This was our 3 son's first trip to Hawaii. I wanted to make it special for them. It was great to see the sign that said MURPHY after getting off our flight. I knew exactly where to walk the boys. They were greeted very pleasantly and they were so excited to start their Hawaii vacation this way.

We were greeted near baggage claim by a very friendly professional gentleman. Lovely!

Wonderful service, was greeted as described by baggage claim with a clearly marked sign. So friendly and personable, offered assistance for car rental shuttle and guidance around the island! Will definitely do this again. Mahalo!

Incredible customer service!!! Had our flight cancelled and thankfully got a direct flight instead but our arrival changed and was able to change time by email. Had the most kind and understanding help with the change and made our first trip to Hawaii that much more memorable :). Mahalo 💛

I was excited to share the Lei Greeting with my family, since I recall it was a great way to start off the trip when we did it years ago. However, the Greeter just sort of handed you a Lei and Bracelet and said welcome. There was no big greeting, she was too busy to offer to take a picture, never looked us in the eyes and looked like she was overworked and just trying to hand out meals to 50 small school children as fast as possible. I ended up pulling my family aside and asking a stranger to take our photos and then explained how this is a great way to start off our family vacation.

Sign was up and the leis were perfect , my wife loved them

We were greeted as soon as we exited the terminal to the baggage claim area with the Lei’s and my kids and I couldn’t have been more pleased with it. Highly recommended especially if it’s your first Hawaii trip.

Booked the day before our arrival which was a mistake as have to pay an extra fee for short notice.

Even then the order is not guaranteed.

But it got confirmed and there was a nice man waiting for us by the baggage belt.

He welcomed us to the Island (Big Island) and wished me a Happy Birthday as this was part of our request and then presented out Leis.

We put the flowers in the fridge when we arrived at put location and on leaving the island, scattered the petals in the sea by the turtles near Waikola.

Happy with the service provided, but book early to avoid having the extra fee.

We surprised our friends with a lei greeting at the Kona airport. And surprised they were! We were looking for someone in a special shirt (as per the email) but he was in a plain colored shirt. However, he did have a sign with their names and he did call out their names as people approached the baggage claim. The leis were GORGEOUS! Over the following days, our friends received many compliments about how pretty the flowers were. And they smelled GREAT!
HIGHLY recommend this experience. This is not the first time we've used Veltra for surprise lei greetings and each time the experience is the same....GREAT!

We were greeted by sign on the way to the baggage claim. The greeter had beautiful flower leis for us waiting and helped up put them on and also helped with directions to the baggage claim and rental car facility. It was my dad's and son's first time to Hawaii, so we wanted to do something special and it didn't disappoint.

It was so nice to arrive at the airport and be greeted with a lei. Our greeter was so kind and offered to take a picture of our family with our leis. He seemed genuinely happy for us to have arrived on his island. This was a surprise for my family so it was great to see their faces. The leis lasted all day. Two things to note: my flight info changed at the last minute and I was nervous that I would lose the money I paid and they wouldn’t be there when we arrived. I called multiple times, but the time difference didn’t let me catch them in the office. Someone did call me about my flight change, but I was in the air. I was pleasantly surprised to see the greeter there. But definitely call them if anything like that happens to you. Secondly, (in my own little world) I was expecting to be the only one greeted, but it’s one greeter for all the people who buy this package, so we waited for the family ahead of us who were greeted and took pictures. It almost ruined the surprise for my family, but since they had no idea this was happening, they waited patiently for me to turn their attention toward the greeter. They were still surprised.

Beautiful leis and a very kind lady who presented the leis and gave us guidance on where we'd find our luggage and car rental.

The representative was waiting for us and called to confirm we were there. Everything went according to expectations.

The leis were gorgeous & they lasted all week. I loved seeing my group of 6 all receive them as soon as we were out of the gate area at the airport.

When I arrived at the airport, a woman holding a whiteboard with my name, as promised, greeted me with a lei. However, she put it on me in a very mechanical way, asked me to sign, and quickly left. The atmosphere was not very promising. By the way, this site shows results for transfer services. I thought I had booked a transfer, so after just receiving the lei and being left, I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel... resulting in an additional expense of 8,000 yen. (^^; I know it's my fault, but please be careful, everyone. However, I can say that the lei was useful afterward, so that's a plus!＾＾

空港につくと申し込みした通り名前が記載されたホワイトボードを持った女性の方がレイをかけてくれました。ただものすごく作業的に掛けて、サインをしてと言われてそそくさと帰ってしまいました。雰囲気はあまり期待できないかも。ちなみにこのサイトでは送迎サービスのところで検索結果が出てきます。私は送迎もありだと思って申し込みをしたのでレイだけもらって去られたため、タクシーでホテルに行く羽目に。。。結果プラス8000円の出費が。。（＾＾；私が悪いのですが、皆さんも注意してくださいね。
でもレイはその後使えたので良しとします＾＾

Since it was a special trip to Hawaii, I thought I would ask for a proper welcome. I made the reservation secretly for my wife, so I was a bit worried, but as we passed through the immigration gate, we saw a typical Hawaiian lady standing there with a sign.

Since I had requested it in my wife's name in advance, she was surprised to see it. "My name is written on it!?" The surprise was a success.

It seems that this kind of service has become rare in recent years, as we were the only ones requesting it. They kindly took our commemorative photos, and we are grateful for the warm welcome.

Additionally, they drove us to the rental car waiting area since we were unfamiliar with the location. I tried to give a tip, but unfortunately, they wouldn’t accept it. (Both of us are very thankful.)

This service, which includes receiving fresh flowers, is not expensive at all. I absolutely recommend it for anyone considering a surprise. The satisfaction exceeds the price. I returned the lei to the ocean on our last day. (If you sprinkle some water on it, it lasts quite a while.)

妻には内緒で予約しておいたので、何かあったら心配でしたが、入管ゲートをうんざりしながら抜けて
前に進むといかにもなハワイアンマダムがプレートを持って立っていました。

あらかじめ妻の名前でお願いしていたので、気づいた妻はビックリ

サプライズ成功です。

近年では珍しくなってしまったようで、我々しかサービスを依頼していないようでしたが
記念写真も快く受けてくれ、歓待していただき感謝しています。

また、その後に場所に不慣れな我々のために、レンタカーの待合所まで送ってもらいました。
チップをお渡ししたのですが、残念ながら受け取ってくれませんでした。（夫婦共々感謝しています）

このサービス、生花を貰えることもあり、高いとは思いません。
サプライズをお考えの方には、絶対にオススメです。価格以上の満足です。
頂いたレイは最終日に海へお返ししました。（水をかけてあげれば結構長持ちします）

As a surprise for my family, I requested services for three people. Right at the airport exit, I quickly found the staff, who placed leis on my family, and they were very happy. Additionally, when we were picking up a taxi, they helped us hail one, which made us feel the quality of the service.

However, one disappointing point was that the woman who placed the lei on us looked nothing like the photos on the website, which was very disappointing. As someone who paid for the service, this aspect is quite unsatisfactory. If I had known about this in advance, I might not have made the reservation, so I hope for improvements in this area.

家族へのサプライズとして、３人分のサービスをお願いしました。
空港の出口で、すぐにスタッフの方がみつかり、レイをかけてもらい家族はとても喜んでいました。
また、その後タクシーを拾う際にも、タクシーにこえを掛けてくれ、サービスの良さを感じました。
・・・が、一点残念なのは、レイをかけてくれる女性が、ホームページの写真とはあまりにかけ離れていてとてもがっかりしました。費用をかけ、サービスを提供してもらう側としてはこの点は非常に不満です。
もしこのようなことが事前にわかっていたら申し込まなかったかもしれませんので改善を希望します。

Everything was as advertised! Flight arrival time had changed and I forgot to notify. I was worried the greeting would not happen. It did! Great job and thanks. My wife was surprised and thrilled with the beautiful lei.

This was a nice way to arrive on the Big Island. As a bonus, the woman who greeted us knew everything about the airport and rental car locations. The pink and white colored orchid leis smelled fantabulous!

I surprised my wife with a Lei greeting on our arrival in Kona. The greeter was very engaging and friendly. Her pleasant manner was a delight after a long day of travel.

The gentleman stood there with a lei, and a sign with my wife's name on it. She wasn't expecting anything, and when she figured out what was going on, a big smile spread across her face! It was well worth the price!
