I got lost and couldn't make it to the meeting point on time, but I received a kind phone call that helped me find my way. The phone line that mentioned Japanese support had announcements in English, which was a bit confusing.
The cruise itself became a wonderful memory. I felt lucky to see whales, but even if I didn't, I was glad to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Since I couldn't see any whales, the night view of the city from the sea was also very nice. There were only a few passengers on the boat, and the tour guides were charming and created a pleasant atmosphere. There were also drinks and snacks provided, making it a very comfortable experience.
I definitely want to participate again if I have the chance! ^ ^

　集合場所が分からなくて迷子になってしまい、集合時間に間に合わなかったのですが、電話がかかってきて親切に教えて下さいました。日本語対応と書かれた電話は英語のアナウンスで少し困った点でした。
　クルーズ自体はとても最高な思い出になりました。時期的にもクジラはみれたらラッキーかなという気持ちだったので、クジラを見れなくてもきれいなサンセットを見れてよかったです。クジラを見れなかったサービスも兼ねてということで、海から見る街の夜景もとてもよかったです。船に一緒に乗るお客さんは少人数で、添乗員さんは雰囲気の良い美男美女さんで、飲み物やお菓子のサービスもあり、とても過ごしやすかったです。

Food was delicious, entertainment beautiful. We had a 2 yo with us and while they provided orange juice for him as his complimentary drink, he received no fork or napkin. When we asked for one, the waiter said he would see if he could find one and never came back. There were also dinner rolls in the table for all except the child. We were told we had to share ours with him.

Cruise was ok.. but not worth the price. The food was ok as some was good and desserts were bad. It was a buffet so you can go back for second of u liked it. No need to dress up. Everyone was in shorts and beach type clothes. .. will I tell someone to do the cruise again- absolutely not. Keep your money. Now the sun set price on the boat was the best thing going it cost $30.. they give u a cool frame . But technically I had the same picture on my phone ..

Before boarding, I thought the cost of USD 80 per person was a bit high, but it turned out to be an incredibly satisfying experience. The night view of Waikiki from the boat, the Hilton fireworks, and the starry sky were all amazing. The boat rotates so that you can enjoy the view from either side.

I wore a light shirt over my swimsuit, but it got a bit cold towards the end. A fellow passenger sitting next to me offered me a bath towel to cover up. Overall, the atmosphere, including the crew, was very pleasant.

Not only were their steering skills impressive, but their high level of entertainment and hospitality made the experience very enjoyable. When we got off the boat, it was around 6:30, just in time for dinner, so making a reservation at a restaurant near the Royal Hawaiian would allow you to avoid waiting. I recommend the American Chinese restaurant P.F. Chang's.

Although I couldn't take any photos, I was able to enjoy watching a whale jump high up close (just like in promotional photos). Most of the passengers were Americans, but there were also about three groups of Japanese. It's easy to get there by Uber or bus, and for this price, I'm very satisfied!

The water was rough, lots of big swells, people were throwing up over the side or in the bathroom, some laid on the benches in the cabin area. Food was not anything fancy but the crew members were very nice, we have been on some very high end dinner cruises and felt disappointed in this one. Shame that so many people didn't eat at all or very little and trying to drink anything was a mission due to the swells. I did take some breathtaking pictures of the sunset, thankfully I took motion sickness medicine.

We sailed south along the west coast of the Big Island to the Captain Cook landing site. Onboard, there was a live guitar performance, and we had a great time singing along to classic hits that any American would know. Depending on the weather, the boat might sway a bit, so those who are prone to seasickness might want to bring motion sickness medication.
