We chose the strenuous Na Pali coast hike and waterfall swim (to hanakapi'ai beach and falls) and we were definitely not let down--- the views were incredible, we got to swim by the waterfall and also along beach to a nearby cave. Our guide (Sage) was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly at home on this trail. His presence helped boost our confidence on this gorgeous but definitely not easy hike. We would recommend to any of our friends wanting to explore the Na Pali coast that this guided hike would be the way to go. We left early enough that we had the trail to ourselves for most of the time, and we learned far more than we would have if we'd gone by ourselves.
This time, we had made a reservation for a family of four, but only one reservation was found. Since it wasn't specified whether the meeting place was the lower lobby or the main lobby, I asked the person at the tour desk, and that’s how I found out. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t checked in advance. It was a bit surprising. The optional content was good, so it's a shame. However, I do think that people who are proficient in English will enjoy it more.

I participated with my husband after being recommended by a community on Facebook that loves the Big Island of Hawaii. Our guide was "Matsucchan," who looked great in a knit hat. Working in tandem with another guide, Konno, we persevered and moved locations as needed to find the best spots, allowing us to enjoy both the sunset and the starry sky. Additionally, there’s a follow-up story: during the tour, my husband lost his favorite sunglasses and was feeling down the next day. ガイドはニット帽がよく似合う"松っちゃん"。
当日は途中から霧雨の曇り空で大丈夫かなーと思ってたんですが、週5回上っている眼力は確かです！
もう1グループのガイドで相方のkonnoさんと連携して、粘りながら時には場所を移動しながら、ポイントを探し出して、サンセットも星空もしっかり観ることができました。
星空はナントカ流星群（聞いたのに忘れました;）が飛び交った翌日らしいので、ちょっと見えづらい感じでしたが、月は反射望遠鏡（GPSで追えるらしいです）でバッチリ見えたし、レーザーポインターを使っての丁寧な説明で、見えた星から星座の配置図とか歴史とかも知ることができました。
もっとも感心したのはシャッターチャンスとポイントを外さないこと！
立ち位置も全部仕切ってくれるので、任せておけば安心でした。
あと後日談がありまして、ツアー中に夫がお気に入りのサングラスを失くしてしまい、翌日半日ションボリしていたのですが、ダメモトで問い合わせたら、バスの中で見つけてその日のツアーの流れで届けてくれました。
この場を借りて、もう一度お礼が言いたいです。

Did the road to Hana tour today in Maui. We had the pleasure of getting Peaches as our tour guide. She was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable individuals I have ever encountered. Our guide is David and he was very kind and informative. He provided a lot of island guide and knowledge of astronomy and geography. Everything in the tour were just fine. We had all things we needed. I loved the parka very much. Without the parka and the gloves, I would be freezed at the height of 4000m. When I saw the milky way in the sky, I was very very touched. It's incredible!!!!
The hurricane passed, and with clear skies and no moon, the starry night was truly beautiful. It was probably the most amazing sight I've ever seen, and I was moved. It was quite windy and cold, but they prepared warm tea for us, and the "freshly baked" cookies were delicious.

30分前に集合場所に到着し、受付場所がよくわからないのでチェックインは必要なのか？頑張って英語で聞いたところ、NO。時間ギリギリで別の日本人ツアー参加者に聞いたところ、奥で手続しましたと言われ慌てて手続き。すると、英語であまりにも遅いとケンカ腰でまくしたてられました。
ツアーが始まってから途中までは何事もなく、楽しく過ごしていたのですが、妻の馬が後ろの馬にぶつかられて驚き暴れだしてロデオ状態になり、妻は半泣き状態になりましたが、ここでも妻の乗り方が悪いと叱責する始末。
素人が普通に乗って馬が暴れるようなリスクが一定の可能性であることも、頭に入れて申込みを検討された方がいいと思うツアーです。
ツアーの内容自体は大満足でしたが、妻はとても怖く、不快な思いをしました。せめて馬が暴れだしたのは自分のせいじゃないとしっかり英語で話せたらとも…

We booked the North Shore Keana Farms Zipline Adventure (7 lines) / Standard (with transportation) for four people at my daughter's request. On the day of the tour, the shuttle bus arrived an hour late at the pickup location. (I could communicate in English a bit, so I was able to call multiple times to ask about the delay, but regular Japanese tourists would have been left feeling anxious with no way to get information.) After that, the vehicle we departed in had a flat tire on the coastal road, which almost led to a serious accident! We had to deal with another vehicle in a panic! Although we were initially told we would return by 2:00 PM, we were alarmed to hear it might be around 5:00 PM, which caused us to rush to cancel our dinner reservation. In the end, we returned around 3:00 PM. While the activity itself was somewhat satisfying, I believe the level of pickup service and ensuring the safety of travelers was extremely low. We would not recommend this tour to others.

計7本を滑りましたが、見る景色や距離、高さなど色々あり本当に楽しい、最高の空中散歩です！
初めの1歩目を踏み出すのはものすっごく怖いです。
ただ冷静になれば、しっかりワイヤーに体括られてるしな…2本目からは思えました。^ ^

ピックアップの時間が、とにかく！遅れてました。
7:45予定でしたが、30分経っても来ず、電話を掛けて、待っててくれとの事だったので、心配しながら待ってると1時間後(8:45)に来ました。
どうやら渋滞で混んでいたらしいですが…現地で連絡の手段がないと物凄く焦りました。
後は、向かっている途中で車のトラブルで別の車を待つことに…これまだ30分くらい待ちぼうけでした。（笑）
着いて何か言われる訳でもなく、速攻チェックインして…って感じでした。
ただ、そんなモヤモヤも忘れさせてくれるくらい最高です！
