun, but the waiting times before and after were really long!!

They mentioned it was due to the airplane, but after a brief explanation, we waited about three hours before finally skydiving!

Even after it was over, we waited nearly two hours, which brought my mood down a bit.

Repeat visitors said they had never waited this long, but for those going during high season, I think it would be good to bring a book or something to pass the time.

Also, this only happened to me, but the instructor failed to land properly, and I injured my arm. It was a minor injury, but I think wearing long sleeves and long pants would be safer.

すっごく楽しかったけど、とにかく前後の待ち時間が長いです！！

飛行機の関係とか言ってましたけど、着いてから簡単な説明を聞いてから3時間くらい待たされやっとスカイダイビング！

終わったあとも2時間近く待たされちょっとテンション下がります。

リピーターの方はこんなに待たされたことはないとは言ってましたが、ハイシーズンに行く方はなにか本とか時間つぶせるものを持っていくといいかと思います。

あと、私の時だけでしたがインストラクターが着地に失敗して、私は腕を怪我しました。
軽傷でしたが、長袖・長ズボンの方が安心かと思います。

I participated at my boyfriend's request. As someone with a fear of heights, I reluctantly agreed to join.

After participating, I honestly felt that it wasn't as scary as I expected. The diver who jumped with us mentioned that he jumps about ten times a day, which made me think that the chances of dying from this are almost none.

According to my boyfriend, the actual time spent in freefall is about five minutes. The freefall lasts for about one to two minutes before the parachute opens, and then you glide for about three minutes. During the freefall, I was so focused on breathing and looking at the camera (since I had ordered photos and a DVD) that I was a bit frantic. Once the parachute opened, the view was incredibly beautiful, and I was moved by it. It felt like I was watching a scene from a TV show. After landing, I was really tired (laughs), but my boyfriend said it was so much fun that he wanted to jump again.

Considering the prices for photos and DVDs in Japan and other countries, I think it’s worth ordering them since they are quite cheap. We’ve been enjoying watching them together since returning home. Also, it gets quite cold up there, so I recommend wearing long sleeves.

　彼氏の希望で参加しました。高所恐怖症の私はしぶしぶオッケー・・・という気分での参加でした。
　参加してからの感想としては、正直、思ったよりは怖くないなぁといったところでしょうか。一緒に飛んでくれるダイバーさんは一日に10回程飛ぶと話していたのでこれで死ぬことはまずないだな、と思いました。
　彼氏の話によると、実際飛んでいる時間は5分程度。フリーフォールは落ちて1，2分間でパラシュートが開いてからは3分程です。私はフリーフォールの時は息をするのと、（写真・ＤＶＤを頼んでいたので）カメラを見るので必死でした。パラシュートが開いてからは景色がすごくきれいで感動しました。テレビでの映像を見ているみたいでした。降りた後はすごく疲れていました（笑）彼氏は楽しすぎてもう一回飛びたいと言っていました。
　
　日本や他の国ですることを思うと写真やＤＶＤを頼んでも安いので頼んでおいても良いかと思います。帰国してからみんなで見て楽しんでいます。あと、上空はかなり寒いので、長袖で行くことをお勧めします。

On July 29, I participated in a North Shore (Haleiwa) tour. We gathered at the hotel lobby at 8:10 and set off to the North Shore together! The transportation (tour) was a shared style with people from other groups, primarily using a van. The tour guide provided commentary on the highlights throughout the journey. First, we visited "Moanalua Gardens" and "Dole Plantation," and then we arrived in "Haleiwa." At 10:15, we were taken to Turtle Beach, where we were lucky enough to encounter a "sea turtle" at Laniakea Beach. After that, we returned to the charming town of Haleiwa, which has an old Hawaiian atmosphere, and enjoyed about three hours of free time. I was satisfied with indulging in B-grade gourmet food like "Huli Huli Chicken, Garlic Shrimp, and Shave Ice." Along the way, we also enjoyed shopping at Surf and Sea (the shops were having a sale with 50% off, which was a great deal). We gathered at the shopping center at 14:15 and were taken back to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 15:15 and disbanded.

7/29ノースショア（ハレイワ）観光に参加しました。8：10ホテルロビーに集合しみんなで一緒にノースショアへ出発！　移動（観光）は他グループの人たちと一緒に楽しむスタイルで基本は乗り合いです。ツアーガイドさんは移動中に終始見どころについての解説をしてくれます。まずは「モアナルアガーデン」「ドールプランテーション」を経て「ハレイワの町へ」到着しました。10：15私たちはまずウミガメビーチに連れて行ってもらいました。ラニアケアビーチでは運良く「ウミガメ」に遭遇することができました。その後、昔ながらのハワイの雰囲気が漂う古きよき町ハレイワに戻り約３時間のフリータイムです。「フリフリチキン・ガーリックシュリンプ・シェイブアイス」のB級グルメをハシゴして食し満足でした。途中サーフ・アンド・シー　ショッピングも楽しみました（ショップはセール中で50％Offでお得でした）
14：15にショッピングセンターに集合しホテルまで送ってもらいました。15：15ホテル到着し解散しました。

Had alot of fun exploring the Kualoa Ranch. First day it rained and 5 minutes into the ride - we cancelled, however, they accomodated us with another day. The second try, it was also raining in the morning, they supplied us with rain coats and we were on our way. It stopped raining and we had a beautiful ride. Our guide was very informative and alot of fun. The land is amazing and beautiful and the horses wonderful. The scenery was absolutely fabulous and I would recommend this Hawaiin adventure as part of your trip.

My husband and I enjoyed our afternoon/evening learning all about Mauna Kea and the journey up the mountain. Our tour guide was wonderful and knowledgeable.

We had never done anything like this before and after this, EVERY VACATION we do will have ziplining !!!

It is GOREGOUS scenery between the zip lines.

You are very high up now how do you get there? You drive to the tour place and they will bus you to the starting zipline from there is mostly hiking from zip to zip.

So.... I would say that if you are in hearth healthy, have no knee issues and you are in reasonable shape or at least say 10 or 11 yrs old, okay with heights, this may is a great activity for you. Why.. well its ALOT of hiking! Up and down paths along side the mountain to get to each zipline. But that's what Kauai is all about after all. I am not a work out fanatic and I did just fine but I do elipse every other day so.... just take that into consideration.

It was fantastic and fun. The guides rocked and catered to every person. They were responsive, educational, helpful and funny. They also start you out on a "Bunny" line

This is one of the most amazing things we have ever done.

It is GOREGOUS scenery between the five tunnels.

Why? Where else can you go tubing INSIDE TUNNELS in the dark (you have helmet with lights so don't worry).

It was fantastic and fun. The guides rocked and catered to every person and small children needs as well. They were responsive, helpful and funny.

Would do this again and again.

one word - AWESOME!
This is a great tour. They have all sorts of ATV that match each person or family's needs. This definitely not for any pregnant or with special health care needs as you do get off the ATV's and hike a bit to a FANTASTIC WATERFALL !!!

They also let you swing off a rope into a fabulous river at one spot.

The tour guides are fun, helpful, informative and very safe conscious. You will get dirty, you will have fun and the views are AMAZING!

Loved every part of it.

I have visited Hawaii many times, but this was my first time in the North. I wanted to experience all the representative parts of the North Tour, and I also wanted some free time at a famous beach, so I decided to join this tour. It turned out to be a very memorable and enjoyable tour with more activities than I expected. The tour guide was very kind and even dropped us off right in front of our hotel, which was really helpful. The guide's stories were interesting and entertaining, and they were all things you wouldn't hear unless you participated in the tour, making it a fulfilling experience. I'm glad I was able to join. I would like to look for another tour here next time as well. I want to thank the tour guide from Saturday, July 28th.

ハワイは何度も来ておりますが、ノースへは初めて、ということでノースツアーの代表的な部分は全て行きたいと思い、なおかつ、有名なビーチでの自由時間も欲しいと思い、今回こちらのツアーに参加させていただきました。思った以上にいろいろなことができてとても思い出に残る楽しいツアーとなりました。ツアーガイドさんがとても親切で、帰りはホテル前まで送って下さり本当に助かりました。ガイドさんのお話も興味深く面白く、ツアーに参加しないと聞けないお話ばかりでしたので、充実したツアーとなり参加できてよかったです。また次回もこちらでツアーを探したいと思います。７／２８土曜日のツアーガイドさんにお礼を言いたいです。

Not only is the zip course beautiful, fun and exciting, it's made hundreds of times better by the staff. We were accompanied by Misty and Alan, both of whom gave us great banter along with awesome local knowledge and support for the more nervous of the group.

They included everyone, made us as a couple feel welcome within a larger group of people who already knew each other and made the whole experience one to truly remember.

I'd recommend it to anyone - even if you're scared it it, it's a must-do on Kaua'i!

I heard that driving to Hana is very difficult, so I chose this tour. The car had spacious seats and was very comfortable, and the driving was very careful, so I didn't feel nauseous at all.
Hana had untouched natural beauty and mystery.
The Lava Tube exploration and the tropical rainforest plants, as well as the ocean, were all very moving in their own ways.
I was nervous because I didn't know it was an English tour until the day before participating, but I was able to spend a fun day with a couple from Korea and a parent and child from El Salvador living in Los Angeles, so it was very pleasant.
I brought my swimsuit, but I found the ocean and the water inside the cave a bit scary, so I couldn't go in, but I think you can enjoy playing in the water.
Lastly, Mr. Wayne, thank you for taking care of us.
We had a very good time indeed!

ハナへの運転はとっても大変だと聞いていたのでこのツアーを選びました。車は座席が広々としてとても快適で、運転もとても丁寧だったので酔ったりは全くありませんでした。
ハナは手つかずの自然の美しさ神秘さがありました。
Lava Yube探検や熱帯雨林の植物、海もまた感じが違うのでとても感動しました。
ツアーに参加する前日まで英語のツアーだと知らなくてドキドキでしたが、韓国のご夫婦、エルサルバドル出身のロス在住の親子と私と娘でしたので　和気あいあいと楽しく1日過ごすことができました。
水着を着てきましたが、海も洞窟内の水もちょっと怖くて入ることはできませんでしたが、水遊び程度なら楽しめると思います。
最後に、Mr.Wayne,Thank you for taking care of us.

It was my first horseback riding experience in Maui.
The scenery was amazing! The horse ran more than any I’ve ridden before.
I especially recommend it for those who want to ride rather than just lead a horse.
The distance is long, and you can see both mountains and the ocean.
The dust is intense, so you’ll get dirty all over like after cleaning a chimney, but you can fully enjoy the nature of Maui.
I highly recommend it!

マウイでは初の乗馬でした
景色は最高！お馬さんも今までで一番走ってくれました。
引き馬でなく、馬で駆けたい方には特にオススメです。
距離も長く、山も海も見ることができます。
砂埃が凄まじいので煙突掃除をした後のように全身汚れますが

I don't think you can see so many stars anywhere else in Japan. It was really cold, but both the sunset and the starry sky were incredibly beautiful.

Since I'm not very knowledgeable about stars, I think I only understood about half of the explanations in English. I couldn't book a Japanese tour, so I went with this one, but I wish I had studied a bit before going.

日本であんなに星がいっぱいみれることはないと思います。
すごく寒かったけど、サンセットも星空もすごくきれいでした。

星に詳しくないのもあり、英語での説明は半分ぐらいしか理解できてないと思います。
日本語のツアーが取れなかったので、こちらにしたのですが、行く前に少しは勉強していけばよかったと思うぐらいです。

This was our second time participating as a couple. For us ordinary folks, horseback riding seems like a dream, but it's quite normal in Hawaii.
I’m 59 years old, but I was called by name by the instructor, Yuji, who is much younger than me. At first, I felt a bit resistant, but the staff was very kind, and it made me feel like I was in America.
There’s a tour that costs nearly $100 to go down to Waipi'o Valley, but this horseback riding experience takes you down to Waipi'o Valley and includes riding for just over $80, which I think is quite reasonable. However, it’s a meet-up and disperse arrangement. We were the only Japanese there.
We got to ride for about two hours, and the view of Waipi'o's nature from horseback is absolutely wonderful. The perspective from the horse is quite high, a height I haven’t experienced much before. We walked through rough terrain and even deep water (up to the horse's knees), which was an incredible experience. It was thrilling, wondering if everything would be okay. My wife seemed very satisfied and had a great expression on her face. We plan to go again next year.
By the way, even if it's your first time riding, the horses are well-trained, so you can feel safe. I highly recommend this to everyone.

　今回は夫婦で2回目の参加です。私達庶民夫婦には乗馬なんか夢のような話ですが、ハワイでは普通に出来てしまいます。
　私は59歳ですがユウジ、ユウジと私よりもズーット若いインストラクターに名前で呼ばれていました。最初は抵抗あったのですが対応も親切でここはアメリカかと感じました。
　また、ワイピオ渓谷まで降りるのに100ドル近くかかるツアーがあるのですが、この乗馬はワイピオ渓谷まで降りてしかも乗馬をして80数ドルでかなり安いと思います。ただし、現地集合、解散です。日本人は私達だけでした。
　2時間ほどみっちり乗馬ができ、馬上から見るワイピオの自然は最高に素晴らしいです。馬の上からの目線はかなり高く、あまり体験したことがない高さです。悪路や川の中をかなり深いところまで（馬の膝あたり）馬で歩くのですが何ともすごい体験です。大丈夫かなとスリル満点です。妻もかなり満足そうでいい顔していました。また来年行くつもりです。
　ちなみに、乗馬は初めてでも馬がよく訓練されているので安心です。私は皆さんに是非お勧めします。

Overall the event was fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the trail was not the easiest of rides and the equipment could be updated. For example, my rein broke in the middle of the ride. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Awesome adventure. Jeremy did a super job. Waterfalls were at capacity. Swimming was unique.

We had a great time on this hike. Got to see lots of plants and trees. Jeremy was an awesome guide. Knew when to stop and show things and when to slow down for people. Very informative. Waterfalls were great; recent rain so they were active.

Cycling was very pleasant, and we took a pathless route to Manoa Falls. I felt a bit anxious about where we were going, but I desperately followed the guide. When we finally arrived at Manoa Falls, I was pleasantly sweaty. It was an activity I would definitely like to participate in again.

サイクリングも気持ちよく、マノア滝へは道なき道を行き、どこへ行くのか少々不安になりながらガイドさんに必死についていき、マノア滝に着いたときはとても気持ちの良い汗をかいていました。また、是非もう一度参加したいアクティビティでした。

My husband and I have driven in the mountains for 40 plus years but booked this because we were led to believe it was difficult to get a permit to go up to Mauna Kea Summit in a private vehicle. If you are used to altitude and drive in the mountains, don't pay for this. The meal was only so-so though I realize if you are not used to living at altitude you don't want a heavy meal when you do the ascent as you do not have the extra red blood cells most of us who live at 6,000+ feet carry. The guide was okay but on the highway he drove way too slow. It really was not worth the price to us. It would be great if it was the only way you would be at the summit as seeing the sunset there was awesome. Our driver led us to believe that rental car companies would not allow you to drive a rental car up it. But, when we returned our car to the airport to leave we found out that was not the case (at least with our company). There is part of the road that is unpaved but it was graded and r

Book this tour - if you love the outdoors and want a 'real experience' you will not be disappointed.

The bike ride is a great way to see the sights and is very relaxing. The bikes are very easy to ride and is mostly downhill.

The Hike allows you to get out of the concrete jungle and commercial centre of Waikiki, but be warned this is not a gentle 'stroll' this is a decent bush walk around 2 hrs, so make sure you read the recommended 'what to wear' list that is on the voucher. You will walk through a real rain forest and learn about the unique forest of Oahu along the way, so don't let a little mud scare you.

The boat ride and snorkel is a magical way to end an action packed day. Gear is provided. It was refreshing that the boat was not packed to capacity, and again was a 'real' experience. We swam with turtles and then sailed back to the marina, this was also a great way to see Waikiki from the water.

It was a tour full of laughter and emotion. Under the careful guidance of Mr. Yamauchi, we were able to see wonderful scenery. I highly recommend it for solo travelers, families with children, and first-timers!

I participated after being recommended by a friend. As expected, the sunset from the summit and the starry sky were amazing. I was worried about feeling unwell at the top, but since I took my time getting there, I was completely fine and captivated by the scenery. However, it was quite cold, and I regretted not bringing hand warmers for my feet and back.

During the stargazing, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and I was able to see shooting stars several times. We all lay on the ground together to enjoy it. I also got to take a picture of Saturn through a reflecting telescope, which became a nice keepsake.

Next time, I want to go when I can see my own zodiac constellation.

友人から勧められて参加しました。
勧められただけあり、山頂からのサンセットと、星空は素晴らしかったです。
山頂で体調が悪くならないかと心配していましたが、慣らしながら向かったのでまったく大丈夫で、景色にみとれていました。
ただかなり寒く、足や腰にカイロを貼っていけば良かったなと後悔しました。

星空観測では、天の川が良く見え、流れ星も何度かみることができました。皆で地面に寝転がりながら☆
土星も反射望遠鏡ごしにデジカメで撮影していただき、記念になりました。

今度は、自分の星座がみえる時に行きたいです。

My husband and I had a great time on our ride at Gunstock Ranch. Ross, our trail guide, was the best. I haven't been on a horse in years and it was my husband's first time riding. Ross matched us with great horses and took us on a great ride. We helped herd cows, went into the brush and up a mountain for views that were just amazing. This ride was truly one of the highlights of our most amazing trip to O'ahu. Thank you!

The skydiving was just amazing! I recommend it to everyone! The staff was really friendly and organized!
